God bless you.
Okay.
Brothers and sisters,
and welcome to our 23rd
lesson
of,
Kasfus Shubuhad,
the removal of the doubts
with our honorable
beloved Sheikh Salim Al Amrik.
Without any delay,
we'll pass the stage to our honorable Sheikh
to
begin
our
dars.
My
dear brothers and sisters in Islam, today is
this for Shabbat.
This beautiful book that the here for the
imam
Hammad ibn Abdul Wahab.
So the topic, as you know, it's the
removal of doubts.
We are going through this small booklet,
which is very rich.
Very rich.
It teams with a lot of benefits.
In the last session,
we went through a poem
by Abu Talib
in which he expressed his support and believe
in the prophet, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam.
Yet,
he died as a mosharik
in spite of knowing
that the prophet of Asadlan is a true
prophet.
So
the unity of lordship of Tawhid and Wubia
is not sufficient.
Today, we'll go through, inshallah,
another poem
related to the
from the days
of the Jahiliyyah,
the days of.
The reason
to make you know
what the Arabs were upon.
The Arabs,
as you know, they are descendants
descendants
of Ismaila, yes, salam.
So they were monotheists.
They were upon the Hanifiyyah,
Then they deviated
because
of what Amul Ibnuluhay
al Khuzari did
when he brought an idol
and placed it
next to the Kaaba.
So some
handful
of Quraysh remained
upon the monotheistic
creed,
upon the Hanafiya,
monotheism.
Among them were of Nunofal,
as you know,
and
Zayd ibn Amr ibn Nufayl.
He was one of
those. And this beautiful
poem is
composed by
Zayd Iv Nambu. He says,
I want to to see the and
what they
he believed.
He says,
with an ear.
The meaning?
To Allah.
I offer
my praise and gratitude.
My praise and gratitude
is, which
is That
hand or praise is to Allah. That's what
I said.
To Allah,
I offer
my praise and gratitude.
And a pleasing saying
that will remain everlasting.
This pleasing saying is praising Allah,
and this praise will remain
everlasting.
Whom
do you offer this place? He says.
To the most high,
the most high king,
Beyond whom there is none.
True God and no one is equal to
him, oh our class.
To the most high king,
no one is above him.
He's above everything.
See, even
he mentions
Sufath al Rulu, the attribute of Allah's supreme
and sublimeness
and sublimity
and highness.
And then you lay yourself out of no
one is above Allah.
To the most high king
beyond whom
there's none.
To God.
He's our God,
and no one is equal to him. No
other lord is equal to him.
Then he proceeds.
O man,
be aware of destruction.
Be aware of ruining yourselves
by going astray.
The ark,
be aware.
Take care.
And avoid that water destruction
and ruining.
O man be aware of destruction.
You
cannot hide from Allah
anything.
You cannot hide from Allah
anything.
Allah knows what you hide.
Allah knows what you conceal,
and he knows what you reveal.
Our nose,
the treacherous eye,
the lustful look,
and what the breast conceal.
So he's saying, oh, man, oh, human being,
be aware of destruction.
Save yourself.
You cannot hide from Allah anything.
Then he says,
the idea.
You should never make with Allah any other
any other than him.
Never associate and make with Allah or anyone.
Merily,
the path of guidance
is vividly clear.
It's very clear.
Then
he begs Allah
Have mercy on us, our lord.
Verily,
seeking help from the jinn
was the hope. That's what the
used to call the jinn.
So have mercy on us our lord.
Verily seeking help from the jinn was their
hope.
They used to call it the jinn,
and they used to associate others with you
while they subliqued.
They did not single you out.
They did not pray to you alone.
Walter,
and you,
Eli,
you are my god.
I don't associate anyone with you,
And you are my God.
I've been
what I got here.
And you are my lord and hope.
You are my deity that I worship alone.
You are my lord,
and you are my hope.
For you see that the wind
is oozing
from each Baltic verse,
relating,
emanating.
Oh, Allah.
I'm satisfied that you are my lord.
Don't you recall this doesn't
bring anything into your mind
that you say the dua you say every
day?
You are my lamb. And I will never
be seen, fella.
I will never be seen
worshiping other Daniel.
This is a man
1400
years ago.
From
upon the.
Where are
the Muslims today?
Hundreds of Muslims,
they call other than Allah.
They worship other than Allah.
May Allah guide them. Listen
to what he's saying.
And
do you know Oh,
Allah,
I'm satisfied
and content
that you are my rock. Don't need to
be like that.
And I will never be seen
worshiping other than you.
You out of your mercy and kindness,
you sent to Moses
a messenger
calling
him. You are the one who spoke to
Moses,
and you are the one who sent the
archangel to Moses
to
You told Moses
and Harun,
go
and invite to Allah
Eran. Both of you
invite Faraun
to Allah
to worship Allah.
Go, both of you, and invite
fellow
Farahun,
who was a tyrant.
Tell Farahun.
I'm just a waiter
Tell
Did you make this?
The skies? The heavens?
Without
willows supporting it?
It?
Till it became stable
as you can see it?
And tell
him, did you raise it without
What a wonderful build up if that's what
you did.
Then tell
So now you see, is
telling you
that this was told
to Moses
and Arun because he was reading the scriptures.
He and Waragadd Nirawfal,
they were had access and they were lettered,
and they used to read the scriptures.
That's why when
Khadija took the prophet to Waratah,
he told him
Musa. This is the archangel
that used to visit Musa alaihis salaam.
Did you?
Are you the one who placed
that shining
celestial body in its middle,
the moon? Did
you place that moon shining object?
Idea when the law night falls, it guides
the people. It illuminates
and lights
the ways for the people
to travel,
to guide so they can be guided.
And people can be guided by its position,
As you know,
when you are traveling in the desert, if
there's a moon, you know your location
and also the stars,
so you navigate
your path.
And tell him, tell Faraun,
may your
who causes the sun to rise
in the early morning?
Who sent it?
Who sends the sun?
For you to be home, I must send
me now of the were here.
So the part of the earth that was
in darkness
becomes
visible,
can be seen.
And you can go to the net and
see how
the night
how the day
removes
the night
and how the sun
rises.
And God see
it. See Allah's sight.
So are you the one who's bringing the
sun every day? Tell Fahim.
And remember the argument that took place between
Ibrahim alaihi salaam and Namrut.
And he said, ana ohi ohi ohi ohi.
I give life and cause death.
How?
Said those 2 men
are sentenced to death.
So one will be executed, the other one
I will set free. So either flight and
death.
So Ibrahim Al Islam realized
the stupidity of this
king,
so he told him no need for that.
Very simple.
Allah
blinks the sun from the east, simply gets
from the west.
So the one who just released,
failed miserably.
And tell him,
who brings out
the vegetation
from the earth,
from the dirt,
who caused
it, the seeds that they were planted
to come out
in the form of plants. Who
caused that little seed and grain
and brings out of it that plant?
Who does that?
Then you will see
the vegetation,
k,
coming out
and lies,
and it sways
and moves with the wind.
Who does that offer out?
Now this plant
will be back. I have to live in
Kanawaiya.
Now this seed
comes out and the plant is coming out
and it rises and it grows
and it starts moving.
Then
where you
and he brings out of this plant
the grains,
and he places the grains
on its top, in the top of the
plant.
The ear
of corn is on top of the plant.
This
plant
comes
from the seed,
it grows,
it rises,
then the ears
started to fall on its head.
In the top of the plant.
And in that, our science.
Science.
For he
who has mind,
he who has intellect,
he who reflects.
These are signs.
Well, I enter the properly minka,
you listen. Well,
I
answer
be
properly
minka,
unison.
Or you,
by your power
and by your generosity
and your bounty.
Of course, he is now talking sarcastically.
Well, I'm
Is it because of your father,
your kindness, your bounty, your generosity?
Negater, Younisen?
You saved Jonah,
Is it you,
who saved Jonah
in the belly of the whale?
Well, I'm to be probably mean can negate
you in the sun.
Hotel
Leilah, who spent many nights
in the belly of the whale.
Are you the one?
You claim
divinity?
You claim lordship?
Oh my lord,
I'll be glorifying your name.
I'll be praising you.
I'll be celebrating your praises
so that my sins
will be forgiven.
So I will keep praising you
and celebrating your praises
and mentioning you a lot,
hoping
that my sins will be forgiven.
Oh, lord
of mankind,
show your mercy on
me. Show your mercy on me
and bless
my progeny
and my wealth.
I'm a believer,
oh lord of mankind.
Send on me and show on on me
your mercy.
And bless my progeny,
my children,
and my wealth.
The reference with
local al Arab.
