Dear brothers and sisters,
Welcome back to our series,
Kunuzul Quran, the treasures of Quran.
And today is the day number 7
for our time with the Kunuzil Quran
with the Surat Alin Shikhaq.
Surat Alin Shikhaq
which is
the when the sky has split open

and
this is the Surah
in the Mus'haf
number
84,
and it was revealed,
83,
number 83
of the revelations.
It was revealed after chapter of Alim Fitar
before the chapter of Arun
and the
the the verses of this surah
are
25
verses
and 107
words
and 4 30 letters.
And the Surah is talking in general about
the signs of hereafter
again,
but in different way
to soften people's heart.
When Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
was talking about
a
indeed
when
the sky
has
spilled
or opened
because of the day of judgment, there is
no more normal life for people to live.
And has responded
to its Lord
and was obligated
to do so.
It was obligated
upon it
to respond to Allah's command.
Which is the first stage of the surah.
We have 4 stages
of the surah. The first stage
contains 5
verses.
Talking about
the condition of the sky
and the condition of the earth.
SubhanAllah.
And
when the earth has
been extended
or stretched
or leveled
and has cast out
what
within it,
inside it.
And was obligated
to do so.
And if the sky and the earth
responded to Allah's command, how about us?
How about
human beings? How about mankind?
Why we did not respond
to Allah's command? And this is why Allah
mentioned in the second stage of the surah
verse number 6 till verse number 15.
SubhanAllah.
O mankind,
indeed,
you are going to your Lord
and you will meet with him.
If
you have a meeting in future with some
important people,
you have to prepare yourself for that meeting.
And it's not
with any anyone among
the creations,
you will have a meeting with your creator,
with your Lord Almighty Allah. And unfortunately
we have a lot of people they did
not
prepare
themselves
for this meeting
with Allah,
with our Lord,
Almighty Allah.
No one can stop the time. You
have
to go forward.
You have to end up
into your grave.
You cannot stop the day, you cannot stop
the night, but they will continue
day after day, time after time until you
will find yourself in your grave.
And Allah explained,
Indeed, for the one who will take his
record
by right hand,
and this is very good.
This is why prophet Muhammad salallahu alaihi wa
sallam used to put
his right hand
with
something that he loves.
To train yourself
how to take your record
and good deeds in by your right hand
in the day of judgement.
And he will be happy.
He will return
into his people or his family
with the happiness.
But unfortunately,
on the other side,
he
will take his record
of deeds
from the back of
his side.
And that time,
he will raise his voice
or her
voice and will make supplication against himself.
And he will be covered with the hellfire
because he used to
be happy
in his life and he forgot to obey
Allah and to worship Allah in his life.
He thought there is no other
life after death. There is no resurrection
after death. And this is why people did
not
worship Allah in this temporary life?
Because they don't believe in Hereafter.
They don't believe in the resurrection
and the day of judgement.
And if they
do so,
if they believe in the day of judgement,
they have be careful and they have to
avoid bad actions
and deal only with the good actions.
And we're gonna move to the 3rd
part of the surah
which is from
verse number 16 till number 19.
And this is how Allah
did oath.
I will
swear
by Shafaq. A Shafaq which is the redness
on the time of sunset. You can see
the sky has the color red color and
this is a Shafaq.
And Allah did oath also with the night,
when the night
will cover everything.
He did oath by the full moon.
When
the moon is full in the night of
14th
of each month.
And this is Allah
did oaths
You will have
a different stages in your life.
How to see the the the baby in
his
mom's
womb,
how he
will grow inside his mom's womb,
and how his mom will deliver him, and
how he will become a child, how he
become
a
young man or woman, how he become adult,
how he become
an old person
and how he will die.
Also in his life sometimes he will be
rich and other time he will be poor.
Sometimes he will be healthy and sometimes he
will be sick and ill. Sometimes he will
be happy and other time he will be
unhappy.
It's a big trial for all of us
in this temporary life and we have to
be more smarter and more wise
how to use the time that Allah gave
us
wisely and increase our good deeds as much
as we can. Even in here after there
is different stages and to stay in your
grave and when Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala resurrect
us you will have
the time for the day of judgement. You
will see, you know, the Jannah and the
Nar, paradise and hill fire. You will have,
you know, the good people and bad people.
And this is the idea.
Even in paradise
it's different levels.
Even hill fire it's different
levels also. SubhanAllah.
And this is what we need to
learn and to understand.
What Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala prepared for us.
It's a good condition and just we need
to have the chance
to make Allah happy with us. Because we
have a free will to choose our way
and to do our decision
wisely.
It's different than the sky. It's different than
the earth. It's different even than the angels.
And because they have no free will in
their life but we do. And still some
people they do not
make a right decision. And Allah conclude
the surah with the 4th
part
from verse number 20 till 25. And Allah
says
in this
verse,
Why those people do not believe in Allah
And with the Quran when the Quran has
been recited upon them, they do not prostrate
themselves to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
Indeed for those who disbelieve in Allah, they
always denying the message of Allah.
And Allah knows about what they hide in
their hearts and their chests.
And Allah mentioned
gave them glad tidings and this is out
of humiliation
for them. Because when you gave glad tidings
for somebody,
you will give good news for him. But
now,
give them glad tiding with
the torment
punishment.
SubhanAllah.
And Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
concluded the surah.
Except
the good believers
they will not be included
for
the punishment that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
told these believers.
And, except those who believe in Allah subhanahu
ta'ala and practice with the righteous deeds.
They will have the reward only from Allah
not from anybody else.
No one
can make them because
they rewarded them and
it will be
continuous.
It they will have the reward
forever.
They will receive the reward of their good
deeds
forever. And this is what we have today
in Surat Al Shikhaq. May Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala help all of us out
to understand
our mission in this life and to return
back to Allah
in repentance and ask Allah
to accept our good deeds and to forgive
all of us.
