			belongings were taken away, their abodes were taken away, their citizenship was taken away, their

subhanho wa Taala brought victory to them. And this is just the beginning. Because when we discussed
the opening of Mecca, you will see the ultimate victory. So in our life, brothers and sisters in
Islam, people will do things to us, it might be at work, it might be you know, in school, it might
be with your in laws, you know, people will do wrong things, people will run propaganda campaigns
against you people will try and, you know, quote unquote, cut you up and undercut you and do the
		

			wrong things. To to gain an inch. So Pamela, on you, as they say the corporate world is, is the rat
race, right? Everybody's is their everybody's trying to overstep each other just to get ahead. And
Subhanallah if you become part of the rat race, then you know what, if you're in a rat race, then
everyone in it is, you know the answer to that, right. So the point is, brothers and sisters in
Islam, we learn from the events of the Sierra, that no matter what happens, don't go against your
values. Be true to who you are, Be true to your faith. Remember, when we discussed the Bible of the
Confederates in the oven, were ready to walk away if they took the harvest of Medina and what did

matters, do we need to hold on to the guidance of the seer of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam knowing that he went through much worse, the Sahaba went through much worse, but what did
they do? And we have to use them as our guide, believing that at the end, the truth will come out
		

			and victory will be for those who are upon the truth and those who protected the values and those
who maintained the teachings of Allah subhanho wa Taala and his rosu sallallahu alayhi wasallam so
don't be easily pushed by Shere Khan over the top life will take you to a tipping point. But the
question is, are you going to tip or not?

take medicine, you're not placing your trust in Allah subhanho wa Taala. And this could not be
further from the truth. And this is actually not our call. But it's another term called tower could
tell where cool is when you speak like this, when you don't take the means believing that I'll just
put the pot on the stove and food is going to magically appear in it. It doesn't work like that
brothers and sisters in Islam, you have to switch on the stove, you have to put the right pot you
		

			have to put the right amount of oil and the right amount of ingredients and then the heat the pot
has to remain cooking for the right amount of time for the product to
		

			to be edible. That's the reality that is taking the means you have to lock your door and put your
trust in Allah that Allah inshallah makes the means work for you. This is the universal law of Allah
subhanho wa Taala. So we must fasten our seatbelts, we must take the means and then put our trust in
Allah subhanho wa Taala no doubt what is wrong is that you believe the medicine is going to cure
you. I have a headache and you say I've taken medicine I'll be okay. This is not from the speech of
the believers, brothers and sisters in Islam. You have a headache and you take the medication you
say by the will of Allah subhanho wa Taala inshallah, I will be okay because I've taken the means.
		

			This is the speech of the believers. So we have to be in the middle and make sure we don't stray.
But the point is the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam took his weapons, he was not naive. He did
not say, Well, we've signed an agreement. And whatever happens happens, you know, whatever Allah
wants to happen will happen. So we're not going to do anything. No, he took his weapons, he didn't
break the treaty. He didn't break the promise. But he took the weapons to the point that he could,
and in him doing so
		

			it was a means of preventing harm, because you can only imagine how many people along the way I
would have wanted to benefit from the was that the Muslims were carrying, and the animals that the
Muslims were carrying, and also take advantage of the opportunity at hand that the Muslims are out
in the middle of nowhere, they're not in the stronghold, this is a chance for them to be attacked
only for them to see armor, shields, weaponry, and for them to think twice. So the point is, take
the means, you know, install the alarm system, switch on the alarm system and lock the door. Get the
neighbor to watch over your house, but understand that ultimately everything is in the hands of
		

			Allah subhanho wa Taala and the means can only work if Allah wills when you drive wear your
seatbelt, drive to the speed limit, drive appropriately, same thing with with with the theme that we
in the year of COVID and this whole discussion about you know, social distancing, and wearing the
mask and so on and so forth. Take the means this part of taking the means, right that through
experience, people have said that if you social distance and you wear your mask and you wash your
hands, then this prevents the spread of Corona you save yourself your chances of not getting Corona
go up and your chances
		

			Not spreading it to others go up.
		

			But we get other people who they believe otherwise, they refuse to follow the means, right? And they
make excuses to make themselves feel better. This is called cognitive dissonance, that no I don't
have Corona Who said I have Corona? I just you don't have Corona. Brothers and sisters in Islam take
the means. Yes, at the end of the day, and very recently I had a discussion with someone and he
says, He says, Are you scared of us? Are you scared of Corona? I said, No, it's not about being
scared of Corona what are the persons that are you scared of dying?
		

			These are naive people and misinformed people and they need to ask themselves how they will stand in
front of Allah that they have to because Allah will ask them about what they did. That instructions
came to you based on experience. Like from experience, you knew that taking paracetamol cures you
headache from experience, people told you what is for your safety and what isn't for your safety.
		

			But you take paracetamol for your headache, but you choose not to social distance you choose not to
refrain from shaking hands, you choose not to wash your hands and you and then you make excuses to
help you sleep at night. How strange is the son of Adam? Allah, Allah Stanley, Allah grant is the
understanding. The point is brothers and sisters in Islam, we take the means, but it doesn't mean
that we practice social distancing, and we washed our hands and so on and so forth, that we won't
get Corona. We have save us from Corona and save us from all diseases, it doesn't mean that you took
the means that you you know that the house won't be broken into or that an accident may not happen.
		

			It doesn't mean that. And again, we need to highlight this because some people say this. They say
no, I practice social distancing. I used to wash my hands. I used to do this. I used to do that. But
look we were affected with with COVID. Or a person. He was the most precocious but he was affected
with COVID brothers and sisters in Islam. Come on. The Shetty is clear. Islam is clear. It doesn't
mean if you take the means that the means will work. But it means that you must take the means
because taking the means is from our code is from putting your trust in Allah. It's from you
worshiping Allah with our code.
		

			And at the end of the day, then as part of the process, you ask Allah to make the means work for
you. And if Allah doesn't make the means work for you, then this is the federal Kony. This is the
universal cutter of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Because there's two types of other there's two types of
decrees of Allah. One is the decree based on the fact that we need to take the means this is known

			And one is the other is the ultimate decree of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And this is another alcone,

stressed you didn't read the question properly. It happened, right? Or you took the means that
Subhan Allah the universal partner came through, and the preventative measures you took to protect
		

			your to protect a property, they didn't work for you. This is the universal color of Allah subhanho
wa Taala. So we must be balanced, we must be balanced, take the means, but understand and believe
from the bottom of your heart that the means will only work if Allah subhanho wa Taala wants you to
work and this is the worker, these are the two elements to the worker, okay? What's wrong, is to
only put your trust in the means. And what's wrong is to only put your trust in Allah without taking
the means because you're going against the instruction of Allah subhanho wa Taala himself. All
right, I've taken much time on this. But I just feel it's important given a few recent encounters
		

			that I personally had. And after all, this is blast from the past year in the 21st century. And
unfortunately, despite the rich Syrah that we have in the 21st century, we still have to have
Subhanallah these discussions. Okay, my next point brothers and sisters in Islam is from an Islamic
perspective, sometimes it's permissible to instigate certain emotions within the enemy, emotions of
anger, for example, why they're not owed any favors. If somebody says, The Prophet sallallahu,

practice, you put an end to it. There's the core issue of spreading these rumors. Nobody had to

			was the courage said we are not in need of your presence, nor are we in need of your food. And they
asked him to leave salallahu alayhi wasallam in any case they left and then the marriage was