Our Arab,
the Mahmud al alusi.
This what
Zayd
ibn Amr ibn Nufayd.
So this gives you an idea
about what the Arabs were upon,
and how they deviated.
Now we proceed with what our Shaykh says.
He says,
See, the Sheikh now is teaching you how
to argue
with those who oppose the Tawhid,
those who fight the Tawhid,
those who want to revive.
Not what
No.
They want to revive. The dean
of
They want to revive paganism,
idolatry,
idol worship, grave worship, saint worship,
tomb worship.
So he's saying,
And every then,
they say
oh, he says, the one who argues with
you,
when you quote the
about
the
the
came and dressed in.
He says and they say,
this
these verses
were revealed concerning those who worshiped
idols.
How then can you treat the righteous people
as idols,
or how can you treat the prophets as
idols?
This is their argument.
So reply him with what has preceded,
that those they have taken,
these idols as intermediaries,
not because they believe these idols created them.
Oh, these
holy men, Yahuwah, Yahuwah, and Nesra,
created them,
but they offered
acts of worship to them,
hoping
that they will communicate
and pass these applications
and the duas
to Allah.
So
we call them Ali so that they can
bring us near
to
Allah. Not because
they can't help us. We know they are
helpless.
That's why Ibn Hisham in the Sira
mentioned
that,
as you know,
Abdul Muttalib,
he saw in the dream
because
the well of Zamzam disappeared
because of the flood
and was covered with mud.
So he saw in a dream
the place of it.
So
in the morning, he went and start digging,
and the water came out.
Now to
express his gratitude
and to thank Allah,
he vowed
and he made another.
If Allah bless him
with this number of children,
he will slay. He will slaughter. He will
kill one of them.
And Allah blessed him with that number of
children. I think around 10.
And now he has to fulfill his vow,
his mother,
his oath,
which he took.
So
as
that was their practice,
like, they cast lots.
They
like,
we you know,
when you want
to decide the settle the dispute,
you write things on piece of paper,
and
you have to be quiet.
So this system was
arrows, and they write the names of the
children.
And they keep rotating the arrows,
and then they stop
that object which rotates, and they pick 1
arrow.
So each time they pick the arrow, the
name came Abdullah.
Abdullah happened to be the father of the
prophet,
and he said, now I have, and he
was very beloved
Ahmed Quresh
Abdulwa.
Say
he said I have to
kill my son. I have to slay him.
So Quresh told him no,
Abdul
Macbeth,
don't do that.
Let us go
to a diviner,
fortune teller,
a magician.
That Arabs used to consult and go to
her,
I think, in a 5th.
So they went.
So she said,
what is the blood money
that if someone killed someone,
then you have to give the ransom.
They said 100 camels.
He said, okay. Go
and start
again
throwing the
costing the arrows.
And each time the name comes,
you put now Abdullah and Kamos
on the 2.
So if the arrow comes,
Abdullah,
people are
taking
it. And for each time the name comes
Abdullah,
count 10 commas.
Until
the name, that
out of that kind of the camels comes
out,
and they kept that.
And finally,
the arrow came the the which they picked
the camels.
So they slaughtered the number of camels,
and they feed all the people.
So Abu Luhicar mentioned
that when
the arrows were thrown,
and this object is rotating,
Abdul Meqbalib
was standing next to Hubal Hubal, the idol,
and asking Allah
asking Allah, not Hubal,
but standing next to Hubal
that Hubal will communicate.
Though he was asking Allah
So there's no difference whatsoever
between
calling
other than Allah,
like calling yaroka
or Nasirah
or calling Allat
was a holy man, a righteous man,
helping the pilgrims, making food for them,
and then calling Abiqa de jilani.
What's the difference?
What is your argument? What is your justification?
I'm I'm not asking Abdi Adi Delani. I'm
asking the law about Abdi Adi Delani.
And
the law has
left his status with the law, so
he
will,
you know,
intercede for me and my god. The likelihood
of my god to be accepted is high
when I mention his name.
The same argument.
The same argument.
That is shirk, and what you are doing
is shirk.
Didn't you hear
Allah saying?
This ayah,
Nefer,
came to your mind? You never read it?
That wing, they asked you, O Mohammed, regarding
me.
And my servant asked you
regarding me,
I'm very close to them.
I respond
to the supplication of the when
he calls up on me.
So let them call me alone
and believe in me.
Perhaps that they will be guided.
Why you don't want to call Allah
alone?
Why are you advocates of paganism and idolatry?
Why don't you guide the people and direct
them
to call Allah
alone
and to tell them, stop it.
Stop calling other than Allah.
Call Allah.
Why don't you do that?
Why?
Because you are
afraid.
They will leave you.
You are afraid.
They will call you happy.
Your followers will drop drastically.
So you want to please them.
Why don't you call them?
Allah says call me. Why you call others?
Why didn't you tell them?
Why
didn't you tell them this?
Who responds
to the supplication
of the one who is in a dire
need
when he calls upon
him.
And he removes the hardship
and what you experience and what you go
through.
Who removes the distress?
Is
there another
little
you know?
Little you remember?
This is the Islam.
This is the Tawhid.
May Allah guide the Muslims.
So
if
the tomb worshipper,
grave worshipper,
starts to defend
and say these verses
came down regarding the witch of us.
Tell him
what you are doing is the same.
Tell me can you tell me the difference
between what you you do and what they
did?
So because they co associated
others with Allah,
they have to go to *.
And you do the same thing, but you
have to go to Al Faddou Salada. Right?
You have to go because your name is
a Muslim name.
Though you are doing the same thing,
like the
and directing
the other than Allah
and calling other than Allah, but because
your names are Muslim names, you have to
go to different laws.
Where
the Uphala of Christ, they have to go
to *,
though you are doing the same thing.
Is this fair?
Is this
just?
Does
Allah
wrong people?
Or Allah treats people
justly?
The answer is
no. Allah will never wrong anyone.
Your love will never wrong anyone
office servants.
O my servants,
I have made wool
injustice prohibited for myself,
and I made it to prohibited among yourselves.
So do not wrong one another.
And Allah, he mentions all these stories in
the Quran, not for entertainment.
The moral lesson
that you should
avoid
what happened to them.
That's why they were perished. That's why they
were destroyed.
These stones were not mentioned for entertainment.
These stones were mentioned
to receive admonition
and to be alert.
When the prophet
said, Allah cursed those who preceded you.
May Allah curse them?
Allah's curse upon them. They
have taken the tombs
and the graves
of their
righteous men as places of worship.
Why did he say that?
Why Allah cursed them?
And why the prophet
said, may Allah curse them? Why?
Because they have taken
the graves
and the tombs
of their holy men at places of fortune,
warning us as in the hadith,
warning his.
Now his ummah, they are doing the same
thing and worse than that.
And you want to see, go. And you'll
see on the net. It's not a secret.
It's another secret.
They invoke. They call. They
go around the the the tomb, the graves.
They make tell me around the graves.
The same. They raised the grave.
They stand before the graves,
and they suffocate. Some they ask the the
dead and maybe someday after Allah, but they
think like
Abu,
I've never looked at it next to that
this is now I'm standing next to to
the saint, so the likelihood
of my dua to be accepted is high.
So
remember,
if they say this ayat came down regarding
the Muslims, tell them, yes.
But why why did Allah mention that? For
entertainment
or for us not to do the same
thing?
And you are doing the same thing.
And then says
What is more important
is the generality
of the text,
not the specificity
the specificity
of the reason
behind
the revelation
or the saying of that
particular
evidence.
The text is general, so it is applicable.
And Jesus Christ saved
his people.
Worship Allah, my lord and your lord.
Whoever associate
anyone with Allah.
Jannah Allah has made Jannah prohibited.
Has made Jannah prohibited. Prophet says it's prohibited.
Heaven is prohibited for an
and his abode will be the fire.
And for the wrongdoers,
there will not be anyone to have.
Can we say
this is only applicable
to the
disciples of Islam
that if we
worship other than Allah and commit shirk,
Jannah is halal for us.
When Allah says
whoever associates
any partner with Allah
Can we say this is only
if the shirk is made by the disciples
of ISA?
But if the shirk the same shirk is
done by the followers
of Muhammad,
it's okay for them, and they will go
to a paradise.
Wake up.
Shirk is shirk.
To aid
is the message of all the prophets.
And no obligation
in the.
Learn your deed.
Learn the basics of Islam.
The nes the obligation
is only applied
to the
insha,
not the Iqbal.
Remember,
the speech
2 types.
Iqbal
and Insha.
Iqbal is information.
Allah
informed
me.
The
do's and the don'ts.
