problem. At some point, there is a spiritual disease, that has to do
with perspective, the perspective on the shortness and the length of
life, and where we're headed to. So stop surrounding yourself with
lovers of the of life of dunya. And start surrounding yourself
with the graves, visit the graves be amongst those who are in the
graves. And I have to say it must be much harder now with the global
population the way it is, with the materialism as rampant as it is,
it's much harder to remember death. Right?
There used to be a time when the human population was moderate. So
there wasn't a lot of competition for dunya. Right. But you have to
work harder now. And be start meditating more reading more about
the afterlife and the grave that will come your it will completely
alter your perspective. So someone who is a becomes obsessed with how
they look in an unhealthy way, because there is an acceptable way
and an unhealthy way, the unhealthy way, it must be that
they're surrounded themselves with people who love this life.
And they have not had enough dosage of the remembrance of death
enough to live. So start altering that a little bit, right. And I
believe that the winter is a great time to do this. Because the days
get shorter, you get colder, you want to stay indoors, you don't
want any of this stuff, right? To go out, you're not in the mood for
any of this stuff. And once it gets dark at five o'clock,
sometimes, right? Six o'clock, and you have a long night of darkness
ahead of you. Sometimes it snows it forces you in, I think it's the
best time to imagine yourself. Just close your eyes. Imagine
yourself and sometimes there's nice, some nice casinos or hums
