The heart is the most significant organ of the human body, both physically and spiritually. Thus, we need to strive to make sure our hearts are sound, healthy and free of every defect. The Prophet SAW said,
“There is a piece of flesh in the body, if healthy, the whole body is healthy, and if corrupt, the whole body is corrupt. Indeed, it is the heart.”

Welcome to this latest episode of heart therapy. In the previous episode, we discussed one of the actions of the heart.
And that is the action of the heart known as eliakim, or certainty or conviction.
In this episode, we want to move on to discuss another action related to the heart. And that is what is known as a hoorah or humility.
And
Alko is basically for the heart to stand before Allah subhanho wa Taala in humility and humbleness. And so it is in the heart, but it appears on the rest of the body. And that is because your outer appearance is reflective of your inner futures. And so, it happens when the servant humbles himself and breaks himself down when he realizes that Allah subhanho wa Taala is watching him. And so the more His heart is aware of this realization, the more his horseshoe will increase.
And Khushboo is always
attributed with a Salah. And so who is to have this humility in your heart, when you are praying, and when you are worshiping Allah subhanho wa Taala and that's why Allah subhanho wa Taala mentions it
when
and that's why Allah subhanho wa Taala mentions it when he says, God earthly helm, moon, Elena homefield, Salatu him, hace rune, that successful indeed are the believers who are humble, who are humbly submissive during their prayer.
But Allah subhanho wa Taala has also mentioned
the humbleness the horseshoe of the heart in general. And so Allah subhanho wa Taala said, lm yet Neela Dina Amano and Tasha kulu Lee karela he, one as Allah meenal, Huck,
Allah subhanho wa Taala he revealed, saying has the time not come for those who believe for their hearts, to become humble for their hearts, to have who are in it?
At the remembrance of Allah, the vicar of Allah, and what has come down of the truth, then Allah subhanahu adad compared that with the opposite, and those who have hardened hearts, and so Allah subhanho wa Taala says when Allah Kunal Kadena, who told kita them in Kabbalah kaaboo for Paula iE himal Emma do for Cosette Kuru boom, that they should not be like those who are given the Scripture before meaning the Jews and the Christians. And then along the period passed over their hearts. And so their hearts became hard. And this is basically referring to the fact that a long period passed until another revelation came and so between our Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and
there is Ali Salaam, there was a long period, several centuries, and so because of that their hearts became harden.
Now, as for the importance of an hasura in the heart, April kya, may Allah have mercy upon him, he says, In this regard, that every single individual must stand before a loss of Hannah who, what?
When he stands before Him in prayer, and when he stands
Before him, on the day in which he will meet. And so each and every single one of us meet, and you, we must stand before a lot twice, once in this world. And the second on the Day of Judgment. He goes on to say, whoever stands before Allah, as he should stand in the first instance,
then the second standing, will be made easy for him, meaning, if he stands humbly, with who Sure, before a lot in his prayer, then standing before a law on the day of judgment will be made easier for him. But he goes on to say, but whoever is heedless, with regards to this standing meaning in this dunya and does not stand before Him meaning insula, as he should, then that second standing, the standing before all on the day of judgment will be made difficult for him. And that is because the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he told us that the very first thing that we will be questioned about on the Day of Judgment, is our Salah. And so if we are successful in that
questioning, then everything that comes after will be made easy for us. But if we feel in that, in that standing before a lot and questioning regarding our Salah, then what comes after, we will feel in that as well. And so the most and so the Muslim should not think of anything outside of the salon. When he is standing in his salon. Rather, his focus should be on the prayer, humbling himself before a loss of Hannah who want to add, however, the reality is that most people, they complain of a lack of horseshoe in their salon. And perhaps the primary reason for that is their lack of an europeen of certainty. And that is because of loss of Hannah who wattana says what in the heck

is imagine that your boss, or your teacher gives you an assignment that needs to be done in a specific way, in a specific manner. And it has to be completed by a set deadline. And so you receive the instructions, and you glance over them quickly. And then you say, you know what, this is something very easy. And so you go ahead, and you do the assignment quickly. And then you submit it. And you say, you know, that's great, I got over with it right on time. And so you submit it.
However, to your surprise, you are told that the work you've done is not going to be accepted from you. Because it was incomplete.
And it did not comply by the instructions that you were given. And so
it is deficient in every sense. And so now you're in trouble. Not only have you run out of time, but your efforts have gone to waste, you come to realize that if only I had paid attention to the instructions,
and then if I had done so I would have been able to complete this assignment in the way in which they wanted me to complete it. And so someone who's wise, what would he do, he would make sure that he read carefully the instructions, understood them. And then after that, he would do the assignment and do it properly.