Sharia
upholds under
the That's why
there is obligation.
There is
That's why every prophet or messenger comes with
his own new law
suit
the life of the people at his time,
and that is
logical and rational.
People's needs and issues and situations keep changing.
So the law has to
keep
updated, to adapt, to to,
provide
solutions for their problems.
And the final law,
Allah made it so flexible
and accommodating
searchable advice solutions
for the problems of mankind
since the end of the world.
The aqeedah
falls under the Iqbal
under the Iqbal,
which is logical.
It is impossible.
The messenger or prophet comes and says there
is Jannah.
Then another one comes says there is no
Jannah.
The prophets come and say there's *. Another
one comes and say there's no *.
So no obligation in the
because it is.
So the to
aid is No obligation
at all.
So learn your deed, my dear brothers and
sisters.
Then the Sheikh said,
Muhammad. May Allah show him his mercy on
the soul of Sheikh Muhammad
He is teaching us,
and he's taking us step by step.
And
then if he affirms
the opponent
to worship, great worship,
saint worship,
and then if he affirms that the Kufa
used to testify
that Abu will be a lordship is for
Allah alone,
and that they did not seek anything from
those whom they shall accept intercession.
If he says that and he
confesses and accept that, which is the actual
the fact that he cannot deny.
However, he wishes to make a distinction between
the actions of the Muslims
and his own action,
while Watts has mentioned,
said, yeah.
Yes, Quresh. They
used to believe in that.
It will be yeah.
And that didn't make them Muslims,
but we are different. Tell them what's the
difference.
What's the difference?
Will be it did not make them Muslims.
So why they believe in the will
make you
a believer,
will make you
a
monotheist and make
them polytheist.
Why?
Because remember,
what you believe
is the unity of lordship.
That Allah is the creator, the cherisher, sustainer.
That's it.
And you come a check-in the in
the You
don't you are directing acts of worship to
other than him.
So what you hold and what you believe
is the unity of lordship,
and that did not make
the
Quraysh
believers,
As mentioned before in the IHAC.
So why this will make your monotheists
and make them polytheists?
So there's no difference at all.
No difference.
So anyone who worship other than Allah,
this is the shirk,
and that is directing Rebada to other than
Allah.
And remember
that Allah sent the messengers
to call the people to the worship of
Allah,
the unity of Ibad,
unity of worship.
So and you are directing
the acts of worship to other than Allah.
You call other than Allah. You submit it
to other than Allah. You sacrifice
to other than Allah.
You
swear by names.
You take an oath in the name of.
So anyone who worships
other than Allah,
his deity object of worship is Wathan,
an idol.
Anything that is worshiped is Wathan
idol.
You want your money? Money is your idol.
Your god is money.
See?
Because
what you worship,
what you adore
is money.
That's why the prophet said,
May Allah make us live life miserable.
Walk to him the worship of the
and the worship of the dinner.
The worship of the daughter in our time,
terminologies,
The worship of the
because that is your god.
That's your deity.
So anything you worship,
that becomes your idol.
You are worshiping idols.
There's no difference
between one who worships
an idol
and another one worships a saint.
Both are idols.
Both are
Ulsan.
So anything
you worship is Ulsan.
It's
pagan
act.
So all these dates deities
are false deities.
They do not deserve to be worshipped.
And remember, my dear brothers and sisters,
This is the problem.
Millions of Muslims, they don't know the meaning
of.
They don't know
the significance
of the negation
and the affirmation.
They don't know.
They don't know why Allah negated first, then
he affirmed.
They don't know why I have to
disbelieve
first.
I testify
there is no god.
I have to declare.
I have to disbelieve.
Disbelieve?
And all the savage,
all false deities
that people worship.
I have to empty my heart,
remove anything from it.
I have to make the tahalia,
the emptiness.
Then the tahalia,
the adornment.
After emptying the heart,
cleaning the heart, I have to fill it
with the tuhayi,
fill it with the right belief.
That's the significance of the negation
and the affirmation.
You don't want to negate?
You don't want to disbelieve in false stages?
You will not become a Muslim.
You're not a Muslim.
So first, you negate,
then you affirm.
And the negation
preceded
the affirmation.
No negation?
No disbelief?
In the tahoot,
in all false objects?
Then there's no tawheed, there's no iman.
That's why keep remembering
and teach your children
and bring up your children upon the tawheed,
upon the understanding of the kalimah.
That's because Allah is the truth.
And whatever
they call upon other than Allah, it is
falsehood.
And Allah
is the most high, the most supreme.
Allah guide all of us. May Allah
guide those Muslims who are misguided,
those who are not on the right path,
those who are not on the right path.
May Allah bring them
to the to the right deen, to the
Hanifiy. I mean,
may Allah
purify our hearts and your hearts
and may Allah
keep us to remain steadfast
and keep us to remain on the tawhid
until we meet him, and he is pleased
with us. Amen.
May Allah make the last word we utter
when we plead our
And may Allah,
you know, unite our hearts and the haqq,
and may Allah unite our wooma and the
ummah and the haqq, and may Allah forgive
us our false and mistakes and ignorance.
And may Allah
reward all of you, my dear brothers and
sisters, and mercifully
for your patience
and attendance.
If you allow, we will begin the question
and answer session.
Okay, brothers and sisters,
we will be beginning the question and answer
session now.
If you'd like to ask verbal question, please
do so by raising your hand,
pressing on participant, and then raise hand.
You can also, of course,
send us your messages on the chat section.
We've received some already, and we will begin
with those.
Okay.
The first question,
This question is on behalf of my friend.
A brother came to him with a proposal
of a sister who is looking for a
righteous and practicing brother.
Her priority is Din, even the person is
searching for provision,
not being employed.
He asked the brother about her.
She is not so much knowledgeable, but trying
to follow Din
and also obedient.
He,
asked the brother to know her
know about her favorite sheikh,
but he couldn't have the answer.
He's in doubt
if this sister is worth to marry.
Should he reject? What is your advice, Sheikh?
He doesn't have job. Right?
That is correct, Sheikh.
So how how
how is he going to look after her?
Yeah. I'm not sure. By making dua and
eating dua.
Listen to me
dreaming brothers.
Be men, first of all.
Be men.
Never
open your mouth
and say I want to get married
when you are not a man.
Yes. A male. Yes. But not a man.
There's a big difference between man and male.
Man is the one who will look after
a family.
You don't go
and
to a family and ask for the hand
of the daughter
and you don't have
source of income,
you don't have job.
What are you going to do?
You are disqualified
from the beginning,
disqualified
and who
disqualify you? Prophet Mohammed.
When 3 of the Sahaba came to propose
to a woman,
Ma'awiya,
Abu Yahan, and Osama.
And this woman said to the prophet, I'm
confused. You choose for me.
Said, Maria
is very poor.
He does not have anything,
so he cannot
support you and look after you.
So leave Mariah.
2nd candidate,
Abu Jan.
He beats the woman,
temperamental.
Don't mad him out, Abuja.
Madi Usama.
So this brother
go aje,
look for the job first,
then earn.
And when you have money
to open a house,
then go
and ask for people's
the hands of people's daughters.
The same thing
goes to my sisters.
Maybe, yes, some sisters are desperate. They want
to get married.
But marry men,
a man
who will look after you.
Man who will look after you,
support you,
provide for you,
feed you,
clothe you, provide shelter for you,
and then later on your children of these
things.
So
this is my answer to this father.
How do you see he's tabulating
that working conditions?
Somehow that would be awfully
It's within conditions.
Who budgeted what the conditions on the other?
The sister should look at the agenda. First
of all, go and prove to me that
you're a real man.
Nothing is telling the brother who has mentioned
to him, the sister,
go and find out who's half way for
the chief.
See?
The shallowness?
That is his problem.
He doesn't see his own problem that he's
not qualified.
He doesn't see it.
May I, guide this brother
and bless him with a job
and bless him with a pious sister
when he is qualified
to look
after a family.
Is this clear to the question now?
Inshallah, it is clear, Sheikh.
We go to the next question.
The next question is,
assalamu alikum, Sheikh. Are
the arsh and the from
the creations of Allah?
The arsh is arsh is create part of
Allah's creation and the also.
Yes.
The next question,
if a person doesn't celebrate his birthday, but
his friends bought him cake for,
with with candles,
What should he do in such case? Should
he thank them and eat from it?
Thanking them. Yes. For the,
for the,
but
not to eat from it. Not to eat
from it. Give it to the non Muslims
and
but don't eat from it.
Next.
Okay. Next question
is. My question is, last week I asked
about
Kashif and Ilham,
and you said it is concept of Sufism,
but in the book, Majmoo al Fatawah
volume
11 and volume 12, Imam Ibn Taymiyyah
talks about the kashf.
