Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh everyone and the administrate on rajim Bismillah. R Rahman r Rahim and hamdu Lillahi Rabbil alameen. What are one illa Allah wa and I mean, what are people to lil McLean Allahumma salli wa sallam abetik and avocado, suka Mohammed and sallallahu Sallam on earth. He was lucky, he was Selim to see him in kathira. The brothers and sisters, I want to welcome you back to another session of the first. And tonight I'm going to talk about someone who often does not get spoken about in isolation. And what I mean by that is that typically, when you're reading about the mastaba, the poor, the vulnerable, that accepted Islam early on, there are certain
names that will come to mind. Right, so the most famous one is below, while the Allahu taala. And who, who, of course, we have done a full session on less than two years ago, where we talked about the full life of belagavi alongside IMO, and he will come up again and shabbats on a very specific way. With this series. You think about sumaiya, or the law of Thailand, her and her family. There are names that come to mind, you might think of it with Mr. Little the law of Thailand, and the name hubub. Although the alohar no hubbub will show up, right. But he'll always be in a sentence with a bunch of other names. And in the process of that, you can really lose sight of how special and
significant this this hobby was. May Allah subhanaw taala be pleased with him. And so I wanted to talk about hubbub all the low tide is a man who according to some of the scholars of the Sierra was the first person to make his Islam public, the first person to actually publicize Islam and the first person to be tortured in Islam, the first person to actually face punishment for his Islam. So what is the story of hubbub of the 11, who usually falls in a sentence with you know, banana and sohaib. And, you know, some of the other companions, the Somalia's of the world? What is the story of this young man? I want you to think about that slave markets where a lot of the low tide einhell
was purchased from socolor o'clock, where you had many of the famous instance of the Sierra take place. And I want you to think about this young man that is in that marketplace. In fact, he's not even a teenager, yet an enslaved young boy who is there, and a woman by the name of an MT and Jose Maria, not Omar Omar and Omar, el Jose Maria is walking through the Marketplace and she sees this young boy. And as she decides that she wants to purchase one of those who have been enslaved, she is looking for someone to not just help her with her chores, not just help her with her own things, but she's looking for someone that she can train to make money for her. So she wants to train one of
these enslaved young boys to do something for her that would be a source of income for her. And so as she's looking through the, the market, the slave market, and she's looking at the faces of these boys, she notices this particular young boy who, who has clear signs of intelligence, clear signs of strength. He looks like he has something special. He's distinguished in his appearance. And she says that one. So she purchases this young boy from the market, she starts to walk home with him. And she asks him what his name is. And he says, My name is cub up. She says, What's your father's name? He says it's a lot. And she said, and where did you come from? He said, from nudged. So from Arabia.
Now, she assumed that he must have been Abyssinian, because hubub or the alongside Anne, who was black, but he was a black Arab. And so she assumed that he's one of those that was enslaved from Abyssinia from an habita. But he said he's from nudged. So she said, so you're an Arab? He said, Yes. So she said, Where are you from? He said, from bamboo to meme venuta meme, and caballo de la Ron, who would be the most distinguished member from the companions from bentota meme, another famous person from benefits. I mean, by the way, I have no case or the allowed time.