Now if we translate the above scenario, into our daily life, we understand that the missing ingredient, the missing factor that prevents us from succeeding through our Salah is
A lack of an issue
by not understanding the importance of having crusher in our Salah, we risk having this Allah rejected.
And for sure, we will experience a weakness in a man. And so awasum Hannah who attended, accepting the salaah of his servant, is in accordance to the level of the horseshoe are there in as we're merely performing the Salah, then it fulfills the obligation of praying, but you miss out on the reward, as the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam told us
that each and every single one of us who prays, although we have fulfilled the obligation of praying, but as for the reward, some of us will get the full reward, others will get only attempt of it, others will get only a quarter of it, others will only get half of it, and so on, and so forth.
And so we have two things here, we have quality, and we have quantity. And so it is encouraged, for one whose mind is preoccupied
with something that when he gets up to pray that he shorten his prayer, because a shortened prayer with hookah is better than a long prayer without it. And that's why some of the Sahaba It is reported that they would shorten their prayer. And they would say that we would like to pray before that this was the whisperings of shavon come into our prayer. And so what's more important is quality rather than quantity. At this point, we'll take a quick break Before we continue, and we'll be right back in a few moments.
Salam Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh welcome back to this episode of heart therapy. In this episode, we have been looking at one of the actions of the heart. And that is, uh huh, sure.
And so many of us, we complain of a lack of who sure in our Salah, a lack of humility, a lack of concentration devoutness when we are praying before a loss of Hannah, who went ahead.
There are many reasons for that.
But among the primary reasons for a lack of closure is a lack of a man or a deficiency in our Eman and also a lack of a clear clean.
So the question is, how can we improve our who sure in our salon, as we know, so law is extremely important. And it is the very first thing that Allah subhanho wa Taala will ask us about on the Day of Judgment.
And so we need to perform it in the way in which Allah subhanho wa Taala will be pleased with it, and he will accept it from us. We know for sure, a person has a law, the rewards diminish diminishes. Without a horseshoe, the person saw the reward diminishes, although he may have gotten over it and completed it and it would have been accepted.
And so there are many ways that can help us to improve our future in our salon we'll mention a few of those. Firstly, achieving true sincerity in Allah subhanho wa Taala.
And so once you have true Islam in your heart, then it will help you to have kosher and your soul. And so if you focus your mind and your heart, on Allah subhanho wa Taala and on the hereafter
and you lose
interests in the worldly matters, then you will attain this horseshoe and his focus and his concentration in your salon. Why? Because, as you know,
the majority of things that distract us from horseshoe and sola, or worldly things, things that are on our mind related to this dunya
among the ways to improve our social and our Salah is bearing in mind the greatness of Allah subhanho wa Taala when you stand before Him to pray, and so, whenever you stand in front of anyone,
if the person is someone great in your eyes,
then you would have complete focus, wouldn't you? For example, let's say you are standing before the leader of your country,
you would make sure that you're standing in the proper way,
you would be completely focused on what's going on, what Either you are saying or what is said or what is being said to you.
And so, this is one of the kings of the world. How about the King of all kings? You are standing before him? There is nothing greater than him.
Recall every single time you say Allahu Akbar, what does it mean? It means that Allah is the Greatest and there is nothing greater than him.
Among the ways in which we can achieve who should in our Salah is by bearing in mind, the fact that Allah subhanho wa Taala can see you
and that he is watching you, as you pray, as the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that an exam is to worship a lot as if you can see him, but although you do not see him, he is definitely seeing you and watching you. And so when you stand up and pray before Allah Subhana who wants to have that in mind, that Allah subhanho wa Taala is watching you. And so this will help you to concentrate on your Salah.
Among the ways in which we can achieve who should in our Salah is by bearing in mind, the fact that Allah subhanho wa Taala is in front of you when you pray.
And so even Mr. Ravi Allahu Allahu Allah, He said that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he saw some traces of spit on the wall, in the masjid
in front of him.
And so he went, and he scratched it off. And then he turned to the people. And he said, if one of you is praying, then let him not to spit in front of him. Why? Because a lot is in front of him when he prays.
Among the ways in which we can achieve a horseshoe in our Salah is by being key, to make our prayer, perfect, and not to miss out.
In its reward, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he said, that a person may offer a prayer, and he may gain nothing out of it.