He said, pious people of Allah sees the
things in a weakened
state, which a normal people used to see
in dreams.
And this happens to people of previous nations
and it can also happen to our Ummah
of the prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam. Do
we disagree with Imam Ibn Taymiyyah,
in this matter?
No. We don't disagree, but we try to
understand what he meant.
He meant what like, what happened to Zaid
Nar
Omar.
He's talking about things like that,
and he is talking about the firasa.
The firasa, which is something Allah
because of the piety and righteousness
of a person. Allah
puts that light in the heart of, Abu
Yhiba,
and he can discern.
Though they they they don't know the hype,
but this is something feeling they get
about certain things.
But what the
the,
the cash that the service are talking about,
which is through their own mystics
and the,
the the
this,
seclusion and khalwa
till they say you develop until you'll be
able to
the veil. They say,
The veil is removed.
Veil is removed, and you can see things.
You can see even they say you can't
read from
the lohel mafood, from the reserve tablets.
So we should not misunderstood
what Sheikh Islam,
is referring to.
It has to be understood
in the proper
context.
K? Because you see now the service,
they are using Eventania
as their defender.
Though Evintania throughout his life, he was fighting
them,
exposing them.
He debated with them.
Then now they they go through his book,
and if you find the statement
out of context, they oh, Evgenyev said this,
and then they went and come to the
salafias. East.
I see.
I've been Taimir said this. What do you
say?
The poor guys, they think that we worship
Eben Taimir.
We worship only Allah.
We don't worship anyone.
Ibn Taymiy Rahim Allah
is one of the Muslim scholars.
We don't follow him blindly whatever he says.
Just in the same way.
We don't follow say it now when
he washes hands up to here. We don't
follow him.
We don't follow say it now. No. I'm
all in and wash the inside of his
eyes.
We don't follow him. Hadith al Sahabi,
leave alone anybody else.
You follow the prophet,
a Muslim scholar? He's a wicked.
He said something.
He for him, it is win win.
Either he will be rewarded twice
if he he if he was correct or
once
if he was mistaken.
That's it.
Is the saying and statement of any human
being apart from the Prophets of Islam?
Authority?
No.
No.
Let's take the 15th of Jabal. This Iben
Tamia said it's okay.
Iben Tamia is not prophet
Muhammad is not prophet Muhammad. Prophet Muhammad
is the one who mentioned to us
that Allah descends, and he did not tell
us to make the 15th of Shaban a
special night.
Did he?
No.
Did his companion
make it special night
and single it out? No.
If yes, use your evidence if you are
telling the truth.
So don't ever use
a saying of a scholar as an evidence
if it is not
supported
by the by the evidence from the Quran
and the Sunnah.
For example, you are here in the.
They say
many of the people,
when they've been told me they
died,
they were throwing their turbans on his on
the beer on the on the the
the
Nash,
which is the wooden frame in which you
carry the
the cops.
People are throwing their
their turbans,
seeking Baraka.
So
does that make it correct?
If there are ignorant people doing that,
is this an evidence?
Or some, they drank from the water,
which was used to wash him.
Does that make it okay?
The Sahaba, they didn't do that with the
prophet
The prophet told them, the Sahaba, they didn't
do that. They didn't throw their children off
her in.
They didn't drink the water
which they wash him with.
So my dear brothers and sisters, wake up.
Learn our deen. Follow Islam.
Leave all these nonsense.
The deen Allah said, the prophet said. That's
it.
The deen Allah said, the prophet said.
Keep always the statement of
the
prophet. Apart from that,
anyone.
No one is Masoom. No one is invaluable.
Human beings, they make mistakes.
Scholars, they have.
And
when a scholar made his jihad,
if he was correct,
we would do twice.
If he was mistaken, once.
And the haqq
cannot be,
cannot have multiple
facets.
Hop is only one face.
You cannot be in the hack and I'm
in the hack and we are not in
agreement. It is impossible.
Impossible.
1 is right. The other one is wrong.
But the one who was wrong,
if he
may committed that mistake
because
of he
tried his level best to arrive at the
truth, and he didn't
succeed, he will be rewarded once because
he exerted
his utmost effort.
But that does not, that will not make
him right. And the other one also, right.
When there are conflicting opinions,
impossible,
It's impossible.
This is
irrational.
Is this clear to the question?
Very clear insha'allah, sir. Very clear insha'allah.
We go to the next question. Assalamu alaikum.
A sister is asking about her zakat.
She does not
work. Her husband is not a practicing Muslim.
The past years, she has been secretly paying
zakat on their savings,
which is in her husband's name.
She has some
savings back home in both their names.
She sold some of her gold with the
intention of paying zakat in Ramadan.
However,
a family member needed help,
non Muslim,
and also a sister in Islam needed
help. So she sent all the money from
the sale of her gold
to help them. Now she does not have
enough funds for zakat.
Should she withdraw her
withdraw from her husband's account
to pay zakat?
She still has gold which is already below
the zakatable
quantity.
Should she sell this gold to pay the
zakat?
Please advise.
Alhamdulillah. May
Allah
reward you immensely, and may Allah
guide both of you, you and your husband,
and may Allah bless you and bless your
family.
So the Zakah is on the money
that you saved.
That the the money which you saved
and one complete
lunar year elapsed, Hijra
here elapsed,
and this money reached the Nizar,
which is recorded specific amount,
which is the price of $85
of gold.
If this money was there
and one year elapsed,
it's over,
then you have to go give 2.5%.
Now you are saying the account is joint
account,
so that means you can
withdraw and give this a car, so do
so.
Do that
if the amount of money you have in
the bank
is
the amount of the car.
Draw from that money and give the Zakah
2.5%.
Is this clear?
In Charlotte, it's clear, Sheikh. However, it's a
joint account, Sheikh. What if her husband then
starts questioning her and saying, you know, you've
stolen the money, where's the money, etcetera?
No. No. She has to keep documents.
K. Evidence that this is there's a car.
I give there's a car.
Give it there's a car.
And if it says I don't believe you
and all that stuff,
tell her, okay. We'll separate the account.
I don't want my money to be mixed
with yours.
I fear Allah.
I don't want to go to *.
You want to go to *? That's up
to you.
Not, of course, you don't say this to
him. Say this, I prefer.
I don't want to be held accountable
before Allah.
Okay?
Is this clear?
Inshallah, it is clear, Sheikh.
We go to
let's take a verbal question.
Brother Farooq, please unmute your mic.
I have a question, my mother asked me
to ask you.
My aunt, my mother's sister,
they're going through some difficulties financially.
So
my mother asked if, we can pay Zakat
to them. They haven't paid their house rent
since several months,
and they weren't able to pay the school
fees for their children. They have 3, 3
children, and the school, has refused to give
out their results.
They're still enrolled, but,
overall, they're going through tough times.
And
my aunt's husband is sitting at home since
several months. They had a business earlier,
a year a year ago, but now even
that business is, not up and running. So
my mother asked me, so can we pay
zakat to them?
Yes. You can.
Give the money.
And,
can we, like, not disclose that this is
zakat,
zakat money, or it's fine
to do that? You can give, and no
need for you to disclose.
And the Zakat, you can give to your
relatives who are in need,
and the reward will be twice. You will
have double the reward
when you give it to your,
close relatives who are in need.
And remember,
the car
cannot be giving
to your Osul and your
your
Osul, your
father,
for grandfather,
and you got up all your ancestors.
Okay? So my father, I cannot give zakatou,
my grandfather,
grand grandfather, etcetera,
because I am responsible
to look after them.
So the Usul,
I
descended from them,
and their descendant.
This is the Osul. Then the Foroo are
my offspring.
Offspring,
children, grandchildren,
etcetera.
Sisters,
brothers,
uncles from both sides, mother's side, father's side,
aunts from both side, mother's side,
father's side, zakat can be given to
them. And the reward will be twice
because this is
because
they are your womb.
Is this clear to you?
Very clear, Sheikh.
And, also, can you give me, some advice?
Me and my brother, just recently graduated from
college, and we've got our first jobs. We
started earning.
So,
for us, when will we begin giving zakat
and from next year onwards or from from
this year? Can you just clarify that to
us?
You have 2 options.
If the money you have here with you
now,
not
complete year passed over.
So
you start counting from the moment you
started having this money.
When one lunar year elapses, you have to
give the zakat.
The second option, which is many of the
people, they have account, which is
check account.
Money comes, goes, comes, goes.
So it's mixed part of it, maybe 1
year,
past 1, part of it not.