So she says, How did you end up then, in the hands of the slave traders of Mecca? How did you end up in the situation? Why are you here? So he described a situation that as he was a child, two Arab tribes fought with one another, his tribe and another tribe, and he said, our tribe lost, they took all of our livestock, they took all of the women, they took all of the children, they killed the men. I was amongst the children that was taken. And he said, All I've known as a child is slavery. So I've been passed from Master to master traded from place to place. And all he does is he does what he what you know what he's not what he's known for his short existence on Earth. So, on that
model, recognizing that this young man was special, she decided to have him
rains by a blacksmith and Mecca to learn particularly the craft of making sorts. Okay, as he's there training and learning how to make swords with this blacksmith and metka caballo de la tada and who actually surpasses him, he becomes an expert in making swords and expert blacksmith and experts source myth, in fact, and he becomes famous for that. So he's still just a young teenager, but anyone who wants to come and have their sword made or to have their sword sharpened, or whatever it may be, above the allowed time, who is the one who's who's well known for doing so he had his own workshop. So if you were working in Mecca, imagine habibollah, the allot of time who's sitting in
his own space. And all he does is he makes sorts, and he and he crafts them and he refines them. And so this is what his life is. He is an enslaved young man who was taken unjustly as a child, and who has no life ahead of him in terms of of success and prosperity through the setup of the people of Mecca prior to Islam. And he's known for his good character, he's known for his integrity, He is known for his craftsmanship. But at the end of the day, all of his talents are being exploited for the sake of his master. He's not making any money as a result of this. He's making money for an Mao and nothing is really happening for him as a result of the craft that he is perfecting. Then he
hears the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam, and his call. Now, what's really interesting is that I couldn't find and it might be there, but I couldn't find an exact incident, the moment where he met the profit slice alum, or who guided him to the prophets lie, Selim. But it's very telling that, you know, there's some scholars that say that an Islamist Saudis who said that he was the sixth person to accept Islam, a woman alhaja Dina, the first person to make Islam known, and he was punished or the back up and shady then fella, he was punished for the sake of a loss pensado he was tortured. like no other person. Some of the scholars say he's a seventh or eighth person, but you always find
him amongst the first turn to accept Islam. And the reason why is that the scholars say that one hubbub of the law on who caught word of the prophets lie Selim privately, you know, just calling his family to Islam. He didn't wait for the nobles to debate this. He didn't wait for the news to spread. He didn't wait for it to become a trend. Even amongst the law, even amongst the weak and the downtrodden of Mecca. He went straight to the Prophet sallallahu wasallam. And the Prophet sly sums call to the oneness of God to toe hate, and rejection of idolatry and all that it represents it in terms of not just creed, but the exploitation of people like Hubble's law, the law, and immediately,
it made sense to me it clicked, it was his fifth law. So Pamela, this was a person that had not been, you know, particularly learned in religion. He's not someone who would have been looking towards this from a highly theological lens, but it just made sense to him. The fifth route made sense to him, that oneness of God made sense to him and what he represented made sense to him. So he went to the Prophet slice of them, and he immediately said, extend your hand so I can give you a I want to pledge myself to you, before it started to spread. And he accepted Islam. And he made it known that he rejected the idols and that he accepted the Islam of the Prophet slice on he accepted
the religion of Muhammad, sallAllahu, Alayhi, wasallam. And hubub did not hide his acceptance of Islam from anyone. And so you can imagine that the young man who is famous for crafting the swords of the nobles of kadesh, and who has no protection in society whatsoever, that word is going to get out fairly quickly about his accepting of a slump. And so he's saying it very freely and openly that he accepted us up and went home and Mao, his master heard about what had happened. She called her brother, a man by the name of Seba, if there is a C bar in the audience.
And she told her brother, what she had heard about hubbub. So she told seabag, to go and check and see if this was true. And to take with him some of the young men of Quraysh, to rough from the Hosanna tribe in particular, actually to rough him up if that was the case. So see, Barbara takes this group of young men. They go to hubbub all the time and it was minding his own business, continuing to do what he does, making his swords, but now he's a more head now he's a Muslim, he's a monotheists. He believes in Islam. And there is really no ritual practice at this point.
He's a Muslim, he has to hate and ceiba takes this group of young man to hubbub or the a lot of time and he says to him, you know, hubbub we heard some news that you suck that there's no way it's true, but we heard some news about you. That is unreal.
lievable there's no way that it's true. above the law of Thailand who said, What is it?
