AI: Summary ©
And welcome to our 33rd
lesson
of this topic that takes place every Fridays.
The topic,
the removal of the doubts, which is delivered
by our honorable
beloved Sheikh Sheikh Salim Al Amri.
I will pass the screen and the mic
to the Sheikh,
to begin.
Today is the
class on Tesh v Shubuhad
by the sheikh and Gedid al Imam.
In the last session,
he
refuted the shubha
of the
his opponent
that
we say, laila Allahu, Muhammadu Shivan. We believe
in the one. We believe in the past.
Tell them how we call us worship.
So he
dealt with that Chuba quite extensively
by quoting,
quotes from the,
Kitab and Sunnah, from the history of Islam,
that it is not just by saying
the Shahada,
and then you
do or commit some
or one of
the
nullifiers of the shahada,
which will take you out of Islam.
And then after that you claim you are
still a Muslim.
So the
what makes you a Muslim
that when you say the Shahada,
you enter a Swab.
But there are things that will take you
out of a swap
if you commit
any one of them, or if you commit
shirk, if you commit,
the, the denied anything that is known of
the deed by necessity, if you deny any
of the pillars of Islam or the pillars
of imam, etcetera, this will take you out
of Islam. That's why there is a chapter
in the Quran called in the books of
the
in all the schools of thought,
Beran Murtad.
This chapter is addressing
apostasy and
other states.
And then he mentioned, Doctor. Abu Bakr Abu
Bakr al Fajd Benuhanifa and Aldo Sahaba
agreed upon that unanimously.
Though Benuhaniva,
the people of Musa'il Eema, they used to
pray, to fast,
perform Hajj, everything except they denied the Zakar.
Yet the Sahaba defaulted them. And he
made it very clear by Allah, I'll fight
whoever differentiate between the zakah and the zakah.
And the same thing,
Sayed N Ali, he fought to those who
said You have Allah,
and,
claimed and attributed to him divinity,
and he killed them by the fire.
Those who were saying, nayna, Allah.
The same thing the Muslim, they fought,
Benoit
Obadah,
the
who
are called falsely
and,
and Fatimiyoun of the Fatimites.
Though they were saying Laila Allah, Muhammad.
So they just use that as
as an excuse that we are saying, that
will not benefit you in the day of
resurrection.
If you commit the opposite
and what
contradicts
the meaning of La ilaha illallah Muhammadu Rasool
Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam.
And now the author
is going to continue.
And they hope you are, my dear brothers
and sisters, that you really take notes
and you
really revise after the class
and during the week
and you share.
I hope so.
Because knowledge of you do not
revise it
and write it.
It will just escape your mind. It will
leave you.
You cannot retain it.
And
learning the deed is an a long process,
and it is an accumulative process.
You accumulate
bit by bit.
So if you just
come and attend the class and you enjoy
it and you like it,
and then after that, you you
don't revise, you don't
go through your notes and,
share what you have learned,
then
I tell you that
you will not
be. K?
If you want to be a serious
students of knowledge,
dedicate, give time
Give time for the ill.
As the said, and the ill will
not only
you give it all your time,
and it gives you only a part of
it.
So
the author
that Rahim Allah now is continuing
also mentioning
and refuting
that.
So
the Sheikh
here is reminding
his opponent,
the one with whom he's engaged in the
dialogue and the conversation.
So he's telling
him, don't you know
about those whom Allah said?
They swear they are allowed that they say
nothing
bad,
but really
they say the word of disbelief,
and they're just relieved after accepting Islam.
Surah Tawba, that is Surah 9 ayah 74.
See,
this ayah is a clear evidence
that the person will become a kafir
after becoming a Muslim.
So there are things that will take you
out of Islam again.
Because here Allah
clearly said about
the
hypocrites.
They swear by Allah that they said nothing
bad,
but really they said the word of disbelief.
Which is what does this mean?
If you deny anything
of the
instructions
and the teachings of Islam.
Only if you talk
bad and evil about the law,
like those who say
Allah's hand
Allah's hand is
cuffed
tight.
Because when your hand is tight, that means
you cannot spin. That means you are stingy.
So they are saying Allah is poor.
We are Allah is poor and we are
rich.
This is kufar
to talk about about Allah like that.
Or to talk about
the Malaika
or to hate any of the angels.
Like, they said,
oh, that is our enemy from among the
angels. They meant Yibreel, alaihis salaam. So this
was kufu.
So when you talk
evil about anything, about Allah, about his prophets,
about his messengers,
about his angels, about his books,
about any of the teachings of Islam,
about hijab,
about the Sharia.
This is kufat.
So they swear by Allah that they said
nothing bad,
but, really, they said the world of disbelief.
They said the world of,
and they disbelieved.
And they
disbelieved
after accepting Islam.
So we have to be very cautious and
very careful
that
when we become Muslims, when we
enter into the fold of Islam,
we cannot take that for granted.
There are certain things that will take you
out and throw you away
from the fold of Islam.
So if you deny
anything Islam
mentioned,
and you say I don't accept this,
even the Siwaq, you know, the this
piece of wood,
the stick the the blush
you
use,
if you deny that
and and you know it is from the
sun of the box, that will take you
out of the forms of the squad.
That's why
when you
look into this
issue see seriously,
you find many people who already left Islam
because of what they say.
How they talk about Islam? They criticize Islam.
They criticize the Hagid. They criticize the Quran.
They criticize the Sahaba. They talk evil about
the Sahaba. They talk evil about the mothers
of the believers, the wives of the prophet,
and
they think they are Muslim. They're not. They
already left
Islam.
Then the other said,
have you not heard?
So now
he is talking to his opponents in this
beautiful
dialogue.
Have you not heard for yourself
that Allah declared them kuffar
because
they uttered the word of kuffar,
but a mere mere word
they uttered
Alongside
the being from the time
of the
prophet despite that they are
living in the time of the.
And
they're having fought alongside, and
they fought alongside
with the pastor Hassan.
Prayed with him,
giving zakat.
They made Hajj.
And they worshiped Allah
alone.
