Ready when you are, Sheikh.
Ready Insha'Allah.
Hey.
Brothers and sisters, Assalamu alaikum
and welcome to our 25th
lesson
of
Kasfus Shubuhad,
the removal of the doubts with our honorable
Sheikh, Sheikh Salim Al Amri.
We will continue with the text
and, we will take the questions and answers
in the second part of the lesson as
usual.
Thank you everybody for joining
and Ramadan Mubarak to you all.
My dear brothers and sisters in Islam,
our class today is Esther Shabbat,
the removal of doubt
by Sheikh and the Imam of Gedid, Muhammadu
Muhammadu Wa'a.
The author says,
this is a continuation
of the how to refute your opponent.
So in the beginning, in
in the last,
session,
he is saying that
we do not worship
them.
And the Kufar
worshiped
the idols.
So
the Sheikh
explained
that
the people,
they worship idols, they worship the holy men,
they say it's
they worship angels, they worship many things.
And the law, he
treated them all the same and considered them
all kufar and disbelievers.
Simply because you are not worshiping Allah. That's
simple.
Irrespective
of the deity which you worship.
As long as you
the moment you dynasty worship to other than
Allah,
the moment you associate
anyone
with Allah,
whether it is a human being, whether it
is an angel, a prophet, a messenger, a
tree, a stone, statue, whatever.
The moment you associate anything with Allah,
that is shirk
that is shirk. And Allah
will not accept that rebadah from such a
person, and that person in the sight of
Allah
is not a believer.
Now the author is continuing
by saying
Now the as I told you, the author
is teaching us
how to
carry on with the conversation
the conversation
and the argument.
Have you realized have you understood
that Allah
consider those who worship the idols as disbelievers.
So Allah considered them
blasphemers,
disbelievers,
because they worship the
idols.
And he considered also
those
So Allah
considered those who
ask the righteous,
ask the saints,
ask the holy men,
and
they
turn towards those
saints
and holy men
asking them for help. Allah also consider them
disbelievers.
So whether you call
an idol,
whether you call and
who were
righteous people,
or you call
Isa,
one of the mightiest messenger of Allah or
the prophet
or Mary,
the mother of Christ,
Okay? The one who
his heart
and his intention is directed towards the righteous.
And the prophet of Allah, Allah's messenger he
fought to them.
He fought to them because
they worship the idols,
which actually the idols were intermediaries
between them and Allah
They did not believe
that the idols
are their creators
or the idols can cause any benefit or
harm.
But the idols
are intermediaries between them and Allah. So they
convey
whatever they want to Allah.
We worship them,
but we don't worship them except that they
draw us near and bring us closer to
Allah.
Yet the prophet
he fought all of them because they were
Mushriks.
They were not monotheists.
The impalaq,
If your opponent says
so the sheikh is
spoon feeding
the student.
Your opponent says,
So this is the shubha.
This is the doubt,
the tomb worshipper and the grave worshipper and
the safety worshipper has in his mind.
So he says,
the disbelievers, Al Kufar,
he's saying his argument that the disbelievers, when
they call others besides Allah, because they want
from them.
They want from Malaka.
They want from.
K? They want from them, not from Allah.
My situation is different.
I testify.
That Allah
is the only one who
Allah is the one who
gives benefit,
the one who can't cause harm, and the
one who runs all day first.
So I don't want to throw anything from
anyone but from him
So but he thinks the bull guy here,
by this argument,
he's not doing shit
because his argument that
those the prophets told,
they wanted from the idols,
not from Allah,
which is not true.
They knew the ideas will not do anything
for them.
The ideas were only intermediaries.
We do not worship
them. Except that, what do we want from
them?
Bring us closer to Allah.
Not because we want from them.
So the bull guy here is saying,
I, as a Muslim,
I don't want anything
from anyone but from Allah.
But this saying I am asking
k?
I want you to intercede for me.
I called them. I asked them because I
want
them.
I'm seeking their interseccan.
I want them to intercede
on me.
The same argument.
The same argument of the Mushriks.
So
he calls upon
the saints,
Olamin,
Pious, the righteous, the dead,
prophets,
and he thinks by calling them,
he's not doing shirk.
He's not doing shirk, and this is not
shirk.
See how they should have.
That's why they are confused
because they don't they didn't learn that they'll
hate properly.
So he's saying that. I know
they will not
cause me any harm
or bring me any benefit,
but I ask them
so that they will intercede for me.
That's the reason why I go to them
because I want their intercession. They want them
to intercede for me on the day of
the director.
The Sheikh said, the
response
to this
shallow understanding
and Iranians'
belief.
