00:06:41 --> 00:06:41
			And when

00:06:45 --> 00:06:46
			we look at building

00:06:49 --> 00:06:52
			what a very, very noble high soldier that agenda

00:06:55 --> 00:06:56
			will come. I

00:06:57 --> 00:07:00
			mean, unless he had the idea. It was a comic it

00:07:02 --> 00:07:02
			was

00:07:03 --> 00:07:06
			for the German war visor agenda. It

00:07:07 --> 00:07:08
			was well how did the more

00:07:12 --> 00:07:18
			children that we have we had a young woman over to have an 11

00:07:19 --> 00:07:23
			year journey around the nursery. I've had him

00:07:24 --> 00:07:35
			with me f1 McKenna is a second measurable hydrogen atom as well. How did you drive? And let
intercooler yoga do

00:07:37 --> 00:07:51
			what originally we'd have a project where that is given Sabina alborada. Who arena the * was
wrong with that? What you don't know how many

00:07:54 --> 00:07:57
			women I mean, how do you know how open minded

00:07:58 --> 00:08:01
			women are when we have an astronaut kinetic

00:08:03 --> 00:08:04
			men to be celibate? I

00:08:06 --> 00:08:07
			mean and why?

00:08:08 --> 00:08:11
			Later, Sharia law however, I

00:08:14 --> 00:08:15
			would have no idea

00:08:19 --> 00:08:20
			where it goes someday when

00:08:24 --> 00:08:27
			I have a fraud he had to swap the furniture

00:08:29 --> 00:08:29
			as well as

00:08:30 --> 00:08:35
			the nuts. Once in a while soldier gun held on

00:08:37 --> 00:08:37
			for quite a while.

00:08:39 --> 00:08:40
			In Canada,

00:08:42 --> 00:08:46
			in Canada, was that so here in Canada.

00:08:51 --> 00:08:51
			So

00:08:53 --> 00:08:54
			what happened here?

00:08:56 --> 00:08:57
			Columbus innovative dancing men,

00:08:59 --> 00:09:02
			either married or with

00:09:04 --> 00:09:05
			a

00:09:10 --> 00:09:10
			woman

00:09:12 --> 00:09:13
			or photography what

00:09:16 --> 00:09:16
			we have

00:09:27 --> 00:09:28
			here brothers and sisters.

00:09:31 --> 00:09:34
			For the past week, actually for the past two weeks,

00:09:35 --> 00:09:40
			I've been contemplating on many issues that I want to present.

00:09:41 --> 00:09:42
			And today's for

00:09:43 --> 00:09:48
			many, we have so many occasions. We have so many events. And then we were

00:09:49 --> 00:09:51
			struck this past week

00:09:52 --> 00:09:59
			with this disaster or catastrophe that took place. everybody's aware of it, but they're saying that
the death toll might have

00:10:00 --> 00:10:02
			Reach 100,000. For more,

00:10:03 --> 00:10:04
			right.

00:10:05 --> 00:10:06
			And we have this

00:10:08 --> 00:10:23
			falling and deteriorating economy that is putting a lot of pressure on many families. And then on
the other hand, in a resume try to deal with many people who have personal issues and crises and
dilemmas.

00:10:24 --> 00:10:28
			And many of us seem to be stuck in situations that that

00:10:29 --> 00:10:34
			you know, and they're losing hope. They're falling into a state of despair.

00:10:36 --> 00:10:44
			And many of those dilemmas and issues might have different causes.

00:10:46 --> 00:10:48
			But there is a common factor

00:10:50 --> 00:10:52
			contemplating on those issues.

00:10:53 --> 00:11:02
			And the fact that I was asked recently about, you know, parents rights and, and people looking
forward to Mother's Day and all these

00:11:04 --> 00:11:05
			questions coming up again,

00:11:07 --> 00:11:19
			today about mothers and is it okay to celebrate and celebrate and all these issues remind me of a
story told to us by the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and collected by Navajo families and
authentic story.

00:11:22 --> 00:11:27
			The story involves three individuals, three men, from the generations that came before

00:11:28 --> 00:11:29
			the grace of God.

00:11:30 --> 00:11:33
			And this is a real story. It's not a metaphor.

00:11:34 --> 00:11:43
			It is not a parable. It is not exactly the prophecy. It's not a fiction. It is a real story that
took place on this planet.

00:11:44 --> 00:11:46
			3 million men like you and I

00:11:47 --> 00:11:51
			set out on a journey, the prompts on Walmart incentive told his companions

00:11:54 --> 00:11:55
			during that journey,

00:11:56 --> 00:11:57
			it started getting dark.

00:11:58 --> 00:12:00
			As it started to rain,

00:12:02 --> 00:12:13
			they looked around, they saw no villages, nothing. The only place where they can find shelter was a
key nearby.

00:12:14 --> 00:12:18
			So they proceeded to that came in, they said, let's just spend the night here.

00:12:20 --> 00:12:23
			And the next day, we'll, we'll continue our journey.

00:12:24 --> 00:12:27
			As soon as they entered this key,

00:12:29 --> 00:12:35
			a huge rock or Boulder, rolled down from the top of the mountain.

00:12:36 --> 00:12:38
			And was was

00:12:39 --> 00:12:44
			at the entrance of that cave, blocking it and trapping them inside.

