Salem Al Amry – Lesson 59 Weekly Class The Three Fundamental Principles
AI: Summary ©
The message of Islam is designed to address the needs of the public and their owners, including those who are the only ones who can receive the message. The concept of Islam is universal and for all, with the importance of honor, pred expos, and materiality in the definition of honor. The book of the beast is essential for the development of Islam, and the shaping of shaping is a subtle effect. The importance of protecting animals and the holy spirit in protecting the Muslim community is emphasized. The shaping of shaping is a means of helping people to make their businesses and avoid buying live nonessential meat.

Inshallah,
it will be recorded also, just in case.
And,
if you're ready, we're ready, Sheikh. Yeah. Yeah.
I'm ready.
Okay.
Brothers and sisters,
and welcome to our 59th lesson
of
with our Sheikh.
Sheikh Salaam Al Amri. Inshallah, we'll pass the
mic and the screen to the Sheikh, and
the Sheikh can begin.
When you say
My dear brothers and sisters in Islam, today
is our weekly class. The last that the
also the 3 fundamentals
of the
by the imam and Mujad did Sheikh Mohammed
The author says,
Allah sent
him, the prophet
to all of mankind.
And he made it an obligation
upon everyone
from the 2 species, from the 2 kinds
of jinn and mankind to obey him.
So here, the author of the ham Allah
is going to talk about the universality
of the message of Islam.
And the message of Islam is not only
for the entire humanity
and all mankind.
It is also to the jinn for the
jinn.
So the prophet is sent for mankind
and jinn as well
because the jinn,
they are what we call.
They are
obligated,
and they
are commanded to worship Allah
Allah created them for that purpose.
I created yin and mankind only
to worship me.
So from among the creation of Allah,
up two types,
jinn and mankind.
And both Allah has given them
the free will,
k, to choose
between
different options and alternatives.
And the messenger,
for the gain,
the final message was prophet Muhammad.
And as you know, the jinn, they are
believers and disbelievers.
So the message of Islam, it is for
all, for the jinn and mankind.
The
when
a delegation
of Nasir Bayin, this is a delegation from
among the jinn Muslim. They came.
After they became Muslims
and accepted Islam,
they came to the prophet sallallahu alaihi wa
sallam,
and he spent one night
with them, teaching them
the teachings of Islam.
And he was reading to them Surat al
Rahman.
So
the message about Islam
and the
is sent for both mankind
and
jinn
as
well.
158.
Say, o Muhammad,
oh mankind.
Indeed, I am the messenger of Allah to
you all
from him
to whom belongs the dominion
of the heavens
and the earth.
There's no deity
except him.
He gives life and causes death.
So believe in Allah and his messenger,
the unlevered prophet who believes in Allah
and his words,
follow him that you may be guided.
Let us reflect.
So here, my dear brothers and sisters,
our lord
is telling us,
All say
commanding his prophet,
which this is
explicit evidence that this Quran is from Allah
because he is telling him, say.
Tell them.
Tell them. Convey to them what I'm
revealing to you.
Paul. Yeah. Yohannes.
So this is
the indication
of the universality
of the message of Islam,
addressing mankind, humanity. Yeah.
Oh, mankind.
In me, most certainly,
I'm the messenger of Allah.
To all of you.
My message is not for the Arabs,
not the Romans, not the Persians,
for everyone.
The one who sent me?
The one
who made me his messenger?
The one who owns the heavens and the
earth.
The one
the
who's the kingdom?
The kingdom of the
earth is his.
This is his belongs to him.
The dominion
of the heavens and the earth.
All this universe.
You hear what you mean?
There's no partner with him. There's no other.
There's no other god.
Choose this kingdom and dominion with him.
You hear what you mean. So I am
the messenger of the one
who owns everything,
who owns this
kingdom,
this cosmos
who gives life
and causes death.
What you meet,
No one can give life,
and no one can cause death except Allah.
He's the
that deserves to be worshiped.
There's no other deity except him
He gives life and causes death. So the
one who
and, of course, here, this
is an action of Allah, an attribute of
Allah
Because one of his names, Al Muhi
Al Muhi
is different from Al Hayd.
