Shadee Elmasry – Umar & The Shepherd Boy

Well, the what's called the dumb ear. And one time, he went to a

shepherd boy. And the shepherd boy didn't know who he was. So he said

to the shepherd boy, get us some milk. The shepherd said, Well,

nobody's here. It's not my milk, right? And the owner is not here.

So I can't ask him. So I'm gonna said, well just just give us some

anyway, if he's not going to know if one little sheep or goat was

milked. And he said, No, no, I can't do that. It's haram. And

then Omar said, Well, what if I tell you I'm a meat and what mean?

Okay, and go and get some of that milk. The boy said, but honestly,

by Allah, it's a minimal mean he doesn't have the right to take the

milk of a private owner like this. And he stood his ground. And just

from this arm, I've been hooked up followed that youth as you grew up

and used him, right use him for the public welfare in other words

to work for the state. Because this is someone who has something

which we call a dumb ear. That means what Allah is not watching

stuff, but a lot of things when nobody else is not watching when

nobody but Allah is watching. So what I meant to say no one else is

watching. Okay, do you still do the wrong or do the right and in

particular, okay towards other people, that's the more important

than towards other people.