They said, We heard that you have given up your religion and that you now follow the religion of the man from Benny Hashem talking about the Prophet sallallahu. It was I'm not even saying his name. And of course, they didn't say Islam, right? They would, they would say Salva. So that was the one who rejected the religion of his people. So we've heard that you've given up you've rejected your religion. And now you follow the man from Russia. So above the law, and who said No, I haven't given up my religion, he said, but meant to be law, okay for it to be early heretical. I have believed in Allah and I have rejected your gods, your idols. And I believe that Mohammed sallallahu alayhi
wasallam is the Servant and Messenger of Allah subhanaw taala. There is something in the way hubub responded like, Who are you to assume that your religion was my religion, and that I was worshipping these idols in the first place? I just, you know, I'm asleep in the society, you give me no value, you don't value my thoughts. You don't value my opinions. And now you're concerned about what I believe and what this has done to me. So he said, No, I have not, I'm not going to allow you to define me as someone who rejected his religion. But instead of someone who became Muslim, the same way I'll model the law of time, who would say to the people that would call out using the same
derogatory remark, it's a no say, a slump? No, he became Muslim. So he said, meant to be law work, at first to be allowed to come. I believe that a lot. And I've rejected your idols. And somehow in that, by the way, is implicit as well, that I've always, you know, there are a lot of young people. There are a lot of people in Mecca that would that as they became Muslim, they already felt at ease with tawheed, right, they see the idol worship, and it doesn't resonate with them fully. So I don't want to read too much into his statement. But that was the answer of hubbub to Seba, and this group of young men that are clearly coming to rough him up from bento Hua. Now when he said that, as soon
as he uttered those words, they jumped on him, they beat him unconscious, they picked up iron bars, metal bars, they started to thump his head with some of the iron that he would use in his in his work. And he literally was laying right there in the streets of Mecca with the blood flowing from his wounds, completely unconscious. Right. And that is what some of the scholars say, is the first time that such an incident took place. So they beat him to a park to a point of unconsciousness, they use the Iren that he would use to make his materials. And they did that knowing that there were no repercussions whatsoever for torturing a man like hubub or the allowance outline who, who had no
protection, how old was habibollah they allowed Tata and who he was between 16 and 18 years old at the time. Okay, so he is a teenager, he's a young man, that is accepting Islam and those going through this, this torture, on Kabbalah, the law of Thailand who wakes up from this beating of his, they come back to them and they asked him again. And he said, Man to Billa or calf or to be Ali had to come I believe in Allah and I've rejected your idols. I said, it's not on that's also not wrong. He says, You know what, go ahead and do what you what you're gonna do. I don't care, go ahead and do what you're going to do. It's kind of like they beat him. Then they starve him. They lashed him,
they put him in the in the coats of metal, as we said, put him under the sun burned him. They experimented in torture with him. And nothing was working with hubbub quality a lot of time.
And then in their rage, they decided to, to include a particularly cruel punishments. They took burning hot coal. And they put it on the back of hubbub of the law of China and home, until they said that it cooked the flesh off of the back of habibollah the logs on and I want you to think about this panel. And there's an incident from the life of the honorable hobble the Allahu anhu. Later on that would speak to how, what this did to hubub long term, they took the meat the flesh off of his back, they literally as they burnt his back, the pieces of flesh would come melting off of the back of kebab, or the Allahu taala. And when this young man would scream, and he had no one,
really no peer, no one to protect him, no one there that was from his tribe that could protect him, he screams as they torture him all the time. And, you know, in particular, by the way, you have this, this this incident, where
she caught above the amount of time and who's speaking to the Prophet sallallahu wasallam. And as a result of that, she took a red hot iron, okay, and she actually started to comb his head with that iron with that, with that, with that burning hot coal and with that iron. And so not only was the flesh taken from the back of hubbub of the Old Town Hall, but he would be called with Iran on his head, and the agony would cause him often to lose consciousness and to faint. So this is
Amen, a young man 1618 years old, that is going through the worst types of torture and somehow he's surviving it. Somehow he's surviving it, but his body is being cooked as a result of him saying that, you know, Allah, this is without him knowing much about, you know, not