And heard that?
Oh,
This is exactly
the statement of the disbelievers.
Exactly.
A replica copy
of the argument of the.
So what's the difference between you and them?
Their argument is the same.
Those who have taken
Aulia.
Aulia.
Protect
Those who have taken aulia, besides
Allah.
We don't worship them.
We worship them only that they bring us
closer to Allah.
And what is?
Here,
Einar, that is the Dua. We call them.
We ask them, we invoke them.
So we don't call them. We don't invoke
them except that
we hope
that they will bring us closer
to Allah.
So the dua is Ibad.
So calling them, that is their Ibad.
That is their Ibad.
So because they
invoke them, they call them. That is the
bad as the prophet said, I do
who are Imadah and they terminate.
Dua is the Imadah.
As in the
They did not equate them with the law
regarding
the provision
of the benevolence
or the creation.
Yeah.
Then you Allah is the creator, Allah is
the provider.
Allah is the most benevolent,
Allah is the most kind.
They knew that.
That they did
not
commit to regarding that.
That is known.
So they equated them with Allah regarding the
love.
They love them as they love Allah.
That is the shift.
So
they equated
their date is with Allah regarding the hope.
And veneration of respecting them,
and they swear by them.
But that is
the shift the shift of the Arabs.
Because of Nechaim, he mentioned it in the
Nuhniyan, we
mentioned that before. And when
you said k? Shirk,
be
aware of it. Provide it.
And it is unforgivable. The Islam
is
to take someone equal to Allah.
And hide them. And then you call him.
So you call upon him
and hope and beg him.
And you fear this one that you called,
and you love him like the love of
the Allah, the one
who will call us to
for beckoning.
Then he explained
that the ship,
So the wish works?
Allah to them,
the creator.
He is the source of all bondage,
all
blessings.
He's the bestower of all these things,
and he is the source of all
kind acts.
So to say
that
I want that inter second, this is the
same argument
of the machines
as Allah said.
So we call them so that they bring
us close to Allah,
and we are saying the same thing. So
what's the difference between you and them? Tell
us.
Tell us,
all advocates of paganism.
Tell us what is the difference of colors
to to worship and gay worship. Tell us
what is the difference.
What's the difference between me and them?
No difference whatsoever.
The same argument. They say, those are
these are
our Shufa'a,
our intercessions
with Allah.
That's why we call them. They will intercede
for us
on the day of resurrection.
Same argument.
The same argument.
Then the author said,
believe me, my dear brothers and sisters, this
small booklet
is so
beneficial,
so rich.
Read it, read it, read it many times,
memorize it and understand it.
Then he said to the Shaykh Rahimullah,
Waalam,
Waalam, and Nihadish Shubhath Salat
These three doubts,
this one which we have,
that we
only worship them
or call them so they bring us close
to Allah, and another 2 he's going to
mention.
Then
he
said,
these are the biggest
arguments,
k, they have.
And the Hadashima and Sarat,
these these three,
this is the
the
the greatest
and doubts they
have. The most powerful doubts they have.
So if you manage to
knock them out and if you're done,
then
they have no excuse before Allah.
For Ida alofta,
and Allah
Allah explained and expounded
these doubts and
exposed such arguments. I refuted such arguments.
The problem that, my dear brothers and sisters,
many of us,
when we read the Quran, we read it
in the parrot fashion,
We read
it for Barakah.
How many how do I finish at Ramadan?
But not at the bottom.
No reflection.
No pondering.
So please,
I begged you many times, and I will
keep begging you.
Have a special khatma for the double.
Even if this khatma will take you years,
eye by eye,
read it, understand it,
read the tafsir of it,
read
the rulings and the ham can be deduced
from it.
Apply it in your life.
Allah is talking to you. Allah is addressing
you.
When you are doing that, a double, have
your pen and book.
Get a a book for you, and you
write.
You write the and
then
everything about it,
the meaning,
the vocabularies,
the grammatical
structure
of
this aya,
the
Balaga
of the aya, the rhetoric of the aya,
then the rulings,
everything
about 1 aya,
then you move to the second.
And let it take you years.
No problem.
But you understand
the speech of Allah
and what Allah says.
And that what the Sahaba
did.
10 ayaat or 5 ayaat.
Understanding it,
applying it, acting upon it, etcetera.
One of the makayat said that in Morocco,
in the Badia, in the countryside,
one of the huge the way he teaches
the the students the Quran,
you know, that they write the Quran
on a slate.
Then they
read it,
memorize it.
