And, some of you actually thought I was

going to talk about Muhammad salah.

Yeah. Because of the soccer game, Real Madrid,

and Liverpool, and so on and so forth,

and salah was injured and everything.

This connection with

Allah If if you love someone,

you need to be connected with them. Right?

you say the dua. If you come back,

before you enter your house, you say dua.

And the the reason is not to make

your life difficult. The reason is always to

connect you with the source, with Allah

When you were young,

every time you were in a difficulty, you

needed something,

you always ask your parents to provide for

you or help you. Because for you, your

parents were the ultimate authority.

And and this is the case with everyone

who's going through a difficult time. They always

look up to their superior to give them

ahead and help them. And believe me, you

cannot find a better superior or someone with

a higher authority than Allah

Yeah. And sometimes, I I know some brothers

and sisters, they they have some medical conditions,

they go to all the doctors, they travel

from here, the US, they go Europe, and

the doctor says, I don't know what is

the problem.

You know, some of the doctors are Muslim.

They tell them, we don't know. Medicine cannot

give answers.

The only one that you can turn to

is Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. We we cannot

do anything. Right?

And and if, eventually, you're going to turn

to Allah, you might as well ask Allah

Because sometimes

we ask everyone

around us,

and we forget about Allah

and he is the last resort. And and

he should always be the first one you

should turn to in difficult times.

We say it at least 17 times every

day, but sometimes we don't really mean it.

Iyaka na'bodhi you are the only one we

worship, wayyaka nasta'inhi you are the only one

we ask for help. But when it comes

for help, he is not really on our

list. And Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, as we

mentioned last night, he has everything in his

hands. If you're looking for a job, you're

looking for money, you're looking to get married,

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has the Qadr in

his hands and Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is

able to provide.

So now,

every time a prophet

went through a difficult time in the Quran,

he was told, make salah.

This is very consistent in the Quran. Muhammad

sallallahu alaihi wa sallam.

So the prophet

has told at the end of Surahil, we

know that what the kufad and shikun say

hurts your feelings,

and the only thing you can do now

is make salah. Pray to Allah, and He

will make it easier for you.

And if you look at the example of

Musa alayhi salaam,

Firaun

is from Egypt too.

So Firaun, basically, he shut down their places

of worship. They didn't have a masajid, a

place to pray. And Allah,

said,

Allah says, if Firaun shut down your masajid,

your places of worship,

turn your homes into masjid and pray at

home. This is what Allah told them. And

Firaun is persecuting you, he's abusing you, giving

you a hard time,

pray.

And right after wujeeba tawatukumma,

Firaun was destroyed, and so on and so

forth. When Yusuf Yunus alaihi sallam was in

the belly of the whale,

the thing he did inside, that

was his form of salah.

And ibn Abbas

said, every time you you see the word

sabbeah or tasbih or sabbeahu, it means to

offer salah.

Surah Noor sorry sorry. Surah Rum, these are

the 5 times for salah for Surah

These these are the 5, daily salawats.

So Yunus alayhi salawam was told to pray,

and he prayed in the belly of the

whale. And the ulama said, if he didn't

pray in Sayyid,

this whale would have been his grave till

the end. But Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala saved

his life because he prayed. He made dua

and he prayed to Allah

So now in any difficulty,

raise your hands to Allah

and ask him. And I gave the example

in one of the khubbas. One of the

things we can learn from kids there are

a lot of things we can learn from

them,

but one of them, we can learn

to, you know, to to bug. Right?

When you take them to the store,

and they make a scene,

and they're crying, and every time you tell

them to, you know, calm down, they're like,

you know, they make a scene.

And people look at you, they give you

the wicked look, and you say, he's not

my kid. You know?

They bug you. So, eventually, you have to

buy them what they're asking for. You know?

And you need to do the same thing

with Allah If your kids ask you for

something and you say no, they say daddy

daddy daddy, they, you know, they bug you.

And eventually if you keep saying no, they

start to cry. This is something we need

to do with Allah

Because some of us, we pray for 5

seconds, oh, I prayed, but my prayer was

never answered. Khalas. Done. No. You have to

do it the kid's way. And if your

dua is not answered, maybe you need to

start crying, and Allah

will, respond to you. So in every difficult

situation,

pray to Allah The last example I will

give. There is this ayah in the Quran

because a lot of people ask, like, it

doesn't make any sense.

Five pages in Surah Baqarah talk about talaq,

divorce, marriage problems, and right in the middle,

Allah says

Like he says, keep up the salat except

especially the middle salah which is salatul asr

al Hadith. Like, what does the verse about

salah have to do with divorce and marriage

issues and stuff? And the ulama say if

you have respect for Allah

you will show respect to your spouse even

at the time of talaq, and you will

give them the rights.

Because sometimes, some people when they are giving

their spouse talaq, they make their life a

living *

So they they they they they beg them.

Okay. I want talaq. I don't I don't

need anything from you. And this is not

the right way. You have to give you

honor them.

If you give them, give them with dignity.

And if you give them talaq, give them

talaq with respect and dignity as Allah

says in the Quran. So even in talaq,

in difficult times,

pray to Allah

to make it easy for you. And, the

question for last night, if the alarm clock