barely any of it has been revealed yet Elon knows how much of it he knew. This is without any anyone around him. You know, you think about a lot of strangers, right? There's no one that's sitting with hubbub or the logs out on him and teaching him I mean, it's just him. And he is enduring all of this torture for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala. by himself, eventually apobec could have studied for the long term and who, who also, of course, would purchase the freedom of billaudot, the allowance and who would convince them and mark to sell habla de la Toronto, and I will record all the love of Thailand who would free him and as we mentioned with Rebecca, you know, as father I have
asked him, Why is it that you are freeing these people who don't bring you any benefits? Right? Why are you purchasing the freedom of these people who don't bring you any benefit? And he said, I'm freeing them for a loss patterns. I'm not freeing them for anything else. So hubbub was not freed or taken to our buckets to become a sword maker. How about law the longtime owner who was freed for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala, and would live his life and freedom as a result of the freedom that was given to him. And the generosity of apobec Casa de called the law of town, I know who, when he would see someone tortured, he would do what he could with his wealth, to take them out of that
situation. And so sababa the law of Thailand who would accompany the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and this would be the case for the rest of his life above the law Han who would always be by the side of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam. Now, the the context of this
really brings new meaning to a very famous Hadeeth that took place with the profits a license, um, a very famous incident with the messenger sallallahu wasallam. of Babel, the Alo I know, has been through all sorts of torture, the first person to be tortured publicly for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And he could have died as a result of the nature of the torture that was inflicted on him. Right, the burning coals on his back, he has no flesh on his back anymore. His head is, is burnt because of what his master would do to his head. If you looked at kebab, you saw a young man that had been through a lot. And he's still in Mecca, even though he's technically fried,
when there are going to be bouts or when there are when there's going to be episodes of public harassment, who's going to protect him up? Right so when the machine would become aggressive when Abuja would decide to become aggressive when they take out their abuse on the people who they knew they could without any ramifications, who's going to protect the person like cub? And so all of the incidents that would take place afterwards hubbub about the law and who is still going to be harassed, and still going to be punished and still going to face loss for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala. Now the incident that I'm speaking about, is a famous incident, where the Prophet
sallallahu wasallam was reclining against the Kaaba. And the narrator of this incident is not other than hubbub himself with a lot of time. He said that we were suffering greatly at the hands of the mushrikeen in those days, and I saw the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam sitting with his back to the cabin in the shade of the cabin. And I went to the Prophet sallallahu wasallam and I said to him, Jada, so Allah, Allah to Allah, O Messenger of Allah, aren't you going to call upon Allah? What he means by that Teddy relena? to sponsor the learner? Aren't you going to ask Allah for us? Aren't you going to seek a loss of handouts as aid for us? Aren't you going to ask a lot to make a way out
for us? Aren't you going to, and of course, there is an assumption, and there's an impatience in what he's saying to the prophets of Allah Hardy was to them. Now this is not just a person who was inflicted with some sort of hardship, right? This is a person that's been inflicted with the worst type of hardship for the sake of Allah subhana wa Tada. That's asking the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, aren't you going to ask Allah subhana wa tada to make a way out for us. And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he sat up and his face became red. And the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that there were people that came before you, who used to be combed
with iron combs so that nothing of their flesh would remain on their bones. There were people that were tortured even worse than you Oh, hubbub.
And he said, and that would not make them that would not make a person amongst them desert their religion, he said, and there was a person before you that was put into the dirt and sawed into two parts. Yet all that would not make him abandon his religion. He would still hold on to his religion for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala Can you imagine a person put into the ground and sought Institute and some of the scholars mentioned that this is the man from us hub.
Dude are sort of the bridge, a person who taught the young man about the religion and this person was sought into to right by his oppressor for the sake of a loss of what's on the profit slice on missing, none of them would abandon their religion.
