and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam

returns from the conquest of Mecca.

In one of the greatest

empires at the time, the Roman Empire

start to worry

about the power of the Arabs on their borders. And so they could no longer turn a blind eye to the activities of the Muslims. And so they raise a huge and massive army

and march

towards the outskirts of their empire

to the area of Tobruk

news reaches the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and the companions and so he waits until Allah subhanahu wa tada gives him the permission, commanding the believers to march forward to march two taboo

for the Battle of Tobruk

and so word spreads

everywhere in Medina

and the people start to prepare for that long journey. And this is when the test begins.

And I too, went out to perform to prepare myself.

But I returned home without getting anything done.

I would say to myself, I don't have anything to worry about. I have the means the ability I have arrived, I have wealth.

I could prepare myself at the time of the journey.

And so I continue to postpone my preparations until everyone had departed. And it was in the morning, that Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and the companions, they set out for two.

And I had still not made my preparations. I said to myself, I'll prepare myself in a day or two. And then I'll join them, I'll catch up to them.

The next day, I set out to prepare myself. But I returned home without getting anything done.

The next day, I again set out to prepare myself for the journey.

But I returned home without getting anything done.

And so this continued until the Muslims had almost reached the book.

And then

the campaign had passed.

Nevertheless, I had still intended to leave and join them. And I wish I had,

but it was not destined for

where we say we will do something, and we will do it and we will do it. And we keep on delaying until the time is over. And it's too late. How many of us intended to do a good deed, but we put it off for a deed and never came. How many

And so I started to think

of the lies that I could make up

to present to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam for remaining behind.

And so I asked myself,

What can I possibly do to avoid

His anger with me tomorrow.

And so, it was then that I was told that Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was on his way. And so the next morning, the Prophet sallallahu, alayhi wasallam had arrive.

And as you arrive,

and he sat in his messaging,

those who remain behind, they came forward, one by one,

each one of them, putting forward their excuses, and their justifications for remaining behind.

And so, it was my turn.

And at that point, I realized

that there's no point

in lying,

but rather I have to tell the truth.

And so character of the Allahu Han,

he approaches Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he sees him. gab says his Salam. And he says, The Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam smiles at me the smile of one enraged

and so he says, Come forward.

And so I come forward and I said before Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says, Okay,

what is it?

What is it that prevented you from making that journey with us?

Could you not afford arrived? Did you not have the financial means? Is that your excuse?

If I was in the presence of any other man on the face of this earth,

I would avoid his wrath.

I would avoid his anger, by presenting excuse after excuse, for I have the ability, Allah has granted me eloquence in speech.

then Allah subhanho wa Taala will cause you to become angered with me tomorrow.

On the other hand,

on the other hand, if I was to inform you of the truth,

thereby causing you to become angry,

I may nevertheless hope

for the forgiveness of Allah subhanahu wa

No, we are a pseudo law by Allah. I have no excuse to present. I had never before been stronger, nor more wealthier than at the time that I neglected going out with you on this expedition.

What a lesson in truthfulness.

is by telling the truth, and not by lying.

And so, after that, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, You have spoken the truth. Now get up and go until a loss of Hannah who would data decides

And as I got up and left

And so they came to capital, the Allahu Allah. And they said,

you could have made an excuse.

And then Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would have made is still far for you. Wasn't that enough?

And so they continue to reprimand me until I wanted to go back to rasulillah and fabricate a lie. But then I asked them, is there anyone else?

Who is in the same boat as myself? Is there anyone else who was in my position? And so they said yes. To men,

who said the same, as you said. And they were given the same directives by Rasulullah, sallAllahu, Alayhi, wasallam, as you

and so I asked, Who are they? They said they are murderer in Arabia, and he live in Omaha.

And so they mentioned cap says, they mentioned two men who had participated in the Battle of better, whereas I had not participated in the Battle of peder. And these two men were examples to be followed. And so after they mentioned these two men, I decided, no,

I'm going to remain steadfast.

I'm gonna keep to my word.

And I'm not gonna lie.

And so in, this is a lesson

in this is a lesson of the danger of Bad Company.

Those

who come to us,

showing that they weren't good for us.

But they advise us to do something

that will throw us into destruction.

And this is the danger of shaytaan for it is shaitan who lures us to make such decisions through such companions.

And so what happens after that?