00:12:45 --> 00:12:56
			Now you can imagine, the poorer, you can imagine the despair, you can imagine the state of fear that
these three men were

00:12:58 --> 00:12:59
			no cell phones,

00:13:00 --> 00:13:10
			no navigation devices, no way to detect where they are? No, no way to get any kind of rescue.

00:13:12 --> 00:13:17
			But commonly one of them suggested is that listen, we have someone that we can count on here.

00:13:20 --> 00:13:21
			Let's call it

00:13:23 --> 00:13:28
			now how many knows when we find ourselves stuck in a situation

00:13:29 --> 00:13:31
			can calmly without panicking

00:13:33 --> 00:13:39
			can call me and go back to our senses and say this quote karma.

00:13:41 --> 00:13:44
			It takes some some some faith, some certainty.

00:13:45 --> 00:13:47
			It takes some strength.

00:13:49 --> 00:13:54
			But maybe the rest of the story will tell us why these men were able

00:13:55 --> 00:13:58
			to keep their cool and find

00:14:00 --> 00:14:05
			a way out of this mess or out of this dilemma.

00:14:06 --> 00:14:12
			So they said, Let's call upon Omar on the merits

00:14:13 --> 00:14:15
			of some or one

00:14:16 --> 00:14:25
			of our good deeds, the best. The best deed that we did for the sake of about anything that we have,
let's recall that the

00:14:26 --> 00:14:30
			and on the marriage of that deed call upon the wiser

00:14:31 --> 00:14:34
			and ask the Lord to bring us a relief and to rescue us.

00:14:36 --> 00:14:40
			So maybe that will give us a clue as to why they weren't able to

00:14:41 --> 00:14:52
			to be calm. Why they were able to resort back to that faith and connection. They have to realize
they have some good deeds that they could count on.

00:14:54 --> 00:14:56
			They knew from before

00:14:58 --> 00:14:59
			many people who only know how

00:15:00 --> 00:15:04
			They're stuck in a situation and there's nothing they can do.

00:15:06 --> 00:15:09
			They only turn to the last panel down and they're desperate.

00:15:10 --> 00:15:18
			These men, from before, had a relationship with a lot had a connection with the last panel data. So
when they were desperate,

00:15:19 --> 00:15:23
			they were able to count on that connection in that relationship. They had no walls. And

00:15:26 --> 00:15:33
			so the first man started praying. And he said, and now each one of them is

00:15:35 --> 00:15:36
			talking about what he didn't

00:15:38 --> 00:15:40
			relate to a Muslim candidate.

00:15:42 --> 00:15:49
			He's actually telling me something that I must have had a nose off. But he is submitting this story.

00:15:50 --> 00:16:06
			Right before he makes his prayer or his request from a loss of paddle paddle. So the first man said,
Oh, I have enough that I have to my parents, my father, my mother, they were very old. And I used to
take care of him.

00:16:07 --> 00:16:21
			And it was my habit, I developed this habit out of respect and love for my parents, that I would
make them whenever he brings milk or brings any kind of meal, his parents go first, how to respect
love and devotion,

00:16:22 --> 00:16:28
			honoring his parents. So it happened that one time all along, I went too far.

00:16:29 --> 00:16:33
			And by the time I came back, they had fallen asleep.

00:16:35 --> 00:16:47
			And I hated to break my habit, it was caught up. It might sound a little or insignificant to any of
us was a big deal. But this man, his love and devotion for his parents was real.

00:16:49 --> 00:16:58
			This habit of making his parents go first, was not to to get back at someone or to tease someone or
to show or.

00:17:00 --> 00:17:07
			But rather, it was a genuine expression of gratitude, devotion and love from his parents.

00:17:08 --> 00:17:12
			And he couldn't forgive himself for you know, making it there late.

00:17:13 --> 00:17:16
			So he held that bowl of milk in his hand,

00:17:18 --> 00:17:20
			hoping that they would wake up at any moment.

00:17:23 --> 00:17:26
			And he kept doing that all night long. Until

00:17:27 --> 00:17:32
			Dawn, he says to a loss of habitat and his dog.

00:17:34 --> 00:17:45
			And another narration, he says that my children were beneath me crying, and the whole time he was
struggling with with with this desire to have, you know, he didn't want to break his habit.

00:17:47 --> 00:17:54
			We're not talking about listening to his parents. We're not talking about helping his parents we're
not talking about when they're when they're desperate. No, they were sleep.

00:17:59 --> 00:18:06
			And nowadays, we have parents like to go to a shelter. We have parents, I mean, I

00:18:07 --> 00:18:16
			I did not. I never thought that Muslims were capable of throwing their parents in nursing homes and
not checking on them.

00:18:18 --> 00:18:26
			I never thought that I would hear a story of parents who had done everything they could for their
children,

00:18:27 --> 00:18:37
			you know, having a nervous breakdown. Because one of their children threw them in a stand in a
nursing home and left them for years without

00:18:39 --> 00:18:40
			without any.

00:18:42 --> 00:18:45
			I never thought that a Muslim,

00:18:47 --> 00:18:55
			an elder an innocent man or woman will end up getting cremated because the nursing home could not
reach their children.