After reading it and memorizing it, he tells
them to go to
another sheikh
who will teach them the grammar in the
After understand understanding that, he they they will
go to the 3rd chair
who will explain to them the of
the
and everything related to them.
If there
are metaphors or similes, etcetera,
all these things.
Then another kirk
who will teach them
what are the rulings can be deduced
from this aya, then they will go and
start again. By the time they finish the
Quran, they are imams.
Imams.
May
the that Allah
explained this issue to us in his book.
And you understood it thoroughly,
profoundly.
Then anything that's apart from these three main
doubts is easier.
But he has to tell you if he
tells you, your
opponent,
I worship no one but Allah.
K?
We pray for them.
When I see
what they are doing,
I ask Allah
to guide
them
because they think they are on the right
path,
and they are calling the others. Those are
the Wahabis. Those are the people who just
they want to call the people,
the disbelievers on Kufab. They want Jannah only
for them, subhanallah.
Subhanallah,
Someone is telling you, worship Allah alone.
You you you start insulting and giving names.
Someone is telling you,
don't ask the dead. Don't ask the
the saints. Don't ask them. Ask Allah.
Pray for them. That's it.
No.
We will call them, and this is not
shirk.
Okay. We'll see. Yeah. Allah's command.
Otherwise,
it's a great loss
to come on the day of resurrection,
and you find,
oh, Lord, this oh,
your armor. Everything you did is in vain
in
What is a ibadah?
How can you deny something without knowing it?
Define the ibadah for us first.
What is worship?
You're saying I don't worship anyone but Allah.
So what is worship?
Don't you know calling other than Allah is
worship?
Don't you know Dua is?
Our prophet
said, a dua who was Riba.
Dua is in indeed itself is the Riba
by itself.
So why do you call others?
So you are worshiping other because you don't
know the meaning of Ibadan.
Don't you know?
Sacrifice
is Ibadan,
And you offer your sacrifices to.
And my sacrifice.
And my life.
And you?
You have a second advice
then you say, I worship Allah.
No.
Sorry.
You are not worshiping Allah.
But your problem, you don't know the meaning
of Ibadah.
You don't know the meaning of Ibadah.
And Ibadah, as you know,
it is so genetic, so comprehensive
term,
inclusive.
So it includes
anything that pleases Allah.
So it covers all acts of worship.
It's
So a comprehensive cell.
It covers
a long range of meanings.
Anything pleases a lot,
whether these are
acts
of our limbs, prayer,
bars, halal,
or acts of the hearts.
External acts and internal acts.
The acts of the heart, love, homage,
hatred,
humility.
So this is a bad.
And here, you are saying
when you are unable to define
the. Had you known the meaning of, you
would not have called other than Allah.
You would not have called other than Allah
because you know that your heart is very
bad.
Your Lord said, call upon me.
I will respond to your
your
subject. Those who are arrogant
to call me alone
said
They will be
admitted
to the hellfire in a state of humiliation.
So my brother,
may Allah guide you,
understand the meaning of
This this
turning
and seeking
the * from the righteous.
I'm calling them.
This is not
This is not
because you see the poor guy, what he
has in mind,
is to
frustrate.
Is to
kneel down, bow. That is But
to call them, to rely on them, to
ask them, it's not
because the the meaning of is so narrow
in his
mind.
So that's how
he
views things.
I don't vow. I don't frustrate.
So this is not really bad
Because
the other acts of worship,
which he directs to other than Allah,
that's not very bad, and that's not check.
So this is an argument
when the hearth said for
tell him.
Enter
to Now the hearth is trying to explain
to him.
Enter to you confess and you admit.
And you agree with me
that Allah imposed on you
to offer
the purely for him,
exclusively
for him
without associating
any partner with
him.
And this is his light upon you.
So the you see the shift is trying
to guide
him, guide those who oppose his,
and he is taking them step by step.
So tell him,
you
believe and you confess and you admit
that Allah created us to worship him alone
and to have Ikhlas.
They
were commanded only to worship Allah with complete
devotion.
And
this is his right.
Yes?
Allah created us for that.
Then
next
is
tell
him.
So tell me now.
Explain to me.
This thing that Allah he wants from us.
What is it?
What
is
it?
And he will be unable to
answer
because he doesn't know
the meaning of Ibadah. He doesn't know.
So ask him, explain to me.
What does this Ikhlas and Ibadah? What does
it mean?
How can I have Ikhlas that Ibadah? How?
If he says
by
offering the Ibadah and directing all the acts
of Ibadah to Allah alone, say,
so why are you directing it to other
than Allah? Why?
Don't you know?
Let them circumvulate
around the ancient house.
