00:00:00 --> 00:00:06
			Smilla Alameen wa salatu salam ala Sayidina Muhammad Ali, he was Hobbie as you may know about

00:00:07 --> 00:00:10
			today inshallah we will start with

00:00:11 --> 00:00:13
			our original plan for these

00:00:15 --> 00:00:26
			sort of talks before Mahalo. And as we said, we're gonna have, you're gonna have them Friday,
Saturday, Sunday talking about this topic. And on Thursday the Chicago show.

00:00:27 --> 00:00:50
			So the book we're going to deal with is written by one of the actually, great scholars of Islam is
Imam Ibn Bucha al Henneberry. A man of eligible humbly and even knowledgeable humbly, he's one of
the students of Scheffel Islam, even to me. He's one of the students Scheffel Islam, even to me,

00:00:51 --> 00:00:55
			when Roosevelt humbly is known for his book, Jami, lwml, HECM.

00:00:59 --> 00:01:16
			Jam, Will heckum is a book where he explained the 40 Hadith of Norway, plus a few other Hadith he
completed the number so now with Hadith are about 40 to some editions is 43.

00:01:17 --> 00:01:33
			Remember, logical humbly took these Hadith and he added some to reach number 50. And he wrote the
book jam Allah lwml HECM where he explains these Hadith in great detail. It was It's a wonderful
book, it's a gem. He also wrote a book

00:01:35 --> 00:01:48
			on the explanation of sahih al Bukhari, but it's incomplete so it seems that he passed away before
completing the book. And the books name is actually for Tilbury. We shall have Sahil Bukhari and

00:01:50 --> 00:01:59
			it's not for Tilbury the famous commentary on Sahil Mojari, the famous for everybody's by even
hedgehog, Kalani, who came after even

00:02:01 --> 00:02:09
			even has the last Kalani came after even Roger. So even Roger brought his explanation, so he will
hurry before I even had the last colony. He named it

00:02:13 --> 00:02:18
			for Tilbury, and he does not he did not finish the whole commentary.

00:02:20 --> 00:02:42
			So this book of his that we have is a small book, fairly small book, and it's called Mi hija. I will
go ahead Jeff, you say you're a doula and Maharajah means the clear path, the clear path and Mahad,
jets clarity. If you say you're a doula, in the in walking or in trading

00:02:44 --> 00:02:59
			a doula is knight in walking or traveling during the night. So he's saying clarity and guidance,
while walking in the dark. While walking in the dark, why does he call it this way? In a sense,

00:03:00 --> 00:03:11
			navigating this life with all the trials and the distractions in it is like darkness. So he's gonna
give some clarity to help us because the person

00:03:12 --> 00:03:34
			as we as humans, we're going through this life or just like someone who's walking at night in the
dark, they don't know what type of land they walking on what's lying on their way, or know what
obstacles that are, they can't see. So they need some flashlight. So he's basically saying I'm going
to provide you with a flashlight or a torch to light the way up for you.

00:03:35 --> 00:03:57
			That's what the book is about. So he starts the book, so read from the book, I'll translate and it
will comment in sha Allah says Bismillah AR Rahman AR Rahim. CoverGirl Buhari Rahim Allah if you so
he him in Hadith, the Ebihara irata The Allahu Anhu and Nabi SallAllahu. Ala he was setting them up
on the noon GIA ahead and min km Emmylou.

00:03:58 --> 00:03:59
			He starts

00:04:00 --> 00:04:08
			by saying Imam Al Bukhari collected in his sahih Hadith from Abu Huraira, the Allahu Anhu. God the
Prophet SAW Selim said

00:04:11 --> 00:04:25
			none of you will be saved by means of their actions, meaning on the Day of Judgment, none will be
saved by means of their actions. So your actions will not save you on the Day of Judgment.

00:04:27 --> 00:04:34
			Call whether until your Rasul Allah, so they asked him, not even you all messenger of Allah your
deeds will not save you.