00:18:58 --> 00:19:39
			So this man says, oh, Lord, I couldn't break that habit of mine by parents woke up, I gave them the
milk. And they drank first. I didn't have to allow. If I made this for your sake, then bring relief
get us out of this the puzzle. While it was intended immediately, the rock or the boulder shifted,
made a movement giving them a little opening, they are able to see the light, but they're not able
to leave because it wasn't wide enough. It wasn't big enough. But they knew that they were on the
right track. So the second man got down on his knees started praying for most parents. And he
started confessing and now this case is totally different.

00:19:42 --> 00:19:46
			This man said to us that all along you know that I had

00:19:47 --> 00:19:55
			a relative something that was related to a female that he was in love with the elective so much.

00:19:56 --> 00:19:58
			I loved her more than anyone can love someone else.

00:20:00 --> 00:20:05
			He said that that I tried to have a relationship with her and she refused.

00:20:06 --> 00:20:17
			Until one day she felt that she had a financial crisis he was she was going through some financial
trouble. So she came to me asking for money.

00:20:18 --> 00:20:27
			And he is telling them what kind of house he offered. He said, Oh, well, you know that I offered her
120 pieces of gold

00:20:28 --> 00:20:31
			with a condition that she will let me do whatever I want with her.

00:20:32 --> 00:20:33
			And she agreed.

00:20:36 --> 00:20:38
			And then he said, When I came

00:20:39 --> 00:20:40
			to touch her,

00:20:41 --> 00:20:42
			she said,

00:20:43 --> 00:20:44
			she made a statement.

00:20:45 --> 00:20:47
			She said, fear of law,

00:20:48 --> 00:20:49
			and do not do this.

00:20:52 --> 00:20:56
			That little reminder, may have snuck out of the seat.

00:20:59 --> 00:21:04
			And he says, Okay, go, I'm not going to do this. It triggered that fear,

00:21:06 --> 00:21:11
			which was there. But somehow it was overcome by that loss of that desire that he had.

00:21:14 --> 00:21:16
			modesty, chastity.

00:21:18 --> 00:21:32
			And he walked away from her repenting for muscle power that he says in his confession, all if I did
that, for your sake, relievers, if you have accepted that from me, as a good deal,

00:21:33 --> 00:21:42
			then relievers, or bring us a relief and get us out of this Westfields, the process, a lot of it was
set up set, the rock further shifted.

00:21:43 --> 00:21:58
			And they knew that they were on the right track. So the third that gets them to start straight to
Allah subhana wa tada that he says all along, you know that I have hired people to do some work some
contractors.

00:21:59 --> 00:22:04
			And he agreed, or they had an agreement amongst them that he will pay them a certain amount.

00:22:05 --> 00:22:21
			At the end of that job that they did, he paid every single one of them except one. Some scholars say
that the man was angry, he wanted more. But you know, this person up, you know, basically said,
Whatever we agreed upon, that's what I'm going to pay.

00:22:22 --> 00:22:36
			So whatever the cause of that man need to go to the party without getting his wage or getting paid.
And how this man leaves. One hour all these people leaves without getting his paycheck without
getting his money.

00:22:38 --> 00:22:42
			So instead, I took that money, I put it aside and I started investigating for him.

00:22:43 --> 00:22:51
			After a while the man comes back. And he says, Give me my money. Now he's expecting a little few
pennies or

00:22:52 --> 00:23:00
			so he says, oh, come come with me. I'll show you where everybody is. And he takes him to a value
full of sheets, lemmas tabs and anything you can think of.

00:23:02 --> 00:23:35
			He invested in that in that is that wealth of his until two became a huge amount of wealth. So he
says that's your money. The man looks at me and says, Yeah, I mean, come on. immigrated. Don't make
fun of me, just give me my money. Let me go. He's like, no, this is your money. I am personally
free. Take it, as you are sewers. He says all along, you know that he took it all not leaving
anything behind nothing. Even 10% commission or 20%. commission. He took it all with him and I did
not stop them all that for you receive

00:23:36 --> 00:23:41
			relief and rescue us gets out of this process and said that the rock rolled

00:23:42 --> 00:23:45
			and it was wide open for them. And they all walked to safety.

00:23:48 --> 00:23:55
			One side of the story brothers and sisters, do we have these that we can count on when we are

00:23:56 --> 00:23:57
			desperate?

00:23:58 --> 00:24:00
			Do we have something that we can count on?

00:24:01 --> 00:24:03
			Do we have those kinds of

00:24:04 --> 00:24:11
			incidents and those kinds of these that we can recall or we can count on them before it was handled?

00:24:14 --> 00:24:18
			I say as Nazca was was able to make you an arm those who listened and followed the vessel they
listened to the auto metal.

00:24:21 --> 00:24:31
			Please move forward filling fill up fill all the Gulf of gas brothers, please make sure that you
don't block the passages and make sure that you follow the instructions on

00:24:47 --> 00:24:47
			how

00:24:48 --> 00:24:49
			to set up

00:24:52 --> 00:24:59
			on the common factor between those three cases that they mentioned was that they were all sincere
that they all have to uphold the law.

00:25:00 --> 00:25:13
			awareness for the field realizing the fear of the law or that awareness and realize that sense of
responsibility may be one of them, honors parents, and not not even for a moment.

00:25:16 --> 00:25:24
			break this habit or this tradition of showing honor and respect for his parents.

00:25:26 --> 00:25:44
			The fear of loss origin, that sometimes may be overcome for a little bit for a short period of time,
believe it or not come by, but lost the weaknesses and the desires and shortcomings it may be. But
it will help the believer come back. Lots of hurdles I was in,

00:25:45 --> 00:25:47
			in Arizona for ministry.