Yet,
when they uttered the word of Kufr,
our said that they have
disbelief.
So to say
that
we cannot become disbelievers because we are merely
saying
and
all this stuff,
that is not enough.
See the example
before your eyes.
I was saying that they had this relief
after they've been
after they were Muslim. So
if you deny anything
of the teachings of Al Islam,
then this will make you a disbeliever
after you
became a Muslim.
Those who fought with
the and prayed with them, with the
The monastic team, they used to pray with
the.
They performed Hajj,
but
when they said the
the word of Kufr, Allah
declared that they have disbelieved.
And not necessarily
those who said that they were hypocrites before.
No?
Otherwise, they are.
But because of just what they have uttered,
that took them out of the font of
Islam.
Likewise,
those about whom Allah
So, likewise, those about whom Allah said,
say was it at Allah
and his ayaat and his messenger that you
were mocking?
Make no excuse.
You have disbelief
after you had elite.
And this is what happened
that the
was
going
to Tubuk,
the expedition of Tubuk, was not Tubuk.
In the way at night,
the
hypocrites of the Muna 15,
they were talking to each other
as we are going to
hear this in the
in this beautiful hadith,
which is coming.
And they thought that they were alone,
that there were only the
the the the hypocrites alone,
but there was a Muslim there.
So they were cracking jokes.
The
hypocrites, the way cracking jokes about
the and
his companions.
And they said, Ma ra'ina Arzabutun
and Wala Ajbarin Del Yuka
Bin Mohammed Wasabi.
Said we haven't seen
people who are so ferocious
and they like food and eat a lot.
And
in the battlefield, they are coward more than
the companions, Hamid and his companions. So they
were
ridiculing and making mockery of the Pafsaas and
his companions.
So this Sahabi, he
left
the the gathering,
and he went to inform the and
when he reached to inform the that he
found that
the was already informed by Allah.
K. So
the hadith
tells us about this incident.
That when they were sitting together, they said,
we have seen more people with greater appetite,
more lying, more cowardly in battle
than those people, than Mendipaswah Salam and his
companions.
So al Bukh Nemanik rose and said, in
fact, you are the liar and the hypocrite.
You're a
Monafiq.
And I will inform Allah's messenger
about your words.
So he went to Allah's Messenger
but by then,
the prophet
was already informed
through a revelation.
The priest came down and informed him.
Meanwhile, the hypocrite also approached Allah's messenger,
that hypocrite, because remember
the hypocrites
why they are the most dangerous
people for
Islam
because
they
chain
their
positions
quickly
and they lie,
and they keep changing masks.
So when they meet the believers, we are
believers like you.
When they are alone with their shayateen,
the human devils,
Allah called them,
describe them as shayateen.
They say,
indeed, we are with you.
But we only make mockery out of those
foods. We try to to please them apparently,
but in reality, no. Yeah. We are with
you.
We are the enemies of Islam.
So that's how they play
the monasticity.
That's why they're very dangerous
because they can stab you from behind at
any time.
You see, Salahuddin
Ayub
could not face the crusades
crusaders
before he
got rid of the batania,
the assassins,
who tried many times to to assassinate him.
Because these are enemies inside. You don't know
them.
So
the hypocrite,
also, he got up because now he's going
to be exposed.
So he went after
to
apologize.
To the prophet.
And the prophet,
he knows them by names,
and he knows that they are not Muslims.
They are hypocrites.
And he has given the list of the
names to,
yet
he treated them as Muslims
so that people
will not say why Muhammad
is killing
his people.
He treated them as Muslims.
Muslims. Though he knows.
So
this here because he came
to the.
And the papa
has already started his journey.
He's in the move,
and he's on the back of his camel.
So
the hypocrite,
the Molabeq,
he pleaded, he appealed, he
begged,
he pleaded,
oh Messenger of Allah,
we were
only joking and trying
to pass the time while traveling
just to entertain. We didn't mean anything.
Believe me. We didn't mean anything. We just
joking and trying
to pass time
while traveling.
Even Omar
described to us the scene. He said,
as if I see him,
I can visualize
the scene,
that he was clinging to the saddle belt
of the messenger
of Allah's camel.
So the prophet
is moving. He's not looking at him.
And this hypocrite,
he
held
this belt of the shadow
of the camel of the prophet, and
the camel is moving.
As it ran, his legs were being battered
battered
by rough ground even though they were
scratched
by the rough ground.
And even then, he continued
bleeding,
asking, and begging.
We were only joking.
Allah's
Messenger sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said, was it
Was
it at Allah
and his
and his messenger
that you were mocking?
You didn't find anything else?
Except Allah and his and the deen?
Make no excuse that.
Make no excuse. You have disbelief
after you had believed.
Neither he saw a sudden look towards him
or nor spoke anything
further.
So this is
an example
that
when they say this work,
they become disbelievers.
As someone says in Surat Atova,
I have 65
to 66.
So I was saying, if you question them,
this is what they will say.
They will certainly say, we were only talking
idly
and joking down.
Say, was it
Allah, his regulations,
his messenger
that you ridiculed?
You ridicule Allah?
Your cat jokes about Allah?
About his messenger?
About the deed? About the revelation?
See how
many
criminals are there today
and how they talk about Islam and they
talk about
the prophets and they clap yokes about the
Deen and about the religious people, etcetera.
Make no excuse. You have this relief.
I'm not saying that I tell you.
Your excuse will not be accepted
after your belief. If we bought in one
faction of you, we will punish another faction
because they were criminals.
So my dear brothers and sister
to
ridicule
any aspect of Islam.
This is a rig that
a past,
and this will take a person out of
Islam
immediately.
So don't believe the Shaitan fool you if
you are a sinner,
but don't talk about
and hate any aspect
of Islam
or any teaching of Islam.
Though maybe you are not doing it. For
example,
you are not wearing a hijab, but don't
take the hijab and talk bad about it.
Like, today I read
1,
Murtadda
an apostate female one. He is
saying,
What's Hijab? Hijab? They have another called Hijab.
SubhanAllah.
So they are all over the place.
All over the place.