00:04:35 --> 00:04:59
			God wala Anna Illa and yet have a Madani Allah who will be at our committee he promises Adam said,
even me, my actions will not save me except if Allah showers me with his mercy. If Allah showers me
with his mercy, then he says, said they do work Haribo work will do Oh, who will show you a minute
dolger

00:05:00 --> 00:05:17
			While across the US that Tableau and prophets of salaam says said they do seek to find to match the
truth and to do and say that which is true what are the more when you're unable to hit the truth get
as close as possible to it

00:05:18 --> 00:05:28
			what will do whoa whoa travel in the early morning in the early hours of the morning and in the
hours of the evening

00:05:32 --> 00:05:34
			was the you know Bill aka duty

00:05:35 --> 00:05:41
			for Sunday do work so we first had to do a caribou ABS show I'm sure will also like have good

00:05:42 --> 00:05:57
			but have hopen Allah have good thoughts about Allah was there in OB la do what you want Roja. So
seek traveling and seek to come a long way and to cut some distance cover some distance in the area
hours of the morning

00:05:59 --> 00:06:06
			what roja and in the hours of the evening was she in minute dolger and also by traveling at night

00:06:07 --> 00:06:12
			the whole book is based on this hadith by the way. So the whole book is an explanation of this
hadith

00:06:22 --> 00:06:27
			Well of course the okay well pastel cost data blue and

00:06:30 --> 00:06:32
			do what you can do not

00:06:33 --> 00:06:56
			get into excess do not fall in excess of custom cars dot 10 below do not fall in excess you will
arrive at your destination. So take it easy as you travel. You will arrive do not push yourself too
excessively. Okay, so if you just travel and take it easy, you will arrive ultimately at your
destination.

00:06:57 --> 00:07:25
			Then he says also how do I even mean? Well Harajuku, Avon, Fimo and ACARA fie Kitabi he one of the
who implement Buhari also collected another version of this hadith in his Sahaba and the wordings of
it are in the hair, the Deena used to run. Well a new shirt that Dina had on Illa Hala, who said
they do work on the Boo ABSHER or was the ennoble hardware to wash a minute donja.

00:07:27 --> 00:07:29
			So the other wording of the hadith is

00:07:30 --> 00:07:33
			indeed this religion is solid

00:07:34 --> 00:07:36
			is powerful solid.

00:07:39 --> 00:07:55
			Also the inheritor Dena used to run this religion is based on is is based on is what a new shirt
that Dina had on Illa Allah Who anyone who goes hard about the religion this religion will overwhelm
him

00:07:57 --> 00:08:00
			for Saturday do Arivu so

00:08:01 --> 00:08:31
			again the same thing, seek to hit the truth with your words and your actions. Were audible get as
close as possible if you can't reach it well Absheron and have hope was there in overload whatever
Raha che imminent danger and seek you know, help or ease in your travel by traveling early and late
by covering distance in the early days and the early hours and the later hours and also by traveling
during the night.

00:08:33 --> 00:08:55
			Well, hello Roger Averman Hadith yah, Isha turtle, the Allahu anha and you Nabi sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam and now God said de do Whakaari boo ABS shill for Inna. Hola, you defeated Jana. I had an AMA
who? Paula Antion rasool Allah Allah Allah Anna in danyetta Madani Allahu Bhima Feuilletine wa
rahma.

00:08:56 --> 00:09:18
			So another Hadith from actual the Allahu anha. Also in Al Bukhari that the Prophet SAW Selim said,
said they do work arriba will actually seek to hit the truth with your actions and your words. If
you don't hit the truth, if you don't hit the target, get as close as possible. Well, I'm sure we'll
have hope, be optimistic.

00:09:20 --> 00:09:25
			For indeed none of you will be entered into paradise due to their actions.