00:25:49 --> 00:25:50
			for

00:25:51 --> 00:25:58
			believing men and women are not necessarily immune to the whispers in the temptations of Satan. They
may,

00:25:59 --> 00:26:01
			they may get those whispers.

00:26:03 --> 00:26:06
			But they are a literal loss of handling.

00:26:07 --> 00:26:20
			At one point, they will snap out of whatever they may be in whatever mood she's one might catch
them, and they will snap out of it and return to a loss of power to Allah and repentance.

00:26:24 --> 00:26:25
			The third man

00:26:27 --> 00:26:28
			went out of his way.

00:26:30 --> 00:26:34
			And he did not less wealth and money.

00:26:37 --> 00:26:39
			He did not have any of that

00:26:41 --> 00:26:43
			decision or tempt him.

00:26:45 --> 00:26:48
			And he didn't really have to do what he didn't.

00:26:50 --> 00:26:51
			But that's what happens

00:26:52 --> 00:26:55
			when a person has high standards,

00:26:56 --> 00:26:57
			and goes the extra mile.

00:26:59 --> 00:27:03
			So it is these kind of these brothers and sisters that we need to

00:27:04 --> 00:27:20
			compete and do it. Because of these these kind of these that we will be able to count on a
volunteer, we will be able to count upon if we are stuck in any situation if we are desperate.

00:27:22 --> 00:27:32
			Or on the danger of judgment, we'll be able to recall those incidents. And that may be as the same
those people that may be the cause of our salvation.

00:27:37 --> 00:27:39
			Remember that these three men knew almost

00:27:40 --> 00:27:52
			from before, sometimes How about people have to go through some hardship in order for them to turn
for love. What is shocking is that despite all of the things that we see happening to other people,

00:27:54 --> 00:28:01
			despite all of the tragic tragedies that other families suffer from, despite some of those

00:28:02 --> 00:28:18
			crisis that we go through as individuals, some of us are still insisting on their old ways. Some of
us are still turning away from the last panel into what does it take to turn back to a live
religion? What does it take for us to wake up?

00:28:20 --> 00:28:25
			What does it take for us to humble ourselves and submit to a logical agenda?

00:28:27 --> 00:28:32
			I asked a lot. So whichever you make you listen to the best of what they listen to.

00:28:34 --> 00:28:36
			I just want to remind the brothers and sisters that

00:28:38 --> 00:28:39
			summer time is approaching.

00:28:40 --> 00:29:03
			And one of those things that we need to pay attention to is that summertime comes with challenges
and dangers. However, it also comes with some opportunities. So let's pay special attention this
year to our families and our children. And make sure that that we take advantage of this of this
period, summertime is not a time for the parents to take a break from parenting.

00:29:05 --> 00:29:13
			I don't know if you are aware of this or not teen definitely factor of fatality during summertime
increases

00:29:14 --> 00:29:21
			in the month starting from the month of May, going through the month of June, and it reaches its
peak in the month of July and August.

00:29:24 --> 00:29:34
			And, you know, so we don't want our any of our children to be part of those statistics in those
numbers. So let's pay more attention to our children and let's have something

00:29:36 --> 00:29:39
			constructive and ready for them to start planning

00:29:41 --> 00:29:42
			as pack animals.

00:29:44 --> 00:29:47
			Also, please do not forget to support

00:29:48 --> 00:29:50
			and pray for me.

00:29:51 --> 00:29:53
			For those who perish

00:29:54 --> 00:29:56
			recent cycles

00:29:58 --> 00:29:59
			You know, I've heard that

00:30:00 --> 00:30:10
			One of the local brothers actually lost many family members, we asked them was sort of mercy upon
their souls to give patience and strength.

00:30:11 --> 00:30:20
			Also a reminder of our monthly withdrawal, through which we basically maintain the take care of
expenses and the

00:30:22 --> 00:30:23
			utilities

00:30:24 --> 00:30:26
			had had dropped significantly.

00:30:28 --> 00:30:50
			Please make sure that you, if you haven't done this, make sure that you, you, you participate in
this, this is a type of charity or so the further you get without even realizing. And if anyone
tells me Well, I'm having some trouble. One of those ways where you can get relief is if you help
because if you help us compiler will help you.

00:30:55 --> 00:30:56
			I just want to share with you

00:30:58 --> 00:31:10
			a thought form on behalf actually of the, of the volunteers, and the committees that they represent.
And, and on behalf of the committee, I'd like to extend

00:31:13 --> 00:31:30
			my appreciation and asked was accounting data to bless a couple of individuals that were very
instrumental in helping the committee there are the pioneers that that helped build this mission.
And they have recently or within the last,

00:31:31 --> 00:31:45
			I think last week, they retire from their position as board members of the Board of Directors here
at the Salk Institute of Orange County had the essence of law, who was the president and his agenda
was to

00:31:46 --> 00:32:12
			retire and to give away for, for other people who just want to ask the Lord to bless their efforts
and accept their deeds. And, and I asked him why he has an agenda to reward them for all the good
that they did for the community and forgive them for for a shortcoming or a mistake. And we asked a
loss of data to you know, bless them and bless their families except their needs and ask them

00:32:13 --> 00:32:19
			to guide even those who are taking their position and do the right thing

00:32:27 --> 00:32:29
			is Antonio Medina

00:32:35 --> 00:32:37
			graduated the program.