So if you are not wearing the hijab,
you are a sinner.
But to say there's no hijab and you
hate it and talk about it, this takes
you out of a slot finish. It's not
a sin. It's kufo.
It is kufo.
Read that.
And
to
Hanover.
You see
those criminals
all over
who ridicule
al Islam
and make mockery about the deal.
So the oath of Muhammadu Ta'ala is telling
this
opponent
that
see by just saying
this word,
and they become disbelievers.
And when we analyze your situation,
you, 2 worshipers, grave worshipers,
saint worshipers,
you are doing worse than them.
You have
taken those
human beings,
the only, the saints,
you made them equal to Allah.
You associated
them with Allah.
You call them. You pray to you ask
them. You make dua to them. You offer
your sacrifices
to them.
You swear in their name.
You give
vows.
What else?
This what you are doing,
which is worse,
graver
than what the others did.
And then you claim.
You claim on top of that
that you are still within the world of
Islam.
You're fooling yourself.
You're fooling yourself.
When you are in need,
you don't
ask Allah. You ask somebody else.
You are in trouble, you call upon other
than Allah.
Your sacrifices, you offer them to other than
Allah.
All these acts of worship,
each one of them takes a person out
of Islam when he offers it or directs
it to other than Allah.
So this is Sheikh Ahmed,
major Sheikh.
And then you try to justify
that this is okay.
It's not Sheikh.
Because I say
and I believe in in the prophet
No. You don't believe in Allah and Muhammad
in the real sense. Had you believed, you
would have only worshiped Allah alone,
and you would have only directed all your
acts of worship to Allah
and for Allah.
And you would have only followed the prophet
and followed his sunnah.
And leave all
invented
ways
and methods.
So you're not
following
what Allah said and what the prophet
said.
And you don't know actually the meaning of.
You don't know it.
Had you known it, you would not have
done all this
polytheistic
and shook act. So you're not.
But because you don't know.
You think you know, but you don't know.
And you don't know that you don't know.
And this is the compound ignorance.
You don't know that you don't know.
SubhanAllah.
That's why my dear brothers and sisters,
back to basics.
The Muslims,
they have to go to basics
to understand the
fundamentals.
Yes. To understand what's the meaning of and
what is the meaning of Muhammad Rasool
He he summarized
the whole,
the whole thing in this
one bulleted verse.
Tell you are hidden
for the one. That's Allah.
Tell you are hidden.
That's Allah.
Be 1.
For 1, that's Allah.
Be 1.
Be a monotheist,
not a polytheist.
Be a monotheist.
And you are hidden.
Kunwar hidden.
For the
one,
Allah the one, the unique,
the creator of the heavens and the earth,
who deserve to be worshiped along
without any partners
associated with him,
that's the one you should worship.
Hello?
Oh, one.
Be 1.
Be a monotheist.
All your imadat,
All your acts, all your actions should be
offered and directed
to Allah.
It should be done only for Allah.
And you believe
in the oneness of your creator
and his uniqueness
regarding his essence, his person,
his unique, his one,
indivisible,
no partners,
It's not created.
So she's the creator.
Is the first and the last. She's above
everything and closer to you than anything.
We believe in his
beautiful names and divine attributes and
the meaning of his names and that,
the meaning of the names of the attributes
of
Allah and then you act upon
the
the belief in his names and attributes.
So if you believe that Allah is
a semi, Allah is al Qasir, Allah is
al Alim, if you believe that Allah sees
you, Allah hears you, Allah
provides for you,
that should
make
your
faith
firm.
So you call only Allah.
You don't disobey him because he sees you
wherever you are. You don't back fight, you
don't slander, you don't lie because
he hears whatever you do.
That is the meaning
of.
So
be a monotheist
not to share any and associate anyone with
him.
Then so in this,
he mentioned to Rahim Allah
all the types of the tawhid,
the 4 types of tawhid.
3
are related
to
the
meaning
of.
These are related to the meaning
of.
So the unity
of lordship,
that
means singling out
regarding his
acts, his actions, that he is the creator,
cherisher, sustainer, mobile,
etcetera.
Then you you single him out regarding his
names and divine attributes, and this is the
the unity of divine names and attributes.
And then the third one, you single him
out regarding
our own actions.
That our
our actions are only for him,
and that is the unity of
or unity of.
Then he mentioned the 4th type. The 4th
type is related to the meaning of Muhammad
Rasulullah,
and that is which the Ulema call
Tawhidhan Mutaba
or unity of fellowship.
That's the meaning of Muhammad Rasool Allah.
The meaning of La ilaha illa Allah,
la ma'abooda
behaktin
in the law. There's no deity worthy of
worship but Allah.
The meaning of Muhammad Rasool Allah SAWA SAWA
SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA
SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA
SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA
SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA
SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA SAWA
SAWA.
You have to follow the pops. So I
said that
because
if you don't follow him, you will not
enter the jammer,
not enter the jammer.
If you follow anyone
other
than the prophet,
you will not enter the Jannah.
That's why the prophet, when
he saw Shaitan Umar
reading some leaves
some leaves of the
pages of the
the scripture holy scripture,
the Torah.
So the Oman was in gost and reading,
and the prophet
was
his face
was turning red.
But the prophet
whenever he got angry,
the Sahaba would see that immediately on his
face, facial expressions.
So Nama was not aware, so someone informed
him. Say, say,
may your mother lose you. Don't you see?
The anger on the face of the
the he
realized, so
he paid attention.
So So the prophet
said,
Are
you in doubt?
I have both the deen with you. It's
so clear, so white.
No crookedness in it.
So clear,
the message of
If Moses, the son of Amlan, is alive,
he would not have any choice
or chance
or option
except to follow me.
K?
The one upon whom the Torah was
sent,
he had to follow me. If he's present
today,
he has to come and follow me,
Because that's what Allah took from all the
covenant,
the mitha,
all promise and messengers.
If this prophet
of mine,
appeared at the time and the reign of
1 of you,
you need to support him.
K?
Enjoy him.
That's why
Hafiz al Muhaqqah,
based on this,
he concluded that Al Khidr died.
