AI: Summary ©
And Surat Yassin, FYI,
there's a lot of durations
about it that are not authentic.
The narration that we're aware of, that is
a sound narration, the sunnah
is to read Surat Yaseen on the person
who is on their deathbed.
For many reasons and you will see one
of them today inshallah.
So are we ready inshallah? Miss Allah
Allah
says We'll go step by step. We have
until 445
So Allah says
Tell them. Who's them?
Might be Quraish
or is Quraish, which is the group and
the nation or the family and the tribe
Muhammad
is from, and they were the closest people
around him. So talk to the people of
Quraysh. What's wrong with Quraysh? Why tell them
an example? Because they're so arrogant.
They're so stubborn.
They used to call prophet Muhammad as Sadiq
al Amin the most truthful. You're the best.
We trust you. And now now that he
said he's a prophet, oh, you're a liar.
You're this and that. So tell them this
story.
And you know who else is down here?
You.
You on the other side.
You who's advising others. Are you like that
inshallah? All of us inshallah.
You who's trying to correct someone who's doing
something that is wrong. You who's on the
other end that wanna tell people about Islam,
this story is for you. So it's not
just for the bad people, it's for the
good people from both sides.
What's the story of?
It's the people of the village. Where is
the village at?
Is it mentioned here?
Some scholars they said the fact that the
village name is not mentioned to tell you
how this is a timeless story.
It will exist in every time and every
situation
whenever
the means happen again. So meaning, if today
we have people like Quraysh
and then you as a believer, this story
will come back again in life. Allahu Akbar.
So Allah says
If jaaah, what does jaaah mean?
Jaaah came. So who went to who?
Did the people go to the prophets or
did the prophets go to the people?
Prophets go to the people. Okay. What do
I benefit from that?
Right? You have the truth. You don't say,
well, if they ask me, then I will
answer. No. You go.
You start the conversation.
They
went to him.
Today, I actually, I came from the airport
to the venue.
So when I went to the, I came
to the airport, I prayed, and there was
a guy holding something I've never seen before.
A bull. Nothing crazy this time yourself. No
crazy story. I got in trouble last week.
Right? So a bull, he said, is from
Tibet.
So what was he doing?
He was having,
you know when people, like, do the
or whatever, like, they try to crush things?
So this guy who was doing this,
it has a sound.
He was, like, doing
I'm like, oh, this is crazy. So I
prayed duhr.
So
I I got a prayer asr because I
combined and shortened,
and then I have a session at 3
o'clock.
Oh, I'm tired.
Oh, Hallas InshaAllah, he saw me praying and
if he has any questions, he will ask
me.
I wanna go home,
and I have you wonderful people,
and I'm not ready for Q and A.
So
will go home.
Allah was hesitant,
I was hesitant. I'm like, should I tell
him should I open up the topic?
Open up the topic.
What was that? He said, it's from Tibet.
I'll try it.
I'm like, listen. Is this a religious thing?
Well, like because I don't know the shirk
now. I did shirk and come to the
from the airport. Non Muslim. Male protect us.
He's like, not really religious. It's just something
that gives us,
like a vibe or something like that. Right?
Energy.
So he said, try it. So I held
the bowl, then he's like, okay. Here we
go. Then he did the hummus part, whatever.
So then it started, like, vibrating, then he
did, like, a,
and it was actually pretty cool. It was
like like, you know, not no gin. Don't
worry. Right? But it was like
So anyhow, I did all that just to
I'm like, I'm listening, like, I wanna get
going to Islam. You know what I mean?
So he said, it's from this, it's from
that. And what's your name? My name is
David.
So then we start speaking about Islam a
little bit. Well, he didn't ask me, how
about you? I told him, how about me?
Okay. You know, I'm a Muslim and this
long story, and my great grandmother was actually
she's Italian, she was Catholic,
then she became it's not made up. It's
true. And then she became Muslim, so on
and so He's like, oh, wow. And tell
me something special about Islam. So I went
back and forth, he asked me so many
questions. I felt this guy is gonna mix
Shahad in like 10 minutes. Some people hearts
are like that. So he had to go
to Atlanta, we exchanged phone numbers, and he
got my numbers, power, to ask more. He's
like, I'm really open to Islam and other
religions. I wanna learn more.
So sometimes
what happens is we go back to these
stories. Allah is my witness. Maybe, maybe. If
I did not prepare this session today,
I'm not sure if I would actually spoken
to him, to be honest.
But if, the prophets, they went to the
people. And sometimes we have to go to
the people. Don't wait for them to come
and, oh, what's this carpet? Why are you
doing 58 degrees northeast?
Right? No. You go ahead and start the
conversation.
The prophets went to them. Now Allah
look how he beautifully says to them. He
says to all of us as believers,
is We send them
2 prophets. Have you ever heard about that
before?
Same time, same nation, 2 prophets. Anybody knows
anything like that?
Go ahead.
Oh.
Fantastic.
Sister.
Fantastic. That was that was your answer? Anyone?
Go ahead.
Masha'allah, Isla'in Ibrahim.
Masha'allah.
Go ahead.
Yeah.
You
got a shayuk today.
Allah. Isn't that impressive? May Allah bless you,
Ulsay
Amin. Fantastic.
So
with names. So here Allah sent 2 prophets.
One second. What do you notice in the
theme? Are there any names? Do we know
the village? No. Do we know the name
of the prophets? No. Just comes to show
you this passage specifically.
The more names not mentioned Focus on this
point. The more names not mentioned, the more
cities not referred to, the more the stories
applicable to all time.
And there's a very nice part here, inshallah,
we will all appreciate.
We'll learn it from my teachers, not from
my own mind. What's the first word?