And if you play, you circumvulate
and you'll fire perform 7
rounds, and then you play 2 rakas
behind the station of Allahin, it is equal
as if you set and emancipate
a slave
and you find
many ignorant Muslims,
they go around the the
tools, the grapes.
And you know that
nusuk
sacrifice
his rebadah,
and yet people they
offer sacrifices
other than Allah.
And you read in that the
nahal, the slaughtering
of Allah.
So why are you doing this?
If he defines
what Allah wanted the class of very bad.
If he doesn't,
then explain to him.
Tell him no.
Your understanding is stuck.
Because the philosophy of Iran means,
oh, acts of worship should be for Allah.
Not some of the acts of worship for
Allah and some of the acts of worship
for other than Allah.
That is chick.
His means to have a patina.
So you are making a patina with Allah.
The man said to the prophet,
what Allah wills and what you will.
The prophet said, objected.
You
may be equal to Allah
because the man used the wrong connector
and conjunction.
And
how fast
this connector and
what?
It necessitates
and entails
sharing.
What?
Mean it means
sharing. The action is shared.
When you say
came and.
So the coming, the action is shared between
the 2.
The verb is shared between the two because
of the wow.
Partnership.
Well, as then
doesn't mean this.
The action is not shared.
So when the man said,
that means
the will of Allah and the will of
the prophet is 1,
and they shared it.
That's why the prophet objected.
This is a grammatical mistake the man made,
And he didn't mean that the will of
the prophet is the will of Allah, definitely.
But he could not express himself
correctly.
Yet,
the prophet
objected
immediately.
That you make me equal to Allah.
Say
what Allah wills alone.
Because my will and your will
is dependent upon his
and not independent
of his.
But Allah wills will be, and what he
doesn't will will never
be. And you will not
have the will.
You will not
Until and and unless
Allah wills things to happen,
they will happen.
So that's why the prophet
objected and they corrected the man.
He told him, say, This
that's this was very action of the prophet.
What if he sees
what his ummah are doing?
Calling other than Allah,
going around the tombs,
offering sacrifices,
fabricate and invoke them. And when they are
in trouble, they invoke the
the saints and the
righteous, and
he could not tolerate
grammatical
error,
and he corrected the man immediately.
May Allah guide the Muslims.
The second shubha
so the first shubha
that we do not worship them, we only
worship them to bring us closer to Allah,
and we want their,
intercession. It is the same argument of the
Musharikhs.
No difference
whatsoever.
The second
This is the second.
We don't want them.
We are not directing.
We
intend not to seek help from them,
but we
want Allah.
We our intention is Allah, a zawajal,
but through them.
And,
also,
they will intercede for us on the day
of
is for Allah
and your problem now, you are offering the
Ibadah to other than Allah
So whether you say
we are not worshiping them, but this is
the reality.
We are directing the acts of worship to
other than Allah.
Had you intended
to worship only Allah alone because they are
saying
we do not intend to worship them. We
worship only Allah, and that was our intention.
Our intention is.
Disrespect with what you have in your heart.
Your action, this is not correct.
And your intention will not make
shift to heat.
Maybe you have good intention. Maybe.
You are ignorant. That's why
people, they don't consider you a kafir and
disbeliever.
They consider what you are doing is disbelief
and shirk
because
you are ignorant.
You don't know what you are doing, and
you think what you are doing is correct.
So unless and until you are educated
and told and explained things to you and
all
these misconceptions
and doubts you have in mind are removed,
the
Muslim
judge or Kabi will not declare you as
kafir.
Though your actions is kufr.
Your acts are kufr.
But you as individual,
because you are doing things things
out of ignorance,
brainwash,
misled,
confused,
have doubts,
many reasons.
That's why when it comes to the
individual,
So there must be when it comes to
the individual,
the ruling of the individual,
there are conditions should be fulfilled.
Condition that this person, he knows what he's
doing.
He knows this is shirk. He knows this
is
haram. He knows all.
So the conditions are fulfilled.
But then to be one and all the
doubts are removed.
All misconceptions
or doubts are just an answer.
And if he or she insists,
that is
another issue, and that is where
the Qadhi,
the Muslim judge, will issue the Hakam, the
verdict,
to declare that this person is more than
a post date.
And that is the
business, and that is the rule the
job of the party,
not the individual,
not anyone.
Our role is to educate the Muslims
and to explain to them
and to warn them against the evil consequences
of such acts.
So this is the second
the second doubt they have.
And
then
we did not intend because you have to
keep in mind
your intention
will not make
your action correct.
Will not make it.