So the scholar, they say,
when the town of Zakat comes and most
of the Muslim, they give Zakat on about.
So you look to the amount you have
in your account,
and you give the Zakat about 5%
irrespective
that part of it just yesterday entered into
your account. So you
calculate the total and you give out the
zakat.
Is this clear to you?
Yes, sir.
Very clear.
Inshallah, we'll move to the next question.
Okay. The question asked, can one give zakat
to one's husband
who is in need?
The outside of this husband is in need,
his full of the income is not sufficient,
or he has debts,
etcetera.
And he is
a righteous person, so the the money is
the debt is not because he's doing some
Haram, etcetera.
The answer, yes.
The wife of the name is Ruth, Zainab
of the Allah and Homa,
Han Han Han even Masjid.
Even Masjid was very poor. She told him,
I will give you my zakat. He said
go and ask the pastor Asalom.
She went
and she found Bilal at the door of
the pastor Asalom. She told him, ask the
pastor Asalom and don't mention me.
He doesn't want to
the prophet to know. She's the wife who
have been the minister with the church.
And happened that she found another woman, and
both of them, their names happened to be
Zaynah.
So I said, they went inside and asked
the prophet,
a woman is asking, can't you give this
a car
to her husband?
Said, who? She she said Zainab.
He said, which Zainab? There are many Zainab.
So he said Zainab, the wife of
Eben,
the wife of Eben Nasrud.
The pastor of Simon told him, yes. She
can, and she will be rewarded twice.
So, yes, a woman can give hazakah to
her husband
if he's in need.
Is this clear?
Inshallah, that is clear, Sheikh. We'll go to
the next question.
Just before the next question, I'll just, like
to
request if there is any brother or sister
who's skilled with WordPress websites in terms of
updating
and would like to get involved with a
good project.
Please send me a message on the chat
section.
Okay. Next question.
Dear.
I have Madiha
staying with me, and she has a question.
She's asking, what is the correct way to
find a spouse?
And also, more specifically, if the girl wears
nitaab,
when and
at what which point is it okay for
her to reveal her face to the boy
that shows interest in proposing to her?
I
ask Allah
by his most beautiful names and divine attributes
to bless you
with the pious,
righteous brother
who will be, insha Allah,
helping you
to continue this journey, at least the agenda
together, Ameen.
How to help our daughters to get married?
The family should do that.
We should help our daughters
because a woman in Islam is sought.
He's not the seeker.
He's not the seeker. He's not the one
who was seeking or looking.
It's a man who looks
so the family should help
And there's no problem
to look for
a suitable
husband for your daughter.
Sayid Nur murmur al Khattab,
he offered his own daughter, Hafsa,
to sayid Nabu Bakr,
sayid Nur Islam,
and
none of them showed any sign
of interest.
Syedna Umar got upset.
Few days later, the pafsa senate proposed and
he married Hafsa.
Then said Nabu Bakr told Omar, you got
upset. Right?
Said yes.
I'm offering my daughter on you.
You don't accept?
Said the reason I didn't accept
because I heard one day
the pops last time I mentioned
Hafsa.
Said,
what did Hafsa do after
her husband?
So I realized I felt that the prophet
wants to marry her, see how much the
problem, say, now we're back as he
knew the process.
So that's why I didn't accept your offer.
So there's nothing wrong to offer your daughter
to a husband who is pious and righteous,
and who deserves this honor, deserves it.
So the parents, they should look for the
daughters.
And I think many times I mentioned the
story
of this
righteous pious man in
Saudi Arabia.
He saw this nice boy,
all is in the Masjid,
practicing Muslim.
So he did his homework. He asked about
the boy. He found that the boy is
studying in sharia.
So one day, he told the boy after
ask a prayer, come with me
for a cup
of tea.
So the boy and the father were sitting
in the sitting room, then the
girl came
carrying the tray
that carries the the cups of tea.
So the boy,
because he was pious,
was in embarrassed and put his head immediately
down,
and he thought to himself
the girl thought her father was alone.
So the father said, no. It's not a
mistake.
It is planned.
Raise your head and have a look.
And imagine,
how bashful he was, embarrassed. He
raises his head and he looked, said, do
you want to marry her?
He said, uncle, you know,
I don't
have.
Don't have. I'm still in the Sharia.
I'm not graduated. That's what I said. I
know everything.
This is the key of the flat.
This is the car.
Don't worry about anything.
I'll take care of everything.
He said Alhamdulillah. Okay.
So this father,
he wanted happiness for his daughter.
He wanted his daughter
to be the wife of this
righteous boy,
and he is well off,
so he will look after all of them.
And he said, this is the key of
the flag. This is the key of the
car.
So
the families should help their doctors
to get married.
And this is what they call arranged marriage.
This is the the practice of Muslims throughout
history.
The final saying is for the say is
for the daughter, the girl.
So
the family,
their father, mother, the parents, they talk to
her. This is the boy. We think he's
okay,
and you will sit with him.
You will talk with him.
In our presence, we'll give you
a sort of privacy.
We do we will not be able to
hear the conversations,
but we can see you, and you can
talk.
And in that case, you remove the niqab.
You remove the kneecap, and you can see
it.
The
you can even remove the the the scarf
or the hijab. You can see your hair.
But most of the Muslims, they don't allow
this. This is because, yes, it is a
custom.
It is a custom.
So you can remove the new car, and
you talk to each other.
So if you like each other, land a
lot.
If you felt there's no chemistry
between you,
it is your choice.
You say no.
May Allah
make it easy for all our daughters to
get married and may Allah bless them with
pious and righteous husband's army.
Is this clear?
Yes,
It's clear.
We go to the next question.
Why our mind
wonders
here and there in Salah?
And why we get evil thoughts even after
seeking refuge with Allah?
As it is said that Shaitan takes 40
steps back
when we recite Bismillah. So still why
are we not able to concentrate
in Salah?
Hamdulillah.
So go and download
from the website of Sheikh Munajid.
Think
50 tips how to concentrate in your salah.
All in the Google you Google it and
download it and read it.
The for sure and the salah is the
heart of the salah.
Indeed, those believers, meaning, who are
in state of kashur,
komi, concentration
are successful.
So the kashur and the salah
needs mujahada.
Striving. Because shaitan,
he tries to swallow your salah.
The moment you say Allahu Akbar,
there's a special shaitan
that is his job
to whisper.
His name is Khimzid Khimzid.
So this is the shaitan.
His job only to spoil your salah.
Pastor Habib
complained to the prophet. He said that is.
Shaitan,
the moment you say Allah, Akbar comes,
and he starts to whisper and to remind
you about things
that
were never there in your mind.
So you spit on your left side
like that.
You blow on your left side.
The Sahabi said, I did that and he
left me. There was was, shiqa.
And you can't do this
every time you feel he comes back, the
Shaitan.
Because the Shaitan,
what he does
that's why when Ibn Abbas was asked by
non Muslims,
They said, oh Nuh Abbas,
why you Muslims have this
satanic whispers
in your prayers? We don't have it, we
don't feel it.
He said, and what was the benefit in
your prayers?
Your prayers are not accepted.
You are destined for help.
So the Shaytan knows that, so he doesn't
waste his time with you. He knows that
you are going to help, so he comes
to those who are going to heaven
to spoil the salah.
And there are things that will help you
inshallah
to concentrate in your salah. Prepare yourself before
the salah.
Take your will do.
If you want to go to respond to
the call,
answer the call of nature, do so.
Don't start your salah while you are in
need to go to the toilet,
then you'll not be able to concentrate.
So be ready.
Before time of the salah, you already
answered the call of nature.
You are not hungry.
If you are hungry,
don't start the salah. Eat.
That's why the prophet
no prayer in the presence of food
because
your mind is there.
Or he is in need to answer the
call of nature, whether it is
the,
urine or the
stone.
Even Masrud,
he heard the outcome of the salah.
Salah started, and he was eating, and he
continued to eat.
So that when you saw the salah, there's
nothing there
to distract you.
Nothing in your mind.
As Imam Khazali said,
and he gave this parable
the story, he said,
if you want to write a book
and you sat in the shade of a
tree and the tree
is full of birds
birchen in this tree.
The moment you start
to arrive, the star just start the bird
starting tweeting,
making noise, singing,
disturbing
you. So you took a stone and throw
it at the birds,
at the tree and the birds flew
and left the bird, and then you sat.
A while later, they came back, and they
started singing.
So the best thing, if you don't want
the birds to disturb you, is to cut
the tree
so the birds will not be there.
Which tree he's talking about? The tree of
this thought.
So he's telling us that
try
to eradicate and get rid of all these
thoughts that will
distract
your
salah,
and then
reflect on the ayah that you are reading.