Generally, when we come across the word
it's like a break point to the story.
It's like something will happen. Something will change.
Anybody knows a verse that has if.
So there's something happening then and once.
So now you know if you come across
they're like, something is gonna change, something is
gonna happen.
For example, Allah
says,
There were a people. They had a garden.
They inherited the garden from their father. So
everything was, fine.
But then they said, we will never give
charity
like
our
dad.
The moment they said we will no longer
give charity, there's now a shift in the
story. So the village, they had their life
and everything, then Allah changed everything.
Okay. 2 prophets. What happened?
Right? Believe for sure. 2 prophets.
They rejected.
Once again, see that's why these sessions are
so beautiful. Allah, I'm making dua to all
of you. And it's okay to tell someone
you made dua for them, to show how
much you love them and how much you
care about them. I made so much dua
for an airplane because I really, for the
longest time, wanted to learn this in-depth, and
you are the reason after Allah to learn
this. So thank you so much,
So The fa you see the word fa,
the letter fa? What does it tell you?
It was immediate.
We're prophets. Whatever. Oh my god.
We're from Allah. Doesn't matter.
Let me tell you the truth. I don't
I didn't ask.
So mean. So rude.
What would have been another way that is,
not so fast?
I sent Allah by Al Qidi.
Then they rejected.
No. No. 2 prophets were sent, they rejected.
There's no then they rejected. They didn't even
give time. They didn't SubhanAllah.
So what did Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala do?
Okay. Fakadabuhumma
faaadabnah.
Right? They rejected, we punish.
No. Not even
we punish. Not even then we punish. What
did Allah do?
Allah says, and we
reinforced
with a third. How many prophets do we
have now?
Three prophet, though. Tell me a story where
we have 3 prophets at the same time.
All active.
Yeah. Shoaib Shoaib was closer to prophet Lut.
So Yahya,
Zakaria,
and Aesa. That's an a trio, an example,
right?
So Allah says we reinforce with a third.
Now
this comes to show you Allah's rahma and
Allah's mercy. And I want you to keep
in your mind your life, your surrounding. There's
a lot of corruption. May Allah protect us
around us overall. A lot of facade. And
think of Muhammad salallahu alaihi wasallam, and who
is he,
around him? What nation or what tribe? Quraish.
Right? For Allah says,
we kept trying. Go again. 3rd. And why
did Allah say
What's another word Allah would have said?
Excellent. Allah's gonna say, We sent.
Faazazna
means reinforced.
And this is how we should be as
a community,
as callers to Allah.
Let's say an imam comes, someone comes in
your group project. It should be a reinforcement,
an enhancement,
not in a way that is negative.
So when we come together, we become very
strong. So Allah says,
There's something else beautiful.
Allah did not say
whom we reinforce
them. There's no them. I actually deleted it
from the translation.
Allah did not say
we reinforced them, them the 2 prophets with
a third. We reinforced.
Zamir Shari, a wonderful scholar, he says, this
comes to show you that Allah did not
just reinforce the messengers.
His focus is to reinforce the message.
We are focusing on the message being reinforced
and being pushed forward. And we work together,
it's remarkable.
Sometimes,
1 plus 1 is not 2.
Sometimes, 1 plus 1 can be 4. Agreed
or no? How how is that possible?
Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, this is the it's
isn't the hadith. The hadith says,
authentic. Allah's hand is with the congregation.
Where is unity? Upon the truth, of course.
Where is unity upon the Quran and Sunnah?
No. Allah's hand is in it. Means protection,
blessing. So for example, the prophet sallallahu alaihi
wasallam said, the meal
for 2 people
is enough for
4.
So if you go to, some restaurant like,
you know, for 2,
mix mix grill for 2 people, it's actually
enough for
4. If if you both finish it, you
guys are overeating. May Allah forgive us. Right?
Allo, Ali. Right?
So here, there's barakah. So if what we
did, if I got one mixed grill and
you got one mixed grill, it's 2 different
mixed grills. That's it. It will not be
maybe enough for 4 in that way, in
that fashion. Like it's not like, oh, you
finished it and you ate the amount for
4 people. But you put that plate and
that plate, 1 plus 1 equals
4. Good luck, a biggest f in your
math next week, Insha'Allah. Right? Alright. And you
can argue with your teacher. I got 1+1,
I got my teacher back in the ICD.
It's like, what?
Right? The food for 4 is enough for
how many? 8. 8. Allahu Akbar. You're like,
you should have told us this before Ramadan
started. We kept over ordering every time. There's
Baraka. Believe in the Baraka. SubhanAllah.
And sometimes,
1 +1 equals 0.
Sometimes 1+1 is a negative.
Do you have an example?
I'll give you an example.
When one of the kids,
okay, tells their father, Baba,
I wanna study with my friend on Zoom.
That's 1 +1 equals
f. Alright?
That's 1+1. We're not doing anything except chat.
SubhanAllah.
There are people when they're alone, they're great.
You put that corrupted friend, it's a misery.
SubhanAllah. Sometimes when they're together, it's a chemical
reaction.
Even the whole school knows about separate these
2 human beings.
But when they're separated,
angels, Allah.
So sometimes I like that. So Allah
is teaching us, if you come and join
a team and so on, you go and
you re you reinforce.
You come and that you support.
Salah. Salah by yourself, you get the hasanat.
Right? If you pray in a congregation, you
pray for with 5 people, what happens? Times
27, Allahu Akbar, as an example.
So Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, he tells us,
we sent them, so now things will change.
And then they rejected, so the reaction to
the 2 prophets' rejection.
Then we reinforced with a 3rd.
And what did they say?
Fantastic. We are messengers to you. What do
you notice?