Al Hayd, the ever living. The Muhi is
the one who gives life.
And if you recall,
we said that we when regarding the names
of Allah,
if the root is positive,
then you have to believe in 3 things.
The name, the meaning of the the name,
the meaning of the name, and the impact
of the effect.
So
al Hayy, the ever living,
the root
is not transitive.
So you just believe that this is one
of the names of Allah,
and he is ever living.
But,
the
root is transitive.
So you believe
that Al Muhi is one of the names
of Allah.
The meaning of it is the one who
gives life,
the effect or the impact on your heart
that he's going to bring you back into
life. He will resurrect you
because
the verb is transitive.
The root is transitive.
You hear what you need.
So Allah
is the one who gives you life,
and he's the one who causes his death.
That's Allah.
Allah ends our lives,
and he is the one who's going to
bring us back.
In the debate
that took place between,
Ibrahim alaihis salaam and Namrud,
when Ibrahim told Namrud that my lord
is the one who gives life
gives life and causes death, he said, I
can do that.
How?
You say you say those 2 are sentenced
to be killed.
So one of them,
I will set him free, so I give
him life, so I give life.
The other one, I will kill him, so
I cause him to die.
So when Ibrahim saw the stupidity,
it's so clear
of the Namur.
He told him, no. No. No.
Okay. We'll leave this.
My lord brings the sun from the east.
Can you bring it from the west?
The one who disbelieved
failed miserably.
Unlettered
prophet.
And this is an honor.
This is an honor
for the
It's a letter,
and he's teaching all the letter.
All the learned men
are learning from him.
Because he was taught
by Allah,
by the creator himself.
The creator
chose him
and inspired him,
So he's
unlettered.
Unlettered.
And this is the miracle of the because
Allah knew people will come and accuse and
say, oh, Muhammad
concocted the Quran. Mohammed
wrote the Quran.
How can someone who cannot read and write
like this
marvelous book?
It's only, you know, and this is a
fact
known to all the Arabs. And keep in
mind
that his enemies,
for Raish,
they were just looking for any
excuse,
for anything,
any weak point to attack him.
Had he been
unlettered, not unlettered,
had he been lettered,
learned,
they would have
used that against him. They would have said,
oh, Mohammed. Come on.
We know you you that you read and
write, and now you are telling us you
are a lesson.
No one
is not point or use it because it
is a fact known to everyone.
It's a letter.
So if it's a letter,
then how you say
that he is the one who made this
Quran or or wrote this Quran? It cannot
be.
It cannot be.
The Quran, my dear brothers and sisters, is
really
a miracle because it's the speech of Allah.
And the enemies of Islam, they don't know
what to say. They've done that.
Sometimes they say he's
he's a poet.
He's possessed.
He copied it from the,
the scriptures of the people of the book,
the bible?
How can we copy from the bible when
this it criticizes the bible,
and it mentions things not in the bible
and corrects the bible. How it can be?
If there are similarities
because they came from the same source.
The revelation,
we believe that all prophets,
they received the revelation. So if there are
some remnants of the truth exist in the
bible,
whether in the new testament or the old
testament, this is
because
they came from the same source from Allah.
Doesn't mean that Muhammad
he copied that from the the
bible.
Doesn't mean that at all.
Beside thieves, I left
it.
Moreover, he
he never left Arabia
except once. Short journey, and he came back.
The recording stopped. I got the message.
So here,
the
the enemies
of Islam
who accused the prophet
that he
he
copied this from the the the bible or
he
learned it from
the young guy who is working on the
sofa,
sitting there, a slave,
and the Quran refuted them. He said, how
how he learned this Quran from that,
non Arab? How could an a non Arab
reduce something
the masters
themselves
of the,
of the Arabic language failed to reduce something
like it?
Then they said, oh, the shaytan.
What shaytan is this? The Quran
the moment you want to start to read,
you seek protection
from the the Quran.
So the the shaytan
told them the prophet
that when you read, seek Allah's protection from
me,
and he taught us how to save us
from his evil,
and he told us about his tricks.
What's he on this?
So
they don't know what to say. They don't
know what to
say about the Quran.
So the Quran is the speech of Allah,
the last revelation.