Each Ayat you read reflect on its meaning.
So your mind is present, is not wondering.
And they're lost in sincerity.
And the moment you
wonder, come back.
Because the shaitan,
what he does in the salah,
he comes to you,
and he just gives you a clue.
And then he leaves you,
and you follow it.
There is a clock on the wall.
Hit on tells you,
how did they manufacture this clock? And he
leaves you.
And now you are following that.
The mechanism,
what makes the pendulum
to go back and forth,
what are the mechanics behind that?
So you are now with the clock
and the amount of
if you realize that this is the check
of the shaitan, you say,
and you spent,
shaitan comes back,
and he gives you open another door for
you.
You are looking at the prayer mat.
Oh, this is a Persian
carpet
or this is a nice prayer mat. How
did
and he takes you to the factory, and
you're now at the assembly line.
So each time
he opens for you a chapter, you close
it, he opens another chapter until you end
your salah.
So if you are in a constant strife,
you will be rewarded for that.
But if you the moment he opens for
you the door, you follow Sam,
then you come out from the salah without
recalling
anything,
then you didn't pay.
May Allah bless us
in our salah,
and may Allah save us from
Satan and its chicks.
Next.
I
will take the next question.
And the next question is
For your beautiful lecture, my question is, if
a person is unemployed since 2 years, but
he has saved money in bank, which it
reached Nisab,
the person is looking after his family by
using saved money.
Okay? What was the question? You didn't ask
the question.
Okay. It's not about Zakah. Is it Yeah.
Zakah or not? How do you get the
Zakah
irrespective
of the obligations and commitment?
The zakah is linked to the money.
If the money you have
met the conditions when you're over,
at least then you start, you have to
give the zakah.
You have to give the zakah. A
car. But if it is less than than
your son knows a car.
Is this connected to the question?
Yes. Inshallah, I should be clear for him.
If that was a question inshallah.
Okay.
The next question, Sheikh.
Do we
have to pay zakat from the money in
a charity organization's account?
Again. Again?
Do we have to pay the
zakat to a charity organization?
And, this charity organization, they take this money
to and and distribute,
distribute it to the,
to the,
to those who are eligible for it? I
believe he's asking,
must we only give it to the charity
organizations,
or is there other ways that we can
distribute or disperse this zakat money? I got
the question.
That's what I say.
If the charity organizations,
they will be acting like a wakil,
acting on your behalf,
and they will take your zakkar
to other countries
and distribute it to those who are eligible
for it.
So they facilitate and give you offer this
service.
That's okay.
But if we are just giving it to
them,
the Zakah, and they for their activities,
then they don't fall under
the 8 categories.
They don't fall because
the jikah Allah mentioned
precisely
who are the ones that are eligible for
the jikah.
Is this clear to the questioner?
Inshallah, that is clear, Sheikh. The next question.
Can I serve food to non Muslims during
Ramadan
if I'm working in a restaurant?
Yes. Absolutely.
This is, Shadaq Khan
feeding the
the the poor whether they are Muslim or
non Muslim. You wouldn't be rewarded for that.
And this is also a way of dawah.
Yes?
The next question. Assalamu alikum, Sheikh. May Allah
continue to raise your ranks in Jannah, Ameen.
Question 1.
I am asking this question on behalf of
a brother.
His dad is alive and is married to
2 wives who have enmity between them, and
he couldn't bring unity in the family.
Unfortunately,
the wives have dragged their children into this
enmity
that they know absolutely nothing about
how it started. And consequently,
the children of the 2 wives rarely talk
because there is trust deficient.
This is a very common thing in the
subcontinent, and both wives also stay apart.
The brother wants to know the answers to
the following questions.
Is he obliged to keep ties with the
other wife of his father? That's the first
question, Sheikh.
1st of all,
Muslim sisters,
fear Allah
This what you are doing is haram.
It's totally Haram prohibited
to cause divisions among the brothers and sisters
because you hate hate one another out of
jealousy,
or to make the children to hate their
father because you hate their father.
This is haram.
And you will be questioned
for that,
Farrallahu
Subha'an. Why the children
should suffer
and
start
hating each other? Brothers, they hate each other
as sisters
because the mothers
are wicked
and pious.
These are not righteous mothers.
They don't fear Allah.
So my sisters
fear Allah.
Coming to the question,
don't cut the ties with your brothers and
sisters
and be nice
to your
stepmother.
Be nice.
Visit them.
See your brothers. See your sisters.
Even if your mother will get upset
and tells you you are not my son.
You are not doing anything harm.
What you are doing is Islamic.
You're not cutting the ties, and your mother
wants you to cut the ties,
to cut the rahem.
So answering that question, yes. You can.
And this is
good deed. May Allah bless you,
and may Allah reform the family, and may
Allah Azza wajal guide all of them. Next
question, Fahmy.
Amin, must he find a way to always
keep ties with the children of the other
wife even though they might not grant him
listening ears because of the lack of trust?
The elders in the family have tried their
best to bring unity but unsuccessful.
I answered this. Yes. Keep trying,
and you will be rewarded according to your
intention and the efforts do that you apply
and you accept.
Good time.
Inshallah. Next question. Assalamu alaikum. Sheikh.
My question is, is it permissible for one
to dance with his wife
at home while playing music?
Music? Maybe Nasheed, maybe something
which has no musical instrument,
and you can dance.
No problem.
You dance with your wife. He dances for
you. You sing for your wife.
She sings for you. Enjoy your life.
And that's why you see
the the problem
with the
practicing Muslims, some of them,
especially sisters,
they think the moment
he started practicing Islam,
he has to become,
I have to say, a nun.
Nun.
Not a woman.
And she thinks this is from Jahiliya.
No. It's not Jahiliya.
At home?
Make your home everything for your husband.
Everything.
Everything
between you and your husband is halal.
Okay?
Is that clear?
Everything is halal between husband and wife. Everything.
Except what Allah mentioned as halal.
And this is called personal tabail
personal
tabail
to show your femininity.
Listen to me, my sisters.
K?
Long time ago,
many years ago, and when you see this,
some of you, they recall
for
husband to be and wife to be
Available
there.
So you should know
how
to gain your husband.
Everything is halal for you.
It's not about that you are real.
The asset your real asset as a woman
is your femininity.
Feminine.
The way you talk,
the way you dress, the way you smile,
you flirt with your husband, he flirts with
you. He lies for you some poems,
love
expressions.
All these things
allow them halal.
So your femininity,
don't lose that.
Don't look like a man.
Don't behave in the at home as a
man.
Walk like a man.
The husband
doesn't want that.
He wants that gracefulness.
The way you talk, the way you walk,
you are a feminine.
Don't lose it at all.
Don't you see that many of the non
Muslims,
k. Europeans.
Non Muslims.
They married women from the Far East.
Why?
Why they go and get married in the
Far East?
Because they are feminine.
Feminine.
That's what the husband wants.
He wants a wife, a feminine,
who will be real, a woman at home.
That was the husband
wants to have.
So answering the questions. Yes.
Sing for each other, dance with it with
each other. Everything is halal for you, but
avoid the music.
Avoid the halal.
Anything that
associated with musical instruments, leave it, and there
are alternatives
you'll find.
Is this clear to the questioner? And may
Allah make
the marital life of all Muslim families
successful and happy.
Inshallah, it is clear. Sheikh, I'll go to
the next question. We'll take a question from
Maria. Please unmute your mic.
I'm asking,
I know of a sister who is very
close to me. I love her so much.
She's like a daughter.
She's married to a tabligi.
Now the husband used to,
how,
how he gains his employment is he sells
Parata in the market
to bring
money for the family. They have one son.
Now since the,
pandemic,
so they have been, he cannot he is
unable to do this.
My question is, Sheikh, he goes
you know, as for Tablighi, he goes for
3 days, 7 days. Sometimes, I think he
he I think he went already for 40
days. Now when he leaves his family,
he doesn't leave anything for them to spend
on.
And what he says
is that I leave you in the hands
of Allah,
which is
and, you know, Allah will provide.
Now what the thing is she has approached
me because
while her husband was away, she had to
borrow money.
There was one time that she couldn't even
afford to buy a bottle of water
because you know, bottled water.
And so I tried to tell her,
you know, to convey to tell her husband
what his responsibilities
are as a husband. You know? This is
his
duty upon them.
And, also,
I said for him to, you know, to
look for a proper job.
But he said he doesn't want a regular
job because anytime he's asked to go
on this,
big trips,
then he can leave. You know? Because he
sees this. His niyat is a service,
to Allah.
Now
I'm
I love this sister very much. She's like
my daughter. I would like to help her.
