Music, ladies and gentlemen, Northwest University is greatly

Honoris Causa on Dr Imtiaz Ismail Suleiman in recognizing his

attributes for exceptional merit in general, leadership,

organizational leadership, people, skills, cross border and

international cooperation for implementation of social justice

within South Africa and throughout the world, for services of

disaster relief and social justice, also in regard to basic

services and medical services, for blending of business with

leadership acumen and philanthropy,

I think this is the most fantastic experience ever. I left this town

45 years ago. This is my hometown. It's still in my blood, and to get

an academic institution that recognizes you in your own

hometown, you can't explain that feeling. It's the most wonderful,

memorable event ever. The only sad thing is that my father and my

mother both not yet today to see this event, they would have been

over the moon. You.