Then the Prophet sallallahu wasallam said Allah will surely give victory to this Deen so that a traveler will be able to travel from some hot to remote, not fearing anyone except for Allah subhanho wa Taala when kidnap come to start June but you are hasty, you are hasty has had a law and the prophets lie some is saying this to hubbub of the allowance it
is the profit size and minimizing the hardship of hubbub. No, the prophets lie Selim is speaking to hubbub about the law on one reminding him that people have been through these things before people have been through great hardship before and Allah subhanaw taala made a way out for them. And the profit slice on him is telling him to remain strong. And the Prophet sighs somebody says, to start doing that you're being hasty. He's talking about the victory from Allah Subhana what's on and perhaps some of the commentators of this Hadeeth mentioned perhaps, above the law and who's seen the prophets lie Selim reclining in that way. You know, there's an assumption that the prophets lie some
is not suffering as much as him but the prophets lie some would undertake enormous, enormous hardship, you know, for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And in the process of establishing this Deen and it would be long term and it would be in so many different ways inflicted upon the Prophet sallallahu wasallam so the prophets lysozyme is saying this to Kabbalah, the law and who there are people before you that were combed with Iran's nothing was left on their bones of flesh, that were cut in half, just for saying that, you know, hey, Lola, I swear that Allah will give victory to this Deen so much so the Prophet slicin was mentioning a time of safety that a person could travel from
sundown to huddle, remote fearing no one but Allah subhanho wa Taala. But you are hasty. And some of the scholars also mentioned by the way, that you know, in the story of us, hobbit of dude, the people of the ditch that are referred to in sort of barrage, if you remember the young man who, you know who the oppressor was trying to kill, he told them, Look, you want to kill me, you say Bismillah and you shoot at me and it's gonna work. Right? And the man is started gela he was hasty. He wanted to end this not realizing that when he gathers the people and he and he says Bismillah, and he shoots the arrow and he kills the young boy, but he's gonna prove the young boys religion,
he's going to prove the point which will lead to all of his people leaving him right. So the believer is deliberate. The believer is patient, the believer watches the plan of a loss of hundreds out of unfold. And they know that Allah subhanaw taala will give victory to this Deen the last pensado will allow the plan to unfold. But sometimes we become impatient. And so that is something that we see from the Prophet sallallahu wasallam and his advice to habla de la I know he's not belittling His sacrifice, the Prophet slicin is telling him Look, it will come, it will come. Right. He's giving him a sense of confidence as well a sense of certainty, that that victory from Allah
subhanho wa Taala is coming. And Subhana Allah beyond the victory of a loss opponent coming. You know, when we talked about so many ldlr
remember the profit slice and I'm just promised agenda. And when we talked about the unsought when they came from Edina, and they told the profit slice on them, they will take him in and they'll undergo the sacrifices needed to support the Prophet sallallahu Sallam in Medina, the prophet sly Salaam, said to them, when they asked what they get in return, he just said genda He didn't tell them about all the other things. And so what the prophet slicin is telling Kabbalah the law tada and who is that Islam, the religion that you are striving for? The religion you're being tortured for, will succeed, you might not live to see success in the worldly sense. You might die in this way.
Right? You know, you don't know what's going to happen to you in regards to your physical being, and if the torture will be increased if you're going to die, but the dean that you were tortured for initially will thrive because the loss of a title will see his promise through that's what the profit slice obsessed to comfort him. However, think about this.
You know, a mom vinyasa, may Allah be pleased with him and his parents. He saw a Buddha had killed in bed, and the Prophet sighs I knew that that meant something to him. And it comforted him, right and the Prophet slicin went to him and told him that Allah has killed the one who killed your mother. Because all those years Ahmad had to watch the man who subjected him to that torture, and killed his parents. He had to watch him walk with arrogance through the streets of Mecca in the profit slice. I'm told him that below the line
All the time who would would kill his own master? Right in the Battle of bed that he would be the one to take the life of Romania to get his revenge back. So, you know, even miss Ruth would stand on Abuja Ahmad would watch Abuja * killed omiya would would die at the hands of the one that he oppressed below the law of Taiwan. What about hubbub of the allowed time span a law what a law allowed hubub to see in his own lifetime. And Mark who would come the head of hubbub with that Iran and burned flesh off of his head and off of his back. She had a sickness in her head as well. And she, you know, she went to a point of insanity were to try to deal with the pain she tried to
cauterize her head. So the same punishment that's inflicted on hubbub, she would do it to herself, and she started to take and comb the flesh of her own head, and above the law of town, I'd hope could see that happening in front of his eyes, some kind of law until she eventually perished.
