Iqbal Gora – Eid ul Fitr Khutbah 2023 Red & White Club

We are gathered here in this beautiful hall

to commemorate this great occasion of Eid al

Fitr with the millions of Muslims throughout the

world. And on this occasion, we know that

it is important for us to say these.

We start off when the Ramadan Ramadan ends.

We start off right then and there making

that view wherever we can in our cars,

in our homes, when we are shopping, it

is.

Thereafter, when we come to the prayer before

starting it, we say the

that we are all familiar with. And in

is greater than this.

Allah is greater in my hunger.

Allah is great in my thirst.

Allah is great in my sleep. Many of

us were sick deprived in this one, and

that what it what it means to say

what he took, we earned that, what he

took, and

the greatest gift that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala

has given us before anything else is that

that is dragged us to become Muslims.

The New Year because a person, they find

themselves in the month of Ramadan. They are

fasting from the beginning of the day until

time of the sun sets.

And similarly,

a person would fast the entire month, and

they would have their major dikah on the

of the day is gonna be days of

Ramadan when you take that first date and

you take that first sip of water. And

How many of us can remember the fact

that it was the 1st day of Ramadan,

and now we find ourselves already at the

end?

And similar will be our life as well.

As Allahu Alaihi says in the Quran,

will be like a blink of an eye.

Many of us can remember a time in

which we were receiving

praise gifts. And before we knew it, we

are the ones that are now giving great

gifts to our children and to our grandchildren.

And I'm pleased to be done. It will

be over so that strides as good as

we can before,

it is it is, before our life ends,

and strive to do as much as good

as we can in this dunya.

Another point as well is that he want

to

be

a person that achieves the quality of

appreciating the ima and the balances of Allah.

And for many of us this morning,

we might have had the inclination

to eat breakfast for the first time in

a whole month. And we when we took

this breakfast for the first time, perhaps some

of us were second guessing. Are we fasting

or not? And we took this to our

mouth. We realized, actually, we can eat today

and we ate it in how much more

enjoyable was it in that moment. A lot

of times, we don't appreciate the small blessings

that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has given us

throughout the day, and that is one of

the great blessings that we gave in the

month of Ramadan.

The final point of address that we will

mention in

don't actually understand what it means to submit

to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. If you found

yourself actually having fasted this month and nobody

else saw that you fasted, this is a

proof of your Islam because you did this

only for the sake of Allah

You're not one that is simply

Subhanahu Waqqai'ala. And we ask Allah Subhanahu Waqqai'ala

to make us from those from those individuals

that as it is mentioned in the hadith

of the prophet

extreme

joy. One moment of joy and that moment

in which they break their past. When you

break their past, you take that first stage,

a moment of joy. And another moment of

joy, on the day of.