That's why
the Hadith
actions will be judged
according to the intention,
should we put next to
another Hadith.
Whoever
innovates anything in our matter,
it would be rejected.
So this hadith, put it next to that
hadith.
So if you do something,
your intention is
okay,
thinking that you are doing something good.
But if it is not in line with
the Kitab and the Sunnah,
and it is a new thing you added
to the deal, it will be rejected
irrespective
of
the sincerity
you have and the novelty of your intention.
Don't you know
some of those who
fabricated
some about
the,
like,
He took the Quran, all the Quranic ayaat,
and for every ayaat, he put hadith. He
fabricated hadith
or every few ayaat.
That this is the virtue of you read
this ayaat. This is the reward, etcetera.
So when he was caught
and he was asked
during the
time of the Khalifa,
and he was asked, why did he do
that?
He said,
because I saw the people,
focusing on the fiqh of and
deserting the Quran, so I wanted them to
read the Quran.
So that was his intention,
but that was not an excuse for him,
and he was killed and executed.
So
your will
not make something wrong right,
will not make the shift to heat.
The meaning,
the doubt they have,
they say, and then I'm not a habit
now. We did not worship them.
We have
so that they
give us benefit,
to bring us benefit,
or to
would harm from us
or causing harm.
Because the benefit and the
the good and the fair and the harm
and the evil
and causing harm
is only in our lives' hand.
No one can harm us, and no one
can bring us any benefit.
So they
think if you have this in your heart,
you are when they don't know that this
is
to
hate. This is not enough.
Their problem is to hate
because
the a meaning of is not clear in
their minds. That's why they direct the to
other than Allah.
Allah. All of everything is in Allah.
So if you everything is in Allah's hand.
So call Allah.
Why do
you
call
Why?
Call Allah?
Because everything you are saying is
in Allah's hand.
But your problem,
you think Allah will not accept you directly.
Right?
So you have to go through intermediary, someone
else.
And this is nothing Islam.
This is Catholicism,
not Islam.
I have to put someone between me and
Allah.
In Islam, the beauty of Islam,
direct to relationship.
Direct communication
and link with Allah. No one between you
and
law.
When they ask you, oh, regarding
me, very
close to them.
No.
He didn't say
tell them that, no.
I am very close to them.
No intermediary. No means between me and you
and them.
So why are you calling
other than Allah
That's why you see them. Go. Here's go
to the YouTube.
And see how they are standing in front
of the graves,
and the grave is
covered with wooden frame
and cover over it like the cover,
clothed,
and they are supplicating
and praying.
Don't you know the ruling of Islam about
the graves?
That they should be leavened to the cloud?
Why are you raising the graves?
Why are you building
tombs
over the grave? Why?
What?
And then you claim that you are following
the prophet,
and then you claim you are from Ahlul
Bayt, from the family of the prophet
and you are acting to the contrary
of what the prophet
said.
So that domes, you build dome,
and then a gravel side
raised,
wooden frame around it, and you cover it
with cloth.
When the prophet
in the hadith,
he sent his own cousin,
Ali of
the
and hadith of the
reported by Abu al Aji'a jen.
He said to
him, don't let any grave raise above the
ground except you level it to the ground.
This is the ruling in Sharia.
Grace should not be raised.
The doubt, the saint, and
the
we did not worship them so that they
benefit us of
because any harm,
we we believe that the harm and the
benefit is in our
But but
We do all these things. Yes. We hope
that they will bring us closer to Allah
The same argument.
Back to square 1.
Our intention
is that we want their intercession.
Yeah. No. No. No. We are not doing
shit.
We just want them to bring us closer
to Allah.
So the poor guys, they don't know what
they are doing
is shit. So you know the answer to
this
doubt. This shubha.
The answer is the same.
Those who the prophets
fought,
their argument is the same.
So you are doing the same thing.
So when it is made become clear to
you
that the answer and the refute
reputation
and the rebuttal
for this doubt,
So the she had to say,
if you understand
the reputation of all these three doubts, then
what comes after that, any doubt comes after
that is much easier.
These are
the most powerful
doubts
and they use an argument. These are the
strongest argument.
So if you know, oh, my dear brothers
and sisters, the answer to these 3,
then anything else is much easier.
For example?
And that is
we addressed
already.
And the answer to that is to tell
him
that Allah
created to worship him alone.
So do you understand the meaning of worshiping
him alone?
If he explained that,
that's what I'm fine,
and that is
what should be done.
If he doesn't know, then explain to him
and tell him this is what you are
doing. You are offering rebadah
to other than Allah
and
Allah
So that's what you need to do. Yeah.