Al Khidr
is a prophet,
and he died.
Had he been alive, he would have come,
and he would he would have come, and
he would have giving the pledge and the
bayah,
the allegiance to the prophet.
But because he died, he didn't come.
And the narration that they said he came,
all are,
unauthentic.
And that's why Bahayab,
he has written a small book about on
this matter.
And that he died.
Died.
Not as many,
k,
today,
say,
you met they met,
they say, so Alcidah of that
is tough.
K? So Alcidah died.
So here the prophet said,
had Moses,
Musa, the son of Imran,
had he been alive,
he would have to he would not have
any chance
or option except to follow me.
So that's why this is Unity of Fellowship.
You follow the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam.
And you don't see it guide us anywhere
else.
You follow his footsteps if you want to
enter the Jannah.
If you don't follow the footsteps of the
prophet, no Jannah.
As one of the ulama said, if you
want to enter the Jannah before him, you
will never smell its fragrance.
If you want to enter the Jannah simultaneously
along with him, you will never enter the
Jannah.
If you want to enter the Jannah, just
follow him.
Be behind him,
So
hidden in one path, in the path of
the
I mean, the part of the 2s and
imam.
So because they do not
they didn't know the meaning of blah, ilaha
illa Allah, they commit chirp,
they call upon other Allah
and they think they are still Muslims.
May Allah guide
them. And
so those who
made mockery
of al Islam,
though they were
troubling along with the prophet
for jihad,
But just saying that word of
gesting
and ridicule,
Allah said that you have disbelieved,
but just a word.
Also, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala Surat al Mutafafin,
ayah 29th
to ayah 34.
He tells us
about those who
are the enemies of Islam and those who
ridicule
and, the believers
and cut jokes about the practicing brothers and
sisters.
So Allah's
Allah
sees the Quran
consoles the heart.
You put peace
and serenity in your heart.
So especially
the whole abaha, the strangers,
the practicing Muslims and Muslim art.
Practicing Muslims and,
brothers and sisters
who are holding the hot
ambers in their hands,
suddenly
everything is against them.
There are strangers in the community.
Media is against them.
France against them.
Families against them, everyone is against them because
they are
holding to the robe of Allah.
So my dear brothers and sisters, keep holding.
Keep holding.
Because
that is the way.
Don't let the robe go. Never.
Keep holding to the robe of Allah.
Raise your head up and be powered
because this is the way. This is the
way.
This is the way of salvation.
This is the way to the jannah.
No other way.
No other way.
Yes.
We'll be suffering.
Yes.
We'll face adversities,
agonies,
tortures,
execution,
execution.
But that's the way.
That's the way.
So listen to what Allah said. This
ayaat,
they call the hearts of the of the
Mu'min and the Mu'min.
I was watching.
I was saying,
seeing everything.
That's
why.
And it will become strange again in the
life of Muslims.
This is the second
strangeness
of Burbethania.
The first strangeness
at the time of the prophet.
And what
happened? Did it remain as a strange? No.
It spread.
And now we are in the second phase.
2nd
strangeness.
Will it remain a strange? No.
No. It
will spread.
Alhamdulillah.
We are optimistic.
The Deen will spread again, will prevail,
will enter every household,
will they?
Whether they like it or not,
Islam will spread.
Tree in the Jannah. If you have a
tree in the Jannah, you have the Jannah.
So for
the changes,
the prophet explained them.
He said,
who are they? He said,
The strangers are very few.
In the midst of this multitude
of evil
ones, those who disobey them outnumber those who
obey them.
Outnumber them.
But they affirm the deal.
This is the.
This is the set that's going to be
delivered.
They carry on
carrying the banner
of the deen
and calling
the people to
the hidayah,
to the light, to the haqqwa.
So here Allah
describing
the situation
of the strangers.
See what
description Allah has given them.
Most certainly,
indeed,
verily,
those
criminals,
those who committed crime,
the wicked ones,
the immoral one,
the mischief,
the spreaders of mischief and corruption.
Indeed, the wicked.
The wicked used to laugh
at the believers in the dunya.
They see a sister
wearing her niqab
covered from head to toes,
they point fingers.
See that?
In in our country,
one of them say, the moving tent. Do
you see that moving tent?
Why you call it a moving tent? What
do you want?
Because you want her to
to
dis
to remove her clothes
and show you her body. That's what you
want.
Because you are a wicked person,
a
moral.
So when a woman is respecting herself
and covering her body
and telling you
mind your own business, idiot,
Don't look at me.
You become upset because you want to see,
and that's how they fool the woman.
K. They tell how, okay, you you want
to be
progressive woman,
advanced woman,
educated?
Remove your clothes.
What this has to do with the advancement,
removing
clothes? Think about the 2 sisters,
what this has to do?
I can be a doctor,
professional,
while wearing my hijab. What's the problem?
I can be a scientist in my in
the laboratory
while observing my hijab. What's the problem?
Why I have to remove my clothes?
Because you want to enjoy
and fulfill your desire. That's what you want.
Will this
Hijab
affect my intelligence
and my IQ?
Come
So when they see, they cut yours.
See?
See?
They are covered.
A woman is covered
telling you this is my biophacy.
This is my body.
This is my personality.
This is my personal freedom.
Do not interfere.
Do not enter my boundary.
You have to respect me.
Where is the freedom that you talk about?
That every person is free.
Why I cannot be free
to cover my body? Why?
Tell me.
Because freedom in your definition
is to
be naked. That is freedom,
which is what goes against the fitra. Don't
you see the baby, the baby, when the
baby is born?
K.
We cover the body of the baby with
a small piece of cloth
And which is growing still.
Piece of cloth, small one,
because nothing there to attract you.
Now he's growing,
then the piece of cloth will also grow
to cut up the remaining.
Now he's fully grown,
body is covered.
So this is the fiddler.
When you are born, small,
small piece of cloth, you are growing, the
cloth also grows along with you.
This is the fitrah. This is the nature.
This is the innate.
But to be inverted,
now you have grown up, and you're close.