You know, as a result of her sickness, and as a result of, you know, the, the insanity that she would encounter after what she had done to hubbub or the alota. And so loss of Hannah Montana, answered above the low tide and who's doing kebab solids, and CBR, who tortured hubbub initially, and who would carry out the torture on behalf of Omen ma habla de la Alta and who recalled that on the day of a hood, on Hamdulillah, the Allahu taala and who went out to duel remember before the actual battle, there would be a duel. He saw Hamza with a lot of time and go forth and Hamza dueled with Seba, and he killed Siva on the day, before Hamza with a lot of time and who himself was, was
martyred. May Allah Subhana Allah, be pleased with him, love them, I mean, so hubbub about the law and who did see those that tortured him, what happened to them as a result, and he would live to see as well, the victory of Islam as he would live all the way to the time of it, it'll be a lot of time and also he would live through Holika Washington and see the victory of Assam he accompany the prophets lie some in every battle, serving honorably as he did from the very beginning. There are a few notable incidents that I want to mention with Babel, the law of town on one of them is a narration of the behati that habit of the law of town and who says I went to Alaska in a while, and
I demanded something that he owed me so he owed me some money. And it could have been for a job that's above the law I knew I had done for him, but he owed hubub some money now, I've also been while is a very powerful man. sebab has no one. Right? And when I said when I demand that Lawson will pay me he said to him, he said, Look, I'm not going to give you your money. Until you disbelieve and Mohamed Salah lauricella right tech for me, Mohammed and I'll give you your money go ahead and disbelieve in Mohammed slice, I'll give you everything that you want. And kebab responded and he said, Well, la he I will not disbelieve in Mohammed sallallahu wasallam until you die, and
then you're resurrected, meaning it's not gonna happen, right? Until the day that were resurrected in front of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And awesome and while he says,
will I die and then be resurrected? Are we resurrected after death? Remember, these were people that didn't just believe in idol worship they didn't believe in ask you to if they didn't believe in the Hereafter, either. So above the law and who said yes, listen to the arrogance of him. And in his answer to habibollah the alarm. He said, Well, I'll have wealth and children then and I'll pay you that. Okay, so if we're going to be resurrected, then I'll pay your money then because surely I'm going to have wealth and children there as well. And that is when Allah subhana wa tada revealed on behalf of hubbub of the law of town hall in response to an F Allah eight Allah the cafardo Be it now
wakad Allah, OT and Marlon Well, what are the Have you seen the one who disbelieved in our signs? And who says I shall certainly be given wealth and children? Okay, the arrogance of an OS of Noah and his response to hubbub or the loss on Android so that's actually the context of the ayah there's another incident which you know, if you want to talk about up close and personal with the with the with the sila, and with one of the most famous incidents of the seal, and this is where I regret not having you all in front of me so we can start to connect some of the dots fall tema the sister of Alma fall tema, bentyl. Hop up may Allah be pleased with her the sister of Ahmed I'm gonna hop out
of the locks on einhell fathima bintan hotswap was married to say aid ignores aid ignore home. Okay, remember we talked about zeytinburnu uncle the alojado his son say a little villalta and one of the 10 promised Paradise is married to fathima this
Hassan Saeed and Fatima secretly embraced Islam. Okay. And Zaid was of course tortured by the father of the alongside a hot tub for being in warhead for being a monotheist before the revelation came and we and we know what happened there. So either the low tide and who is the cousin of the Aloha, I know that and he's married to the sister of our model the low tide I know he's married to Fatima mental health club, the very famous incidents were all model the lavon who was on his way to kill the Prophet sallallahu wasallam. And he was stopped on the way and told that you should handle the members of your household first. He said what are you talking about? He said, Don't you know that
your sister Fatima has embraced this religion and all metal the law and who said you know, detour I'm going to go handle business at home first. And he marches to the home of Fatima and say, when Amaro de la and who got their suborbital de la on who was actually in the house, teaching them the
Okay, so it's kebab fathima and say all the law and who got their honor would kill hubbub right who again what's going to stop on water from killing kebab? He's on his way to kill the profits Isola what's gonna stop him from killing about maybe his sister, his brother in law because his family but what would stop him from killing cub up? So when when they knew that Omar was at the door, kebab hid? Okay, above the law I know hit. So the incident where almost all the time who burst into his home and he and he goes into rage and he hits his sister fathima and that's when he feels sadness at seeing what he's done to his sister fathima and then he sits and he reads sort of bah ha right. He