00:09:28 --> 00:10:00
			They said Not even you or messenger of Allah, he said don't even mean except if Allah Subhana Allah
to Allah covers me with his forgiveness and His mercy. Well hello Roger a government Hadith here and
in Nabi sallallahu alayhi wa sallam McCall said they do work on evil. What animal unwhole a *
killer I had to hold John Jana. We're in a herbal family in Allah He Eduardo Hawa and also Imam Al
Bukhari collected the Hadith from actually Allah Juana Allah's Messenger

00:10:00 --> 00:10:03
			As Salam said, said they do Akari boo.

00:10:05 --> 00:10:11
			Seek to hit the truth with your actions and your words. And if you don't hit the truth, get as close
as possible.

00:10:13 --> 00:10:14
			And know that

00:10:15 --> 00:10:18
			none of your actions will get you into paradise.

00:10:20 --> 00:10:29
			And the actions and the deeds that Allah loves the most are the ones that are most consistent, even
if they are little.

00:10:31 --> 00:10:59
			So he's saying, Imam Ibn Rajab says HTML atop the hill, a hadith of Sharifah and Arsalan alim, we'll
call it that in Mahima Words of Allah Valley hermosa it'll shut in masa in his city was sudo kill
Allah heeta Allah futari to heal mostly in a is saying these Hadith contain a great and important
principle and the very important foundation or rule

00:11:00 --> 00:11:14
			and from this rule, there are many branches that are important in our traveling towards Allah in our
journey towards Allah subhanho wa Taala on the way that needs to him.

00:11:16 --> 00:11:37
			Chapter and US Levine he's saying the great principle that these verses are these Hadith talked
about a mill Oslo for one MLL in sunny LA Eun Ji Mina now what are you free to hold Jana? We're in
the we're in a Dalek Akula who Inna maiasaura will be mouthfeel Attila he was.

00:11:38 --> 00:11:43
			The principal that these are Hadith clarified, is that

00:11:44 --> 00:11:52
			the deeds of a person will not enter that will not save that person from the hellfire and will not
enter him into paradise.

00:11:54 --> 00:12:12
			But salvation from the hellfire and entering into paradise can only be achieved through the
forgiveness of Allah and His mercy. That's the reason people are saved from the hellfire and the the
Enter Paradise is the forgiveness and the mercy of Allah not the deeds.

00:12:15 --> 00:12:24
			What the Quran Allah Aziz who either had the mana femur while the Archaea theologian coupled with
the heater Allah and the Quran has referred to this truth in many places.

00:12:25 --> 00:12:41
			Some of them are the statement of Allah subhanaw taala for Latina her jell o credo mean Dr. Him will
do visa vie de Wakata luapula Okay Farah Nana Hamza yell at him. Well it will defeat in the home
Jana integer demon daddy HA and HA Emraan

00:12:43 --> 00:12:55
			diverse says the meaning of it. Those who have migrated for the sake of Allah and they have been
expelled from their lands, and they've been harmed for the sake of Allah.

00:12:56 --> 00:13:07
			And they fought for the sake of Allah and they were killed. For the sake of Allah Allah says, I
shall forgive forgive their sins.

00:13:08 --> 00:13:29
			I shall remove their sins, and I shall enter them into Gardens under under which are underneath
which rivers flow? Whoa, who you Bashir Ahmad Abu Hamza rahmati, Minho. Ridhwan was a gnat in LA
homefree Hannah Amon mopane Allah gives them the glad tidings with a mercy from Him

00:13:31 --> 00:13:33
			and His pleasure

00:13:34 --> 00:13:40
			and gardens in which they will receive great blessings from Allah.

00:13:41 --> 00:13:58
			Whoa, whoa and the verses of Allah the statement of Allah to amino nebula he was only here to Jaya
he don't if he sebelah Hebei Ahmadi como unfussy come that he compiled on the coming content and
ammonia fella come to Nova calm, where you feel calm, Jeannette integrity, mental analysis of

00:13:59 --> 00:14:08
			Allah Subhan Allah says here, that you believe in Allah and His messenger. And you strive in the way
of Allah or you fight in the way of Allah.

