Shadee Elmasry – Is the SURROGATE the REAL Mother

Let's say it happens.

They did get another woman to carry their

baby.

Who is the mom?

إِنْ أُمَّهَاتُمْ إِلَّا لَا إِوَلَدْنَهُمْ Allah defines the

mother, your mother is the one who gave

birth to you.

She's the mom.

The woman who gave birth, I don't care

whose egg or it is, whose fertilized egg

into another woman.

No, doesn't make a difference.

The fertilized egg is like this much, but

that woman will carry that baby for nine

months more, be nourished by her blood, by

being nourished by her body.

And ultimately at the same time, another argument

of that is that what does the society

see?

We didn't see the fertilization, but we all

see the pregnant woman.

So that's قطع.

The fertilization is ضمن.

And Allah has just given us the answer

with or without a reason.

Their mothers are those who gave birth to

them.

It's amazing how that's a verse of ruling

now.

Whereas before that, it's an obvious statement.