You need to worship Allah and Allah
alone as Allah said.
Allah
says
So the dua
is
that is his right.
Call upon your
Lord. Call your love
in state of humility,
humbly, and seeklessly.
Surely, he does not like the transgressors.
So you call Allah
and you don't call
other than Allah
If you inform him and explain to him
this,
Tell
him. What you are doing?
Is.
Sacrifice is. Seeking is
He has to say yes
and
tell him the hadith,
what
and timidity.
And this is the authentic narration. The other
narration,
Dua is the essence of
and this narration, mukhul rebada, is weak.
So if he now
admits that the Dua is rebada,
So now if you admit and confess
that calling Allah, calling Allah's
seeking
his support and assistance with
day and
night in states of fear and hope.
You're calling at night in state of hope
and fear, and then you call a Nabi,
a prophet,
or anyone else.
No doubt.
Now you are associating, and you are putting
someone
with Allah to share with Allah the Ibadah.
And he has to say, yes.
Because now we accept the Ibadah.
So now
you are at night and calling a lot
over there, and you are in state of
fear and and
hoping,
calling a lot, then
you
ask
somebody
else.
This is another.
The is.
So if you call
then you are also
committing shirk.
Now the sacrifice is.
This is
If you do it
So ask him if I call Allah and
if I offer my sacrifice.
Is this
He has to say yes,
then tell him.
Because just now,
you said the Quran
sacrifice.
Now if I offer this sacrifice
to the prophet
or any prophet or to the jinn
or any
anyone else,
did I make a with Allah or not?
But I put that in. He has to
confess and admit
Then tell him.
Tell
him again.
And we should
The
the Quran came down regarding them and mentioned
the mentioning them.
Where they worshiping the angels and the righteous
and the latter and others?
Where are they
worshiping the angels, the sovereign righteous,
latter, and others?
Yes. They were worshiping them.
Them. Was their worship
for them,
the objects and the date of the worship.
Don't you know that
the essence of their
for them was
That's how they worship them, by invoking them,
Don't you know that
the which they worship
was
focused on the following,
the dua and vocation,
that it was confined to this thing.
A dua,
supplication,
with the
sacrifice,
well
seeking help from them,
etcetera.
Otherwise,
Those,
they confess and they admit.
They are his servants
and under his control,
and they are subdued by him.
And that Allah
is the one who runs
the
affairs?
But they turned to the
righteous, to the saints, and the elders,
and they called up upon them and they
called them.
And they turned
to them and they sought their help
because they thought
that these
deities
have a lofty status
in the next life with Allah.
The reasons
they asked,
Yahuwah, Yahuwah, nesrah,
because those they have lofty status.
The reason they called the prophets,
the reason they called the Isa alaihis salam,
because these are they have jaa, lofty status
with Allah,
with Shafa'a, and they hope they will intercede
for them
on the day of resurrection.
That's why.
And this is very clear and vivid,
and we stop at this point.
May Allah
guide all the Muslims
to the Tawhid army.
And may Allah open their hearts
and eyes to see the to see the
truth, I mean.
And may Allah
keep us to remain
as steadfast in this beautiful deed,
and may Allah
grant us the death upon the Tawhid. And
may Allah
make the last word we utter is the
word of the Tawhid.
And may Allah give us to remain steadfast
on this beautiful deed
till we meet him, and he is pleased
with all of us. And
may Allah
unite our heart on the
May Allah unite our hearts
on the and may Allah unite our and
may Allah
forgive us
our false mistakes
and ignorance.
And may Allah
reward all of you, oh, my dear brothers
and sisters
immensely
for your patience and attendance.
Brothers and sisters, we will begin the question
and answers time now.
And, if you have a question, please send
it in as usual on the chat section
on Zoom.
If you're watching with us on Facebook or
YouTube, this is our weekly task, which takes
place every Friday and every
Monday, 6 PM according to UK time, which
is Salem Alhamre.
So we have received some questions. We'll begin
with those. Anyone who wants to ask a
verbal direct question, you may do so by
pressing on participant and then pressing
raise hand.
The first question, Sheikh.
Assalamu alikum Sheikh. May Allah bless you for
your efforts. My question,
a popular software company is taking a huge
amount of subscription fees for their softwares.
It is important for us to use it
for many works.
I found
some older versions of the software, which works
fine. But the software company is not taking
payment for this old version.
The old users who bought it many years
ago can download it.
Out of necessity, the old version have cracked
license,
and many people using them out of necessity
as
they can't afford to pay for it. Would
it be a transact a transgression
to use these old softwares?
The answer, yes.
