Hadith narrated by ibn Umar Radi Allahu Allahu Allah, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he
said that to go and to help another Muslim brother, in their need, is dear to me than spending a

Muslim brother is complete, meaning that you go and you help another Muslim brother. One is to semi

Judgment, Allah will make their feet firm. When on that day, most feet will slip Subhanallah
brothers and sisters going and helping each other for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala and Chef

subhanho wa Taala and then he says Jalla wa Ala at the end of this hadith kotse He says, My love is
due for those whose hearts are free of grudges, and those who uphold ties, one another only and only
for the sake of Allah subhana wa Tada. Brothers and sisters we learned from these ahaadeeth that how
important it is and our alumni have talked about this, how important it is to love each other, to
assist each other being there for our Muslim brother and sister owning only for the sake of Allah
subhanho wa taala. And so what does it mean? When we say loving for the sake of Allah? What does it
		

			mean to hate for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala let me quickly explain when it said when we
talk about loving for Allah, it means that doing something only and only for Allah sake, why am I
helping this Muslim brother of mine? Because Allah wants me to help one another? Why am I assisting
him because Allah has instructed me in the Quran, what I want who I will be with Toccoa wallet, I
will know if we will are the one Allah is ordering me. Allah is telling me that help each other when
it comes to noble actions when it comes to noble endeavors and efforts and do not assist each other
when it comes to evil. And when it comes to wrong matters, Allah subhanaw has given us a clear

back from that, brother, that means that I'm not doing it for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala I'm
doing it for my own need. I'm doing it for my own cause today brothers and sisters Subhan Allah, how
many times today we are so nice, so another Muslim brother and sister, we go out of our way to help
another Muslim brother and sister we make we show that we love them. We love them for the sake of
Allah subhanaw taala whereas in our heart, why am I expressing my love to this person? Why am I
being kind to this person, because this person may be resourceful because this person has
		

			connections because this person has something that I can truly benefit from him. And because I can
connect with him, no matter what wrong he's doing. He may be living a life of sin, he may be
committing haram, but I'm willing to overlook that. I'm willing to overlook that because I can gain
some worldly benefit from him. Brothers and sisters, this is not for the sake of Allah subhanho wa
taala. When you help each other, you do it only because Allah wants me to help out. How many times
did Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam go out of his way. And he helped other people out. He
helped other people out in times when need when he himself said Allahu Allah, he was so needed help.
		

			And he went out of his way to help someone else out. And he never sat down and said, I'm going to
help you only if you accept Islam, but the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he showed us that
anyone who is in need, you go and you help them yesterday, there are so many hundreds of people,
even people who don't believe in Allah, people from other faiths, and we go and we help them why
sometimes because I want some publicity or because I'm going to helping them out so that they can
become a Muslim. Why do we do it? We do it only only for Allah sake, because Allah has told us and
the Prophet saw someone has told us that part of our responsibility
		

			is to help mankind to feed mankind. Brothers and sisters remember the Hadith of the Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam when he came to Medina and what did he say? He says, of Shu Salaam. This
is a Hadith of salaam narrated by Abdullah bin Salam. This hadith begins with Salam. It ends with
Salam. It's all about peace is all about peace. What did the Prophet alayhi salam say? He says of
Shu Salaam. He says spread the salam will alter a matam feed the poor feed food meaning what feed
those who are in need, go and help out. Because why not? Because I want these people to become
Muslim. Yes, that is absolutely fine to have that intention that I want people to see the character
		

			and the clock of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, but my goal is that I'm doing it only only
for Allah sake and to please Allah subhanho wa Taala this is what it means to do something only and
only for Allah sake, to love each other. For Allah sake. I love this person. Because this person he
is he is a believer in Allah subhanho wa taala. I love this person because he does something good. I
love this person because of his o'clock because of his piety because of his Taqwa because how much
connected he is with Allah subhanaw taala that's why I love this person. Now on the flip side, you
have this question that many people they ask is that what is the meaning of hating someone for the
		

			sake of Allah subhanho wa taala. And before I go into this, I want to say something is my own
personal opinion about this. Yes, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he talked to me he said
the word above although they love to, to dislike someone or to hate someone, many people have
translated as as hate. Some people have translated this as dislike, I want to say from a link from
an English perspective, the word hate has a much stronger and a much harsher meaning than the word
dislike, see dislike is the I could dislike for example, the design of this dislike is something
that you may not like you personally you do not prefer. Okay? When it comes to food, there are some
		

