Even if you just think about it, you'll get the reward of it. But
when you talk about it, and you talk about over and over and over,
then when the situation happens, you may do it, you're more likely
to do it, because you've implanted it in your head, the intention,
if he does it, he receives tenfold. And if someone is about
to commit a bad deed, but he does not do it, then nothing will be
written against him. And if he does it, he only gets one cent.