So when Allah
said and this fact is
mention this fact that,
and they left a prophet
to refute
anyone
who comes and says,
oh,
the prophet made this Quran. He made it.
He copied it
from other books,
all these things.
And the Quran is a challenge for the
entire
mankind.
1400 years ago, the challenge is there, and
no one met the challenge, and no one
will be able to meet it.
The Aminu Billahi Warasulullah
in Allah
and his messenger,
the prophet, the unlettered prophet.
This prophet
who believes in Allah and his words.
What
do? And follow him that you may be
guided. What do you follow
him? Perhaps you'll be guided. If you follow
him, you'll be guided.
Okay. Here, I would also like to share
with you.
If you recall,
I don't know whether you guys recall and
remember
and revise or not.
Do you remember that
what is attributed
to Allah
what is attributed
to
3 types.
So there are 3 types
of idafa,
of attributing
or attribution,
what you attribute and add to Allah.
There are 3 types, 3 categories.
First type,
that what they what is what has been
added or attributed to Allah
is
an entity,
physical
entity, style
in its own
by its own.
Physical entity
attributed to Allah.
Something, object,
material,
stands in its own,
exists in its own,
attributed to Allah.
So in this case, they say, this is
Iva'at to tashrif.
Iva'at
tashrif, to follow the say. This is Iva'at
to tashrif. This type
of attributing
this object
or this entity to Allah to give this
object
as form
of sacredness
and sanctity
that it is so
sanctified
and sacred.
So this is.
This is an attribution of honor,
attributing honor
to such
entity or such object,
like Baytullah,
the house of Allah, the Kaaba.
So attributing Kaaba is something physical,
tangible, material,
stands
on its own.
So when it is added to Allah, this
is
to give an honor to this object,
to make this object sacred,
sanctified.
This is one type.
Like, also,
Naqatullah.
The hikamal
of Salih.
Naqatullah. The hikamal Allah's hikamal.
The hikamal is an animal
material
tangible object.
Allah's added it to him, attributed it to
him, not at Allah. Allah's
shirkamil.
Again,
this is iwafat e sharif, like the house
of Allah. No difference at all
Because it is something material,
tangible,
exists in its own stance on its own
by its own.
This is the first type
of category of what is attributed.
So we look to what is attributed.
If it is something physical,
we know this is.
This is just to attribute honor and
and sanctity
and sacredness to such an object.
Second thing
category,
it is something material. It is something
tangible,
created,
but it does not exist by its own.
It doesn't support itself.
It has to exist in something else.
It has to exist in something else,
like
the soul,
the
a spirit from him.
What does it mean?
What does it mean, the title, Isa?
What does it mean spirit of Allah?
What does it mean?
Is he part of Allah? No.
It is just like the house of Allah.
Allah gives an honor to Aesha alaihi salaam.
The soul,
this
are. So
the likeness
of Erisa
in the sight of Allah
is like the likeness of Adam.
He created him
from the dirt, from the earth.
Then he said to him, be and you
are.
That's why Imam Ahmed said,
Isa was
created by the command b, and he was
not
the command b. He was not b, but
he was created by the command b.
So here, the
the soul,
the spirit,
it is something material,
but does not
stand in its own.
It has to be be carried by something.
So
it is put in this body to carry
the soul.
So, again, when this soul is attributed to
Allah,
again,
to give this to know that this is
something
honored by Allah
the soul.
That's why
this soul
is carried in the body during your life.
And when it leaves your body,
you are dead,
and it doesn't move by its own.
It
doesn't go back to Allah by its own.
It has to be carried.
So that's why the angel of death comes,
and he talks to the soul
and ask her to come out.
And the soul of the mu'min
flows easily
like a drop of water coming from the
mouth of the,
skin bag.
The moment the soil comes out,
the
death angel of death takes it
and hand it over to his helpers,
the Malaika with him.
And they put it and wrap it in
the shroud,
and then it is taken.
Now it the this the soul of the
motman reaches the Jannah.
Again, it needs a container
to take it,
body to take it. So the soul is
placed
in birds,
in the bird, and the bird will be
flying in the janna.
So
so this is the 2nd type.
Something material
doesn't exist in its own. It's carried within
something else.
