the month of Ramadan started,

We were making dua that Allah
allow us to reach the month of Ramadan.
We used to say
Ramadan.
So Allah
gave us the opportunity to reach the month
of Ramadan, and to witness the month of
Ramadan.
And here we are. We are leaving the
month of Ramadan. SubhanAllah.
May Allah accept it from us.
I always say we should not take this
month for granted.
This month goes faster goes by faster than
any other month. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said
in Surat Al
That's only a matter of days.
Had Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said,
Shahu Ramadan
without seeing a matter of days, we would
have known. Shahu means 30 days or 29
days according to the
calendar. Right? But Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala said,
be careful
because Ramadan
is only few days. And Ramadan is an
opportunity to reconnect with Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
It's an opportunity to get your
answered by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
His Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is bringing this
to our attention. Be careful.
Ramadan
might come this year and we're alive. Next
year might come and they were not
here. There were so many people, perhaps they
were praying shoulder to shoulder with you
in this masjid.
Right?
They used to have suhoor and iftar with
you in the same table, but this Ramadan
they're not with us.
And next Ramadan we may now be with
other people, subhanAllah.
So if Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has given
us this opportunity, we might as well just
make make the most out of it.

one night of Ramadan, one moment of Ramadan
can be your ticket to Jannah. May Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala make us from the people
of Jannah. Say, Allo mumim. One moment of
the month of Ramadan.
Right? You can imagine that. Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala has given us.
It's better than 1000 months.
It's better than 1,000 months.
You can imagine that. How great Allah subhanahu
wa'ala, gracious Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is to
give us this opportunity
to worship him for 1 night, and he
gives us the reward of 82 I mean
more than 82,
years. You
can imagine the of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
What I always say
is that,
if you do not make it to Jannah,
it's because of you.

As for Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, he's given
us every opportunity
to go to Jannah.

You fast one day of Ramadan,
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala multiply their word. You
do any kind of good deed, Allah subhanahu
wa ta'ala multiply their word. And he gives

One of the things that,
whenever we talk about the month of Ramadan,
we talk about also we discuss in the
dua. Right? You've heard this many times from
your scholars
here, from different Khutbas, the dua. There is
a secret about dua.
Alright? Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala after he talked
about the month of Ramadan, after he talked
about

said,
when my servant ask you about me, Muhammad

near.
I am ready to answer their their dua.
Why? Because subhanAllah,

when you're hungry, when you're thirsty, when you're
exhausted,
the whole entire day you're fasting, your body

a spiritual,
prescription on how to get your dua answered
by Allah
according to Imam Al Nqayim Al Jazir.
Imam Al Nqayim Al Jazir was known to
be the spiritual doctor.

He has a prescription of about 15 conditions
and requirements,
tips and techniques
on how to get your dua answered by
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

we plan, put the plan together, and we
said we're gonna offer 1 omer.
We're gonna offer 1 omer for the first
place.
Then another sponsor said, you know, I'm gonna
sponsor another omer, so we can you can
offer 2 omer, inshallah.
The exam starts
and then we decide the winners.
Alright?
Someone must be on Instagram.
I check and it seems like they were,
like, you know, exchanged, like we had a
conversation before.
It was the same guy
who said, Sheikh, can you make dua for
me?
That Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala allows me to
go for umrah every single year.
I
didn't know who he was.
When I looked at the messages, and he
said, can you make dua for me? And
I said, done. And I actually made dua
for him.
SubhanAllah.
He happy to be from Dallas,
and Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala,
and he gives us the and
to host the Quran competition.
And he wins the Quran competition, and today,
tonight,
we've given him the armor.
How how is that even possible? Like how
This is not coincidence.

of it? So now back to Ibn Qayman
Jazir, he,
he gives us a prescription of about 15,
you know, tips, tricks, and techniques on how
to get our duas answered,

titled the chapter,
the Du'a that is most likely
that's almost never rejected. That's the translation. The
Du'a that is almost never rejected.

you're not gonna disappoint me. You Allah, answer
my du'a, you Allah.
During that time, the last portion of the
night, do you think that Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala will reject your dua?
No. It's not gonna happen.
Like,
what's the second timing?
He said,
You heard the Mu'adhid saying, Allahu
Akbar Allahu
Akbar.
When the Mu'adhid says, Allahu Akbar.
This is the time when people, unfortunately, people
in the masjid,
when the people start talking.
The Mu'addil is you're making the adhan, you're
waiting for him to finish so you can
start your sunnah.
Yeah? But you but you forget to repeat
what he says. Alright? And you forget to
make du'a for yourself.
Can you can you imagine that? And the
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is giving you this
opportunity to connect and to make du'a ask
for whatever you want.
Alright? Anything around salah has barakah.
Has Barakah. Anything. Before Salah, during Salah, after
Salah, the adhan, the iqama. Everything around Salah
has a lot of blessings. So in the
dua, this is the second time.
The third,
between the adhan and the adhan.

you and wasting your time, just sit on
one of the corners, pray your sunnah. Right?

When you face the qiblah and you make
dua to Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, you're you
remind yourself of Al Kaaba and Baytillayil Haram.
So face the Qibla
to show respect to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

psychologically,

When you make Dua,
raise your hands to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

You know the difference between Adam and shaitan?

uncles around you.

They're not kicking you out. They're not telling
you don't do this. They're giving you a
space in the masjid.
I am not able to pray because of
this, because of my work, because of that.
And instead of, like, admitting your mistakes and
and the fact that you're procrastinating,
Right? You try to blame it on something
else.
So when you make dua to Allah,
make sure you admit your faults and your
mistakes before Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, first.
And then
he says,
When you make dua, don't say just Allahu
Maqfili once. Allah
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
is the total opposite
of
people.
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala loves
when you ask him multiple times.
Come to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala every single
day and say, you Allah, give me this.
You Allah, give me that. You Allah give
me that. And try doing the same thing
with people.
Wallahi. The first time they're gonna pick up
your call. They're gonna text you back. But
then if you keep on you're gonna say,
why are you nagging? Why he's nagging? Why
she's nagging too much? Guess what? I'm not
gonna even take the calls anymore.
That's our nature. But for Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala, it doesn't matter. He calls you every
single day through the masjid.
The difference is Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala will
give you what you want. I want you
I want you to write this down inshallah,
keep this in your mind. Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala,
he promised that he will answer your du'a.
But there's one condition.
Allah will answer your du'a according to your
schedule. Not you according to his schedule, not
yours.
Again.
Allah will answer your dua according
to his schedule, not yours.
You ask Allah for something and you want
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to give it to
you right now. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala decides
that you're not gonna get it right now.
You'll get it when I think it's better
for you, when I know it's better for
you.
Right?
But people are always in rush.
So don't give up on Allah Subhanahu Wa
Ta'ala. Don't think that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
is is is not is not gonna like
when you ask him too much.
He's the opposite of people. He's not like
other people. He's Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
So I will conclude with 1, inshaAllah,