They all spoke the same statement. Right? Or
they all agreed on the same state. Well,
he's a messenger.
I came next, honestly.
Some people take this personal. You know, on
YouTube, 1st comment. You see that before? If
you go to the comment section, 1st one
to comment. 1st one to comment. 1st one
to go to Jannah. So they all said
Now we're talking 3 prophets.
Let me test your memory
without looking at the screen.
When 2 said, we are prophets,
what were they told or what happened?
Now, 3 prophets,
same time,
all alive, calling them. What do you think
the reaction will be?
Okay.
Right? We give forth.
That's cool. That's cool. So now since the
act of righteousness is so strong, 3 prophets,
the people on falsehood,
the leaders
that are corrupted
know the impact. We cannot
say
We gotta also intensify the rejection.
We gotta go up a notch. So what
happens? Allah says in the Quran, qalu, 3
things.
Listen. Listen. Listen. You're just a human being
just like us. Okay? Don't tell me you're
a prophet. You receive revelation. There's nothing special
about you. Okay?
Why to them? It's impossible that they're prophets.
One of the reasons
is that they don't see people worthy to
be a prophet. They don't comprehend, like,
how you can be a prophet. How is
that possible? Does that accusation happen in our
lifetime today?
Does it happen if you see a guy
built? What do people say? The weak.
Steroids.
SubhanAllah. What happens? A guy who's so rich.
Bro, this guy sells drugs, I'm telling you.
Why you're hating on the guys, subhanAllah? Because
you cannot achieve it. They cannot achieve it?
So they cannot be prophets because you're not
a prophet. They're so jealous.
You're nothing but a human being just like
us. And they also cannot comprehend. How can
one person impact 100 of people? What do
you mean you're a prophet? You have a
message. So you think you came with that
message and you can impact a 1000, 10000
people? Yes. You and I will believe. Yes.
It's possible, Insha'Allah.
What was the second accusation?
This is interesting.
They said, and al Rahman
never send down anything. So do they believe
in Rahman or not? Much of what I
read, they actually do believe and there's a
Rahman. They believe in the god. So they're
Muslim?
Think of Quraish.
The Quraish believe in Allah? No.
They actually did.
But what was the issue?
Idols. They had association.
Just like some Christians, they believe in a
supreme being. Yes or no?
Right? They believe there's a creator, but they
associate a son to that so that everything
crumbles.
They didn't just say focus on this one.
They didn't just say,
well, God didn't send you.
They said,
God did not send
anything.
He didn't send anything. He didn't send no
scripture. They didn't send no prophets. They didn't
send no rules. Nothing.
What are they implying when they say he
did not send anything?
We believe that the mercy of God is
when we do whatever we want.
Sounds familiar?
God is so kind, he'll not give us
rules. He he wants you to be you.
You be you. Right?
Then some of us wanna become it. May
Allah forgive
us.
So then,
Allah
they're not comprehending
you guys
at saying you're prophets.
You're telling me in your message, which is
Islam and every religion and every part of
Islam that's was sent throughout all prophets. And
when you do good, what happens? You go
where?
And when you do evil, you disbelieve. Where
do you go?
*
fire. To them, no. Ar Rahman
does not make sense that he can take
anyone to *.
No. You guys are extremists
and that's what happens.
Someone tries to follow the rules right away,
you're too much.
Then they said,
You guys are liars.
And accusing
good people of being liars is one of
the biggest stabs in their career. Remember that.
Think of
a relief organization,
and then you donated your and
you were told
the people
lied, they didn't give your charity, they kept
it for themselves. Will you donate again?
The chances are almost 0.
Let's say another crime.
The CEO of that relief organization
harassed their employees.
You may not donate,
but you might reduce the the
amount or the chances.
But when was it 0?
When they are liars. So there's something about
lying that destroys a person's credentials.
Other sins are bad. I'm not belittling it.
But lying is messed
up. Look at what Rasulullah
alaihi wa sallam he said. He says,
you should say the truth. You're obligated to
say the truth. Then he said, fa'inna sik
kayaadiilalbir.
When you say the truth, it will lead
you to righteousness.
You will be you wanna become a better
person? What does that start with?
Say it now. Truth. You're saying the truth.
The first step to be a better human
being, you wanna pray better, you wanna work
better, you wanna work out better, you wanna
have a better life, better afterlife, start with
being truthful.
No lies to anyone starting with your own
self. No lie even to you. Don't like
yourself and say, if I sleep at, at
6 PM, I can make it, to Maghrib
at 7. You know the way you sleep,
your body, the way you're manufactured,
you cannot pull it off. And you've done
it for 2 months already. You know you
miss fajr every time. You sleep at 3
AM. Fajr is at 5. So we start
by stopping to light our own self. SubhanAllah.
So, the prophet says and if you say
the truth
leads you to righteousness
then you will go to
Jannah. Allahu Akbar.
Let's go to the other half.
And then he says don't you ever lie
that subhanahu almost no exceptions pretty much.
Don't you ever lie.
Because lying leads to fujur.
All evil starts with a lie.
And don't say just one lie. No.
The lie, you have to make up another
lie for the first lie. Yes or no?
So for example,
someone
their their father dropped him off. Attend brother
Majlis halakkah,
and you better
attend and pay attention. Okay.
Whatever.
So he drops you off. Let's say,
Abdul Wahab or, let's say, Abdul Hamid.
Abdul Ilah. Every time I say a name,
there's someone that I know. Okay.
So Abdul Ilah comes down.
He sneaks to the pool.
He tries to swim in the cold, whatever.
Then his father comes, picks him up. Adeila,
what did you learn? How was the lecture?
How can he get out of it?
How can he how can he get out
of the situation?