Again,
The third type
the third type,
it is not something
material.
It is something abstract,
not something concrete,
something abstract.
It's just a meaning.
And it is if it that is attributed
to Allah,
then it is it becomes
an attribute of Allah.
For example,
We attributed the knowledge to Allah.
Is something is something
not material
or something. It's an abstractor,
something intangible, immaterial.
So this is,
is a sliver, is an attribute of Allah.
Allah's hearing,
Allah's sight,
Allah's kalam, the speech of Allah.
It is then an attribute of Allah. And
in this ayah, 1
158,
Allah says,
His words.
And we know the kalam and the words,
something abstract, not something material,
which is the speech of Allah.
The speech of Allah.
So the Quran is the speech of Allah.
And follow him, perhaps that you will be
guided.
So this ayah shows
and tells us
about the universality
of the message of Islam.
So the message of Islam
is for all mankind.
And that's why the prophet
when he addressed the companions
on the day of Arafah
on the day of Arafah,
had 100,000
companions on front of him.
He told them
Let those who are present
convey the message to those who are absent.
The Sahaba, they understood
the message very well,
and they started taking the message of Al
Islam
to all
faces.
Handfuls of the Sahaba died
within
Arabia.
The rest, outside.
Doing what?
Taking this light. Taking this message.
The
Sahaba, they did,
and they showed that their responsibility,
and they delivered
the message which they learned from their prophet
That's why we are Muslims today.
But there are many people are still there
absent.
Millions and millions of mankind
still in the dark.
Millions, they die
without knowing
about Islam.
So whose responsibility is this?
It is our responsibility,
the Muslims.
It's my responsibility
and yours.
Convey on my behalf even if it is
1 aya, one verse.
Have you spoken to your neighbor about this
one?
Have you talked to them?
Have you shared with them?
No. Why?
Do you think you will be excused before
Allah?
This neighbor
will hold you on that day.
My lord,
he was next door.
She was next door
for years.
She never told me.
He never told me about Islam.
And we will be held accountable before Allah.
We'll be held accountable.
Why didn't you convey the message?
When I told
you You're the best nation ever sent forth.
I'll send you forth. What more?
What
for?
You command what is good,
and what is more good than inviting the
people
to the belief and the creator of the
heavens of the earth.
What is better than that?
Who's better than him?
Who close to Allah
No one.
No one. One.
Say, this is my way,
I call unto Allah.
Upon clear vision
and knowledge and understanding.
I and whoever follows me.
This is the mission
to call.
My dear brothers and sisters,
there's a heavy burden in our shoulders, heavy
responsibility
we have to shoulder.
We'll be held accountable.
So each one, we are a missionary, umma.
Umma dawah.
When we stopped the and
decided not to be callous,
we became cold.
When we decided not to invite, we became
invitees.
Machineries are knocking our doors,
raising the dust all over the world,
pulling the Muslims on Islam
into the because
we left
doing
what we are supposed to do.
We neglected our mission,
so let us wake up.
Everyone
should have this concern
of the dua.
You have housemates in your homes
who are not Muslims in many Muslim countries.
You have many
employees who are not
Muslims.
Talk to them.
Joke to them with hikmah,
with rahmah.
Don't be selfish.
You know this person.
If he dies
upon what he's upon,
he's going to *.
You know that.
And you have the light with you, and
he is in the dark, and he's blind.
You don't want to take his hand? You
know he's going to fall in that ditch,
that pit of fire,
and you're watching,
enjoying it?
So the message
of our prophet
the message of
Islam
is universal.
Also, Allah
says,
in
107.
And we have sent we have not sent
you, oh, Muhammad
except as a mercy to the world,
to the Al Amin.
Almost every Muslim knows this ayah.
But few of us reflect on it.
Is
alamin.
Alamin, the plural of alam.
Anything other than Allah.
So he's
a for them
mankind, for the jinn,
for the animals, for the plants,
for the inanimate
Islam. Why don't we share his teachings?
This.
Many people, they don't know him
They don't know him.
Today, I just received many messages
that the cartoonist,
the one who drew the cartoons
about prophet Muhammad,
he died in an accident,
and he was burnt
totally.
