My brothers and sisters,
the work of
Islam, the work of inviting towards Islam, the
work of propagation of Islam
is so critically important that Allah
sends
the best of His creation, His and
His
prophets and messengers.
The last and final one of whom after
whom there is no other is Muhammad
to do this work.
Allah did not just send anybody.
Allah did not give this work to kings.
Allah did not give this work to
anyone at all. Allah gave this work to
the absolute best of His creation.

This work is so important and
therefore it is critically important to do this
work
in the way of the Ambiya,
like the ambia did
and not bring into it our own
whims and fancies and our own desires and
so on and so forth.
To try to do this work
even better than the MBA, now we learn.
The reason I'm saying this is because
in the name of Dawa,
I find there are 2 kinds of things
that happen.
There are basically 2 kinds of
extremes
that,
my
and our Muslim brothers and sisters,
especially those in the
who have,
taken,
Dawah as,
you know, as an important thing to do.
May Allah bless them.
There are 2 or 3 things they do
and 2 or 3
problems that they call in. Actually, 2.
1 is the problem of
exaggeration.
And in the problem of exaggeration
is the
issue of
inventing
stories
in order to convince people
of the truth of their message.
So
for example,
1 person in I was in a masjid
and
one of these people was
was,
wanted to make a band,
and he was going to speak in Urdu.
So somebody
requested me and they said can you please
translate it into English? I said, okay.
So
I'm listening to him and he says,
we just finished praying
by JAMA'
and for this,
that is for praying
by JAMA'
He said, Allah
I am going to say this in Urdu
and then I will translate it.
He said,
and something.
Then he stopped because he wanted me to
translate.
So I didn't translate.
He
said
I said
okay. What is your evidence?
So he named for me a book.
So I told him
He said it's written in this book. So
I said this is not a book of
So I said the books of these are
are are clear for us, we know them
And,
the the
6 authentic books are the
are the top of that and then the
other books and so on. I said you
can ask anybody you like. Right?
So don't,
don't tell me that this is the,
this is an authentic book. It's not.
Then he tells another story.
And the story he tells is that there
is this boy,
a young man who
is having an affair with
this woman.
And the woman says, I will not be
yours
until you bring for me the head of
your mother.
So this man says, right? So he goes
and cuts off the head of his mother.
Wraps it up in a
towel. And he's taking this head of his
mother to
his paramour.
To his beloved.
And,
in the meanwhile,
he is coming down a flight of stairs
and he
stumbles.
So the head
falls out of his hand
and rolls down the stairs
and a voice his mother's voice
comes out of the head
and says, oh my son, I hope you
have not hurt yourself.
Now,
again, this is a story which, of course,
I refuse to translate.
And,
my question
to him and my question to all of
who are listening to me,
Tell me, are we
so bankrupt
in authentic
Hadith
and authentic,
Rivayat and Hikaat.
Authentic,
stories and and instances from our
from our deen, from our Rasool
that we have to resort
to these
completely stories?
Is it that? Are we are we so
bankrupt
that we have no choice but to invent
mythology.
But really, I mean, just ask yourself this
question. Why why do you do that?
We do that because of one very good
reason and that is because we don't take
the trouble to study the deen
systematically.
Because anyone who has any idea, any grasp,
I'm not even going to the level of,
you know, somebody who is a Muhaddis or
a Mufasir or something. I'm just saying that
somebody who has studied
Islam, who has studied the,
the the the hadith, who has studied Quran,
Systematically, the key thing is systematically meaning
followed a curriculum under a Ustad.
That is the meaning of system, followed a
curriculum
under a teacher.
So if anyone who has studied Islam
in this way systematically
followed
a curriculum
under a teacher, I don't care which curriculum
you follow, whichever,
Then you will never say these things.
That story of the mother and her head
being cut off and so
I mean, that's it. That is completely insane.
There's there's you don't even need to study
Islam for that. You just need to have
a brain which is functioning.
But,
so leave that aside. But there are other
things
like this thing of, you know, Allah will
give this 3 crore for whatnot whatnot reward.
What is the problem
with saying what the Nabi salallahu alaihi salallam
said?