Lie. Go ahead. Lying.
Lying.
How can he get out of that very
miserable situation?
Lying. It's actually saying the truth.
I didn't attend the session. I'm sorry. I
messed up. That's how we can get away
with it.
Because then he will say,
oh, session was good. Okay. What did he
speak about?
Islam?
Alright? He spoke about Islam.
And who was with you?
Abdul Raouf. Abdul Raouf is not even here.
So now he did a second line. So
when you go home, what happened? You text
Abdul Raouf. My dad asked me what was
I doing. So I told him I was
hanging out with you. If he tells you
where we went, tell me we were sitting
in the front row, 3rd seat, whatever.
Okay. Done. Then he calls Adrauw, how was
it? How was my son behaving? Walla, uncle,
Right? He was swimming in the lecture. I
mean, like he was paying attention.
So what happened? Allah, Allah, and Allah, and
Allah until your whole life becomes a lie.
May Allah forgive us. So here, that's our
accusation.
You're liars. Because once you shake someone's authenticity,
people start to doubt.
If may Allah protect us. If I start
I start being accused of making up stuff
and the deen liars, that can be the
worst accusation. No one gonna listen to the
deen now. So the enemy is trying to
put a gap between the du'a to the
callers of Allah and the listeners, especially when
there's an impact. We gotta cut this down.
So this loser, our president, or the president
of the US, what did he do?
Early on, he wants to smack down the
authenticity. October 26th.
What was he doubting?
Early on.
And that's the first tactic.
What did he doubted?
The numbers of, death of Shuhada.
So do I have the sentence here? I
don't have it here. But it's on the
it's on the news. Many of you know
it. He's he came out, and he says,
I really doubt the numbers are that high.
So what is he trying to say? They're
lying.
So once he said that, the community in
the west who does not watch the part
of that truth and the news, they now
start to doubt the videos,
doubt the casualties,
doubt the people that die. See
what just happened? Throw in a lie. What's
another lie they threw in? This story, timeless.
Throw a lie. What happened?
A 40 beheaded babies. Fantastic. Right? No.
They did that. So now to justify the
attack. So now they said you're liars. Look
to what they wanna do now.
But there's something else
that's very painful, especially recently.
They tried to throw in some shade about
the Anrua, the donations.
So the US stopped funding any aid, and
now they're suffering more than ever before.
So just throw in. There's 7 people that
were contributed to October 7th. Cut the whole
8th. The okay. Seven people contribute. Okay. You
cut the whole 8th from everybody?
Be having stricter rules.
Do further checklist.
Just to show he's throwing a lie. May
Allah protect us and forgive us. So this
is a time in you see how bad
someone being accused of a liar, how much
impactful it can be. So why will the
Prophet say?
They intensified
3 things.
You're just a human being. Rahman didn't send
anything, and you guys are liars. What will
they say?
Allah knows
Allah knows,
our Lord knows that we were sent you
as prophets.
See, this is the beauty when you go
a little bit deep.
Was it said before?
I'm a go back. I wanna see who
will notice the difference. Ready?
Not the beginning, just that ending. In English,
I'm not sure if there will be a
difference.
Let's all say it together.
Go back to verse 14. I never noticed
it prepared. Grant you all Jannah. Okay.
What's the difference?
Go ahead, Amina.
Right?
The lamb came next.
Just that one letter. That one letter changes
everything.
Is that further emphasis or no?
So just like how they emphasize, you're Allah,
you're this and this and that.
They could have said mursaloon. We were saying
mursaloon
early, but now,
Like like the difference, like wallahi and wallahi.
See the difference? SubhanAllah.
And
this is very important. When you're being accused,
when you're being hit, when you're being attacked,
you need to be stronger.
Do not weaken.
Do not break down because that will weaken
those around you. Subhan Allah. And may Allah
bless our businesses in Gaza. May Allah grant
them such strength.
Unbelievable.
Allah, you read about Sahaba,
how he held things down. It's just remarkable.
And we're all praised on Allah's behalf, but
it's very inspirational.
And they're kinda saying and showing,
Allah is with me. You wanna tell me
I'm this, I'm this, I'm that? Okay. Start
accusing me. Sure. You wanna ruin my reputation?
Allah is
with
me. No matter what the consequences is, you
just hold tight. That's your goal. Hold tight.
Hold tight. The change of the people in
the hands of Allah. And you'll see that
again one more time. Even if you die,
you're a winner.
Yes or no? Everyone who passed away, are
they losers?
Of the utmost winners
You hold tight. Tell me someone
who faced such enmity
and their enemy
never humble themselves.
They were so arrogant and the one on
the truth held tight. They got killed, but
even in the eyes of the enemy, they're
winners.
Tell me something from the time of the
prophet Someone
fighting or being, persecuted.
Remember Mecca. This surah was revealed in Mecca.
Try.
Well said, but Bilal did not die, was
not killed. Alright? And,
is
the first
the first
Muslim,
men or women,
the first Muslim
to die for La ilaha illallah.
She was tied.
She was being cursed at
Abu Jahal and the evil tyrants of the
time
surrounding her,
talking trash about her, insulting her, humiliating
her.
I'm gonna say it's okay. In the books
of, they went as far as accusing her
and modesty,
that she's cheated on her husband,
and she steadfast.
Say whatever you want. You wanna accuse me
that much? I'll be even stronger.
We'll see.
She became so strong. Other leaders felt bad
for the enemy. Like, bro, she's like humiliating
you. Though she's tied down.
So here in,
all of you ganged up, no problem. We
are prophets of Allah, and Allah knows that
we are messengers. Tayyib. Look what they will
say.
Before we continue.
Our duty is only Before we continue, what
does that mean?
