Shadee Elmasry – Sign of a Clean Heart

One of the signs that sins have been removed in the heart is

cleansed again and purify it again, is that your bad opinions

of people turn into good opinions. Your arrogance turns into

humility, you find yourself having some angst towards somebody, and

all of a sudden you start to say, You know what, maybe they have a

reason. Or you say to yourself, you know what Allah is watching.

Let me be humble. Let me just humble myself Allah is watching,

I'm not want my reward from Allah, not from him. And Allah chose to

test me through a certain person, that is one of the signs that the

heart has been polished, and the light of truth is reflecting

properly off of it, when you have other thoughts like, Oh, he's

going to do this. And he says this about me, and this is how he looks

at me and he doesn't smile anymore and isn't responsive. You know?

And what does he think he is and I'm not going to look at him.

That's a sign that there's a rust on the heart, you're not seeing

the picture. Clearly. That picture is that Allah may be testing you

with him. Focus on Allah, not him.
