Salim Morsy – Eid Message from AtTawheed Islamic Center

Dear brothers and sisters,

I'm so happy

to announce

that inshallah,

this coming Friday,

we will have,

our aid, the second aid

in in the year.

The first aid was Eid al Fitr, masha'Allah,

after

the month of Ramadan, and the second aid

that we will have this coming Friday, Insha'Allah,

will be Eid al Abha.

You know, Eid al Abha al Abha, it's

came from Al Uthaya

from Al Uthaya,

sacrifice,

Khurbani.

And this is then the name of the

aid was

named because of this word, Al Uddhaya.

Al Uddhaya came from Al Uddhaya. Al Uddhaya

To to do something, to to off to

make some offers from your side for the

sake of Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, like,

Sayeduna Ibrahim did. And just I would like

to congratulate

every single one in our community

or even in other states, even in other

countries.

This is the,

international

aid for all of us. SubhanAllah.

All Muslims should be happy

because Allah subhanahu ta'ala choose

that time

for them

to be thankful to Allah Azzawajal.

It's a it's a day of joy. It's

a day of happiness.

It's a day that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

choose for us. And this is why it's

not allowed for anyone to do suyaam on

the days of Eid. It's not it's haram.

It's

not permissible

to

perform fasting

on the days of Eid because

all of us

as a a guest for Allah subhanahu ta'ala.

All of us. Allah subhanahu ta'ala will host

all of us in these days.

And just I would like to announce,

we will have salatil Eid

in our masjid.

We will have the first salah

at 7:30

insha Allah,

and the 2nd salah, it will be at

8:30.

The salah

maximum will take 10, 15 minutes

max

for the the capacity of the masjid and

for the requirement from from the governor.

We we need to be keep ourselves in

the safe side, Alhamdulillah.

But because we did not pray Eid prayer

last Eid, and this is we will,

offer Salatul Aid for the community,

but this is only for men.

Only Salatul Aid, it's a high recommended. It's

not obligatory.

But we will offer it for men just

to to give the idea that

we are able to come back to the

house of Allah and to perform

salatul Eid, inshallah,

to give you chance after that to go

to slaughter your Korbani and slaughter your and

the slaughter,

you know, the the gift that you will

make for the sake of Allah, subhanahu wa

ta'ala. Don't forget to make takbir as much

as you can,

and inshallah, we will post

some,

takbir,

by imam very soon to remind you at

your houses, at your congregations,

to make takbir

do in any time. This is an open

time

for all Muslims to magnify Allah

and to

mention Allah's name as much as we can

in these blessed day, the first 10 days

of Dhul Hijjah
