Salah Mahmoud – Sunday Morning Seerah- 9.22.24

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest,

Allah is

the Greatest All praise is due to Allah,

Lord of the worlds, the Entirely Merciful, the

Especially Merciful Sovereign of the Day of Judgment.

It is You we worship and You we

ask for help.

Guide us to the straight path The path

of those on whom You have bestowed Your

Grace, not of those who have incurred Your

Wrath, nor of those who have gone astray

That is Allah, your Lord.

There is no god but He, Creator of

all things.

So worship Him, and He is the Guardian

over all things The eyes do not perceive

Him, but He perceives the eyes, and He

is the Subtle, the Acquainted There have come

to you visions from your Lord.

So whoever sees, it is for himself, and

whoever is blind, it is against him.

And I am not a guardian over you

And do not curse those who invoke other

than Allah, lest they curse Allah as an

enemy without knowledge Thus have We adorned for

every nation their deeds.

Then to their Lord is their return, and

He will inform them of what they used

to do And they swore by Allah their

strongest oaths that if a sign came to

them, they would believe in it.

Say, the signs are only with Allah, and

what will make you perceive that when it

comes, they will not believe And We will

turn their hearts and their eyes as they

did not believe in it the first time,

and We will leave them in their transgression,

O Maroon O

Allah, peace

and mercy of Allah be upon you O

Allah, forgive her and have mercy on her,

and heal her and pardon her, and honor

her descent and expand her entrance O Allah,

make her grave a garden of paradise, and

do not make it a pit of the

pit of the fire O Allah, make her

from the people of paradise, O Lord of

the worlds O Allah, gather her and her

family and her relatives in paradise, O Lord

of the worlds O Allah, grant her family

a beautiful patience, O Allah, grant them a

beautiful patience, O Lord of the worlds O

Allah, forgive the death of us and the

death of the Muslims O Allah, forgive our

fathers and our mothers, O Lord, have mercy

on them as You raised me when I

was young And gather us with them in

paradise, O Lord of the worlds O Allah,

answer our supplication, O Allah, we believe I

will keep it light and a little different

inshallah this time Alhamdulillah by the grace of

Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala last night we

had a very successful event You know the

seer of the prophet salallahu alayhi wasalam many

of you alhamdulillah have already joined us and

I ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala that

you know we all benefit from whatever we

heard about the prophet salallahu alayhi wasalam and

that we are inshallah willing and inshallah to

apply the sunnah of the prophet salallahu alayhi

wasalam as much as we can in our

lives inshallah and we ask Allah subhanahu wa

ta'ala to give barakah to this community

and to the members of this community and

to always grant us sincerity, ikhlas, and tawfiq

One of the sunnah of the prophet salallahu

alayhi wasalam that he used to do Get

to know one another I've been trying to

do this activity for for some time so

inshallah today instead of the talk because usually

we give seerah so we'll inshallah we'll keep

it for next time but this time I

really want the brothers to get to know

one another again there are so brother so

many brothers and sisters they come to the

masjid right they see each other every single

day but they never talk to each other

so a few minutes inshallah I want the

brother inshallah to stand up and find someone

that he did not talk to before don't

go to your friend and say hey how

is your kids right right and we have

mashallah imam imam anjum here mashallah what do

you think imam and

our beloved prophet rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam said

about this ta'aruf that Allah subhanahu wa

ta'ala created our souls long before our

bodies and there's alamul arwah and our souls

those already met in that alam when we

come to this world we meet again and

that's how we know each other mashallah that

is ta'aruf mashallah if you are meeting

today it means your arwah already met in

alamul arwah mashallah may Allah subhanahu wa ta

'ala make it mubarak and may Allah give

us the tawfiq to follow the beautiful sunnah

of rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam in our life

yeah so inshallah uh go around I know

it's morning and people like I don't want

to know anybody in the morning but it's

okay a few minutes inshallah until the sisters

in the meantime uh they can come inshallah

for the breakfast and they will go after

that we'll go a few minutes just find

someone that you did not talk to before

all right say assalamu alaykum introduce yourself and

and so on and so forth okay bismillah

let's do it inshallah no well we'll begin

with ourselves me and imam and you're going

to be here if anyone want to know

just make sure that to talk to someone

that you have not met before this is

very important um
