Human beings are created in haste. We like

they don't make dua against their children. They

if I did something bad, I was a
naughty boy when I was young. If I
did something bad, my mom would make dua

wisdom, he allows bad things to happen just
to put us in our place.
You are not God. You are the creation
of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. He would allow
bad things to happen. Your wife
or someone's wife will have a miscarriage. You
will get laid off. You will fall sick.
Something bad will happen to you. Now you
remember Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. And Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala knows, he says it in the
Quran in many places.
If you are in a difficult situation,
you pray to me day and night.
And as soon as I give you what
you're asking for, khalas, no need to make
duaa, no need to pray for Allah, you
turn your back to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.

when we look at some creation of Allah
Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala in the animal kingdom.
Human beings become so weak.

As soon as a horse, a donkey, or
a cow is born or the chick hatch
and they come out of the eggs, within
half an hour they are on their feet,
they are running around,

giraffe is on its feet running around.
Look at the human being. It takes at
least 1 year
to be to be able to stand up
on your own.

at night, the fevers, the diapers, and the

to you if you jump like a flea.

on them,

pancreas and the aorta and all that stuff.
He doesn't know that these organs exist in
his body,
But he still functions. Right? He doesn't know
that these organs exist in his body.
So Allah
is telling us, you will never figure out
all the favors that I've given you. Just
say Alhamdulillah.
That's all I I want from you. Say
Alhamdulillah.

The last quality for today
This could mean one thing. Human beings, they
are the most argumentative
of all. This means 2 things.
It could either mean that a human being
has some bad qualities and being argumentative,
arguing and debating is the worst of a
human being's qualities
or
out of all the creation of Allah,
the human being stands out as the most
argumentative.
Because some other creation of Allah argues like
shaitan
said to Allah, why would I make sajdah
to
to Adam, alayhi sallam? I'm better than him.
For the Malaika when they said,
They were asking politely
about the hikmah. They were not questioning Allah,
but they're asking for the hikmah. Why would
you create a human being that will do
this and this and this? So the human
being stands out as the most argumentative.
People argue and debate.

was traveling in a Muslim country on the
highway
and you know they have these rest areas.
So he stopped, he went through the washroom
and on the washroom,
you know, the toilet the toilet was facing

But you, you know, based on the name
it means you have unlimited life, eternal,
but you have maybe 20, 30 years, and
you will die. This is your limit. Right?

Devotion, dedication, sincerity.
That's all I'm asking of you.
That's all I'm asking of you. And Wa'Allahu
Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is asking you for 2.5%
of your zakah.

If he is asking you to fast 6
months in the year, not 1 month, it
is not too much for Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala because everything is from him.
Trusting in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala that whatever
happens to you, if Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
is testing you with good or bad,
Allah will test you with good and bad.
Ayyub alayhi salam was tested with bad. He
lost his health. He lost his wealth. He
lost his family. This is a test in
a in a difficult way. But Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala also tested suleyman. He gave him
authority. He gave him kingship. He gave him
money. Allah will test you with good and
bad to see what you will do.
And what Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala also wants
from you is gratitude.
To say Alhamdulillah
And wallahi, I spoke about this before, the
aptitude of gratitude. This is the best thing
that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala expects from you.
Because when you say Alhamdulillah
for everything, the prophet says Allah loves it.
When you eat something, you say Alhamdulillah. When
you drink water, you say Alhamdulillah.
You acknowledge that everything good is from Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala. And actually
Yeah. It's a very simple word when you
say You Allah, when you say Alhamdulillah.
But he actually acknowledge the names of Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala. Because when you say
number 1, you acknowledge that Allah is alive
because you don't give thanks to someone who
is dead.
When you say Alhamdulillah,
you acknowledge that Allah is 1 because you're
not thanking anyone else.
Number 3, acknowledge that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
is a Samir al Basri. He knows, He

You acknowledge that everything is from Allah and
this is why you thank him. You say,
alhamdulillah.
And number 6 or 7, you acknowledge that

deserving of your gratitude.

Allah

Wahib, he's Al Kareem, he's this, he's that.
By just saying Alhamdulillah,
you acknowledge the names of Allah
and this is something that Allah
loves. We ask Allah
to help us become grateful to Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala and get close to him and
to acknowledge his favors on us. We ask
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala to give us the
best in this life and the best in
the life to come.
