When aid, I had moved to a different place, and I really
wanted to spend aid with people, but I wasn't invited to, like, any
aid gatherings. And so I thought, all right, I'm not just gonna wait
around for, like, no invitation. I'm gonna, like, throw an aid
party. And so I had, like, this, like, you know, come by from like,
this hour to this hour. Just like, show up, come as you are, like,
invited so many people, and I had no idea how many people would come
by. So I had so much food. I got so much dessert, just like,
stocked up on so much my counter was just like, full of food. And
then as the hours went by and absolutely no one showed up, I
stared at all of that food, and I thought, man, it's really, really,
really hard to be lonely on aid. But then I thought, You know what,
I'm not alone. I have the greatest friend, ALU Wali, the the ally,
the friend the Guardian, Allah. Spano to Allah. And so because aid
is special, because it's special. I treated myself. I ate as much as
I wanted, and I so enjoyed it. And Alhamdulillah, I had a really
wonderful aid celebrating the praise of ALLAH SubhanA wa Taala
with everything. I love to eat, and I know that it's late on the
first night of aid, and you might have had a really, really, really
hard one. I get that for so many different reasons, but I want you
to know that you're not alone, and that aid is special because it's
special, and that you are worth having an amazing aid. So if it's
late for you tonight and you had a really hard day,
take a minute grab something that you love to eat and just say
Bismillah, and I hope you enjoy it, and I hope, Inshallah, that
you'll enjoy the next two days. I Mubarak especially to my lonely
gang. PS, have you downloaded Claudia, the women quarter and
reciters app? It's free on Apple and Google Play stores. I.