There's other stuff, it's not my job.
So they're telling them, we have no job
except. So you and I gotta memorize that
verse.
Because any time you're gonna bring up Islam
to your professor,
classmate,
family member,
loved one, whatever your situation is, this is
what you're looking for, that's your job. I
remember one time,
I think I shared it with you some
time ago,
one of the children came to me, and
they showed me their Islamic studies test.
And there was a question that they got
wrong. What was the wrong? It was a,
fill in the blanks. The question was,
the job of the prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
wasallam
is
blank.
So what did that student write?
That was wrong
to make the people Muslim?
And that's what the child wrote to make
the people Muslim. And they got wrong. Minus
1. Why? That's not his job. What's his
job? What job is that? To convey Islam.
Very different.
So
we have no job except
let's let's focus on that. My job is
to convey. My job is to announce.
My job is to make sure Balar. What's
Balar? That it reaches you.
I I My job is to make sure
the audio of this video is very clear.
My job is to make sure,
my language is understood.
Then they said, Mubin. Mubin,
super clear.
Because there's a lot of people that do
balaar,
they speak, but there's no Mubin.
Right? SubhanAllah. They make up stuff, like crazy
stuff. SubhanAllah.
So they're saying our job is to make
sure we reach out
and it's clear. So anytime you give, you
gotta make sure you do that.
The part
is a 2024.
Part, you can use the oldest references.
Does that make sense?
So if you hear a lecture, if I
were to deliver the same lecture
10 years from now,
I don't know if I will reference,
the guy doing this
or you
aid being stopped,
or Biden saying we doubt the number of
casualties.
I will use newer stuff. That one makes
something.
What separates your message or you speaking to
others,
You're like, Wallah, it's as if I'm hearing
the story for the first time. Why you
say that?
Because the way it was narrated,
the way we're connecting the points to 2024,
That's why another thing all of us should
learn is that next year or the year
after, you hear we have a lecture about
Surat Yacine.
And this passage, don't say I heard it
back in 2024, because 2026 will be different.
That Mubin
will hit you know, I say, this different,
It will mean different. So our job is
nothing except to convey clearly with knowledge.
Now look what they said. They accused the
messengers of being
liars and all that stuff. Then they accused
the message. Allah did not send anything. So
they went after the messenger, they went after
the message.
It's not working. These people are very solid.
These people are unshakable. I accused them. The
whole home, the whole nation,
they're still holding tight.
Okay. Number 3, they will blame
the misery of the area on them.
It's not raining because of your face.
There's a high level of unemployment is because
you showed up, especially that third one that
showed up, Azazna. Right?
You guys are bad luck, bad omen for
us.
If you don't stop talking, if you don't
stop to try to share the message of
Islam and peace or whatever,
we will stone you to death.
Not just that,
We will not just kill you, we'll make
a very painful process of your killing.
Subhan Allah.
Now, you knew and know
the attitude of the prophets when they're being
accused.
In the what was the first one?
Excellent.
They intensified
in
Oh.
You wanna kill us? You wanna scare us?
You're messing around with the wrong people.
So what will they say?
First of all,
the bad things that you're seeing is because
of you. It's because of your sins, and
this is something for us to learn, by
the way.
Now
that we gave you the message of Islam,
you say the economy went back because of
you. Now before we showed up, why was
the economy down?
You guys crossed the boundaries and went above
and beyond in your transgression.
You see that? First time
they go all out.
Another thing brothers and sisters, they're telling them
and also we should do the same thing
and learn.
The prophets are telling them, whether I'm here
or I'm in another nation, whether I live
or whether I die, you will still have
that difficulty because of what you're doing, not
because of my presence.
So if you want to lift that bad
luck that you're referring to, how can they
lift it? You tell me.
How do they lift it?
How will they lift this hardship? Some said
they were suffering that there's no rain
for a few months or so, so they
blamed it on these prophets.
So for that rain to start taking place,
how?
It's very straightforward. Go on.
Accept the prophets. Believe in them. That's what
you're referring to. Right? Believe in them. So
sometimes we look at other solutions. Right? Well,
according to,
science,
the reason
I'm not getting a job is because I
need to customize my resume,
and I need to get some good references.
Is it true? It's possible.
But they focus
all that
on these means, but they forget the religious
side of the means.
Does that make sense?
A brother comes up to me, he says,
I applied for so many jobs. Oh, so
many jobs. I'm not getting anything.
So we start to go down the list
a little bit. I did some HR work
before.
So then I said, okay, resume. Then I
suggested something.
You will never hear,
you will never see in the resume clinic.
You'll see in the Quran
and the prophet
I told the guy, how was your relationship
with your parents? He's like,
one of them has passed away, I have
so and so. They said, how was he
said, I'm telling you, Allah, I don't want
a lecture from you. Just tell me you
worked in HR brother in Majid. Tell me
HR stuff. I'm like, it's HR stuff.
How is your relationship with your parents? What
does this have to do with that? The
prophet
explicitly,
like like black and white, not even like
generic. Like, Dua is great. Don't get me
wrong. We all make Dua. But it's generic
a little bit. Right? You can make customized
Dua. You
use that name.
So the prophet said,
whoever
would love for Allah
to bless
their provision.
And for Allah to allow you to have
an impact in this life. I want I
want to understand how.
Strengthen
your family relationships.
So sometimes,
the lack of getting a job and income,
you mastered everything. You have the required qualifications.
You have the preferred
qualifications.
You have brother Ahmed, Iman, and Khaled as
your references. You're gonna land the job a
100%, but there's no Surat Rahem.
You're using it at the expense of your
own family. SubhanAllah. May Allah protect us. So
they're telling them,
You're blaming me. We go, we die right,
you kill us, stone us to death. What?