00:32:45 --> 00:32:57
			Today, we have two special individuals with us, both of them are about to actually join the
community and they would like to take the Shahada and

00:32:58 --> 00:33:09
			declare their becoming Muslim and share that with you. So please bear with us for quite a while. So
I will have both mother and brother john here and

00:33:10 --> 00:33:10
			so

00:33:27 --> 00:33:28
			Ronnie

00:33:34 --> 00:33:36
			McKenna is a sir.

00:33:38 --> 00:33:43
			Well, how did you drive and let interpret to be able to do

00:33:44 --> 00:33:50
			what I did you know, we'd have a project where we would have Sabine and Miranda who was

00:33:51 --> 00:33:56
			the one that was sort of the future with that work was a

00:34:01 --> 00:34:04
			woman who hadn't met a

00:34:05 --> 00:34:09
			woman she had Quranic

00:34:10 --> 00:34:12
			mail to be sent a visa

00:34:14 --> 00:34:15
			mean and why

00:34:16 --> 00:34:17
			later Sheree and

00:34:18 --> 00:34:21
			I let me have a nice

00:34:25 --> 00:34:26
			coffee

00:34:32 --> 00:34:34
			a fraud he had to swap the furniture

00:34:36 --> 00:34:36
			as well

00:34:38 --> 00:34:41
			as once in a while,

00:34:42 --> 00:34:43
			then held on

00:34:44 --> 00:34:45
			for quite a

00:34:46 --> 00:34:46
			while

00:34:51 --> 00:34:54
			What's that, so here in Canada

00:35:01 --> 00:35:06
			We'll have to keep an eye on the second column. I think the way that Nancy meant that men are

00:35:07 --> 00:35:12
			married. Oh, wait a minute. Oh, my God, I believe

00:35:13 --> 00:35:15
			in the last one to be happy as a man.

00:35:17 --> 00:35:18
			Woman, how do you feel co Ed?

00:35:35 --> 00:35:36
			Dear brothers and sisters

00:35:39 --> 00:35:41
			for the past week, actually, for the past two weeks,

00:35:42 --> 00:35:48
			I've been contemplating on many issues that I want to present.

00:35:49 --> 00:35:49
			And today's for

00:35:51 --> 00:35:55
			many, we have so many occasions, we have so many events. And then we were

00:35:57 --> 00:35:58
			struck this past week

00:35:59 --> 00:36:11
			with this disaster or catastrophe that took place. everybody's aware of it, they're saying that the
death toll might reach 100,000 or more. Right.

00:36:12 --> 00:36:14
			And we have this

00:36:15 --> 00:36:30
			falling and deteriorating economy there is putting a lot of pressure on many families. And then on
the other hand, in resume now I deal with many people who have personal issues and crisis and
dilemmas.

00:36:32 --> 00:36:35
			And many of us seem to be stuck in situations and that

00:36:37 --> 00:36:41
			you know, and they're losing hope. They're falling into a state of despair.

00:36:44 --> 00:36:44
			And

00:36:45 --> 00:36:52
			many of those dilemmas and issues might have different causes.

00:36:53 --> 00:36:56
			But there is a common factor

00:36:58 --> 00:36:59
			contemplating on those issues.

00:37:01 --> 00:37:27
			And the fact that I was asked recently about, you know, parents rights, and then and people are
looking forward to Mother's Day and all these issues and question coming up again, in whether they
say about mothers and is it okay to celebrate, not to celebrate and all these issues, remind me of a
story told to us by the prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam and collected by another 200 a funny
story.

00:37:29 --> 00:37:34
			The story involves three individuals, three men, from the generations that came before

00:37:35 --> 00:37:36
			the grace of God.

00:37:38 --> 00:37:40
			And this is a real story. It's not a metaphor.

00:37:42 --> 00:37:50
			It is not a parable. It is not an example, the prophecy was not a fiction. It is a real story that
took place on this planet.

00:37:51 --> 00:37:53
			Three men in mainland Europe

00:37:55 --> 00:37:59
			set out on a journey, the promise of a lot of money in the center told his companions

00:38:01 --> 00:38:02
			during that journey,

00:38:03 --> 00:38:05
			it started getting dark.

00:38:06 --> 00:38:08
			As it started to rain,

00:38:09 --> 00:38:20
			they looked around, they saw no villages, nothing. The only place where they can find shelter was
the key nearby.

00:38:22 --> 00:38:25
			So they proceeded to that trade. And they said, let's just spend the night here.

00:38:27 --> 00:38:30
			And the next day, we'll, we'll continue our journey.

00:38:32 --> 00:38:34
			As soon as they entered this key,

00:38:36 --> 00:38:42
			a huge rock or a boulder rolling down from the top of the mountain

00:38:44 --> 00:38:45
			and was lodged

00:38:47 --> 00:38:51
			at the interest of that cave, blocking it and trapping them inside.

00:38:52 --> 00:39:04
			Now you can imagine the quarter, you can imagine the despair, you can imagine the state of fear that
these three men were

00:39:05 --> 00:39:06
			no cell phones.

00:39:08 --> 00:39:17
			No navigation devices, no way to detect where they are. No, no way to get any kind of rescue.

00:39:19 --> 00:39:25
			But commonly one of them suggested and said listen, we have someone that we can count on here.