And another person, he may pray,
and he gets a 10th of it, meaning of the reward, or he gets a ninth of it, or he gets an eighth of it, or he gets a seventh of it, or he gets a sixth of it, or he gets a fifth of it, or he gets a quarter of it, or he gets a third of it. Or he gets a half of it. And so two people
can be praying insula, in congregation, they could be standing next to each other.
Heel to heel, shoulder to shoulder, praying the same prayer, praying in the same congregation, praying to a lot alone, but yet one of them comes out of his Salah with a complete reward for it, while the other comes out of it with nothing. This is a difference between a person who prays with ashore and someone else who is distracted and absent minded and has lost complete focus of his Salah. He doesn't know what he's saying. He doesn't know what he's doing. And so you should be keen on making sure that you protect yourself.
Not only having a
For sure in it, but making sure that what you're seeing is correct, and making sure that what you're doing is correct.
Among the means that will help us to perfect our horseshoe in our Salah is perhaps one of the most
is perhaps one of the things that are of most important in perfecting our horseshoe in our salon. And that is, by making an effort to reflect over the meanings of what we are saying, the car, the Quran, that we are reciting, try to reflect over the meanings. And if you do so, you will find that this will help you. This is one of the greatest meanings that will help you to have that focus in your Salah.
And so, when you are reciting Surah Fatiha
have in mind what the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said regarding this great surah when we stand before Allah and we recite it, that it is a conversation between us and Allah subhanho wa Taala read that Hadith understand the meanings of it. And then when you stand before Allah subhanho wa Taala imagine that when you say an ayah what Allah subhanho wa Taala responds with. And when you do this, when you do this, you will have attained sure in your salon. Among the ways in which we can help ourselves to attain a huzhou or in our Salah is by making sure that there is nothing around the place where we are praying that will distract us, such as images, or adornments or sounds,
especially that which is how long such as music, because these things without a doubt they will distract us from our Salah. Among the ways in which we can help to perfect our social and our Salah is by not wandering
around while praying,
not letting our mind wander around nor letting our eyes to wander around, nor letting our hands to wander around.
We should submit everything for Allah subhana wa Tada. And so humility and humbleness, his humbleness of the heart, and also humbleness and humility of the rest of the body parts.
Also, in order to achieve a horseshoe in your Salah, you should remember death while you pray.
And when you stand up to pray, imagine that this Allah of yours could be your last Salah. And that is because none of us knows when we will die.
We don't know if in the next minute or even an X second, Allah takes away our soul. And so stand before Allah subhanho wa Taala praying a prayer of someone who is beard who praying the prayer of someone who is bidding farewell.
And so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said,
Remember death when you pray for if a man remember his death, when he prays, he will strive to make his prayer good. pray the prayer of a man who does not think that he will ever pray another prayer ever again. And so these are some of the ways that will help us to achieve for sure in our salaat.
As for those who do not understand the Arabic language, perhaps it may be a bit difficult for them to reflect over the meanings. But you should make an effort to at least read over the meanings in your language, the meanings of what you are seeing in your soul.
We conclude with a few additional tips that I wanted to mention regarding closure and sola.
Among the tips is to seek knowledge and realize the importance of salah and its acceptance. And so when you realize that this a lot is the first thing that you will be asked about on the Day of Judgment. This will help you without a doubt to make sure you have for sure in it. Also praying on time and not deleting your salon until later. And so you should plan your salon in such a way that you plan your time around.
rissalah and not the other way around, prioritizing pleasing Allah before pleasing others. Also
when you are praying and you lose concentration, you lose focus, seek refuge in Allah subhanho wa Taala from shaitan and that is because it is shaitan that distracts us from having that horseshoe in our Salah. As the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he said,
when I showed all the Allahu Ana asked him, she said, I asked the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam about looking around while praying. So, he said, that is something that shaitan steals from a person's Salah. Also, visualize yourself when praying, always try to remind yourself that you are standing in front of Allah subhanho wa Taala. So, pray as if you can see him and although you cannot see him, then he is definitely watching you. And so,
as you recite visualize the Arabic words for example, so, that you can concentrate on your Salah, this does not mean that you close your eyes rather keep your eyes open, looking at the prayer looking at the place, where you are about to make Sudoku. And finally, do not forget that after the salaah there are certain card, there are certain pieces of remembering that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam taught us
make sure that you say these are the car because whatever deficiency there was in your salon through these car, perhaps it will be made up and you will attain the full reward of your salon.
