And He said, فَاسْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرُكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلَا
تَكْفُرُونَ Remember Me, I will remember all of
you always.
More than what we can do.
Be grateful to Me and don't be ungrateful
to Me.
This is what Allah said in Surah Al
-Baqarah.
I'm going to recite the morning prayer.
We hope everybody will try their best to
follow Me slowly.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين
اللهم صلي على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما
صليت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم إنك حميد
مجيد اللهم بك أسبحنا وبك أمسينا وبك
نحيا وبك نموت وإليك النشور بسم الله الذي
لا يدر ما اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا
في السماء وهو السميع الأليم رديت بالله ربا
وبالإسلام دينا وبمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم نبيا
اللهم إنا نسألك علما نافع ورسقا
طيبا وأملا متقبلا يا مكلب القلوب ثبت
قلوبنا على دينك وعلى طاعتك وأجرنا
من النار ربنا
آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وكنا
أهزاب النار وصلى الله على محمد وعلى آله
وصحبه أجمعين والحمد لله رب العالمين آمين يا
رب العالمين أخوة وأخوات معنى هذا الدعاء يذكرنا
الكثير من الأشياء التي نسأل الله أولا نريد
الله أن يبارك حياتنا ربما في الصباح في
الليل أو في الليلة باركة الله مهمة جدا
أرجو أن يحاول أخوة أن يدخل المكان المغلق
للأطفال أولا لكي عندما يأتي الأخوة سيكون لديهم
مكان إن شاء الله جزاك الله خير لأننا
نشجع نفسنا لرب الله عندما يرغب في حماية
شخص لديه طريقه سيرسل الأنجل سيرسل حتى الناس
التي لا نعرفهم سيغير قلب الناس حولك الناس
الذين لا يعرفك فجأة يدعونك وهكذا هذا كيف
يحمينا الله الكثير من الناس لا يعرف حماية
الله لذلك نطلب منه حماية أكبر ثم نذكر
نفسنا كيف مهم لنا أن نحب الله بما
يحدث لنا بما يحدث لنا يجب أن نتعلم
كيف نحب بهذا القدر إنه ليس سهلا نحن
دائماً نريد الأفضل نحن دائماً نريد كل الأشياء
الجميلة ولكن بعض الوقت الله يعرف ما هو
أفضل لذلك يجب أن نحصل على رضا رضا
هو مقام تذكرنا
بهذا الكلمة حماية الله إنهم لا يفعلون أي
شيء لحماية الله ليس مثلنا نحن نحفظ الله
بعض الوقت أكثر من الوقت نحفظه كيف
تحفظ الله وكيف تقول أنا أحفظ الله تتواصل
معه بشكل جيد لهذا السبب الله يريد أن
نتذكره والطريقة الأفضل لتذكر الله ليس أن تنسى
كيف تحفظ صلاة الله بشكل صحيح وليس فقط
حفظ صلاة الله يجب أن تحفظ صلاة الله
صلاة الله اليومية بشكل صحيح بطريقة الله يريدك
حفظها كيف يريد الله حفظها أَلَّذِنَهُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ
خَاشِعُونَ في آية وَالَّذِينَهُمْ عَلَى صَلَوَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِزُونَ
أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْوَارِسُونَ أَلَّذِنَ يَرِسُونَ الْفِرْدَوْسُ هُمْ فِيهَا
خَالِدٌ الله قال عندما تريد أن تصلي أريدك
أن تركز خشو لا أريدك أن تصلي فقط
للصلاة وعندما تريد أن تصلي عقلك موجود هناك
لا تركز وعندما أريدك أن تصلي أريدك أن
تتذكر كل شيء تذكرني لا تتذكر الكثير من
الأشياء ثم الله قال لنا مرة أخرى وَالَّذِينَهُمْ
عَلَىٰ صَلَوَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِزُونَ في نفس الصورة مُؤْمِنُونَ الصورة
للمؤمنين الله قال أولئك الذين يلاحظون كل القرارات
في الصلاة الرقم الواجبات التمعنين الترتيب كل شيء
يتعلق بالصلاة وانت مركز أنت تعرف ماذا هو
الرقم أنت تعرف ماذا هو الواجب أنت تعرف
ماذا هو الصلاة أنت تعرف ماذا هو الترتيب
أنت تعرف ماذا هو التمعنين أنت تفهم ذلك
الكثير من الأشخاص الذين يصلي اليوم يسألون ماذا
هو التمعنين التمعنين التمعنين التمعنين إنهم فقط يعرفون
التمعنين يسألون ماذا هو التمعنين إنهم فقط لا
يستطيعون تشارك معك إذا تسألهم ماذا تفهم من

move forward.

You won't experience depression, anxiety.