00:39:27 --> 00:39:29
			Let's call upon them.

00:39:30 --> 00:39:39
			Now how many knows when we find ourselves stuck in a situation can calmly without panicking

00:39:41 --> 00:39:46
			can call me and go back to our senses and say this qualifies

00:39:48 --> 00:39:51
			addicts some some some faith some certainty.

00:39:52 --> 00:39:54
			It takes some strength.

00:39:56 --> 00:39:59
			But maybe the rest of the story will tell us more

00:40:00 --> 00:40:01
			These men were able

00:40:03 --> 00:40:06
			to keep their cool and find

00:40:08 --> 00:40:12
			a way out of this mess or out of this dilemma.

00:40:14 --> 00:40:33
			So they said, Let's call upon a mom, on the marriage of some, or one of our good deeds, the best
good deed, the best deed that we did for the sake of about anything that we have, let's recall that
the,

00:40:34 --> 00:40:37
			and on the marriage of that deed, call upon the wiser,

00:40:38 --> 00:40:41
			and ask the Lord to bring us a relief into rescues.

00:40:43 --> 00:40:48
			So maybe that will give us a clue as to why they were able to,

00:40:49 --> 00:40:52
			to be calm, why they were able to

00:40:53 --> 00:40:59
			resort back to that faith and connection, they have to realize they have some good deeds that they
could count on.

00:41:01 --> 00:41:03
			They knew from before

00:41:05 --> 00:41:12
			many people who only know a lot, they're stuck in a situation and there's nothing they can do.

00:41:13 --> 00:41:15
			They only turn to the last panel.

00:41:17 --> 00:41:26
			These men know what law from before had a relationship with a law had a connection with what was
panel data. So when they were desperate,

00:41:27 --> 00:41:31
			they were able to count on that connection in that relationship. They have no boss. And

00:41:34 --> 00:41:41
			so the first man started praying. And he said, and now each one of them is

00:41:42 --> 00:41:44
			talking about what he did.

00:41:46 --> 00:41:48
			related to a Muslim kind of attack.

00:41:49 --> 00:41:57
			He is he's actually telling you what I was gonna do something that I must have had a nose off. But
he is submitted this story

00:41:58 --> 00:42:14
			right before he makes his prayer or his request from a loss of pattern pattern. So the first man
said, Oh, what I have, you know, that I have to my parents, my father, my mother, they were very
old. And I used to take care of him.

00:42:15 --> 00:42:21
			And it was my habit, I developed this habit out of respect and love for my parents that I would
make.

00:42:22 --> 00:42:29
			Whenever he brings milk or brings any kind of meal. His parents go first, out of respect, love and
devotion,

00:42:30 --> 00:42:36
			honoring his parents. So it happened that one time all along, I went too far.

00:42:37 --> 00:42:40
			And by the time I came back, they had fallen asleep.

00:42:42 --> 00:42:54
			And I hate it to break my habit, he was caught up in it might sound a little or insignificant, to
many of us was a big deal. But this man, his love and devotion for his parents was real.

00:42:56 --> 00:43:05
			This habit of making his parents go first was not to get back at someone or to teach someone or to
show or

00:43:07 --> 00:43:14
			but rather, it was a genuine expression of gratitude, devotion and love for his parents.

00:43:16 --> 00:43:20
			And he couldn't forgive himself for you know, making it there late.

00:43:21 --> 00:43:27
			So he held that bowl of milk in his hand, hoping that they would wake up at any moment.

00:43:31 --> 00:43:34
			And he kept doing that all night long until

00:43:35 --> 00:43:39
			dawn, he says to a loss of habitat and his daughter.

00:43:41 --> 00:43:52
			In another narration, he says that my children were beneath me crying, and the whole time he was
struggling with with with this desire to have, you know, he didn't want to break his habit.

00:43:55 --> 00:44:02
			We're not talking about listening to his parents. We're not talking about helping his parents we're
not talking about when they're in their desperate No, they were sleep.

00:44:07 --> 00:44:14
			And nowadays, we have parents like to go out to shelter. We have parents, I mean, I

00:44:15 --> 00:44:24
			I did not. I never thought that Muslims were capable of throwing their parents in nursing homes and
not checking on them.

00:44:26 --> 00:44:33
			I never thought that I would hear stories of parents who had done everything they could for their
children,

00:44:35 --> 00:44:44
			you know, have a nervous breakdown because one of their children threw them in a nursing home in
less than four years without

00:44:46 --> 00:44:47
			without any.

00:44:50 --> 00:44:53
			I never thought that a Muslim.

00:44:54 --> 00:44:59
			An elderly Muslim man or woman will end up getting cremated because

00:45:00 --> 00:45:02
			The nursing home could not reach their children.

00:45:05 --> 00:45:47
			So this man says, Oh Lord, I couldn't break that habit of mine by parents woke up, I gave them the
milk. And they drank first. I didn't have to go along. If I read this for your sake, then bring you
some relief, get us out of this the puffs of love. It was intended immediately, the rock or the
boulder shifted, made a movement, giving them a little opening, they are able to see the light, but
they're not able to leave because it wasn't wide enough. It wasn't big enough. But they knew that
they were on the right track. So the second man got down on his knees started praying for was power.
And he started confessing. And now this case is totally different.