His body was burnt
in the accident.
This is the one who was
drawing the because
he didn't know him.
He didn't know him.
And many, many, many,
millions, they don't know who is prophet Muhammad.
Had they known him, they would have loved
him,
and they would have believed in
him because he's Rahmah.
His mercy for mankind.
Mercy.
Mercy for humanity.
He,
alisa
Sallal,
spends the whole night
crying,
cry,
crying to Allah
to guide his people.
He knows
if they die, they go to *.
You know when he went to
to call them
and how they reacted,
and they told their children to stone him
with pebbles
till his feet were
started to bleed.
And then he relaxed.
He sat down,
and the last stand down.
Yebriel.
And the angel who was in charge of
the mountains
and Yebriel told him this is the angel
in charge of troubling and moving
and mobilizing
the mountains.
If you wish,
he will
bring upon their heads the 2
giant,
big
mountains,
gigantic.
These
great mountains, he will cover them over the
edge
of Islam.
What did he say,
No. No.
I pray
that Allah will bring
from their from
their
offsprings,
their progeny
who will bear witness to the oneness of
Allah.
Don't destroy them.
Don't destroy them.
When he entered Mecca
and now all his people in front of
him, those who tortured him, killed his companions,
killed his uncle,
When you asked, what do you think I'm
going to do to you?
Say a kind son of a kind brother,
honorable son of an honorable brother.
You are free. Oh,
you are free.
This is the prophet.
Is
mercy for mankind,
mercy for the animals.
The animals, they complain to him.
Animals.
You know, I mentioned this before, the cattle.
And he entered 1
into the
guardian of 1 of the.
The moment the camel saw the pups
started to cry.
The camel is crying,
shedding
tears tears, and talk to the prophet,
complain to the prophet
The prophet
soothed the camel, consoled the camel
by wiping his hand over
the hump of the camel,
and then he called for the owner.
And the young guy from the ulcer came,
and he told him, your camel complained to
me that you don't feed it,
and you're tired,
see
Allah.
Because he's
The birds, they complained to him.
The, but they were traveling with the and
they found
small chicks in the nest
in the nest.
They took the chicks.
The mother came
and started
hovering and flattering
its wings
and going along with the prophet the prophet,
nobody else.
When the prophet
saw the the bird doing that, he said,
who frightened this bird?
You did something to this bird, and the
bird,
is conveying a message.
He said, yes, oh, prophet of Allah.
We have taken its chicks.
He said,
take them back.
Take the chicks.
Those who talk about
animals' lives.
When did you start to think about animals'
lives?
When? Yesterday.
Prophet Muhammad talked about the animals' lives 1400
years ago.
1400
years ago.
He told us
that the woman entered the hellfire
because of a cat.
She locked the cat in a room without
food.
Punished
her,
and she is going to *.
His mercy.
Mercy for
mankind. Mercy for the animals, for the birds,
for
the
inanimate. There was
piece of wood
in the masid of the Parsha, trunk, piece
of a trunk of a tree.
The Parsha would stand against it when
on Friday when he used to deliver the
sermon, the Khutma.
Then they made a pulpit for him mimbar.
So the first Friday,
he is now delivering the khutba from the
top of the pulpit.
That piece of wood
started to cry,
cry
like a child.
So much oh, the congregation, they heard the
cry of the tongue.
Oh,
so he had to come down
and hold the that piece of wood,
and it kept quiet.
This is Muhammad
The trees,
when he talks to them,
they come.
In the hadith, authentic hadith,
He was in the oven. He wanted to
answer the call of nature,
and there was nothing to to hide himself
behind it
to sit behind it.
So he caught 2 trees,
and both trees came
running,
and he tied the branches and he sat,
and he answered the call of nature.
Then he told the trees,
go back, and they went.
This is Muhammad
Actually,
a stone in Makkah
used to to salute the prophet
greet him,
Greeting the prophet.
The mountain of
loves the loves him. Is a mountain.
Loves us, and we love it.
We
love.
When he started to move, to shake,
the,
he hit
Uhud
and told Uhud,
Be calm.
Don't shake. Don't move.
On top of you is a prophet
and and 2 martyrs.
2 martyrs.
And.