What shall I say or what shall, you
know, she is also agreeing to her husband
about this. So
I don't know. I I don't really know
what to say to her anymore.
Alhamdulillah.
May Allah
guide your husband. And give him the proper
understanding of the Deen.
It's good to have this, zeal and,
love to serve the Deen and Dawah, etcetera,
but at the same time,
you have responsibility.
You have to take care of
because
you are responsible
to look after your family
and to
give them, even when you got out, sufficient
food for them
so that
they will not suffer.
The prophet,
he passed away while his shield was mortgaged
with the Jew mortgaged his shield
With the Jew, he bought he took from
the Jew,
food
by his family.
The prophet used to save for his families.
So the problem that's why some of our
brothers lack of knowledge. Yes. They have the
love.
This is the problem that,
many of our brothers in the not all
of them, some
of
the they lack that. They don't have the.
So, yes,
the and
and that's it. Allah will look after you.
If Allah will look after you, if they
are caused to tie the camel,
and then you put your trust in Allah
as a recap,
Not you leave your family suffering
without food,
and then the wife has to go and
start asking for help.
So he has to understand the deed,
and someone has to talk to him from
the people of knowledge
to
educate
him that this is,
another way.
And now I remember something else for the
sisters.
These are my dear sisters.
See, the Muslim women in the past, they
used to work at home.
They used to make things, knitting,
making everything, and they sell and they earn.
So utilize your time. Don't waste your time
so you can have some sort of income
for yourself.
So you can have some
money for the rainy days.
Don't just keep sitting at home,
wasting your time.
Many
of the imams,
their mothers
told them,
don't worry about anything.
I will use my needle
my needle by the knitting. I will be
making things and sell.
I will be spending on you. Just focus
on the end.
Many of the mothers of the imams.
So don't waste your time.
Have something. Learn something.
Stitching,
make your clothes,
embroidery,
many
many skills you can learn.
Regarding the brother,
someone has to talk to him, person
whom the brother can listen to,
and he should take care of his family.
Because,
everyone is
a sheep
is a shepherd.
Everyone is a shepherd.
Has
to
look for his subjects and accountable before Allah.
May Allah guide him.
Is this clear to your sister?
Actually, the sister,
she is she buys and sells hijabs,
you know, to support the family. However,
because of lack of funds, really, she
she she also spent the, the capital that
was
given to her to start the business. So,
but she she did actually do some work
at home because she has a small baby.
But yes.
I will try to speak to her again.
I don't I don't really want to speak
to her husband because I don't want to
appear as meddling. Somebody else. Somebody else. Not
you.
Somebody else. Yes.
Sheikh. May Allah grant you Jannah.
Amen.
Okay. We go to the next question. If
you notice, I said this. And,
yes, so recently, I found out that this
is
a sign used by Imam Ahmed of the
Hanbal.
So it's not not not Islamic.
Next.
Okay. Next question.
If someone's
mom has a house in which one of
her children is living in,
and the mom passes away, can he continue
to live in the house
if the other siblings agree for him to
continue to live there,
or whether they agree or not?
Must the house be sold and the money
shared according to Sharia?
It's up to them what they decide
because now
this house
belongs to all of them.
So if they do want to divide the
house on them, of course, maybe there are
flats in the house. So this one will
take this flat, this one will take that.
So they're fine.
If they want want to to to to
sell it, it's up to them.
If they decide no,
we will this house will,
lease it, put it on rent,
and our father maybe
can't stay in this house, and maybe we
will,
forgive him,
the rent. Whatever they decide, that is their
light.
That's their light.
K?
But if they
feel
that this maybe later on will become complicated,
if some of them the heirs dies,
so then in that case, they
cancel the house and everyone will
have his share according to the Sharia.
Is this clear?
Inshallah, that is clear. We'll go to the
next question.
If I don't want my wife to be
taking public transport because I don't want her
to be mixing with non mahrams,
can I take a non interest loan to
buy her a car?
Will this loan be considered a loan of
necessity in Sharia?
No. It's nothing loan of necessity.
It is a rebat,
and it's not in the society.
Next.
They mentioned a noninterest
loan.
Non interest?
Non interest.
Which, bank gives without interest?
Okay. If there is
someone, a goodly loan,
if it is a goodly loan,
someone is going to lend you money without
any interest.
Okay? That's well and fine.
But if there is a riba involved
no. Next.
The next question.
I have a question which has been causing
me sleepless nights.
I agreed
an amount for leaving work.
However,
when I took the agreement to the lawyer
and explained the background of the matter,
they said no. It should be certain a
certain amount.
The workplace
increased the amount, but were not happy.
Should I accept the
increment or go back
and take the original offer
that I initially agreed to?
My workplace would like me to keep my
job, but I cannot continue as the new
changes they look to introduce will be haram
for me to do. Please advise.
So he's working in a place first of
all, this place selling haram?
This place
will be going into selling haram. I believe
this is a question who asked about
selling,
insurance policies
previously.
So this person's company
is now going to provide this service of,
insurance policies
which will fall into the category as you
said previously that maybe Haram.
So they want to leave their job.
Can you ask the questioner to send details
or the situation in details
so I can I can look into it?
Insha'Allah. Questioner, please, provide the same question again
but with more details, Insha'Allah.
And,
you can
message the WhatsApp with Al Haramain WhatsApp number
with it. We will respond back.
Next question.
My relative is 17 years old and suffers
from extreme anxiety, which
which the debilitates
her and prevents her from
leaving the house
and taking examinations.
She is a perfectionist
and will not justify
or will just try to do the exam
with the knowledge
she has at the time.
It must be above and beyond expectation.
So I have needed to go
through to get medical advice from the hospital,
GP, and school, and have been told
to find a therapist.
There is hypnotherapy
to aid this illness. However, is this acceptable
in Islam,
this specific form of taking treatment treatment?
So the,
she will be hypnotized?
Correct.
See, she has to look for a Muslim
expert in this field
and who can look into this matter. Maybe
he needs only,
psychiatrist or psychologist,
okay,
to
to talk to her.
K?
So this what I will advise that look
for
a Muslim
expert in this field who can give the
right guidance Insha'Allah.
May Allah subhanahu'ala
cure her from such anxiety,
depression,
etcetera. I mean, next.
I mean, the next question, Sheikh,
regarding the advice that you gave to a
person who is not working,
and wanted to get married. So this is,
another person related to this asking a question.
JazakAllah Sheikh,
for your answer to the sister
regarding a brother who wants to get married
and he is not working.
What advice would you give to a sister
who is already in a marriage with someone
who is not working and she is working?
I gather it's too late to turn the
clock.
It's just too late,
and I'm not the one who
destroys Muslims home.
Okay?
I try to reform with the laws of
which I'll try my best.
So
sister was working, earning, and
she
should be patient
and maintain the family,
but she needs to
convince her husband to start looking for a
job.
But he is the dead ender,
and he is what? He's the babysitter? K.
Fine. If he's the babysitter, that's fine. Fine.
Is he doing the cooking and the washing
and everything at home?
And when she comes from the office, she
is the queen, and he is serving her.
I don't know.
But if he is also king at home
and when she comes
from tired from the office,
she has to go to the kitchen and
cook for him.
Dear Allah,
my dear brother,
you are responsible before Allah
You are responsible.
And remember the upper hand is better than
the lower hand.
The upper hand
is better than the lower hand.
So you have to go
and look for a job
and look after your family.
May Allah guide both of them, Ameen, and
may Allah
bless their marital life, Ameen. Next.
Next question, Sheikh.
Let's see here. Okay.
Next question.
From we'll take the question from Ali Ibrahim,
brother Ali Ibrahim.
Please unmute your mic.
Brother Al Ibrahim press on mute please.
My dear Sheikhs,
JazakAllah Khayram for your,
huge gift you are providing for us.
I have 3 questions.
And, the first one is,
about Zakat. You have been explaining about Zakat,
mister Alokhiran.
So Zakat,
do we have to follow the,
Islamic Hijra
or we can follow this one for others
like January, February, we started from January then
next year,
I'll be on January or how can you,
make me clear this one, Sheikh, please?
Hey, Joe.
You have to follow the any calendar,
not the
the solar calendar. No.
Okay. Okay.
My second question is
one of your,
lesson is,
this week you mentioned that
if someone gets his 3
daughters,
they that they are Braqah.
And Alhamdulillah, I am one of them, I
got 3.
So can you elaborate me a little bit
Sheikh, kindly?
Alhamdulillah, and may Allah make them the the
veil from the hellfire, Amin. Amin.
Amin. But the hadith says
that he Allah bless him with 3 daughters,
and he brought them up Islamically.
