			The MJC believes it is in our interest.
		

			It is the interest of the family. It's
		

			in the interest
		

			of the larger Muslim community. It's in the
		

			interest of the greater South African community
		

			that
		

			we come in close contact with the family
		

			to get to the crux of the matter.
		

			Assessment here today,
		

			we realize that too many of our imams
		

			who dedicatingly
		

			serve their communities,
		

			obviously, you cannot expect them to have the,
		

			tools of an intelligence
		

			agency.
		

			But our imams,
		

			know as little about the operations
		

			of ISIS as sometimes
		

			the common community out there knows.
		

			But for us in senior position,
		

			of leadership in the MJC,
		

			who enjoys executive positions on such international,
		

			establishments
		

			such as the International Union
		

			of Muslim Scholars
		

			were then compelled to put some very extraordinary
		

			information
		

			in front of our imams
		

			and say that,
		

			we should not be deceived
		

			by
		

			the,
		

			paraphernalia,
		

			the external paraphernalia
		

			of who claims to represent
		

			the Muslim community and Islam
		

			and claim to do it in the name
		

			of Islam.
