They're critically ill, and the family is asking
for the du'a. So we ask the
to give them a book shifa,
a speedy recovery, and a long and healthy
life. Amin Amin Amin.
I've not been following the news for a
long time. It is not good for my
heart. It's not good for my intelligence.
You know, people dying here, people dying there.
Donald Trump receiving an award from Muslim countries
for his excellent leadership. Oh my, suckers.
So this is what is going on in
the world, and it has been for also
my attention that last night, there was an
explosion in Afghanistan.
More a 100 more than a 100 people
were killed and more than 400 people were
wounded.
And and, Wallahi, it breaks my heart every
time I say this news. An explosion in
Iraq, an explosion in Yemen, in Egypt, in
Libya,
and so on and so forth. So we
ask Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala to give safety
and security to Muslim lands and to give
sabr to the families of those who have
been killed and wounded in Afghanistan,
and we ask Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala to
show rahmaizahma
on them, and to accept those who died
as shahidu ba'alameen, especially in this month. Which
Muslim, which human being would kill innocent people
like this month, like in the month of
Ramah? Allah understand.
May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to make it
easy for us. Ameen Abu Baralameen.
So today, inshallah, I'm gonna talk about one
of the qualities of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
It's one of the most beautiful qualities of
Allah
Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
The reason why the thing is we make
mistakes day and night. We're not angels, we're
human beings, we're not perfect, we make mistakes.
But how come the people love you? You're
a good person, people love you. It is
because of one thing, because Allah Subhanahu Wa
Ta'ala covered your mistakes and revealed your good
deeds. Wallahi, this is the only reason.
So if people love you, this is the
only reason. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala covered your
sins, no one knows about them, and Allah
Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala revealed your good deeds, and
this is why people think highly of you.
This is the only reason. So today inshaAllah
we'll talk about the name of Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala As Sittir.
The one who covers faults and sins. This
is one of the qualities of Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala He covers our sins,
and there is an authentic hadith the Prophet
SAW says
that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is critical of
some people.
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala covers them, day and
night,
and they expose themselves.
And Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is, what what
kind of people are these? I cover you,
and you expose yourself.
You you have no intelligence?
And of course, with modern technology and social
media,
people commit crimes, they get arrested just because
they brag about it on social media.
You know, people are doing drugs, marijuana,
this, that,
all and they stream live on Facebook, and
they get arrested. They do crimes on Facebook.
And, about a month ago, this couple,
they were pulling pranks on their children, to
put a snake on their clothes, and to
scare the heck out of them, and eventually
they lost custody of their children. Why? Because
they were streaming
on YouTube live. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala covers
you, and you expose yourself.
In the sunnah of Muhammad Salasalam,
Yarim Islam Qahim al Sattr.
One Sahabi, hadith al Bukhari, came to the
prophet salalam and said, listen.
I saw one of the Sahabi doing something
very haram, terrible.
I wish you covered him with your clothes
so no one knows about it. Why do
you come and tell me?
Cover him. Don't tell anyone.
So sattl is one of the qualities of
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. It's a good thing,
and if Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala covers you,
don't expose yourself. Don't go around and tell
people, yes, this is what my husband did,
or this is what my wife did. And
people talk about critical sensitive information, like what
happens in the bedroom.
And in the hadith they're called Chayateen.
People reveal everything,
and Allah
says you should have sent for yourself, and
you should not expose yourself if Allah covered
you. Do not expose yourself.
Now there is this hadith, it's a beautiful
it's not actually a hadith, it's a story
in, Al Kriabitamwadeelimnuqudam.
So in this story, again it's not a
hadith, it's in the book of Ibnuqudam, Kitabit
Al Tabwabeen, those who repented.
It says that at the time of Musa
alaihis salam there was a drought. It was
not raining for a long time, and people
were tired, animals were dying. So people came
to Musa alaihis salam and they said pray
for rain, pray for rain. So he took
everyone out and he prayed and prayed and
prayed for days. Nothing. Not a drop of
rain. So he made dua to Allah
and said, Well, you know, I thought if
we make dua the rain will come. So
Allah
revealed to Musa 'alayhi salam
I will not reveal, I will not send
down the rain because there is a sinful
person among you. He's not making tawbah.
And usually if you make a mistake or
you sin and you ask Allah for forgiveness,
He will forgive you and show all His
rahmah on you. So Musa
made an announcement
whoever you might be, if you are the
person who's committing sins,
come out in front of everyone and make
Tawba. So no one came out.
After this, the rain started to come down,
and Musa alaihis salam said he Allah, he
thought, you know, the person had to come
down, to come out first for the rain
to come down, and Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
said, he made Tawba
between me and him, and I forgave him,
and the rain came down.
So Musa alayhi wasalam said You Allah, would
you reveal the name of that sinful person
who repented to me? I want to know
the name. Fakal Allahu Ta'ala You Musa.
Ma fadahtuhu waqatkana alsayin.
A fadahu waqat tab.
So Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said, you Musa,
I didn't reveal his name when he was
a sinner. Do you think I'm going to
reveal his name after he has repented? I
will not reveal his name. So we ask
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and ask Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala
to cover our sins in Duniya Al Adha
Allah We'll continue tomorrow inshaAllah
The question for last night,
Wa Shaddaha had the Hurubu Fyaalil Hami'ah
Dhrukharnayl
He saw the Sun sitting in the mud
according to Tafsir
and of course Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is
talking from the perspective of Dhul Qarnayn
not from the perspective of Allah and this
is very common in the Quran like in
the story of Musa alaihis salam in the
Alastunara when he came across the tree and
there was fire, that was not fire, that
was light. But Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala called
it fire from the perspective of Musa 'alayhi
salam.
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says in the Quran,
the creation of the heavens and the earth
is way more difficult than the creation of
human beings.
From whose perspective?
From our perspective.
Like, creating us is way easier than creating
the sun and the moon and the stars.
But from the perspective Allah
everything is created by Khun Fayakun.
All of them are easy friends, but he
is talking from our perspective.
So it was Dhul Talnay who saw it
sitting in the ocean
or in the mud, and this is what
he narrated. But this is what appeared
Now the last thing, tonight's question, there's a
brother who spoke to me and he said
the questions are very difficult, we need to
make them easy. And this brother, Yaaniyah,
Bimbaikum said he doesn't want to reveal his
name, he has to be,
anonymous.
So inshallah, I'm not gonna reveal his name.
This brother is Mohammed Ibrahim Hassan.
He lives on 350,
18 Mavis Road. Postal code, 3 s five
two zero five.
And, you need his,
driver's license? Driver's license?
Okay.
So the question for tonight is the question
for tonight. It's an easy question.
In the Quran,
the ruler of Egypt is called Fir'aun, pharaoh.
There's only one exception in Surah Yusuf.
The ruler of Egypt is called a king.
Although in the Bible and other books
he is called Firaoun, pharaoh.
Only the Quran says king.
Why? It should be a king. The ruler
of Egypt is a is a is a
pharaoh, not a king. Why does Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala say that he was a king
in Surah Yusuf? It should be Firaun, pharaoh.
Why? So if you know the answer,
tala abindi.
Email me at imamustafa
at the natoliacentre.
Ca before Asr tomorrow inshaAllah. We'll give you
a big prize inshaAllah.
So you see the questions are getting more
difficult than difficult every day.