00:14:09 --> 00:14:13
			By means of your wealth, and by means of your lives.

00:14:15 --> 00:14:17
			This is better for you if you truly know.

00:14:19 --> 00:14:28
			If you do so Allah will forgive you. Allah will forgive your sins and He will enter you into Gardens
under which rivers flow

00:14:30 --> 00:14:59
			for Cara Anabaena decoding Jannetty when the German dinar ouabain and metal Filati were Rama Fidel
now Hola, Yuna Lucia you mean daddy can be doing him a flotilla he or Mati? So Imam even Roger here
says he comments on these verses he's saying, so Allah, combined or Allah mentioned together, Allah,
Allah made entering paradise and salvation from the Hellfire Allah made that conditional on
forgiveness.

00:15:00 --> 00:15:13
			And the mercy from Allah subhanho wa Taala and this indicates that paradise cannot be attained
salvation from the Hellfire cannot be achieved without the forgiveness and the mercy of Allah.

00:15:15 --> 00:15:26
			All about yourself some of the early generations one of the early generations said, an earth hero to
IMMAF will Allah He Are we now? What duniya ima is smart Allah he will halacha

00:15:28 --> 00:15:32
			so one of the elder generation said, after the next life,

00:15:33 --> 00:15:38
			you get one of two, either forgiveness from Allah, or the hellfire.

00:15:39 --> 00:15:41
			And this dunya you get one of two,

00:15:42 --> 00:15:50
			either the protection of Allah from sins and Cofer on evil or destruction, spiritual destruction.

00:15:53 --> 00:16:21
			What kind of Mohammed Okinawa what drew us how to handle multi wire all at a como Salem, Illinois?
Are we for a we are for Allah. Muhammad Amin was one of the elder generations he used to, like every
day, at the end of the day when he leaves back home. Like he goes back to his house. And he departs
from his friends or his group, his students, he would give them a farewell. He says if I die tonight

00:16:23 --> 00:16:36
			it's either I end up in the Hellfire or the forgiveness of Allah. So I either get the Hellfire or
the forgiveness of Allah. Now we've been eligible. Somebody's mentioning these things to show that

00:16:37 --> 00:16:40
			the early generations understood from these verses

00:16:42 --> 00:16:50
			that we are heading to the Hellfire unless Allah subhanaw taala forgives us and blesses us with His
mercy.

00:16:52 --> 00:16:53
			We carry on

00:16:55 --> 00:17:15
			Oh, let me actually comment because there's a new chapter. So basically, what what is, in the module
humbly, here mean by this chapter, he basically means by the Hadith that he quoted from the prophets
of Salaam, that none of you will enter Paradise by means of your actions. Not even the Prophet SAW
Selim himself.

00:17:17 --> 00:17:18
			And

00:17:20 --> 00:17:27
			basically, what will enter someone in Paradise is the forgiveness from Allah, and Allah's mercy.

00:17:29 --> 00:17:39
			So you cannot earn paradise with your actions. That's the point he's making. You don't earn paradise
with your actions.

00:17:41 --> 00:18:05
			The only condition that has to be met for a person to enter paradise and without this condition no
one enters into paradise is attaining the forgiveness of Allah and His mercy. And that shows you in
your like, your own merit will not get you into paradise. Your own actions will not get you into
paradise.

00:18:06 --> 00:18:19
			Your own actions will not save you from the hellfire. So he's he trying? He's trying to clarify what
is the cause effect relationship? The effect we want is paradise. Now he's going to

00:18:21 --> 00:18:38
			try to verify or trying to clarify what is the real cause that interests people into paradise? We
assume that our actions are the cause. That once we achieve it, we get the effect which is paradise
and salvation from the hellfire. He's saying no.

00:18:39 --> 00:19:00
			They relate the causal relationship is not your deeds, safety from the hellfire and entering
paradise. He's saying no, that's, that's wrong, that's faulty. He's saying the cause that leads to
the effect which is entering paradise is attaining Allah's forgiveness and mercy.