He brought them
properly,
and he takes care of them. So
try your level best to educate them Islamically,
to bring them up on the deal,
and to look after them.
And when they reach the age of puberty,
get them married.
May Allah
make them the apple of your eye, and
may Allah bless them. Amey. Amey.
Amey.
The third question Sheikh, Sakaalahu Khayram, my third
question is,
2 days ago, I was discussing a brother
about the issue of the Deen,
and, my brother who was,
a little bit,
following the Sufi,
and,
we discussed
about the calling about the Willis,
and I told him that is not,
permissible in the Islam.
And I told him,
please check,
Surat
Afghan,
IR
23,
please check,
I have at 6 about Surat
etcetera.
And we failed all this to to agree.
Later,
he started I I he started asking me
about the hit, then he started you are
Wuhavia, maybe Wuhavia, Wuhavia, and so on like
that he started.
Then I told him no there is nothing
called Wuhavia,
then he asked me,
are you following Shah Mohammad bin Abdulrah?
Then I told him,
yes, he's human being, but,
100% I support his dua.
Allahu Ta'ala, I am all Umar, those are
the
Tafsir and Quran and Aya
and Hadith only.
Then he asking me, okay, where does your
Sheikh got,
3 Tawhidis,
and so on. How does he got? Can
you explain me?
Which I just which I did say that
or I then I told him, okay. If
you look Surah Tu Fateha,
you can find,
all of them.
Then he said, no. There is nothing like
that.
Actually, I don't know if I give him
the right answer or not. Later, he started
saying also, you guys, you say Allah is
is,
on the on the on the app.
We believe God is everywhere. I ask him,
do you believe God is Allah is you
are
down
here? Why do you believe like that?
Later, by the way, we ended up, fruitless
discussion.
So my question is,
if you can give me,
how to answer this product, maybe we will
meet him again.
The threat of it is he asked me,
where does your shirt go?
Okay.
You see when, that's why I said
like that, I nodded my head.
When he asked you, do you follow Mohammed
Abdullah? I said no.
I follow Mohammed Abdullah
Sallallahu Alaihi Salam.
K?
We're not following anyone else.
We're following Muhammad,
and
what he told us.
This Raghu Muskiin is ignorant.
And one who's ignorant
needs to be
educated. Sure.
And my advice for you, Aki,
to be gentle with that
and take it easy.
He is in the skin.
He's been
brainwashed.
Because what he is saying
was told to him. Those who are habits,
they say this, this,
So tell them I don't know what Wahabis
is, and there's nothing called Wahabis is.
No one is Wahhabi.
I don't know where you came this who
invented this one.
So
I'm a Muslim
following Kitab and Sunnah,
following what the prophet told us, what Allah
said in the Quran,
nothing else.
And if you say that you he's as
he mentioned that you
say to hate it 3 times,
certainly
but to me now,
let things cool down.
Try to
pull him to your side
in a nice manner.
Show him kindness.
Let him
him try to work on his heart to
catch him.
So then he will be able to listen
to you.
Right? So let him ask you.
What is still hate?
What does this still hate?
Do you know the definition of still hate
or you don't?
Do you know this this still hate?
What
to unify.
You know that Tawhid is to believe
that Allah is 1,
that Allah
is the creator
who created everything.
Allah has most beautiful names.
He has most beautiful attributes.
Do you know what means that we worship
only Allah?
We ask only Allah.
We sacrifice
only to Allah.
Pray to your Lord over your sacrifices
He says, yes. He said, this is the
Tawhid.
So Tawhid here talks about 3, if you
remember.
That Allah is your creator, cherisher, sustainer.
These are actions of Allah, acts of Allah.
So the acts of Allah, that's the the
Ulala call it Rububiyah,
Unity of lordship that he's the up.
So you single him out regarding his own
actions and acts.
So that is unity of or lordship.
His names and attributes that he is unique
and one and you
believe
that his names are unique. His attributes are
unique. That is unity of names.
That his names are not like ours.
His attributes are not like ours.
And then regarding our actions, our prayers, our
fasts, our zakar, our height for Allah, that
is Ibadan, unity of Ibadan, that the Ibadan
has to be only
directed to him.
And now when you read Surat al Fatihah,
you'll find all these categories out there.
The Lord of the worlds.
This is unity bloodshed.
That's the our love is 1, and that's
Allah.
Allah.
Again,
names of
Allah.
Again, he's the owner of the day of
resurrection.
And you alone receive for help.
Again,
we are obligating the hospital. So
these are
same to
hear, but it has just
aspect different aspects.
Part of it related
to the actions and the acts of Allah,
and this is called.
Parts related
to his names and divine attributes. This is
called and
part related to our own actions
that our Ibadah has to be
directed only to Allah, and this is unity
of Ibadah
or to hate.
So the 3 categories are mentioned in the
book of Allah
and mentioned in Surat al Fatihah.
Is this clear to you,
But change your technique and way Very clear.
Of arguing with him.
I appreciate it. Thank you so much.
Okay. We will just take one final question
that has been received Insha'Allah.
May Allah bless you always, Ameen. Sheikh, my
husband works but does not provide for me
or live with us. I work and provide
for myself and my son
whilst he sends money
home to his parents in his home country.
Recently, he went back to his home country
and remarried.
I am not happy with his second marriage
on the basis that he does not provide
for us,
not because I don't accept the sunnah or
the right of a man to take a
second wife.
Would it be wrong of me
now to demand demand my haqq
from him
even if it means taking help from the
legal channels
to get him to uphold his responsibility to
both me and our son?
Since he has now openly declared to the
world his acknowledgment
that he is capable of taking 2 wives.
He is Pakistani, and we were married in
Europe.
Polygamy is illegal in Europe, but it is
also against the law in Pakistan if not
carrying out your responsibility to your first wife.
Please advise.
May Allah make it easier you to take
it.
This question was asked many times and they
answered.
Same question keep coming again.
The,
she is hurt.
And my I'm sorry. Yes. She is responsible
to look after you.
And
it is your right to ask for maintenance
for support.
And he has to look up to you
and provide for you and your son,
your child.
If he doesn't do that,
he's committing hala
and he's responsible
and will be held accountable before Allah. So
my advice for you, my sister
have suffered.
May Allah do it. They'll give you the
Sabbath.
May Allah send them your email.
It is
not easy on a woman
that
a husband
married another woman.
It's a natural reaction.
But now you're already married.
So now you just ask for your rights.
You ask for your rights
to spend with you and your friend child
and to be fair with you.
If you want to continue this marital relationship.
If you don't want to
continue in this marital relationship because he is
not
not because he married, no. Because he is
not,
fulfilling his obligations,
then yes, in Sharia, in the Islam,
it is your right to ask for Talaq,
and if he refuses
to divorce,
there's something called hore,
and this relationship will be terminated
if you want that.
If you say no,
I will remain patient because I have a
child,
then
he has to fulfill his obligations
and look after you and his child.
If he fails to do that,
then he is responsible,
and he cannot escape
being that day
being asked and questioned
by Allah.
May Allah
guide your husband
and may Allah give you taqwa.
There is one more message. Can we take
this one, chef?
One question.
The whole idea of celebrating or recognizing birthdays
even if this is not on the actual
day, is this prohibited?
I know the brother mentioned candles on a
cake earlier, but just to be clear, because
my mother insists on buying a cake
and gifts for each of my children near
the birthday or shortly after the date.
We don't celebrate
birthdays
whether it is on the same day or
on the other day.
If the mother is Muslim, she has to
understand that. If she is not an Muslim,
also we need to explain that
in Islam we don't do that.
This is,
it's not that we don't,
we accept your gift. No. But because this
is not what our dean teaches us.
In Islam, we have something different. We have
something called the apeaka
for the child,
not the celebrating the birthday of the child
every year.
So this is our deen.
So if she the mother is Muslim, she
should understand. Non Muslim also should understand.
We have to call a spade a spade.
We have to teach the people what Islam
teaches us.
Is this clear to the questioner?
That is clear, Sheikh. And that was the
final question of today's session. If you'd like
to conclude,
May Allah
bless all of you. May Allah
bless your families. Protect you from all evils.
Protect you from all ills
and diseases. Amen.
And may
Allah strengthen our iman and your iman and
may Allah accept our deeds and your deeds
and may Allah give us to remain as
steadfast.
From this beautiful deen till we meet Allah
and is pleased with all of us. I
mean,
and may Allah reward all of you, my
dear brothers and sisters, for your commitment, for
your patience, for their attendance,
and your dedication. I mean,
until we meet inshallah in the coming session,
I leave you in Allah's company
and protection.