So this is.
Do we take his
message to the Alemi?
Who will take his message?
Who will make the Alemi? Who will make
the world to know about him?
Whose responsibility?
It is ours,
the Muslim.
Every Muslim is responsible
to the best of his ability.
You know,
Check.
Explain the meaning of it.
Talk about the oneness of Allah.
Talk about the pillars of Islam.
Talk about the pillars of imam.
Imagine
if if the Muslim does this, what will
happen?
The whole world will change.
Also, Allah
says,
in Surat Al Jin
aya 1 to 2.
Oh, Muhammad, it
has been revealed to me that the group
of listened and said,
indeed, we have heard an amazing Quran.
That is recitation.
It guides to the right cause,
and we have believed in it.
You will never associate with our lord anyone.
This
This is what the jinn said.
Our problem, my dear brothers and sisters, we
read the Quran in the parrot fashion
without pondering and reflecting.
I have been
inspired.
I have received the revelation.
It has really revealed to me.
The prophet
was reading in the fajr of salah
Quran,
leading
the prayer.
The jinn, they heard his recitation,
and they believed in that.
But just listening to the Quran,
they believed.
So Allah informed his prophets.
I have been informed. It has been revealed
to me.
Because the prophet
doesn't know
doesn't know that I'm seeing.
Never know. So he didn't know there were
jinn listening. He didn't know that.
Allah told him.
A
group
from among the jinn.
The
jinn, they are invisible. That's the name of
all this root of yim and noon.
It means something hidden, something invisible.
So they are called jim
because we don't see them.
We could don't see them.
The embryo of the fetus in the mother's
womb is called what in Arabic?
Janine.
It's called Janine. Janine
because you don't see it. It is covered
by 3 layers.
The abdomen,
the uterine wall,
and the placenta. You don't see it. So
it is genine.
The
garden
is called Jannah
Jannah.
The garden is called what? Jannah.
Again, jima noon.
Why it is called Jannah?
Because if you are a garden with with
many trees
many trees.
So because there are many trees, so when
you are inside the garden,
you become invisible. The one from outside, the
outsider cannot see you. That's why it is
called
Jannah.
The shield.
Shield.
It's called what in Arabic?
Shield,
the warrior use is called
Again, gim and nun.
Anything derived from this root, it means something
invisible.
Why it is called
Because
the warrior covers himself with, so you don't
see him. You want to hit his face?
You don't see his face because he puts
the shield.
So the jinn,
Invisible creatures,
and there are Muslims
and non Muslims.
And there are 3 types. The gin
are 3 categories.
Three types.
As the prophet said in
he said,
One type of the jinn, they fly.
They fly.
So someone you see someone flying, the jinn,
they carry him.
The jinn, they carry this person.
And the jinn, they will not carry you
until you become a kafir like them, then
they will start helping you,
and they will carry
At the time of Sheikh Islam, he been,
and that's the reason why he
wrote the book,
and for between
Allah's friends and the devil's friends.
And many times, I
asked you to download it and read it.
It is very important book.
So there was a man who would jump
from the top of the mount of and
the helix
of Gassilon,
and he would land at the foot of
the mountain
unheard.
And the people would say, oh,
he's one of Allah's auliya.
Sheikh Islam said, no. He's one of the
devil's auliya.
The jinn, they carry him. So this part
of the jinn, they fly, so they carry.
So if you see someone flying or walking
on the water, the the jinn, they carry
him.
That's why in my job, I said, if
you see a man flying in the sky,
in the air,
walking in the water, do not relieve him
till you check-in
against
the.
So that's one type of
the
they
fly.
Another type,
they take the shapes
of dogs
and servant
snakes.
So that's why the prophet said, if you
see a snake
in your home,
swear by Allah 3 times
by saying,
k? I ask you in Allah's name or
by swear by Allah that you leave us.
3 times you do you say this, and
then you turn your face away.
If you
see it again after
turning your face when you come back,
then it is enormous lake snake and you
can't kill it.
Because if it is a jinn, it will
disappear.
It
will disappear. And the reason the Al Amadeh
said, why you have to turn your face
away?
They say, if the jinn
will remain in that form that he appears
in
as long as you are keep you if
you keep watching it.