00:19:02 --> 00:19:17
			Allah's forgiveness and mercy is the immediate cause that gets someone into paradise and saves that
person from the hellfire. Now this chapter is just to clarify this misconception. Then he's going
on. He's going to gonna move on to explain more.

00:19:20 --> 00:19:26
			Second, Chapter Vianne or Manitoba? Fill it will Hadith clarifying what

00:19:28 --> 00:19:32
			the letter the Arabic letter it's a it's a it's a preposition, preposition Bad.

00:19:33 --> 00:19:46
			Bad because in the Hadith, somebody and some of the verses, Allah will say that you enter paradise
Biba quantum Cameroon, big because all due to what you used to do.

00:19:49 --> 00:19:59
			Now this is a linguistic difference between English and Arabic. The letter B, which is B, has many
meanings in Arabic, has many meanings.

00:20:00 --> 00:20:11
			Some of its meanings is because of or due to, which is called a bat or suburbia. Right? Bat of
causality meaning

00:20:15 --> 00:20:19
			for example, you can say in Arabic, or are we to be measured up to Minalima

00:20:20 --> 00:20:33
			I felt quenched because I drank water. So drinking the water was the cause to quit quenching my
thirst. This is bad, some a B, A, B, B, man. Okay? B.

00:20:34 --> 00:20:44
			But bad doesn't always come in the sense of causality. It has other meanings. It has other means
he's going to clarify some of them

00:20:46 --> 00:20:47
			saying for Mac

00:20:51 --> 00:20:58
			for Mac over the Huhtala as to the statement of Allah which will kill Jana to refer to more Habima
can Tom time alone as

00:21:01 --> 00:21:25
			the people in paradise Allah Samantha dimensions and sources of profit will be set to them once they
enter paradise? Wait till Cal Jana to order two more Habima Quantum Time Alone and it's this is
paradise you were given it you were given paradise Bhima quantum turn that one. Now, if I were to
translate translate that literally do you to what you used to do because of what you used to do.

00:21:26 --> 00:21:36
			So a person face value. They might think, Oh, they entered Paradise because of their deeds because
of because of what they used to do.

00:21:37 --> 00:21:44
			Whoa, whoa, whoa, another statement from Allah from the Quran. Kulu wa shabu honey and Bhima has
left on Fil A Yeah, Mahalia and Hakka

00:21:45 --> 00:21:53
			eat and drink it will be said to the people in paradise eat and drink honey and like enjoy
congratulations

00:21:55 --> 00:22:03
			Bhima has left him because of what you used to do in the old days, and the worldly life

00:22:04 --> 00:22:24
			so he's saying fucker, the telephone of him and other liquor Lane this colors have differed with
regards to what that means the bat here the letter, the proposition, the preposition that, what does
it mean here? What does it refer to? A huduma under the hood Jannetty be rahmati he

00:22:25 --> 00:22:28
			and the whole agenda naughty, naughty? Well, I can

00:22:29 --> 00:22:30
			be Hassabis.

00:22:32 --> 00:23:20
			The first opinion as to clarifying these verses, because these verses at face value seem to suggest
causality between your deeds what we used to do an entering paradise. Right, the link is direct
deeds into you into paradise what you used to do, and turns you into paradise. Right? So he's, he's
saying the scholars have have two opinions as to how to explain these two verses. First opinion is
that entering paradise can only be achieved through the mercy of Allah. So the cause to enter in
Paradise is Allah's mercy. So what entered you into paradise is Allah's mercy? While our kingdom
salmon are a man behind? Well, I cannot assemble him and as a man, but the levels you get in

00:23:20 --> 00:23:35
			paradise, which level you get into, because paradise is levels as the prophets have said, like the
Paradise is grades and levels between each level and the higher level is just like the distance
between the heavens and the earth.