It's gonna rain? No. You're not listening to
Allah
And what
if you go without reading the ayaat, you
would imagine, we're gonna stone you to death.
We'll kill you. What do you think they
will do the prophets?
Or someone?
Uh-huh.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay, bro. Come on, bro.
Relax. Relax. Okay. I'm not talking no more.
They said,
no. The bad luck that you referenced is
because of you. Like, they're willing they're going
all out.
There's nothing stopping them. Allahumma Barik. May Allah
allow us to walk on the foot
kill them?
They said,
We will kill you, we will stone you
to death.
Look, what's beyond that?
We'll tell
you after you stand up for a little
bit inshallah if you don't mind inshallah.
Alright.
So where did we stop at? They said,
we will kill you. Right? And then they
replied back, they didn't run away.
They said because their job is to convey
the message. So they said,
And a man was running.
Oh, a prophet? No.
Who is he? Rajul.
Coming from a far distance.
From the outskirts
of the city. Allahu Akbar. So the prophets
are focusing in the center, focusing in downtown,
in that area, in that home, in that
village, Al Qariya. Remember Al Qariya?
Now Allah says someone from all
the way the end of the city running.
One benefit of from this is that you
don't know how far your message
goes. The prophets, they were sharing the message
with the people around and their message, their
remember the, the conveying
went as far as the outskirts of the
city? They,
that man became Muslims and others didn't.
So when you send out that message and
you send out that,
I don't know, post on social media, you
give that Quran, you never know how far
it goes. So the example I gave you
today when I was at the airport praying
in the area,
the guy was so interested in Islam, David,
and I I wish I had like a
copy of the Quran or so. When I
looked around, there was a copy of the
Quran on the table.
Hajib, subhanAllah. It says the the clear Quran
by doctor Musa Khattab. It's one of the
best translations. Not perfect.
So I said, you know what? Here we
go. Take it.
So who, Allah,
I I wish I can know who that
person is. I don't think they will know
that it was them too.
The one who put the Quran there,
do you think they will imagine
on March 31,
2024,
brother Majid will come from Halifax, Nova Scotia,
which half of us don't even know where
that is.
Right? It's a different time zone too. Crazy.
It's like a 4th time zone.
Alright? Will come at that time to pick
up the book I placed on the table,
and God knows who will read from it,
so he can give it to David who's
going to Atlanta.
So these stories are so real.
These ayaat are so real. You guys, I'm
I hope I were able to connect the
dots, inshallah.
So they send the message,
look who came. Aqsa Madina, Allahu Akbar. And
this man is Allah says Rajul Rajul.
The focus here is not as much that
he's a male
as much as he's a man.
Because if Allah wants to emphasize,
hey, males
be like him, Allah would have said, a
male was running.
Because
Allah is showing us
real men do that job, and not every
male is a man.
Right? No. I've I've read that from a
mug from a lady from Chrysler.
Okay. She had I don't know. She's having
a hard time. I don't
know. But I saw that and I loved
it. Not every male is a man. And
he was running. Yes, sir. He was going
super fast.
There's no time to waste.
Yes, sir. So what does it tell you?
He was fit to run.
He took care of himself in a way
inshallah.
He had the energy and there's something very
beautiful about that. Sometimes your body
becomes the servant of your soul.
Your body becomes the soldier of your desires
and your ambitions.
So you will make your body to go
to levels it would have never reached if
you never had such ambitions.
SubhanAllah.
So he's running. Yes, sir. He's going so
fast. There is
a the heaviest ever,
what is it called? Dead dead deadlift.
The heaviest deadlift
for the longest time, it was 500
kilograms.
Half a ton.
When he lifted it I think his name
is Dylan or something, the deadlift people. Is
that Dylan?
Eddie. Eddie. Okay.
Half
a Okay?
Okay. So Eddie so he when he lifted
it,
shaking, what happened?
He started to bleed from his nose.
Right? But he lifted it.
So after that, he said, how in the
world did you do it?
How did you make your body do it?
So he now is giving an example.
He said, I had a psychologist.
You thought it was all bench press and
push ups and diet. No. It's here.
You can lift a lot more than you
think by the way.
You can do much more than you can
imagine.
But have that push,
have that pressure, you will reach levels you
never would have reached.
I don't have pressure.
Find pressure.
Make up an enemy.
You don't have to because you already have
one, Shaytan.
Create something.
Think of the pressure of hellfire.
Think of the pressure of meeting Allah.
Use that and push, and you were like,
man, I can't believe I did that. What
did Eddie say?
Eddie said, I had a psychologist who was
training me for this, And he gave an
example.
He didn't say exactly what was in his
mind, but part of the training, he had
to imagine a scenario.
And he said
something to kinda imply the scenario,
is that my kid
was under a vehicle.
My kid was under a car.
So I gotta lift that car, my kid
is about to die. If I don't carry
that car, they will die. So he goes
and he lifts 500 kilograms.
SubhanAllah.
This is something to keep in mind. May
Allah grant us the best.
And this can happen to all of us.
Find something to pressure you. May Allah grant
us the best. Say
I mean. My people
My people. He's not disrespectful.
He's very kind. Today, if I stopped, some
of us may think, You Omi, he's one
of them.
Right? Makes sense? Oh, why is he nice
to them? He's just as evil as them.
No. He's showing you how to call your
enemy.
SubhanAllah.
You Kaomi, my people, we're still one.
Right? Your fellow, I don't know, Islamophobe,
GM or something. Okay? He's your Komi, your
GM guy. Right? So,
yeah, You ran this whole
time
running
What do I benefit as well? There are
3 prophets. Be quiet.