reads the quote and armadyl the law and who is moved. Guess what happens? How about the allow and who comes out from behind the curtain? And he says to all model the Lakota I know that I hope that Allah subhana wa tada has answered the door of the prophets lie some in regards to almost normal the law and who said what are you talking about? And that's when hubbub reveals to Omar that he heard the prophets lie Selim saying, Oh Allah give victory to Islam through one of the two Omar's or one of the or the more beloved of the two almost to you. And the Prophet slice on mentioned on the hot tub and honorably Sham was Abuja have the two staunchest enemies of the prophets lie some at the
time, but they both had leadership qualities and strength. So the prophets license that Allah give victory to Islam to the more beloved of the two to you. And when hubub told our model, the allowance our annual he said, I hope that Allah subhana wa tada has chosen you to be the one that allowed the hustler be the one that the profit slice I'm specified when he said on real hot lava, I'm a sham. That's when I model the law and who went up and made his way to the Prophet sallallahu. It was set up to embrace the stuff. So it's called Babel of the law and who was the one in the house when that whole went down, that was observing it from behind the curtain and then came out and who informed on
model de la I know so he plays an integral role actually in the Islam of our model the luevano as well, because the loss of hands I used him as well to soften the heart of Ahmad and to direct him to the Prophet sallallahu wasallam. Now, later on Subhan Allah you see that hubub will be alongside and who lived alongside the prophets, I seldom became an honored man and the oma the way that billaudot the law of Thailand who was so I want you to fast forward now years and I'm talking about decades later. And now sitting in the assembly is going to hop up and Bilaal and hubbub and a bunch of people and it's in the hill of America, blah, blah, blah hotel and now the prophets lie. Some said
that Islam Oh, hurry, but Islam started off as something strange was the rue du horiba. And then it will go back to being something strange the way that it started. Okay, so there is a period in between where Islam was not strange, where Islam was victorious, where the were the people of Islam were living in prosperity. And there was the growth of the deen and it was spreading throughout the world. And this is that time on the Allahu anhu hubub would have had to hide behind a curtain from to not be killed by him is now the halifa of the prophets lie Selim the man who he was out to kill that day. And Islam is no longer something to be hidden were faulty mental hop, or sorry the Museo
have to hide the religion. Islam is spreading throughout the world. And you have an assembly of these glorious haba below the low tide and who is no longer a slave tortured in the desert under a stone he's the other than he is the master who was freed by our master as referred to buy all metal the law on when others are master free by our master. And so the hobbit are sitting and reminiscing on the days in which they have been through the hardships they had been through
And all model the Allahu tada and who is praising Bilal and praising hubub. Omar knows the suffering that these two men went through in particular, for the sake of a loss of habitat. And all the loads that are and who expresses a preference to hubub says the only pert you know, the only person, you know more worthy than you in this assembly would be Billa, right. But he's talking to both of them. And he's praising Delilah and hubub, the two greatest people freed by Rebecca. So the call of the lower notes of the greatest companions of the Prophet slice elements. And he's asking them about their days in Islam, and they talk about their days of torture panela they recount their days of
torture, now as they are in a place of victory, and hubbub all the time and who lifts up his shirts to show our model the law is back. Now almost all the time. I know I've seen a lot of hardship in life. He's seen a lot of a lot of pain in life. He's seen a lot. But when he saw the back of hubbub, he was shocked because there was no flesh on the back of the laws and it was completely melted and burned off. And it had not healed fully above the law and hotels are on top of the line who the full story of his torture decades later, as they're sitting in the madness of our model. The law I know in the assembly of I'm gonna hop up the halifa of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says, How
do you see the promise that the Prophet slicin gave him that Islam will succeed, and that they would go back and they would look at their moments and they would remember what they suffered for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala. One of the things about people that are tested and we see this even our lives that you see some how some people that are tested last, to test them and test them and test them. And you think of that Hadith of the Prophet sly salon. You know that the most beloved of people to a loss of parents are the tested ones are a lot when Allah loves a servant, he tests him so he's going through test after test after test. You read about the life of Kabbalah the law and
witness, it is a life of trial. It's a life of test and habit of the law of Thailand.
There's a narration from from a place that Ababa, the low town who became so sick, that he was cauterized on his stomach, on his abdomen seven times. So he was he was in extreme pain and went through another, you know, extreme difficulty due to his illness and he said Lola and an obese allow him to Hannah and then the ruble mote the derry o to be he said had the profit slice on not forbidding us from invoking a loss of Hannah Montana for death, I would have certainly invoked the loss of Hannah Montana for it. And there's another narration Manuel he says that, we went to visit her Barbara the law of Thailand. And habibollah the law of Thailand who was you know, this is the
late the last days of Kabbalah the law of Thailand.