00:23:37 --> 00:23:52
			So you enter Paradise by the mercy of Allah, that's the cause to enter in paradise, but your deeds
still play a role and the role that your deeds play is basically they decide which level you enter
in paradise.

00:23:53 --> 00:23:54
			Okay?

00:23:55 --> 00:24:07
			God I'm not gonna I'm not a nurse if you haven't I am Allah to Allah said, Can we are on a Naja
Tamina Nari BF Willa. They used to see that

00:24:08 --> 00:24:12
			safety from the Hellfire or salvation from the Hellfire

00:24:13 --> 00:24:17
			was achieved due to the forgiveness of Allah.

00:24:19 --> 00:24:21
			When he says they he's talking about the companions

00:24:23 --> 00:24:30
			with the whole Jannetty Be Fugly he and interring paradise is a blessing from Allah as a gift from
Allah

00:24:31 --> 00:24:33
			worked to some old manners every bill

00:24:35 --> 00:24:37
			and classification

00:24:39 --> 00:24:47
			or assortment into different levels is based on the deeds. So he's saying basically saying the
Companions used to see

00:24:48 --> 00:25:00
			the cause effect relationship. So the effects we want. salvation from the Hellfire is achieved
through Allah's forgiveness, forgiveness salvation from

00:25:00 --> 00:25:01
			The Hellfire protection from the Alpha.

00:25:03 --> 00:25:06
			Paradise is the effect we want what's what's the cause for it?

00:25:07 --> 00:25:12
			Allah's blessings, it's a gift from Allah. Allah decides to gift you with it

00:25:13 --> 00:25:15
			that enters you into paradise.

00:25:16 --> 00:25:22
			And third thing, where do you Where are you placed in Paradise which level?

00:25:24 --> 00:25:28
			Which of the levels in paradise you are placed in? That's based on your deeds.

00:25:30 --> 00:25:33
			So first safety from the Hellfire is due to Allah's forgiveness.

00:25:35 --> 00:25:41
			Entering paradise is due to Allah's blessings Allah blesses you with that it's a gift from Allah
funnel.

00:25:43 --> 00:25:54
			Where which level you are allocated or you are placed in in paradise that's based on your deeds. He
said the Companions This is how they understood it.

00:25:57 --> 00:26:04
			Were Thani the second opinion as to how to explain these verses? Were Thani in Alba

00:26:05 --> 00:26:56
			and Muth better Ollie hater Allah Bhima contemptor I'm alone we're only he slept on a Yamaha Alia
bear or suburbia. The second opinion says that in these verses, because of what you used to do, and
because of your deeds you entered paradise is actually the causal bap. It shows causality. It
indicates causality. But not as you know, our first impression suggests waka Jain Hola Hola. Hola
suburban Lido. Holan Jana, okay. And Allah has made the deeds are caused to interring Paradise.
Allah has made the deeds a cause to entering paradise. Okay, he's not finished yet. So he's not
saying your deeds into your into paradise. It's a very, very nuanced statement. He's very precise

00:26:56 --> 00:27:20
			here. He's saying the second opinion says that the bat the preposition bat here signifies causality
Yes, but not as your first impression suggests is going to clarify it. Waka Jaya and Allahu lamina
suburban they do hola Jana. Allah made the deeds a cause a cause not the cause. A cause to entering
Paradise

00:27:21 --> 00:27:29
			will bear all men fear. Oh will he sallallahu alayhi wa sallam linea hola ahead on in Jana Toby
Emily.

00:27:30 --> 00:27:34
			Ban only mocha ability will Musa

00:27:35 --> 00:27:41
			what took a deal Linnaeus the headquarter had on the whole Jannetty be Emmalyn Yeah, man who

00:27:42 --> 00:27:43
			he saying.

00:27:48 --> 00:27:56
			In the Hadith where the prophets of salaam says none of you will enter Paradise because of their
deeds.

00:27:58 --> 00:28:04
			Right? The Hadith that we quoted, none of you will enter Paradise because of their deeds.