Sometimes, even if there's all the Imams and
all the scholars,
you may put a contribution that no imam
can put.
Maybe you can do something to your community.
No one else was able to fill that
void. So sometimes your support is to be
silent.
Sometimes it's to speak up. Sometimes it's to
sit. Sometimes it's to stand. So you find
here, he realized, I gotta come in. He
says,
Why? Why?
Why? He's giving you two reasons
why people usually listen to others. Ready? From
the
Quran. Two reasons
why people
are far more comfortable
listening to your advice.
Number 1,
He doesn't have an agenda.
He's not trying I'm not saying it's haram,
everybody breathe in and breathe out. Okay? Aqna
Ramadan.
He's not trying to give you a free
product,
so you can put in your email,
so I can collect the emails,
then 3 months later, I sell you a
product.
There's no intentions. There's nothing wrong with that.
But that's not them. So they're saying,
what are these you wanna kill them, and
they said, the bad luck is because of
you and what you're doing. Like, what's they're
taking out of it? Are they taking anything?
The prophets? What's the answer?
Nothing.
So when someone gives you advice and there's
no bias,
accept that.
And what's the other thing?
So they're not asking you for money, because
many people they can say,
I will, help you out, how to work
out, and they're not even fit.
I remember one guy, he tried to come
over my house. He did come over my
house. May Allah forgive me. Alright? He says,
brother Maja, I wanna help you out inshallah
in your health and everything. And I'm not
comfortable. Don't take it personal. What life? Forgive
me. I'm a human being. We follow this
ayah. So the guy says, I'll give you
free products, but he's so out of shape.
And he wants to tell me, like, how
to be fit. It's just it's possible. And
you guys are so mean for a lot
of but it's possible. Right? But he's like,
you know what? I wanna make then I'm
like, okay, And he was pushing, pushing. So
he came over to my house and he
gave me like a scale. May Allah bless
the brother, I hope he doesn't watch the
video. Brother, I love you. Maybe I'll cut
it off. Okay?
So, so then he's not from the community,
he's very far away. Aqsa and Madina.
Okay? Okay? But he didn't yesterday, he walked.
Anyhow.
So anyhow, so he gave me a scale
and then there's something I hold on to
that measure my bone density. I don't know,
some Anyhow, let's move on. Okay.
So I I I stood and it gives
me my bone density and
whatever. He's like,
you know, that was back in the day
when I was in mid thirties or whatever.
He's like, you have the body of a
47 year old.
I'm like, well, you start insulting, I'm gonna
roast you. Okay? Right? He's like, you have
the body of a 47 year old, and
you really need to work on yourself, brother.
And I'm just looking at him like, are
you did you see yourself?
Right? It's just crazy. It's very hard. It's
very hard. SubhanAllah. May Allah grant him Jannah.
They're like, bro, that doesn't sound sincere. That
all I'm sincere, may Allah grant him Jannah.
So here they're
telling
them, he's doing all of this for no
money.
Right? You cannot go tell the ICD, oh,
you guys want our money. What? $3
per person?
Really?
Subhanallah, there's no bias, nothing here. 27,000
I said, Shali said, they promised. If I
come back in May. If you see me
in May, I used to give me 27,000.
Alright?
But then he don't show up. Anyhow.
And they're telling you things to do, and
they are
doing
it. And what they're telling you is accurate.
What they're telling you to do is the
absolute truth.
Some people can tell you to do things
and they're not.
So then Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
He says
He's talking about his experience.
And here we learn when you wanna tell
people about things,
personal stories is one of the strongest elements
ever in a session.
It goes a long way as long as
it's a good story.
Alright? Something beneficial.
How many of us, when we buy something
on Amazon, we go to the reviews.
Correct?
So he's giving you a review.
A review from one of
you. My people is not somehow overseas.
I listen to these people.
They changed my
life. How would I not worship the one
who created me? The one who put the
innate nature in me. This is the filter
of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
He didn't say
he said, why would I not worship Allah?
The one who what? Originated what? Me. And
to whom I will return?
It makes sense. I will return. He created
me. He says, and the one you will
return to. Why?
Why the return he was comfortable to say,
which you will return to. But he didn't
say, why would I not worship,
why would you also not worship the ones
that Allah created you, Fatirah?
You see the difference?
Because your Fitirah right now, your innate nature
is not kicking in.
And it may not be applied to you
that you're applying the innate nature that Allah
gave you. But with it whether you like
it or not, what will happen?
We will all return, and they cannot reject
that. They cannot say, you're a lawyer. We're
not returning. Your own parents return. They're dead.
Then,
and he's showing them, how in the world
can I pull anyone above Allah?
He's saying, today's time, how in the world
can I miss Jummah
because of a job?
How in the world can I be shy
to tell my manager,
give me 45 minutes off to pray in
a nearby Masjid for Khutba,
and I'm not shy in front of Allah
to tell him why I did not show
up for Jumah?
So he says,
It's like, how is that possible?
This guy is an absolute genius.
He says, If Ar Rahman wants to harm
me
Do you remember when they said Ar Rahman?
They said Ar Rahman never sent anything down?
He's telling them, Ar Rahman,
from his mercy, he punishes people. How is
that possible?
From Allah's mercy.
A sign of his mercy is that he
punishes people?
How is that?
The most liked story on my Instagram,
okay, out of the past
couple months,
is when I shared
that the IDF soldiers
got fungus and food poison
from their lunch boxes
in Gaza.
That's Allah's rahma.
From Allah's rahma is he gave them food
poison.
And FYI, Benjamin Netanyahu is about to have
a procedure
in which he will have fully be unconscious.
May he not wake up from it. Okay?
Alright? Okay.