Because
the one who made the software,
there's something called
intellectual property,
something called cover rights.
And he mentioned
and always they mentioned this software cannot be
used
for,
any other usage except by the one who
bought it.
So to crack the software
and to use it,
fear Allah
and respect
people's efforts and people's lives.
Next.
Next question.
Assalamu alikum Sheikh. May Allah accept this goodness
from you and from all of us, Aamin.
Question 1.
Before and after Ramadan, we pray 2 sunnah
rakaat
after Isha.
During the month of Ramadan, does the Tarawee
prayer suffice for those 2 raka'ats,
or we should pray them when we get
back home from the Masjid after Tarawee?
Why,
you pray them after
coming from the masjid?
Why not after the,
after the the praying the Isha, you pray
the sunnah, then you start the tirawiy?
Why you want to delay it until you
go home?
Correct, Sheikh.
Right. After the paying the part of the
risha, you pray the sunnah of Rishah, then
you pray the tarawee.
And if the tarawee has started immediately,
you can join them with the intention the
first duraqah's intention,
your niyyah is the rishah sunnah of Rishah,
inshallah.
Next.
That is clear, Sheikh. Okay. Next question.
What is the minimum number of people
that can form a congregation for Jumu A
Priyat?
3.
1, Khatib, and 2 are listening.
The these
different schools like the, they say 40
because that's what happened as a consulant
when the prophet
arrived in Medina.
By 3 they can't pray in the Jumal.
Next.
The next question, when we finish reciting the
whole Quran,
is there anything from the Sunnah we should
do or we can go straight to Surat
al Fatihah and start another recitation?
Sir, I think the question I was saying
is there a dua for Khadneur Quran?
That's what he's
insinuating.
No. There's nothing like that in the sunnah
of the prophet as far as I know.
Next.
The next question, assalamu alaikum, Sheikh.
Is it permissible to recite part of Surah
part of a Surah in 1 rakah of
Salah
and part of another Surah in the next
rakah without finishing the previous Surah? Yes. It
is allowed. Permissible. Yes.
Now the next question.
Assalamu alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi wa barakatuh shikh. May
Allah reward you abundantly and grant you and
ask the highest station of Jannah Aamin.
My question is about the grave you mentioned.
It has to be level with ground. Are
we allowed to put anything for identification
purposes in order to know where our loved
ones are buried? Are we permitted to grow
flowers, etcetera,
Jizakoul Haq?
No. We don't do anything.
Yes. Maybe. Some,
the the the management of the cemetery or
the graveyard, maybe they
some they put numbers
numbers,
and it's recorded to the with them and
the database.
So,
you know, the number with the deceased is
valid.
But to write on the other tab,
the name and things like that, this is
not sunnah,
all these are binabs.
K?
Or to make marble, the over the clay
or to plant,
flowers,
all these are
innovations
innovations. And if you go to the, you
see the grapes.
Yeah. Nothing like that.
That's the the sunnah.
Next.
The next question before I take the next
question, brothers and sisters, if you have any
further questions, please send them in now because
if we reach the final question, we will
end the session, and we will not take
any last minute ones. Please send them in.
Next question.
I have been asked if it is okay
to read the hikm,
the wisdom of Ibin Atha'a Allah.
Yes. You can read them if you are
students of knowledge and you will understand
them correctly.
You are advanced student, but if you are
a beginner
no. Beginner, you will not understand.
But if you're advanced students of or a
scholar,
you can't be there. There's no harm.
Next.
Next question.
May Allah bless you and put barakah in
your time and good deeds. I mean,
my questions are below.
Number 1,
I am a diabetic type 2
on diet control plus certain medicines to help.
I also recently had an operation and was
experiencing bleeding post operation from the womb.
It stopped.
So alhamdulillah, I thought it may be I
may be able to fast.
But the bleeding started again
just the night before the first fast even
though it was only spotting.
I calculated and said it could be my
menses this time
as it was about the right time. But
to be honest,
I am so confused as it would be
my first period since my operation.
I don't know what it
will look like. It stopped after 2 days.
So yesterday, I had a bath and then
fasted yesterday.
But halfway through the day, blood came again,
and
it's still coming today.
I am so confused as to what to
do. Fast, don't fast,
or pay
to feed someone.
Okay.
If it is the time for your period
and associated with the symptoms
of period,
women, they know what I'm talking about, the
symptoms of period,
and the smell and the color,
then that is your period.
But
if the signs are not there, symptoms are
not there,
this could be due to the
the operation.
And you need to ask the doctor.
Okay?
Is the
uterus
right now
in this condition?
Because what happens
what is the menses blood?