They have to shrink.
Hello?
You're close. They have to shrink.
Shrink. Shrink. Shrink until
there is hardly any piece
of your body covered.
Covered.
That is freedom.
K? She walks in her.
Freedom. Freedom.
1 covering her body. Oh, watch out.
This is a threat for the national security.
National security
is threatened with a piece of cloth.
What security is this?
Indeed, the wicked Jews still laugh at the
believers,
wink to one another.
When they pass by the believers,
when they see
practicing brothers
or practicing sisters,
they wink their eyes,
wink to one another
whenever they pass by.
Parmesan. And when they return to their people,
they would return
jesting.
Yokey. And when they saw them, when they
Akbar. Allah is describing what
was going through.
And when they saw them, they would say,
indeed, those are truly
lost.
Truly
lost.
They feel pity for the practicing
believers.
Allah says,
But they have not been sent as guardians
over
there. It's not your business?
Mind your own business?
See
who will laugh last.
So today,
those who believed
are laughing at the disbelievers.
The
believers in the Jannah
reclining
on their cushions in their beds,
watching those who they used to laugh at
them in their dunya,
watching them, seeing them
roasted
roasted
in their fire.
So today, those who believe are laughing at
the disbelievers
on a dawn cultures,
watching them, seeing them in the gunfire.
Fire.
It will be
us. The believers will be asked.
Are you such white? Are you content?
Are you happy now?
The believers will be asked, have the disbelievers
not
been
paid back for what they used to do?
Have they received what they deserve or not?
Indeed, they have received what they deserve.
So my dear brothers and sisters,
be proud of your deen.
Hold to the road.
Help each other.
Love each other.
Support each other,
protect each other,
pay for each other.
Well, after the 2 in with Chuckie,
The outcome
is for the
believers, for the righteous.
The other hand will be for the righteous.
The earth was inherited
by the righteous.
It's a matter of time.
It's a matter of service.
So do not
lose your deed.
Hold
and abide to the Kitab and Sunnah.
Bite
upon the Kitab and Sunnah
with your mala teeth,
with your mala teeth.
May Allah
center our iman and your iman.
And may Allah
keep us to remain
steadfast
on this beautiful deed
till we meet Allah and
he is pleased with all of us. And
may Allah guide our Ummah.
May Allah guide all the Muslims.
Allah guide all the Muslims. May Allah guide
those Muslims
who went astray and
bring them back to the and
bring them to the and make them die
upon the
And may Allah
forgive us
our faults
and mistakes and ignorance.
And may Allah
reward all of you, my dear brothers,
immensely
for your patience
and attendance.
A question directly
or, alternatively,
you can send in your
questions on the chats.
Please send them in fast,
so we do take them,
fast
and answer
them. We have received some already. Inshallah, we'll
begin with those.
Okay.
Assalamu alikum.
May Allah reward our Sheikh for sharing the
beneficial with Jameen.
A person who had biosphere
of the nose,
how should he do wudu as he cannot
rinse his nose?
If the water will hurt him?
Okay. So no need.
No need to
to
make the stingshot and stingshot.
You can just wipe from outside.
So fear Allah to the best of your
ability.
Plus use it, you know, that
the
the stent sharp and the stent are sniffing
the water and blowing it, and the rinsing
of the mouth.
The strongest that they are part of the
face,
and so they fall under the
the,
the pillars of the wudu.
There are others,
scholars and schools, consider it
from the the Sunan,
but now someone is is cannot do that.
So here, a person
should fear
Allah Subha'aala as Allah says Fatihaqollah Musa'at.
So
maybe you can do it here in the
beginning of and then wipe from outside the
wash the outside,
if possible. If the whole nose is covered,
for example,
you had an operation, so you just wipe
the rest.
And on the band aid, you can just
do like that.
I hope this is clear to the question.
Inshallah, that is clear.
Sheikh, next question.
Assalamu alaikum waftallahi wabarakatuh.
Sheikh, you talked about those who mock the
religion of Allah. Is there a difference between
one who
is mocking and the one who is sarcastic?
It's
the
same.
The one who is talking sarcastically about Islam
is actually ridiculing the gay,
and whether he's serious or not
doesn't matter.
This is very serious issue. It is one
of the nullifies
of Al Islam.
Next.
The next question.
1 of my friends is following some deviant
guys,
the Hargites,
and always claims that he is correct.
I tried to convince him, but he acted
violently as he was losing his opinion.
I feel his heart is sinning out of
and he claims
who gets oppressed are the Haqq
are in the Haqq.
And I can see he is turning away
from the correct Islam. How do I give
him Nasihah?
Should I stay
away
from him? Okay.
Here I need to
elaborate more
before answering the question.
The
the terminologies nowadays
are becoming so vague,
especially the media,
and many Muslims have been have been influenced
by such,
propaganda.
For example, the word
Kharij
Kharijites.
So who are they?
What's the meaning of Kharijite
or Kharijites?
The Kharijites or the Kharij are known in
the history of Islam.
Are those who
say to Sridna Ali when he
accepted
the arbitration
and the
judgment of the 2 arbitrators
in the battle of,
Sophia
that you have become a kafir.
Why I have become a kafir?
They say because Allah says,
the ruling and the judgment
and the governance belongs
only to Allah,
and you have appointed
accepted the judgment of men.
So Sayid N Ali, he put the Quran
and he said oh, Quran, judge between us.
Of course, the Quran will not talk the
book.
So he's telling them who will judge the
Quran itself
or the people or the men who understand
what was in the Quran?
And he left them. He didn't do anything.
They said you are a Kafir if you
and we're not following you. He said it's
up to you.
They said if you want us to follow
you, climb the pulpit and say and announce
that you have
became an upstate, and now you are coming
back, and then we'll follow you. He said,
Arunzebulak.
So
he left them,
and he did not do anything about them.
And even he did not say that they
are Kafirs.
As a matter of fact, he said the
opposite.
They asked him,
are they Kufar?
They said,
They ran away from the Kufar
by becoming Muslim.
Then the absent.
Are they monogamous?
