Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest.
I bear witness that there is no god
but Allah.
I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger
of Allah.
Come to prayer, come to success.
The prayer has been established, the prayer has
been established.
Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest.
There is no god but Allah.
There is no god
but
Allah.
Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest.
Allah is the Greatest, Allah
is the Greatest.
Say, call upon Allah, or call upon the
Most Merciful.
Whatever you call upon, to Him belong the
most beautiful names.
And be not loud in your prayer, nor
be you quiet in it.
And seek between that a way.
And say, all praise is due to Allah,
who has not taken a son, nor has
He a partner in dominion, nor has He
a guardian from humiliation.
And glorify Him greatly.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious,
the Most Merciful.
All praise is due to Allah, who has
sent down to His servant the Book, and
has not made for it any crookedness, that
it may warn of a severe punishment from
Himself, and give good tidings to the believers
who do righteous deeds, that they will have
a good reward, abiding therein forever.
And He warns those who say, Allah has
taken a son.
They have no knowledge of it, nor do
their fathers.
A word has grown large that comes out
of their mouths.
They say nothing but a lie.
So perhaps you will cause yourself to weep
over their traces, if they do not believe
in this statement.
Indeed, We have made that which is on
the earth an adornment for it, that We
may test which of them is best in
deed.
And indeed, We have made that which is
on it a steep ascent.
When the young men turned to the cave,
they said, Our Lord, grant us mercy from
Yourself, and prepare for us a right course
out of our affair.
So We called upon their ears in the
cave for a number of years.
Then We raised them up, that We might
know which of the two parties would account
for the length of their stay.
We tell you their story in truth.
They were young men who believed in their
Lord, and We increased them in guidance.
And We bound their hearts when they stood
up and said, Our Lord, Lord of the
heavens and the earth, we do not call
upon any god other than Him.
We would have said, then, that they are
devils.
These are Our people who have taken gods
other than Him.
Why do they not come to Us with
a clear authority?
Then who is more unjust than one who
invents a lie against God And when you
have left them, and they worship none but
God, then go to the cave.
Your Lord will spread for you His mercy,
and He will prepare for you a right
course out of your affair.
And you will see the sun, when it
rises, moving away from their cave to the
right, and when it sets, it moves them
to the left, and they are in a
gap.
These are some of God's signs.
Whoever God guides, he is the one who
is guided.
And whoever He leaves astray, you will not
find for him a guardian guiding him.
And you think they are awake while they
are asleep.
And We turn them to the right and
to the left, and their dogs spread out
their arms in the middle.
If you had looked at them, you would
have fled from them, and you would have
been filled with terror.
Allahu Akbar Astaghfirullah
And that's the end of the surah.
Allah Subh'anaHu Wa Ta-A'la tells
us that Fir'aun tells Musa, Fir'aun
Alayhi Al-A'la Anatollah says to Musa,
I think you are Majnoon, there is a
magic that has been done on you.
Then Musa Alayhi Al-Salam responds politely, and
he says, He says, Ya Fir'aun, you
know, and I know, that everything I'm preaching
is from Allah Subh'anaHu Wa Ta-A
'la.
Surah Al-Fatihah And I know, Ya Fir
'aun, for sure, that you are going to
be Halik.
Halik means you will be destructed.
So I know that Allah Subh'anaHu Wa
Ta-A'la will destroy you at the
end.
Because you are Zalim, you are Jabbar.
And that's the Sunnah of Allah Azza wa
Jal.
Then Fir'aun wanted to kick them out
of the land, kick Bani Israel out of
the land.
You know, Fir'aun was not from Bani
Israel, right?
So, He wanted to push someone to the
limit.
He had this evil intention to kick them
out of the land.
Then Allah Subh'anaHu Wa Ta-A'la
says, And we destroyed him and his followers
altogether.
I will end with this, Inshallah.
And we said to Bani Israel after that,
Inhabit the land.
When
the time comes, when the Day of Judgment
comes, when it's about the Day of Judgment,
We are going to bring
all of you together.
Now, I have read a lot of tafasir
about it.
If you read the traditional, classic tafasir, you
will see that they are saying that Allah
Subh'anaHu Wa Ta-A'la says this
is Adul Mahshar.
This is basically where the Day of Judgment
will start from.
On the Day of
Judgment, when it comes, You
will be resurrected.
And everyone will come to a specific place.
Sheikh Al-Sha'rawi, however, has a very
interesting tafasir for this ayah.
He says, So, now Allah Subh'anaHu Wa
Ta-A'la says to Bani Israel, after
Pharaoh was destroyed, after he drowned, Inhabit Earth.
Al-Ard here is general.
So, inhabit Earth.
Basically, live all over the place.
Everywhere.
When the time comes,
We'll bring some of you
from Germany, some of you from Russia, some
of you from Ukraine, some of you from
here.
Sheikh Al-Sha'rawi says, This is basically
one of the alama, one of the signs
of the New Judgment.
That all of them will come in one
place.
So, his tafsir is a little different.
You will be scattered all over Earth.
But before the New Judgment comes, we'll bring
you to Ard al-Sham, basically.
And this is where the يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ will
happen, where it started from.
So, this is a very interesting tafsir, in
my opinion.
And it's completely different from what is happening.
So, basically, them coming to one land, this
is like they're coming to their, basically, digging
their own graves.
Okay?
But that's the tafsir.
And then Allah SWT, towards the end of
Surah al-Isra,
He's asking, you know, he's saying,
وَادْعُوا الرَّحْمَنِ Whether you say Allah, يا رحمان
And say, alhamdulillah, the one
who has not taken a child.
And say, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar.
So that's the end of al-Isra, and
then on to Surah al-Kahf.
Inshallah, we will talk about it, inshallah, at
night.
We ask Allah SWT to accept from all
