			So the Sahaba, who were in his company, they said, What is the story of this old lady messenger of
Allah? What lesson do you know? Can we learn from her? What's her story? So the messenger of Allah
says, He told them the following story. He said, When Moses peace be upon him,
		

			started his journey out of Egypt, and led to Israel out of Egypt. He said, They were lost, they
couldn't find their way.
		

			So they were wondering what happened? You know, why, why they're not able to find their way. So Musa
consulted with the elders, and this the scholars of venues right?
		

			This is the messenger of Allah Musa is the messenger of Allah. Right? Yet he consulted with the
people.
		

			Because he thought that they may have some knowledge as to why are we not able to find our way? So
they said to him, we tell you,
		

			use of peace be upon him, has taken a pledge from our ancestors, that if we were to leave Egypt,
that we take his body with us.
		

			What's the story of use of
		

			use of was the first of the 12 children of Israel Jacoba, Israel is the apple. That's the name of
property, Apple Peace be upon it. Right. And probably I have had 12 sons, one of whom was Yusuf, he
brought into slavery he brought, he was brought to Egypt, he was taken into slavery, and he was
brought to Egypt. And then we know the story of Yusuf Ali Salaam and how Allah subhanho wa Taala
gave him control over the treasures of Egypt, the long story of use of Halle salah, and then how he
invited his siblings to come, his brothers, his mother, his father, and his mother and his brothers,
to come and join him in Egypt. And it was these 12 Sons of Yakov Ali Salam, that

will be with you in Ghana.
		

			And that's the lesson.
		

			And when she said that Musa alayhis salam didn't want to do that. He could. He did it. I can't
guarantee you that.
		

			So it was set to him. In another narration, Allah revealed to him to grant her what's her wish
		

			to give her that promise.
		

			And that's when she showed them where the grave was. Right there was a body of water, they removed
the water and then they were able to dig she said, dig there, they dug and they found the body of
use of and that's how they were able to find their way out of out of that particular area that they
were lost and what do we
		

			Learn from this particular story, many lessons. But before we talk about the story, let's just touch
upon some lessons from the occasion upon which, during which the process of actually shared the
story. The Prophet SAW Selim went to visit a Bedouin, right? He used to visit people, and whenever
anyone hosted him, so a lot of them he would accept he accepted invitations of people, common
people, right sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Number two, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
wanted to compensate or wanted to pay back the man for going out of his way and doing his best.
		

			Number three, when
		

			the man asked for whatever he asked, obviously, the price of them gave him what he what he asked
for. But the problem is LM, it was it was
		

			it was an opportunity for the man and for the Sahaba, who were there to learn,
		

			to learn to really check their aspirations and their priorities in life.
		

			Right? What is your aspiration? This is the messenger of ALLAH asking you to ask him for any
failure. And then the man ended up asking him for a matter of duniya some goats and some sheep,
camels.
		

			He missed out. So the province of Salem wanted to teach him and teach the companions and teach us a
valuable lesson. Right? It's a teachable moment. So the prophesy said, I'm told him, he should have
he should have done what that elderly lady from Illinois did.
		

			And that's when the Sahaba asked a question. There's another lesson right there. The Sahaba had a
him when he said, Why didn't you when he said to the man, right? Why, why, why didn't you do what
the old lady from Vanessa eel did? They didn't say, okay, here, the old lady from Buddha was right,
you know, they're like, what's the story of the old lady messenger of Allah? They asked. They
inquired, they were inquisitive. They wanted to seek knowledge. They wanted to learn from the wisdom
of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam. There must be, you know, so what's the story? We don't
know? Right? They didn't just shake their heads, and they're like, Yeah, this man should have. Yeah,
		

			yes.
		

			Then the process of shares the story, and in the story, there is something very interesting Prophet
Musa alayhis salam consults with the scholars.
		

			Nowadays, we have people who don't even consult with us, this is the messenger of Allah. People
don't consult with the scholars. They think they can figure things out on their own.
		

			Either too lazy to ask or too arrogant to ask Musa liaison. He's a messenger, and he consults with
the scholars from his community, the experts, because this is not knowledge about Allah subhana,
Allah has given him there must be someone that knows where that places where Yusuf Ali Salaam is
buried. You need we need someone you know from the community. And let's ask the elder so most
artists, I've consulted with them, it's a very valuable lesson for anyone in leadership or

			one more thing. When she said to him, I want you to promise me a place with you in Jana, Moses,

			He didn't say of course, someone like you deserves Jana.
		

			And the scholar said, this is a very valuable lesson. This is an important lesson. We have no
authority
		

			to determine who goes to Ghana and who goes to hellfire.
		

			We don't have the authority to do that. But Well, look, look what this person did. Look what this
person was killed for. Look what this person contributed. You're telling me this person is not gonna
go to Ghana? Only Allah Subhana Allah knows we have no authority.
		

			Gender doesn't belong to us. When are the guardians or Jana? We're not the jewelry.
		

			We have no authority whatsoever. This is a territory that we need to be very careful of. We live in
a time where people try to impose their opinions and their perceptions and their judgment and their
taste.

remember, one of the first stories that we mentioned was a man who killed 99 People then he killed,
he killed a scholar. He killed 100 people, that man went to Jannah

			He repented to Allah subhanaw taala if it's up to us, Oh,
		

			would you
		

			but it's not our agenda. It's Allah subhanaw taala agenda.
		

			A homey oxymoron, Arabic, Allah subhanaw taala we have no authority to distribute the man at the
mercy of Allah subhanaw taala on his behalf, nor do we have any authority to restrict the Mercy of
Allah subhanaw taala we need to know our boundaries and our limits and be very careful. We cannot
guarantee anyone gender. We cannot guarantee or give people labels like Shaheed like this, like
that, you know, while he does that, without any authority,
		

			so it's from the well established principles of Allah, sunnah Gemma and who Lana shadow Bill

in the whole thing not he is indeed in hellfire.
		

			So, I was shocked how
		

			and that had he has mentioned so hardy, and the title of that particular chapter is

make us of those who listen and follow the best of what they listen to.
