So why would you sponsor somebody to go for Hajj while you yourself have not done your Hajj yet. If we say that Subhanallah you have the means, but you cannot travel for a reason or another, then let it be the first time you sponsor somebody to go for Hajj on your behalf, because it is mandatory upon you to do so. Then afterward, or alongside with that you can sponsor another person, or next year if you're interested and you have the means you can sponsor another person who did not perform
Hajj at all, but the first time you should do hajj on your behalf on behalf of yourself. Or if you cannot travel, since somebody from your own money to perform hajj for you, as you know, provided that they have done their own Hajj, okay. Then afterward, every time you send somebody for Hajj, they will be rewarded for that and you will be rewarded to even if they have not done Hajj before and this is my advice to sponsor those who have not done Hajj at all.