Are they hypocrites? He said, no.
The hypocrites, they hardly mention Allah.
And those they are always their tongues engaged
in the dikr.
So they asked him,
who are they? What are they?
Said, our brothers and their own cast. That's
it.
He didn't consider them. He didn't consider them.
That's
what said.
About the. He didn't fight them except when
they started
spreading corruption and killing people.
So
so the
is the one
or there are leaders known.
They cons they consider
the,
perpetrator
or the
committer of a major sin as a.
So
so to them, if someone commits,
it's a.
So that is they're happy then. That's their
belief.
They
they
go for the,
they consider
the the ruler,
the hacker.
If he doesn't rule
with
the to
them, he's a Catholic.
Or even not only he is not ruling
to the Kitab al Sunnah, according to their
understanding,
if he
in one particular matter, he didn't rule to
them, he's a Catholic.
So the holidays,
they're happy that they believe is known.
They consider that
the one who
the
committed
in the,
okay,
they say
k? They said this is the
which means this is the cover of ungratefulness.
But in the hereafter,
he is permanently
in the hellfire.
So now to come and to tell a
person
in our time that he's a halachite,
does he really follow the doctrine and the
belief and the of
the Haredic?
This is a question.
And who decides that he is following the
belief and and the doctrine of the Kharijite?
Who decides this?
Because there are many
dua'a and there are many makhais
who are following the Kitab and Sunnah and
their Salibis and following the money of their
Salah. And some they talk about them and
they say they are Kharijites
whom they are not.
K?
So who
decides that this guy is really upon the
relief of the Hawanis?
So you have to be very careful before
you accuse anyone
to say that he's a holiday when
he's not,
and you have to be
careful
that if you accuse your brother or your
sister,
that he is not following
the correct belief and the and
you are mistaken because your understanding
is wrong,
So you are actually
lying,
accusing him
of such thing.
And the prophet made it very clear.
So if you accuse your brother, a Muslim
brother,
of something which is not true, It's not
true. You never saw this brother. You just
heard
about him,
and you start giving labels and issuing burdens.
So you are talking about him.
So the Prophet said whoever says anything about
his brother which is not true,
This is authentic hadith
authenticated by
in his chain of authentic Hadith.
What is it? It is the pool of
pus in the hellfire.
The pool
when the bodies of the kafar are burnt,
they start oozing
and pus and blood is coming out.
That
pus and blood is collected
in this pool,
and this person, Muslim,
who lied against her brother and sister will
be dipped and thrown into it.
Allah will make his maskan,
his abode,
that pool of pus and blood.
And it's called
because
the moment he is thrown into it, he
will become insane,
and he will lose his sanity.
Until
he comes out with the proof
for what he said to support
with evidence to support what he's he said.
But what he said is a lie,
so there will not be any proof for
it.
So he will be remaining there
in that pool
until
he comes up with the proof.
So let us fear Allah, my dear brothers
and sisters,
and control our tongues.
And we should not talk about
anyone without concrete,
clear cut,
crystal clear evidence
that this person indeed he is deviant.
Otherwise,
be
Allah,
this hadith is very scary
and frightening.
Now coming to the question
for the sake of argument,
if this brother
is really is really deviant
Okay? And there are,
but not denying that.
There are
brothers
who are ignorant,
gay,
enthusiastic,
they have the zeal but they lack their
knowledge.
I I told you before, our
Sheikh Alba in,
I think, in Amman, in Jordan. Yes.
When he had
the debate with the
group of brothers who used to consider every
Muslim kafirs.
And
the debates are recorded in cassette.
You
can hear the debate
that took place.
He said,
the first night, they did not pay behind
me.
The Sheikh Nasr
and his students, they prayed Isha.
Those brothers
consider Sheikh Al Bani and
his students, so they didn't pray behind him.
They paid by themselves.
And Sheikh had
patience.
So
the debate went on that night, then they
didn't finish.
The second day they promised to come,
and she said, and the signs Alhamdulillah started
to appear. They prayed behind the Sheikh
that night.
And
the debate went on until Fajr.
And Alhamdulillah
they came back to the Haqq.
And Alhamdulillah, there are many of them today,
active guys, calling to the Kitab and Sunnah,
alafa and the Sharaf Ussal.
But you need
a scholar
to guide them,
a scholar
who has big
heart and Rahma,
who can
be patient with them
and
answered and refute
the trouble heart
with the end.
So
if there is this brother,
it seems that you will you are not
able to to convince him.
So in this case, you need to give
him some material
what the renumer said.
If
the dows he has doubts in his mind
and especially issues of Takfir most of the
time,
you'll find those use they have issues of
Takfir
because they do not differentiate
between
the kufr al am and kufr al muhayal.
Okay? The kufr
in general,
but when we are saying whoever does this
or that is a cover
and the specific
appeal of that particular person.
So things are not
clear to them.
Or they do not also consider,
ignorance as an excuse when the reality and
ignorance
is an excuse.
And there are proofs for that in the
Kitab and Sunnah,
in the Quran.
The disciples of Isa alaihi salaam
that
that said, have you a slot your own
book on you
know,
send down a table from the heavens?
So they doubted
Allah's ability. So if someone doubted
Allah's ability,
it's not a moment.
But did Allah consider the disciples of Risa
disbelievers?
No. They were ignorant, so Allah sent down
the table.
The same thing
the, Banu Israel.
The moment they came out and Dawah delivered
them and they passed by
the, worshipping
idols, they asked Musa to do the same
thing.
Allocate for us. Give us make us with
gold like their gold.
Did Musa Alaihi Salam consider them kuffar? No.
No.
Because they were ignorant.
The one who stayed in the hadith that,
you know,
who lost his
his camel in the the middle
of nowhere
and all his food and Russian and sustenance
on the back of the camel.
And then he sat in the shade of
a tree, and he slept. When he opened
his eyes, he found his camel standing in
front of him.
He took hold of the rein of the
camel,
and out of happiness,
he said, Allahu'ma antaabdiwala
Abuq.
He said, oh, Allah, you are
my servant.
You are my slave, and I'm your lord.