00:45:49 --> 00:45:53
			This man said Tommaso helicopter all along, you know that I had

00:45:55 --> 00:46:02
			a relative, so something that was related to a female that he was in love with. He loved them so
much.

00:46:03 --> 00:46:06
			I love them more than anyone can love someone else.

00:46:07 --> 00:46:12
			And he said that, that I tried to have a relationship with her and she refused.

00:46:14 --> 00:46:24
			Until one day, she felt that she had had a financial crisis when she was going through some
financial trouble. So she came to me asking for money.

00:46:25 --> 00:46:34
			And he is telling us how much he offered her and said, Oh, well, you know, that I offered her 120
pieces of gold

00:46:35 --> 00:46:38
			with a condition that she will let me do whatever I wanted with her.

00:46:40 --> 00:46:40
			And she agreed.

00:46:43 --> 00:46:45
			And then he said, When I came

00:46:46 --> 00:46:47
			to touch her,

00:46:48 --> 00:46:51
			she said, she made a statement.

00:46:53 --> 00:46:55
			She said fear of law.

00:46:56 --> 00:46:57
			And do not do this.

00:46:59 --> 00:47:04
			That little reminder, may have snapped out of the safe.

00:47:06 --> 00:47:12
			And he says, Okay, go, I'm not going to do this. It triggers that fear of a wall,

00:47:13 --> 00:47:18
			which was there. But somehow it was overcome by that loss of that desire that he had.

00:47:22 --> 00:47:24
			modesty, chance to do.

00:47:26 --> 00:47:39
			And he walked away from her repenting for muscle power that he says in his confession, or if I did
that, for your sake, relievers, if you have accepted that from me, as a good deal,

00:47:41 --> 00:47:49
			then religious or bring us a relief and get us out of the stress fields, the promise of a law
abiding citizen, the rock further shifted.

00:47:51 --> 00:48:05
			And they knew that they were on the right track. So the thing that gets them to start praying to
Allah subhanho wa Taala. He says all along, you know that I have hired people to do some work some
contractors.

00:48:06 --> 00:48:12
			And he agreed, or they had an agreement almost that he will pay them a certain amount.

00:48:13 --> 00:48:28
			At the end of that job that they did, he paid every single one of them except one. Some scholars say
that the man was angry, he wanted more. But, you know, this person, you know, basically said,
Whatever we agreed upon, that's what I'm going to pay you.

00:48:29 --> 00:48:44
			So whatever the cause of that man need to go to a party without getting his wages or getting paid.
Anyhow, this man leaves one hour all these people leaves without getting his paycheck without
getting his money.

00:48:45 --> 00:48:49
			So instead, I took that money, I put it aside and I started investigating for him.

00:48:51 --> 00:48:58
			After a while, the man comes back. And he says, Give me my money. Please expect a few pennies or

00:49:00 --> 00:49:07
			so he says, I'll come in, I'll show you where your money is. And he takes him to a value full of
sheets, lemmas tabs and anything you can think of.

00:49:09 --> 00:49:15
			He invested in an enormous wealth of visit till two became a huge amount of wealth. So he says
that's your money.

00:49:16 --> 00:49:42
			The man looks and says yeah, I mean, come on. immigrated, don't be in front of me Just give me my
money. Let me go. He's like no, this is your money. I remember sifri taken the sewers. He says all
along you know that he took it all not leaving anything behind nothing, not even 10% commission or
20% Commission. He took it all with him and I did not stop them online. I did that for you receive

00:49:43 --> 00:49:48
			relief and rescue skills out of this process. So it says that the rock roll

00:49:49 --> 00:49:53
			and it was wide open for them. And they all walked to safety.

00:49:55 --> 00:49:59
			One side of the story brothers and sisters do we have

00:50:00 --> 00:50:03
			These that we can count on when we are

00:50:04 --> 00:50:04
			desperate.

00:50:06 --> 00:50:08
			Do we have something that we can count on?

00:50:09 --> 00:50:10
			Do we have those kinds of

00:50:12 --> 00:50:19
			incidents and those kinds of these that we can recall, or we can count from before I was having the
time.

00:50:21 --> 00:50:26
			I say this medicalized budget to make you an arm of those who listen and follow the festival, they
listened to the automatic.

00:50:29 --> 00:50:38
			Please move forward filling, fill up, fill all the gaps of gas brothers, please make sure that you
don't block the passages and make sure that you follow the instructions.

00:50:54 --> 00:50:56
			And how many salatu salam

00:50:59 --> 00:51:06
			on the common factor between those three cases that they mentioned was that they were all sincere,
that they all had tuffle

00:51:07 --> 00:51:21
			awareness for the field of law so that the fear of the law or that awareness and realize that sense
of responsibility, maybe one of them, honor his parents, and not not even for a moment.

00:51:23 --> 00:51:31
			break this this habit or this tradition of showing honor and respect for his parents.

00:51:33 --> 00:51:54
			The few role models that sometimes may be overcome for a little bit for a short period of time can
be overcome by, by last, the weaknesses and the desires and shortcomings it may be. But it will help
the believer come back. A lot of houses in Villa taco in Arizona for your ministry.

00:51:57 --> 00:51:57
			for

00:51:59 --> 00:52:06
			believing men and women are not necessarily immune to the whispers in the temptations of Satan. They
make

00:52:07 --> 00:52:09
			they may get those whispers.

