Juz 20 of the Qur’an begins with the final verses of Surah al Naml in which mankind is asked to dwell on the creation of Allah. It also encases evocative images of the Hereafter that will impel us to reflect on the nature of our deeds.

The following chapter, Surah al Qasas, takes us into the birth and childhood of Musa alayhisaalm, his struggles and his eventual victory. The message that exuberates from this beautiful chapter is that Allah’s help will prevail and evil will meet its demeaning end.

Juz 20 closes with the beginning of Surah al Ankabut which is named after the striking parable of the spider’s web in Verse 41 of this Surah to delineate the weak nature of polytheism.