So and if the game appears in front
of you
and you took your gun and you shoot
it, it will die.
And that what happened in Sahih Muslim
during the battle of
Badr. Battle the battle of the change, the
hander.
There was an one of the amsar,
one of the Sahaba was newly married,
so the prophet
would tell him during the day to go
to his wife.
He's a honeymooner.
So when he went, the prophet
before he left, he told him take your
spear
because
I am afraid those who left behind
might hurt you. Do something.
So when he reached home, he found his
wife at the door
outside at the gate.
He felt jealous.
Ah, you are watching
our enemies.
The men of our enemies.
He felt jealous.
Muslims
aren't there
facing the Ufa.
She told him, hold hold on hold on
hold on.
Go and see what is inside.
I am scared to death, frightened.
I'm afraid
to stay inside. Go.
He went inside. He found a big snake
big snake.
So what he did? He hid the snake
with the spear.
And what happened? Both of them died at
the same instantaneous
rate.
When the news reached the prophet
he told them
there are jinn in Medina who become Muslims.
So if you see something,
give them a chance
to disappear.
So this is the second time. The jinn,
they take forms of servants or dogs.
And the 3rd tie, the prophet
say,
and that third tie, they live with you
and they travel with you.
The gym that are in the toilets
always.
That's why
before you enter, you say,
I seek your protection
from the and the,
the male jinn and the female jinn.
So that's the jinn.
So here, Allah
So Allah
revealed to his prophet
that a group from among the jinn,
they heard your recitation.
Listen.
They said we have heard
Quran,
which is
so amazing.
The Quran touched their hearts.
Touch the
heart. They comprehended
the the message.
This Quran
guides.
To the most straight coast.
It guides to the right coast, the right
direction, the way of salvation.
And we have believed in it.
We believed
by just listening to the
Quran.
And we will never
hate.
Iman
touched their hearts.
So they are saying,
and we will never associate
anyone
with our lord.
We never worship anyone but our lord.
We will not disobey our lord.
So the message of our prophet,
the message of Al Islam
is universal.
It is for mankind
and the as
well.
May Allah
accept our deeds,
and may Allah forgive us our shortcomings.
And may Allah hold us accountable
for not serving his deen
and shoulder
our the responsibility
that we are supposed to shoulder.
May Allah forgive us our faults and mistakes
and ignorance.
May Allah
keep us remain steadfast
in
this beautiful
deen,
he is pleased with all of us. May
Allah unite
our on the
and guide us all
to the
and unite our hearts in the help, honey.
May Allah
elevate your status, my dear brothers and sisters,
in this life
and the one to come.
May Allah
reward you immensely
for your dedication,
for your patience,
and for your
attendance.
Brothers and sisters, we will start the question
and answer session now.
Please kindly send in your questions
as soon as possible. As always, you can
raise your hands and ask your questions verbally.
We have received some questions written already.
Insha'Allah, we'll begin with those.
The YouTube has been working fine, so everything
should be okay in that sense. Inshallah.
Okay. First question,
can you please explain
in what cases that may be considered to
be shirk?
To live off an act of worship because
of was was? Question mark.
The shirk
is to
offer
to offer an
an act of worship to other than Allah.
So offering
and directing
and act of worship to other than Allah,
this is the shirk.
This is the shirk,
and this is major shirk, and this takes
out the person
out of Islam.
So if you ask other than Allah,
you say,
oh, help me.
This is because
you called other than Allah.
If you slaughter an animal,
a orbani, a sacrifice other than Allah, this
is shirk and takes a person out of
the fold of Islam.
If you made a vow another to other
than Allah, the same thing.
So the shirk is to direct and offer
an act active worship to other than Allah
And, of course, there are 3 categories, the
type of shirk,
major one.
I just mentioned few examples of it.
If you direct any act of
other than Allah.
This is called a shirkal Akbar, major shirk.
2nd type, minor
shirk,
doesn't take a person out of a swap,
but it is greater than any other major
shirk.
Greater than any other major shirk.
For example, if you,
swear by
the name of other than Allah.
K?
Many people, they swear by
their honor or their dignity
or by the prophet.
K?