I'm your lord.
So the prophet said, after which he did
the father,
he made a mistake out of happiness.
Though he said, cover,
you are my lord.
You are my slave.
Did Allah consider him covered? No.
The one who told his children
when he was
dying, my children, when I die,
burn, cremate my body,
collect the ashes, and wait for a windy
day,
and then scatter my ashes and land and
sea. And if Allah was able to bring
me back,
he will punish me severely.
Allah said to the particles,
me, get together.
And he was there.
And Allah asked him,
why did you do that?
He said,
I was afraid of you, and you know
that.
Though he doubted Allah's
ability to bring the people back into life,
and Allah forgave him
forgave him.
The prophet, when
he passed by the tree, that's unlocked.
That's unlocked.
Some of them, Sahaba, were newly reverted to
Islam.
So when they saw the
hanging their swords on the tree, seeking blessing,
they passed away. Similarly,
They asked
the
prophet
Please, oh, prophet of Allah, point for us
another tree so we can seek blessing.
The prophet said,
This is the the
the the of Allah. This is Allah's will.
People, they follow the footsteps of each other.
But Allah, you have said and articulated
and uttered the same thing
said to Musa
appoints for us
a goat like their goats.
So the pastor said,
he's made the two statements
cover
equal,
but he didn't consider them because they were
ignorant.
So that's why their aim is the the
remedy.
So
my advice,
if you are not able to convince this
brother
to see the people of knowledge in your
area
or give him,
some material
or write down in all his,
all his
doubts,
and ask the people of knowledge to address
them and give him then the answer.
May Allah guide all the Muslims
to the Haqq Amin, and may Allah keep
us remain stead steadfast
on the middle path of,
the way of the salafu salih, the way
of the 3 generations.
And may Allah
bless us with the beneficial
knowledge, and we should not go to extreme.
Neither to the right nor to the left
always remain on the middle path. I mean,
is this clear to the questioner?
I mean, yes,
It is clear. The next question.
There are some
idioms and phrases
in Bangla language that have subtle
hints of rituals of Hinduism.
Also, some contain contain names of Hindu
deities
that can also be used as qualities.
Is it permissible to use
these phrases?
No.
Any statement, any
idiom, any phrase
that is
having any notion,
a religious notion,
or any notion of disbelief
or
blasphemy
or any
sign of cover,
most of them should,
should stay away from that.
Next.
Next question. Is it permissible for a beggar
to say spend on
me?
Who's saying this?
A beggar.
Ah, okay. He's he's miskeen. He's ignorant.
K.
Okay.
You spent on me, you give me for
the sake of Allah. That's okay.
So he's in a scheme. That's what I'm
saying. That Muslim do need to go to
the to the basics.
So you help him and then you correct
him. Tell him, don't say this. This how
you say it. Next.
The next question,
if I didn't manage to pray the sunnah
of Duhar for a card,
is it permissible that I make them up
of the Duhur? Inshallah, you can. Yes. Next.
Next question. If I help my mom to
book a flight knowing she will travel without
a,
will I be sinful for helping her book
the flight?
What she has to stand for with doctor
Maham?
That was not stated, sir.
Okay. So,
because you love your mother
and making booking the ticket and this, Alhamdulillah,
this is a sign of birth Insha'Allah.
But you help her to do something haram,
that's not correct.
So
try to explain to her
that you should not have to do that
to Maharam. And you are the Maharam, if
you are a man, you are the Maharam,
so you need to travel with her.
K? Because traveling without a Maharam, the strongest
opinion
of the Muslim scholar that it is not
allowed.
So because
the prophet said that
a woman should not suffer without a Maharam.
And,
in this case, you need to explain to
your mother and tell her it is not
allowed,
the trouble of that mother.
And
I'm sorry. I, I should not help you
in this regard.
And if you are a man,
then you're talking with your mother. Don't let
your mother to talk with Aunt Jemakha.
Just try to guide your mother. May Allah
guide her, Ameen. Next.
The next question, Sheikh. If the government in
my country bans a social media app,
will I be simple for using that app
through another network? For example,
VPN.
I only use this app for Halal purposes
and also to seek knowledge of the deed.
No. Don't do that.
Don't do that. Next.
Next question.
If a woman requires
a medical procedure that involves
penetration by a medical
device on her private area while fasting.
Can this be regarded as a form of
penetration that invalidates her fast?
No. That will not invalidate her fast.
K?
The if if she can have an appointment
to the gynecologist
of the doctor,
the,
after the spa,
that's the best thing. But if there's no
chance,
that will not break the fast because we
have to break the fast is no.
Next.
The next question.
If someone has done one of the things
that the sheikh has mentioned
that take you out of Islam,
what should they do?
Can they just recite the shahadah themselves
and repent? Or is there some kafara?
Yeah. They they they they repent to Allah
and that's
it.
Next question. Many of the people, they they
fall into these areas,
out of ignorance. Many of them.
Next.
Is dissection of a dead person allowed?
It is allowed if there is a need.
If there is a need,
for example, to take a biopsy
to
know the reason of the death.
If that is the case,
then,
it is premise otherwise, if there is no
need,
as the papa said,
baking the bone of the dead is just
like baking his bone when he's alive.
Next.
Next.
Is a Muslim allowed to donate
his or her body
to a medical school to be used to
teach students?
No. The body
should not be donated,
but it should be
banned.
Okay?
And,
because
you don't own yourself, you don't own this
body,
the one who owns it is Allah Azzawajal
and the Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, he honored
the children of Adam
and
among these signs
of honoring the children of Adam that they
should be married.
Though the scholars Muslim scholars, the,
argue it or differed upon
giving an organ.
Can I give my kidney
or heart after one's death?
Two opinions,
but not the whole body.
One opinion says now because you don't own
this body
and coated the hadith, breaking the bone of
the dead of the dead like they can
get to an alive.
And the other opinion says because anyway this
organ is going to decay,
then there's no harm
if this organ is given to save the
life of someone.
Providing that this organ will be taken from
the
the body of the disease after
he, he died
naturally.