And he, when he said when we visited a kebab, Ababa, the amount of time and who said, we made heads, for the sake of Allah subhana wa tada with the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, some of us passed away without taking any of their rewards in this world. So some of us died as a result of the hids as a result of our migration with the profit slice alone, without taking any of the reward of this world. And kebab started to cry, remembering, massage, Ebon are made out of the law and we said, I remember must have been remade and ordered a man who lost everything for the sake of Allah. And when he was killed in the neighborhoods, when we you know, all we could find was his striped
woolen cloak. When we cover one half of his body, the top half of his body, the bottom half was exposed, if we covered the bottom half the top half was exposed, so a loss so loss messengers lie somewhere just to cover his head, and to and to put some grass on his feet and to use the the, the rest of the cloth to cover him and above the law and who cried and he said, some of us have had their fruits ripen in this world and are collecting them. He was saddened about the loss of time I know because kebab would actually become very wealthy, he'd become very wealthy. And he was saddened by that because he said he was afraid of the idea of habitus IE biotic and abiotic homogeneous stem
tact on behalf that you have exhausted or used all of the fruits, all of the goodness, all of your rewards, you've taken your rewards in this world, for your good and there's nothing left for you in the hereafter. So he was worried that it was a form of his to the lodge a form of Allah subhana wa Tada.
Putting the blessings forward, and the only thing left in the hereafter would be punishment, which is amazing considering what this man had been through for the sake of a loss of habitat. And that's a lesson and staying humble. If hubbub or the alarm home, did not feel entitled to the blessings of this world for all that he went through for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala Who are we to feel entitled and
To talk to a loss of parents are about a lost parents, as if he owes us above the law and who did not feel like a lot owed him anything. Everything he went through was for a loss of Hannah Montana. And he didn't have that sense of entitlement. So even as he as time went on, and his wealth had accumulated, but he was extremely generous with his wealth, he was afraid because if you are witnessing the beginnings of Islam kabob is not supposed to make it out of the first few days of his torture. Right? How battle the lower and hope for all practical purposes is probably going to be killed in the first batch of those murdered for the sake of a lost pants on being a person of his
status that comes out with Islam like that, and is tortured that way. He's not supposed to make it longer than all of these other people, but he ends up out living
all these companions, these great companions living all the way through to the khilafah of it, although the low tide on Ababa, the Alon who felt a sense of fear, that maybe it was his companions that rushed and took the rewards of the hereafter while he was left behind, and he was only gathering the rewards of this world of course, that's an expression of his humility, and that's what we learned from in this situation. And I end with a very beautiful saying from it, it'll be a lot of time your mama Papa Ronnie Rahim Allah. He says that when I read all the Allahu taala and who had come back from the Battle of Safina, he said he passed by the cover of the grave of hubbub or the
law of Thailand who passed away in his khilafah and I needed the Allahu anhu as he went to visit his grave. He said, Rahim Allah ha Baba, may Allah have mercy on hubbub. He said s llama la Heba. He embraced Islam with everything wholeheartedly. Well, how gentle thought yeah, and he performed the his law in full obedience. He didn't hesitate with Islam, nor did he hesitate with his his law, why Shahada and he lived his whole life as a Mujahid striving for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala and he said what to do, he just he Hualien one annually, Allah, Allah, and he, he was he suffered in his body and his physical body for the sake of Allah subhana wa tada in ways that no one else has
suffered. And Allah subhanho wa Taala will not let the reward of Babel the lavon go to waste so surely his reward is assured with the last panel what time we ask Allah subhana wa tada to be pleased with how powerful the law has had on him. And those companions the sumiya as of the world of belaz of the world, the slaves of the world those that struggled and strove in the way that they did We ask Allah subhana wa tada to be pleased with them and to gather us with them around our beloved Salalah rd with some generative dos alumna amin Xochimilco hired on was said Mr. de compartmental la he better cut