			foods that you like and there are some foods that you dislike, it doesn't mean that you will never
eat it, but it's not your preference. Likewise, to say that you hate someone is a very, very strong
word. It's a very strong word. Yes, the Prophet SAW Allah some has taught us yes, we see from the
Sahaba or the alotta on him, that when someone would disobey Allah subhanho wa Taala when someone
would openly and very deliberately disobey and do something contrary to the Sunnah of the Prophet
sallallahu. It was setting him, we see that the Sahaba made it very clear that we do not approve of
what you're doing. And there were some cases where this Hala would say that I don't want to talk to
		

			you because you are deliberately breaking the word of Allah subhanho wa Taala or clearly neglecting
the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, but the concept of disliking someone for the
sake of Allah subhanaw taala or hating someone for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala means that
when someone is breaking the words of ALLAH, when someone is abandoning the Sunnah of the Prophet
sallahu, WA, you're sending deliberately, they're doing you're wrong, they know that they're doing
it wrong. And now you're explained to them see what is that a person is doing wrong, and they have
no idea. They have no idea. And even in that case, we learn from the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam,
		

			we learn from the stories of the Ambia that we should still be respectful, respectful, does not mean
brothers sisters, a lot of times we misunderstand, respectful does not mean that I'm agreeing to
that person. I'm not agreeing that what they're doing is right. I'm simply saying that I'm
respecting them as a human being, I respect to them, because they are a human being. And so when it
comes to someone doing something wrong, then we can express our displeasure, we can express our
disapproval. There is nothing wrong in that, but to go out of our way, or to go and to be
disrespectful to that person, to be rude to that person. That is not what we learned from the spirit
		

			of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Yes, there are some who will disapprove of many things.
He will disapprove of many things, but it was not because of his own personal gain. It was not
because I hate someone or I dislike something or someone because if I dislike a person, that I can
gain the approval of someone else. A lot of times we dislike also things because there is a benefit
for us to we're talking about disliking, owning owning for the sake of Allah subhanho wa taala.
Because this person, what he's doing can displease Allah subhanho wa taala. That's why I did not
approve this person. And of course, you know, when we get into this subject even deeper, we talk
		

			about the Muslim community and working with those of other faiths. And when we talk about those
working with those with other faiths, we have to understand that our o'clock has to be exemplary.
Yes, we do not agree we cannot say that I agree with you. There is nothing wrong in saying that what
you believe in is absolutely that is your opinion. And we should also understand that the Quran has
also taught us etiquettes of working with people
		

			Pour of other faiths. But this means also that we dislike we disapprove of what they believe in. But
there's nothing wrong in working with other people and we have to, we have to make that distinction.
Very, very clear. So once again, we learn that we'd love each other for the sake of Allah subhanho
wa Taala at the end of day, whatever I do, I get the reward from Allah. If I love someone, I'm doing
it because I want Allah to be happy with me. If I give something today Subhan Allah we give each
other gifts. Why? Because I want this person to give me a gift back that means that we're not doing
for Allah sake, mean that we do it because I want Allah to please me. Even if someone does not even
		

			say thank you to you, you do someone a favor, and no one says thank you to you to you should not
feel offended because at the end of the day, you're gonna get a huge thank you and a huge reward
from who from Allah subhanho wa Taala and on the other hand, disliking something for the sake of
Allah subhanho wa Taala means that you dislike something because they are breaking the word of Allah
subhanaw taala or they are they are bringing upon them the displeasure of Allah subhanho wa Taala to
dislike them and their actions, this is what it is and staying stay away from them staying away from
them or showing your disapproval or your displeasure, this is part of disliking for the sake of
		

			Allah subhanaw taala But the crux of the matter is, is all about Allah, loving for Allah hating or
disliking for Allah subhanho wa Taala ask ALLAH SubhanA wa Taala to make us feel amongst those who
like and dislike owning only for his sake, and may Allah subhanaw taala increase us in our faith and
may Allah subhanho wa Taala take us from this dunya with iman and faith and may Allah resurrect us
with those who have faced complete faith on the Day of Judgment. I mean, over the Allah mean is that