Listral blood. What is it?
It
is
the every month
before the menopause,
every woman,
the ovary will release one egg.
This ovumor egg
will wait
to be fertilized,
wait for the sperm.
If it is not fertilized,
then
the uterine wall will fall,
and this
egg will come out.
So that will go on
every month
till a woman reaches the menopause where she
will not have
any eggs anymore.
So that's when the period stops.
So now the question
to the gynecologist
or to the
doctor
who did the operation,
is my condition right now is the uterus
healthy enough?
And this is really the the menstrual cycle
or not.
So if we consider it that this is
the time
for the period
and you know your number of days,
then you
when they see the the the blood the
issue is that you say you show blood,
then spotting, then
you are clean.
Then late after that,
during the day, you get it,
the blood again.
So if it is we if it, considered
this is the period time,
then it is a period. You you leave
the salah and you feed for that and
you make up later on those days.
But if it is just this blood because
of the operation,
then it is a different issue. Then this
will be treated
like the
steehaba
that you fast and you continue fasting
in spite of the presence of the blood
because this blood is because of the
the operation
that happened inside the uterus.
I hope this was clear to the questioner.
Next.
Inshallah, it is clear. The next question, Sheikh.
Assalamu alaikum, Sheikh. I have a family member
who passed away this morning back home. But
because she died in hospital, they have to
do a PCR test, and they get got
the body
in the evening.
And the authorities
the authorities
is not letting them bury the deceased tonight
because of lockdown.
The nayid will be tomorrow morning.
Will the deceased get the reward of dying
on a Friday, like protection from the trials
of the grave?
Yes. The die the deceased died this morning.
Right?
Correct, Sheikh. Okay. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. This is a
good sign. Alhamdulillah.
May Allah
shower his mercy on him,
Ameen.
Next question.
I was listening to today's Khutba from Madinah.
Today, when the imam was warning quite strongly
and denying the ease given by Allah
for those that are ill and to those
that
those the fast will affect their health,
calling it a form of tadabbur.
So now I fear if I force myself
to fast,
I may be risking falling into Tadabbur.
Is this the case?
So the the share said that
those who are affected by or they are
sick
should not fast. Right?
Yes. Correct.
Yeah. Because they see, the
the
so those who are sick,
they should not fast
if they fear that the sickness will
will worse the situation.
They should
wait until they recover, and then they can
fast and make those days later on.
But if
this sickness I
have
and fasting is not going to affect me
and harm me,
then there's no problem to fast. But who
will decide
a doctor here?
You consult a doctor, Muslim doctor,
say, if I fast, this is my condition.
Will this affect my health?
And you, yourself, if you
try too fast and you started feeling weak,
then don't continue. Don't continue. Just break your
fast.
May Allah
grant you strength and quick recovery, Amin. Next.
Amin, the next question.
Is it true that if we buy an
animal for slaughtering, we must leave the animal
for 3 days before slaughtering
in order for its system to get rid
of any haram or filthy food it must
have eaten prior to buying it.
No. This is for the jalala.
This is for the animal. If there is
an animal
that is eating
dirty stuff,
yes, we lock it
and we give it good food, nice food
so that
the
the dirty food and the effect of that
dirty food will come out.
But if it is an animal that is
was grazing
only in
on grass and plants and fed
wheat and things like that, barley and thing
good stuff.
And I I, it was not eating dirty
stuff. No. No need for you to lock
it and wait for 3 days. No need.
Is
this clear?
That is clear, Sheikh.
The next question, if I meet the Jummah
prayer in the Tashahoth,
will I stand up to pray 2 or
4 the whole prayers?
4. Because you didn't catch the.
So you prayed the whole.
But if you manage to
catch the imam while he's in the,
that will be the first rakah, then you
get up and bring another rakah. But you
missed the jimah, so you pray the host.
Next.
That was our final question, Sheikh.
Brothers and sisters, a polite reminder, the class
is at its usual time, 6 PM.
According to UK time,
both days, Friday
Monday.
So please do arrive and join on time,
Insha'Allah.
And, Sheikh, if you'd like to conclude, Insha'Allah.
Accept
our fast and your fast, and may Allah
give us the and the help and the
assistance to fast this month and to pray
each night.
And may Allah
preserve you, protect you my dear brothers and
sister wherever you are.
And may Allah
keep us to remain steadfast on this beautiful
day till we meet him and he is
pleased with all of us. I mean, and
may Allah reward all of you immensely
for your dedication,
patience,
and attendance.
Till we meet inshallah, in the coming session,
I leave you
in Allah's company and protection.
