So the first question is about delaying the
funeral. Some families, they delay

deceased is to bury them right away, unless
there is a necessity.
So you can't delay the funeral, for example,
because we are waiting for the report from
the medical exam. So So the deceased died
at the hospital, and you cannot get them
out to bury them. What can you do?
Then you have to wait,
also in in the case of accidents.
And, also, if the deceased wrote in his
or her will say that I have to
be buried in my country of origin, like
someone came from India or Egypt or Lebanon,
and in the wasiyeh it says I have
to be buried in the city where I
was born.
Insha'Allah, we can fulfill the wasiyeh, but we
make sure that the condition of the body
doesn't change. You have to keep them in
a cool place, and you have to take
care of the body. Or you can wait
for the son of the deceased or some
of his family to come, Yani, from a
neighboring
place, but not from another country because you'll
have to delay the janazah for similar days
in this case, and this is not acceptable.
And the prophet,
says in the authentic kareem bin Bukhari, hasten
the janazah or take the deceased, not away
to the graveyard.

and Jannah awaits them, then you send them
to Jannah right away.
There's no need to delay. And if this
person is an evil person, so this is
an evil you put off your shoulder. So
he's in the janazah right away, don't delay.
So the second ruling
about the ladies following the funeral. So the
prophet discourage
women from following the funeral.
Discouraged

Okay? So this is a hadith mentioned in
Sahih al Muthari in Muslim by Uma Atayahu
alaihi wa sallam. She said that the prophet
discourage us
from following the funeral, but he didn't tell
us it was Haram.
And in another hadith, a lady was following
the funeral from a distance,
and she was decent. She was not crying
or anything. And Omar Khattar
saw her, so he started to rebuke her.

told him, leave her alone.

So and the reason we say because

that when you go to the graves and
you walk in the road I'm not talking
about stepping on the grave. I'm talking about
walking in the road between the graves. They
say it is recommended. It is from the
sunnah to take off your shoes. But, of
course, we cannot do this now because

off their shoes. So the ruling is don't
step on the graves. The prophet, sallallahu alaihi
wa sallam, says in an

there. And if there's no space, don't walk

So the first ruling, if someone dies, does

for her and she has kids, she can
go to work. And she can't go to
the supermarket to shop for her kids. They
say in the authentic sunnah that Aisha, the
wife
of the prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, she
used to make fatwa for the women who
lost their husbands to go out during the
day and work, but not at night. During
the day.
Also, in the incident the hadith by Jabir
ibn Abdullah,
who that his
aunt, she lost her husband. She wasn't married
then in general. So she went outside to
work in her farm, and a relative of
hers saw her, so he started to yell
at her. What are you doing? You're in

outside,
your house. So she went to the prophet,
and the prophet told her, yes. You can
go and work on your farm. Maybe you'll
provide for your kids or give a salah.

your behalf like a sadaqah or dua or
Hajj, this will go to your account
based on authentic ahadith from the prophet salal

in the Shafi'i al Khul, they say yes

is wrong if you read Quran and give
the reward for your father or your mother
if they pass away? So there's nothing wrong.
But they say, don't specify a certain Surah
for the deceased. Like, all of us know
that a lot of people, they think that
the only Surah that can benefit the deceased
in the grave is Surah al Fatima.
No. You got a name Surah al Fatima
and give that word for your father. Surah,
and don't specify a certain day. You can
read on the 1st day they die, on
10th, on 3rd, in any day, in any
amount, and we may continue in the future.