00:28:08 --> 00:28:24
			So he's saying how come now the verses suggest into Paradise because of your deeds right? Because of
what you used to do. The Prophet Solomon saying, what? None of you will enter Paradise because of
their deeds. So how do we reconcile seems to be some kind of

00:28:25 --> 00:28:27
			conflict here in the meaning.

00:28:28 --> 00:28:29
			And by the way,

00:28:30 --> 00:28:33
			this is something on the side, but it's important.

00:28:35 --> 00:29:04
			Throughout the Muslim history, there appeared a group of people sometimes who would question the
Sunnah the Hadith, of the Prophet sallallahu sallam, they would say the Quran we know is preserved,
but the Sunnah, it's humans, they narrated it, but there's probably been some mistakes and the
scholars have differed about some a hadith is it authentic or not, was in aerated about that
Narrator whether it's he is trustworthy or not, and so on and so forth. So we don't want to get into
all this, you know, this gray area of Hadith, we just take the Quran and that's it.

00:29:06 --> 00:29:46
			And that's a great miss this great, you know, misguidance it's a great misguidance hamdulillah the
Quran is clear that we are supposed to follow the Quran and the words of the prophets, Allah Salam,
the Prophet SAW Selim, he's a hadith are clear, the companions of the Allah who I know have a
consensus on the obligation of following the instructions and the Hadith of the Prophet salallahu
Salam, and the tambourine as well. And the Muslim scholars, the Muslim Omar has always been just
like this has always been like this, some groups appeared on the fringes that were refuted. And it
was established that these people have gone astray like Omar Tesla, for example, they challenged the

00:29:46 --> 00:29:56
			Hadith of the prophets of Salaam, not necessarily completely, but any Hadith that did not agree with
their logic. They would explain it away and discredit the Hadith.

00:29:57 --> 00:29:59
			And they questioned some of the Hadith like

00:30:00 --> 00:30:14
			Some of the Hadith that came through were they called Hadith ahead, which is basically a hadith that
was narrated at some level by either one or two or three people came only through through one way or
two ways or three ways they want more than that.

00:30:15 --> 00:30:26
			So there will be there were some attempts, some at some point in history as well there appeared some
some groups among Muslims who would say no, we only follow the Quran we don't need the Hadith.

00:30:27 --> 00:30:47
			And these people call themselves today Al Quran a human, which is a false even like title, they
don't deserve this because they they contradicting the Quran anyway. They call themselves the Quran
a human right, they say we take only the Quran, the Sunnah this was, this was all human effort, a
lot of it was made up, there was many lies, etc, and so on and so forth.

00:30:48 --> 00:31:00
			hamdulillah all of this was refuted. These days, recently, there's been a few individuals in the
Arab world appearing. And they are gaining unfortunately, some dominance because they're given a lot
of exposure in the media.

00:31:02 --> 00:31:40
			And those people, the majority of them don't come from an Islamic background. Some of them are our
engineers, some of them are architects, some of them are in the pharmaceutical industry, etc, right?
And they just they love reading and studying. But obviously now they some of them are getting to a
point where they are actually questioning the whole authenticity of the Sunnah of the Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa salam. So among them is like a guy called Muhammad shahada and I was getting,
and there is a guy as well, who gives explanation. So he's claiming this is scientific explanation.

00:31:41 --> 00:31:42
			What's his name?

00:31:44 --> 00:32:00
			He can, like he's now using physics to, to exactly locate where the Hellfire is now in the horizon,
and stuff like this. And, and he makes he's making calculations and so on and so forth. What's his
name?