Not that we operate on the body when
the soul is still within the body.
So we are killing the body, killing the
person.
So the organ should be removed only after
the death.
That means the soul left the body and
the lung was crushed. Next.
Next question. Assalamu alaikum, Sheikh. May Allah bless
you and preserve you. If
a young couple would like to get married,
but their parents want them to finish their
studies
and graduate first
in 1 or 2 year time.
What is best for them to do? Have
a long engagement or have a long
nikka? Is this sunnah
or
I e wait till they finish studies and
boys working first in order to afford a
place of their own to move together?
Question mark.
There's nothing called engagement for,
for a long period of time.
We don't have that.
Engagement,
it is that you just
go see the girl
and arrange for the marriage.
But
to sign the wedlock, the habit,
and to wait maybe for few months or
maybe 1 year.
Okay? If there is no
harm
going to be caused,
then there's no problem with that.
And,
I don't know why parents, they are so
adamant that they have to to finish and
graduate. They can't get them married,
and they can't meet each other on the
weekend.
So the girl is with her family, the
boy is with his family, and they can
meet
in either in the house of one of
them, their parents, and they they they are
husband and wife.
What's the problem?
And if the families are well off, why
don't you get them married?
And believe me, this will not,
affect their,
their study.
They will not. It will not affect their
study at all.
K? Maybe they can delay the,
having children until they graduate. That's fine.
But they
why should I keep them waiting?
Why? If you are well off and you
can
accommodate,
them and provide a room for them and
what's the problem?
You see the problem here is something happened
to the minds of the Muslims. They have
been,
enslaved intellectually.
So
it became a ritual. It became dean. Primary
school, secondary school,
high school, college, uni, university.
That's it.
Who made that?
Why?
Okay. They can get married and continue.
What's
the problem?
Allah guide the Muslims. I mean, next, Shafi.
I mean, next question. Dear Sheikh, how many
categories
that Allah has granted the Shifa the Shafa
in the day of Yom
Tiamat?
And can we also look
for shafa in the world
in this world? May Allah grant you barakah.
The Shafa and the Afira, of course, the
Shafa are the of the prophet,
that is Muhammad al Mahmoud as
you read in the Hadid,
where everyone will say myself, myself, and the
prophet will
ask him. Stop upstairs and then go downstairs.
So let's just see top floor.
You can see the fence in place.
There is.
Afon, sir. Go ahead.
Okay.
So
and the prophet
will prostrate before Allah
and Allah
will
inspire him with praises that he never knew
before, and then he will be told to
start
the Shafa'ah interceding.
And then the others, the prophets, they intercede.
The the the scholars, they intercede.
The shohada, they'll they intercede.
The,
a fraud, the children who died before reaching
the age of puberty,
they intercede. So there are different
types of intercession
will happen
on that day.
Regarding Shafa'a in the dunya, yes, we can
have intercession
in the
and the says that someone is having the
problem. So
he goes to someone who can help him
to come out of that
so he can,
approach, let's say,
the government, etcetera,
or the minister, and because they respect this
person and
and providing that this jafa does not
make something
Haram,
k, so
if it doesn't involve any act of disobedience,
yeah, then it is permissible.
Next.
The next question.
Dear honorable sheikh, it was good that you
explained the origin of
Fatima Yoon.
Jazakullah said, but I would like to take
this opportunity to ask you
the
Ibadia Jamaa
Yeah. Or group who are they?
What they deny, they don't say,
that they are they are saying that we
are not followers of the,
our faction of the Hawaii. That's what they
say.
But the,
what is known that they are a fraction
of that, a fraction
of the of the groups of the Hawadis.
Next.
Anshul?
Next question.
Yeah.
Is it permissible to practice yoga?
I'm sitting like an idol.
What is that?
Focusing
on
you have this Allah.
Better than the yoga a million times.
The closest you can be to your when
you are in.
You have the ad card. You have all
these things. We don't need that.
Why you want to go and
practice the rituals of the.
Why?
Don't you notice haram?
To
practice and take the
all these all these
rituals, they are part of the deen of
Buddha,
part of the deen.
So
if you want to leave Islam,
that's another thing.
You're a Muslim
or a Muslim,
so leave all this
stuff. What Islam has given you
is far better.
This is what Allah is saying.
Indeed, in the remembrance of the law, the
hearts find peace.
It's better than closing your,
eyes
and cross your legs and you sit
and you just focus.
For this.
Their deen.
That's the deen. Our
deen Muslims, we don't follow them.
Is this clear to the questioner?
That is clear.
Brother Ali Ibrahim, if you can rewrite your
question, it's not clear, please.
Next question,
May Allah reward you for the beneficial lecture.
If a person died by accident in the
vehicle
and because of that, his children are getting
the amount
because vehicle is insurance under insurance rules,
Is this amount halal for the children and
his wife?
Kindly put light to this.
The, the money is coming from the insurance
company or from the,
the the one From the insurance claim. Yeah.
From the insurance? From the insurance claim.
Mhmm.
It's better
not to
spread it on themselves.
K?
They can use it in somewhere
for rent, for other things,
but not to use as food and things
like that.
And the law knows best. Next.
The next question.
Dear respected Sheikh,
what about touching
the private areas
with the right hand? Is it allowed question
mark?
It is.
You should not use the right hand
to
touch the private parts. So that's why I
always use use the the left hand
Whether you're while cleaning or whether later on,
like, for playing with your partner,
always use the left hand, not the right
hand.
Next.
And that is our final question for tonight,
Sheikh Salim. Jazakkullahi
for your time. If you'd like to conclude
the session, inshallah.
May Allah bless you, bless your family, may
Allah preserve you, protect you from all evils,
from all diseases. And
may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala elevate your status
of this life and the one to come
Insha'Allah.
And may Allah keep us remaining steadfast with
this beautiful deen till we meet Allah Azza
Wa Jal and he is pleased with all
of us. And
may Allah reward all of you my dear
brothers and sisters and immensely
for your patience and attendance.
Until the meeting,
In the coming session, I leave you in
Allah's company and protection.