You find in some Arab countries, they say
by the prophet.
This is
big sin.
It is when you say this, it is
bigger than committing adultery.
It's bigger than drinking alcohol,
greater than that.
But this doesn't take a person out of
the fold of Islam.
It's simple.
And it can take a to become major
if
you believe
that this person,
you can swear by his name.
You believe that he deserved that, then it
will become major.
Or to go to another example
of the minor
is to go to fortune tellers,
soothsayers,
punished.
K?
If you believe, then it's a big problem
to come.
If you don't,
40 days, your prayers will not be accepted.
And the third time
is the showing off,
ria, which is so subtle,
you don't feel it.
It is subtler than the movement of an
ant
on a smooth surface,
smooth rock
at night.
So the showing of it is a form
of hypocrisy
so subtle,
it creeps
into one's heart.
And that's why Shirdna Aboubacar fell on his
knees, and he said, what should we do?
He said, you say
Oh, Allah, I seek your protection.
But I may associate partner
with you without knowing.
So forgive me.
O Allah, I seek a protection
against
committing
shirk
knowingly or unknowingly.
So
always repeat this dua.
Now if a person,
he missed,
as in the question,
an active worship
like the salah because of
or something like that. No. This will not
take you out of the fold of salah,
but you are you committed a sin.
K. So you
responded to the satanic whispers
to the of the shayfall,
and you disobeyed the.
So you need to repent and ask Allah
forgiveness, and you need to make up
this rebadah which you missed if it is
a salah or siyam
or the like.
Is this clear to the questioner?
It is clear, Sheikh. If not the questioner,
I can send another message back.
The next question, Sheikh.
Assalamu alaikum, Sheikh. May Allah preserve you and
raise your ranks in Jannah. Amen.
Is it permissible to buy regular non halal
chicken, rabbit, or other meat products,
cat food instead of fish
to feed our cat?
Question mark. As he seems to be bored
and not finishing the packets of fish food
we've been giving him.
The cat is bored.
So this date.
This cat is having lavish life.
K.
So now he is choosy. He doesn't want
the fish anymore. Okay.
No harm. No harm. Because eating halal only
for the human beings, not for the animals.
Okay? But
the question is, you are going to buy
the dead animals,
which means you encourage the people
to sell
the meat of dead animals. From that perspective,
we cannot do that.
K?
Can the cat eat
non halal meat? I would say yes.
Can we
buy non halal meat
and give people money
and encourage their business
to sell the haram? Then I'll say no.
We cannot do that.
We cannot do that
because you are carrying them
to do haram and to sell
dead animals.
So you are helping them to,
continue
doing haram and,
to make their business to boom.
And Allah
says,
So don't buy
these
meats which are
sold, and they are dead
because you are encouraging them.
Because the last thing
that we cooperate and help each other regarding
righteousness,
good things.
Do not help each other
regarding sins,
sinfulness,
the hidden,
sinning,
and transgression.
Is this clear to the question?
Hopefully, it is clear, Sheikh. And that was
our final question for tonight.
If you'd like to conclude, Sheikh, and, reminder
to all the brothers and sisters,
we now start half an hour earlier than
usual,
6 o'clock UK time. According to UK time,
6 o'clock UK.
Please match with your,
timings from wherever you are.
Also,
I you'd I'd like to add. But, anyway,
if someone give you food for the for
the cats freely,
They give you this freely. That's different.
To go and buy
something haram,
which is
meat that is sold, which is haram,
then you are helping them to
continue
doing the haram. And this is we have
to keep this in mind.
If every Muslim is stopped
helping those who are doing haram stuff,
they will quit. They will, because they are
they want to make business.
They will want to make business. Then they
will say, okay.
What do you want? We don't want to
lose you.
Our clients, what do you want?
We want you to sell halal stuff. That's
it.
May Allah
guide all of us, and may Allah
forgive us our faults and mistakes and ignorance,
and may Allah keep us to remain steadfast
in this beautiful deen
till we meet him, and he is pleased
with all of us. Ameen.
And may Allah
preserve you, protect you, bless you, bless your
family,
and save you from all evils. Ameen.
Until we meet in the coming session, I
leave you in Allah's company
and protection.