Rasool alaihi salallam said you pray salah by
jama'a
and Allah will give you 27 times the
reward of praying by yourself.
Right? Now that's not enough for us. Right?
27 sounds like a small thing. So what
the Ravi said is not enough. It's too
small.
So I need to
boost it up.
2, 3, what not work?
My brother, sister, please understand. What you do
when you do this is you completely destroy
the credibility of this deen.
We have a Deen which is based on
the Kitab and Sunnah. We have a Deen
which is based on the book
of Allah.
And the sunnah
and the teachings
of His Nabi
We have a book which is the
absolutely epitome of authenticity.
We do not need,
mythology. We do not need,
you know, fabricated stories
in order to convince people that this deen
is the deen of Haqq and truth.
So please don't fall into this trap. Learn
the deen systematically.
Go to Anushtat,
sit there,
follow a curriculum,
and if you cannot do that, then don't
stand up and make bans. Don't stand up
and make,
you know, may make speeches,
and make a fool of yourself as well
as their religion. Because people laugh.
And it pains me enormously. Believe me, I
don't like to say these things.
I do not like to say these things,
but it pains me enormously. Out of this
pain I'm telling you, out of my
love for you, I'm telling you. I'm saying
I'm saying this for your benefit.
I know it won't please you. It doesn't
matter. I'm not saying this to please you.
I'm saying this because
I love you as a brother,
and I don't want
I don't like to see you being made
fun of and mocked,
which is what you are doing to yourself.
So please don't do
that. Please do not do that.
Don't turn yourself into a piece of mockery
and
and therefore,
follow the authentic
sunnah.
Follow the kitab of Allah and follow the
Sunnah of his Nabi Salalah, Hali, Wala Ali,
Wala Ali, Wala Ali, Wala Ali, Wala. The
other second issue here becomes
where people do the opposite, which is that
they use
their intellect,
and their logic
in order to
interpret
and in order to change
the Quran and Sunnah
to
suit their convenience.
Now
apart from I'm I'm not even going into
the,
from from the religious
and fiqi angle,
how,
evil that is. I'm not even going into
that.
I'm just saying that
there again,
if you fall into that trap,
then you are
not only doing something which is Haram very
clearly,
but you are then
subverting
yourself
because by your action, you are saying that
this message of Islam is not good enough
as it is,
and I need to improve it.
This is wrong. That is wrong. This is
not good. That is not good, and I
need to change it.
Now we know that this is exactly what
happened with the other religions which came before
us, before Islam,
and this is exactly what their people did.
They said we should change it, we should
change that to the extent today that
what is,
visible today in the name of that religion
has no resemblance
with what Allah
had originally sent with the Nabi who came
with that release.
And the same thing will happen to Islam
if we allow it to happen.
So, please,
I won't go into the details. I don't
I don't like to propagate,
falsehood. So I
know the kinds of things that people are
people say,
so with regard to, for example, Zakat, with
regard to banking interest, with regard to,
you know, various things.
I don't want to repeat all that because
it's all false, and I don't want to
say false things,
even even to repeat that, But please
stick to the Kitab and Sunnah stick to
the Kitab of Allah, the book of Allah
and the Sunnah of His Habib Muhammad
and don't go away from there
if you want to be successful
in this life and the next life because
remember
no matter what you and I say or
do here
every single thing of that we will face
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala with it
And there we will not be able to
say, I did not know
because we knew
the books were there, the teachers were there,
the best of the teachers, Muhammad Rasool was
there.
And it was we who did not apply
ourselves
and we who did not,
try to live by what he taught.
Then living by what he taught is the
ultimate
issue and that is what we need to
do. So let us not fall into that
trap. Let us make sure that we live
by what Rasool Allah taught us.
Stick to the kitab of sunnah.
No mythology in Islam.
No * and bull stories in Islam,
no grandmother's tales in Islam,
stick to the
There is nothing more powerful than the word
of Allah and the word

No matter what it may seem to you,
there's no need to embellish it. There's no
need to adorn it. There's no need to
exaggerate it. There's no need to,
you know, to make, all kinds of,
statements,
which have no authenticity.
And even though your intention may be good
because you want to emphasize a point, don't
do that in a way which is prohibited.