00:32:03 --> 00:32:19
			Anyway, and unfortunately, these things are having a market like people are following them, but and
I thought these things would not spread. But recently, I've been, like, been having some discussions
with some people we like, and the

00:32:20 --> 00:32:27
			they're actually bringing these points up, you know, know the Hadith, we take the Quran because the
Hadith and awesome people differ about it. And so

00:32:28 --> 00:33:00
			that's not how you scientifically deal with things. The fact that there were some differences among
scholars does not mean we explain away all the Hadith, let's do away with it. No, there's, you
either speak. Like with regards to medicine, you know, how often doctors make mistakes. So often,
right? A lot of like, surgeries are not necessary. A lot of mistakes happen in surgeries, a lot of
like wrong diagnosis, and so on and so forth. But we don't like do away with medicine, okay, let's
write it off.

00:33:01 --> 00:33:19
			Due to the mistakes, even though these mistakes happen quite often we don't, you know, write off
medicine. Why because if it's if it's valid, it is it has value. And it's, it's well established,
and it's a science. You cannot explain a science with conjecture.

00:33:20 --> 00:33:38
			You cannot explain away a science, a science with anecdotes and stories and personal examples. You
can't you need you need to critique that science scientifically, logically, objectively and
establish something else. Otherwise you don't open your mouth.

00:33:40 --> 00:34:09
			The same applies to the Hadith of the Prophet SAW Selim. Like some of them, they claim, you know,
this hadith was all put together by an NFL Bessie Yeah, the herbicide caliphs, because when they
took over the Umayyads, they wanted to change. They wanted to write a whole like literature to
support their own taking over and their own atrocities. So they started burning some of the
authentic books of Hadith. And they instructed this scholars to make up some a hadith enter.

00:34:10 --> 00:34:49
			What as if, like, our history was a mess, as if our scholars were people you could buy with money,
as if, like, you basically discrediting all of the history, all of history, you're writing off our
scholars and our heritage by making such claims, which obviously have no foundation. If you were to
scientifically critique them, you can take five, six incidents that happened, and then over
generalize them over hundreds of 1000s of scholars, right. And the kind of structure that the
scholars put to our to the Hadith of the Prophet, Salah Salem is so robust that all of the fake ones
were exposed. They were exposed.

00:34:51 --> 00:34:59
			So again, like that's the issue that's the problem with when someone like myself like I don't like
maybe let's say I had surgery and

00:35:00 --> 00:35:18
			turned out to be wrong, etc. I just have an emotional attitude against medicine on I go on Facebook
and I go on YouTube and start making videos and I make them like look very sophisticated and
educated and intellectual. And I just thought, you know, a movement against medicine.

00:35:20 --> 00:35:50
			Yeah, he's gonna pick up by the way he's gonna, because this, there's no shortage of crazy people in
the world, by the way, you can almost sell anything in this world, especially ideas. And if you are,
if you know how to speak well, and how to present yourself as as an intellectual, an educated
person, and make some quotes and some references to history and some philosophical references, and
people are gonna buy into that. It's easy to, you know, to throw these baits and ensnare people.

00:35:52 --> 00:35:59
			So, okay, so in some of the claims of these people, Hey, you'll find the Hadith contradicts the
verses of the Quran.

00:36:01 --> 00:36:30
			No, you know, there's a science that the Muslim scholars have established. And it's about basically
how to bring what seems to be a contradiction to clarify that the contradiction is only in your
head. In reality, there's no contradiction, okay? So we don't have much time right? Five minutes.
Okay. So sha Allah Friday we're going to carry on we're going to see how imam of illogical me that's
a beautiful exercise by the way, how he's going to reconcile what seems to be a contradiction.

00:36:32 --> 00:37:11
			verses that say into you have entered Paradise because of your deeds. Be okay using the preposition
be. And a statement from the prophets of salaam says that none of you will into Paradise because of
their deeds seems to be a contradiction. How does he remember legible humbly show that there's no
contradiction, okay. Doesn't show a lot, how he what he's going to explain and we will deal with
that Friday insha Allah Friday, and we will start probably by then 745 745 Friday Insha Allah, I'll
let you do your DUA insha Allah before start and get ready. Is that Kamala Harris Allah Messner,
Hamid video, Samuel Salam