00:52:11 --> 00:52:13
			But they are literally the last panel and

00:52:15 --> 00:52:27
			at one point, they will snap out of whatever the mood they may be in whatever mood to one might
catch them and they will snap out of it and return to a loss of habitat and repentance.

00:52:31 --> 00:52:33
			The third man

00:52:34 --> 00:52:36
			went out of his way.

00:52:37 --> 00:52:42
			And he did not let wealth and money.

00:52:44 --> 00:52:46
			He did not have any of that

00:52:48 --> 00:52:51
			decision or tempt him.

00:52:52 --> 00:52:56
			And he didn't really have to do what he did.

00:52:57 --> 00:52:58
			But that was what happens

00:53:00 --> 00:53:02
			when a person has high standards,

00:53:03 --> 00:53:05
			and goes the extra mile.

00:53:06 --> 00:53:10
			So it is these kind of these brothers and sisters that we need to

00:53:12 --> 00:53:17
			compete and do it. Because it is these kind of these that we will be able to count on and

00:53:19 --> 00:53:27
			we will be able to count upon. If we are stuck in any situation if we are desperate.

00:53:29 --> 00:53:40
			Or on the Day of Judgment, we'll be able to recall those incidents. And that may be as the same
those people that may be the cause of our salvation.

00:53:44 --> 00:53:46
			Remember that these three men knew almost

00:53:47 --> 00:54:00
			from before sometimes How about people have to go through some hardship in order for them to turn
for love. What is shocking is that despite all of the things that we see happening to other people,

00:54:01 --> 00:54:08
			despite all of the tragic the tragedies that other families suffer from, despite some of those

00:54:10 --> 00:54:19
			crisis that we go through as individuals, some of us are still insisting on their old ways. Some of
us are still turning away from us.

00:54:20 --> 00:54:26
			What does it take to turn back to a lot of religion? What does it take for us to wake up?

00:54:27 --> 00:54:33
			What does it take for us to humble ourselves is individualized religion.

00:54:35 --> 00:54:39
			I ask a lot so whichever you make you and I both listen and follow the vessel for they listen to

00:54:41 --> 00:54:44
			I just want to remind the brothers and sisters that

00:54:45 --> 00:54:47
			summer time is approaching.

00:54:48 --> 00:54:59
			And one of those things that we need to pay attention to is that summertime comes with challenges
and dangers. However, it also comes with some opportunities. So let's pay special attention this
year.

00:55:00 --> 00:55:11
			To our families and our children, and make sure that that we take advantage of this of this period,
summertime is not a time for the parents to take a break from parents.

00:55:12 --> 00:55:20
			I don't know if you are aware of this or not teen definitely factor of fatality, during summertime
increases

00:55:21 --> 00:55:29
			in the month starting from the month of May, going through the month of June, and it reaches its
peak in the month of July and August.

00:55:31 --> 00:55:42
			And, you know, so we don't want our any of our children to be part of those statistics in those
realms. So let's pay more attention to our children, and let's have something

00:55:44 --> 00:55:47
			constructive and ready for them to start planning.

00:55:48 --> 00:55:49
			As families.

00:55:51 --> 00:55:54
			Also, please do not forget to support

00:55:55 --> 00:56:03
			and pray for me. For those who perish in recent cycles.

00:56:05 --> 00:56:17
			You know, I've heard that one of the local brothers actually lost many family members. We asked
100,000 soldiers mercy upon their souls, give patience and strength.

00:56:19 --> 00:56:28
			Also a reminder of our monthly withdrawal, through which we basically maintain the take care of
expenses in the

00:56:30 --> 00:56:31
			utilities

00:56:32 --> 00:56:34
			had dropped significantly.

00:56:35 --> 00:56:57
			Please make sure that you if you haven't done this, make sure that you, you, you participate in
this. This is a type of charity or soda that you give without even realizing. And if anyone comes
and tells me Well, I'm having some trouble. One of those ways where you can get relief is if you
help because if you help us out and help you.

00:57:02 --> 00:57:04
			I just want to share with you

00:57:06 --> 00:57:17
			a thought form on behalf actually of the of the volunteers and the committee's that they represent.
And and the more we have the committee, I'd like to extend

00:57:20 --> 00:57:38
			my appreciation and asked God to bless the couple of individuals that were very instrumental in
helping the community there are the pioneers that that helped build this question. And they have
recently or within the last

00:57:39 --> 00:57:53
			I think last week, they retire from their position as board members of the Board of Directors here
at the Salk Institute of Orange County had Yasser Arafat, who was the president and his agenda was
to

00:57:54 --> 00:58:20
			retire and to give away for for other people who just want to ask the Lord to bless their efforts
and except their days, and, and I asked a lot as an agenda to reward them for all the good that they
did for the community and forgive them for for any shortcoming or any mistake. And we asked for lots
of data to, you know, bless them and bless their families etc. asked

00:58:21 --> 00:58:26
			to guide those who are taking their position and do the right thing

00:58:40 --> 00:58:40
			has been

00:58:45 --> 00:58:46
			shared with you

00:58:51 --> 00:58:51
			guys,

00:58:53 --> 00:59:04
			today, we have two special individuals with us. Both of them are about to actually join the
community and they would like to take the Shahada and

00:59:06 --> 00:59:11
			declare their becoming Muslim and share that with you. So please bear with us.

00:59:13 --> 00:59:18
			We'll have both brother and brother john here in front of Charlottesville. So