So and if he wakes up, it's just
Allah just extends the life of wickedness for
further punishment. So So it's either way. Right?
So he says, if Al Rahman wants to
punish me, all the things I chose over
God cannot hook me up.
I know it sounds silly, but people fall
for it.
When someone says
Let me go back to Jum'ah because it's
very generic and applies to many.
Can I go to Yomukayama?
Allah wants to punish me for not attending
Jum'ah. And I say,
hey, mister Mike. Mister Mike, Jackson, please talk
to God. Tell him that I was I
did not show up because I was in
a meeting. Tell him I'm a good employee.
What would Jackson tell you?
No. You
Who are you?
Right? So he's saying no one will help
you. So this is logical.
Until you find someone
who can save you from God,
then don't obey anyone above God. Fair enough.
It's logic.
So one of the prophets says, manyan Surani
who will help me when Allah's punishment is
coming? No one. Since no one I don't
listen to him. And at least there's no
superpower.
Until then, I can't do anything except obey
him. Then he says,
not just hook me up. Even if my
life is on the line, you cannot help
me. SubhanAllah.
If I do any of that, I'm not
just wrong,
I am very wrong. I messed up the
whole thing.
Then he says,
I believe in Allah, so hear me out.
Some scholars, they said,
he mentioned it to the prophets. I believe
in your Lord.
He felt he will get killed.
He felt they're getting angry.
He's making a serious impact. So all prophets,
please help me on the day of judgment.
Tell Allah I was a
Muslim. Please hear me. Stand next to me
because the prophet will be our shafir. Yes
or no? Insha'Allah.
So then he's also telling the wicked, the
enemy of Allah.
Listen. I'm not scared. I believe in your
Lord. Yes. He's your Lord and my Lord.
Who said that sentence so powerfully before?
Allah is your lord and my lord. A
sentence that shook the world.
Who said that? Go ahead.
Musa, you're you're No. I'm fantastic. But think
of a lady.
I see you're close. Close.
The hairdresser
of the daughter of pharaoh.
She had her her own hairstylist.
So when she dropped the comb, I will
not go through the whole story, when she
dropped the comb, she went and she said
Why she
shook everybody? Because people do not say
Bismillah,
they say is
god.
Few people on earth in history, they said
they're god. Many disbelieve that to say I'm
god, very few. One of them is
Right?
So
she said
so
the girl as she was sitting,
do you mean my dad?
It's like she's giving her time to change.
Then she says, you know
what?
My lord, your lord, your dad's lord is
Allah.
SubhanAllah.
So He created you as well.
So listen. And he wants the people on
the outside of the city. Listen to me,
What
happens?
We reach the end.
Go to Jannah.
Go to Jannah, bro.
He usually say stories pretty well.
How are you just saying he went to
Jannah? Like,
does that mean they killed him?
The consensus of the scholars is that he
got killed.
Okay. What verse is this?
In 25, 20
why did Allah not tell us the process?
There's no point.
Focus on the sweetness
of the process.
Focus on the outcome.
When you focus
about Jannah,
it makes the pain so little it doesn't
even exist.
It's not worth mentioning a verse about it.
Jannah is too good
that the prophet told us one dip in
Jannah, one dip. The most miserable person, the
one the hardest life on earth
goes to agenda for a split of a
second. You know Dairy Queen, how you have
the chocolate dip?
Did you ever see how they do it?
So they get the vanilla ice cream,
and what do they do?
Right? They don't even wait, like, right away.
You see that dip? That's in Jannah. You
get dipped, and but that's a great Dairy
Queen commercial, by the way. Don't do it.
Okay? Alright. For all the Muslims and Dearborn.
Okay?
So he dips it, takes it out from
Jannah, then the person is asked, have you
seen any vanilla before?
Do you see vanilla? No. It's all chocolate.
So in that situation, the one who had
the toughest life, have you ever seen any
difficulty in your life before?
What does the person says? I don't know
what you're talking about. And that was the
most miserable life on earth. The toughest.
SubhanAllah.
So Allah says,
focus on the work, focus on the results.
That process of dying, don't stress out over
it. Because the prophet said in an authentic
narration,
the martyr, the shahid,
that stab, that gunshot, that bullet, that missile,
that rocket,
when it hits, it's not as painful as
you think it is.
The prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said in
authentic hadith, he says,
It's like a pinch. Pinch yourself if you
don't mind. Pinch. Just pinch it.
That's what they felt in.
That's it. You saw the fingers and the
head and the little child. You cried good.
You have a human you have a heart.
You should feel bad. Let that move you.
But in the meantime,
let the hadith
aid you in continuing in the effort
to relieve them from their hardship. That's what
they felt.
That's it. Really? That's it. Allah
So go to Jannah.
Then right when he got to Jannah, what
did he say?
These losers missed out.
The level of rahma this man had
is incredible. The first thing he said in
Jannah was what?
Wow. It makes sense.
Your guru what will you say?
Bro, no pineapples.
Oh, my house, I never owned the house.
Is this free? They are interest free? Allah
is mine.
Alright?
All the good stuff in Jannah.
What does he say when he enters Jannah?
None of that.
He is concerned about his people.
I wish that the people know what do
you want them to know.
For how Allah forgave me. Allah would still
need to forgive you, and you're a shahid.
Then what about you and me?
Then what about you and me that Allah
had to have forgiveness
to the martyr and the shahid?
I know Allah honored me.
Brothers and sisters, these people did not believe.
They did not take any lessons.
So Allah send them a saiha,
one blast
that was so loud that ended them all
and they passed away.
May Allah make us like that believing man.
And may Allah make us follow the prophets,
alayhi, Musallam.
May Allah gather us in Jannah, the way
he gathered us in this venue.