Find a way to move forward.
Just cut that person off from your memory.
Don't think of him.
If you think of somebody and that thought
always brings unrest to you, what is the
benefit to think of that person?
No point at all.
Just cut him off and think of Allah.
That's how we move on.
Now one of the ingredients that I always
remind myself and all the students of knowledge
and even among scholars, at any point of
time when you want to compare or complain,
always look into the people who are lower,
lesser than you.
Always remember that.
Look at the people who are lower, lesser
than you.
That will help you.
Then you won't feel that sad.
I don't have this.

Look at the people who don't have everything.
When you have so many things, you still
say, I don't have.
I don't have.

And that's why Allah said, If you are
grateful and thankful, I will increase my blessing
that you have inner peace.
Inner peace is a blessing.
Feeling contented, Alhamdulillah, it is a blessing.
Having good environment, good friends, good food.
At the end of the day, brothers and

Our communication with Allah must be ongoing, be
good.
Always, that's why the Prophet said, one of
the unique feeling that the believers have, where
the non-believer do not have, is khusnizan
billahi ta'ala, good thoughts, good feeling towards
Allah.
Never have any negative feeling towards Allah.
What do you learn from that?
Husband and wife relationship.
Do you think it's very important to develop
the good feeling?
Do you think it's important to be communicated,
to have a good communication?
No one can deny.
That is how you bring a lot of
inner peace to yourself.
So, if you have been reading the Quran
and you are trying to follow the guidance
of the Quran, you will get all the
guidance that you need.
You just follow.
Remember Allah said to us, you ask me
for guidance, I show you my way.
After I show you my way, follow my
way.
That's all.
We know we need guidance, but when Allah
show us his guidance, we always give excuses
until we face problem.
Then, why?
Why?
It's because of our own doing.
That's why Allah said, Allah will not change
the condition of any one of you until
you want to make changes.
That's all.
That's how life is.
So, always remember, by following what Allah want
us to do, we will have inner peace.
Even there are problems, and when the inner
peace is there, you know that Allah said,
anytime you want to say anything, make sure
that what you say benefit you and benefit
others.
Don't be selfish.
Think of, you want to say something, is
this word that I'm going to use benefit
me and benefit the listener, others?
If yes, do it.
Say anything that is good.
If not, silence is always better.
Let us revisit a bit on the last
part about Aisha's statement.
Before that, we know the Quran says, speak
good to people.
When you want to speak, to talk to
anybody, always choose the best word.
Choose the good word.
If you are very careful with the people
outside, your friend, a stranger, your customer, just
talk about your customer.
If you are businessman, are you careful in
talking to your customer?
You must be very careful.
And there's a saying, the customer is always
right.
Even they are wrong, if you want them
to be your customer.
Get out.
You can do that too.
This is just an example.
Speak good.
Don't use all the letters that is not
good.
Don't use the word you are a bish.
You cannot do this to a stranger.
You cannot do this to us.
How can we do this to the people
who are so close to us?
Who?
If we have a partner in life, our
husband or wife, you cannot use this word.
How angry you are, this word cannot come
out from the mouth of a believer.
You swallow it, you control, it's always better.
You know what a bullet, a word is
like a bullet, when you shoot out, it
stays there.
This is how you look at me, that
I am nobody to you.
I'm like a bish.
I'm a devil.
You don't say to anybody like that.
Don't think that people cannot say it back
to you.
We are worried that you use the normal
gun, when a woman start to respond, they
use machine gun.
Then you know what is going to happen
already.
That's why when people ask Aisha about the
character, the behavior of the great man on
earth, Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, about
his character, he said, his character was the
Quran, the living Quran.
Now we continue, sleepless night.
Anybody experienced sleepless night?
Sometime the young generation is not sleepless night,
they don't sleep at night.
They sleep in the daytime, they don't know
how to sleep at night.
And everything is so quiet, they become very
active.
Why?
Because they are connected to the globe today.
Last time we are not connected.
Even to house to house, we are not
connected.
Today they connect.
When here is dark, everything is dark, they
connect with some place that is daytime.
Because of the change, the globe change.
So there's no night for them.
And that's why they become unproductive.
Time we say wake up, they want to
sleep.
To the extent sometimes I caught people sleeping
while praying.
While you're praying, suddenly you look at them,
he's going, maybe he's dreaming, he's thinking he's
in Jannah now.
He's moving like that now, struggling.
Anyhow, that is all the challenges that we
are facing.
Now, under this subtitle, sleepless night, if you
toss and turn during the night without being
able to fall asleep, remember, yeah, Allah, with
prophetic supplication, dua.
Supplication that is from the Quran and supplication
taught by our Prophet.
That's why the Prophet highly recommend anyone who
want to go to bed, take wudu.
Please do this exercise.
Before you want to go to bed, even
you may sleep later on one hour after
that, two hours after that.
But make sure you go to the washroom,
do whatever you have to do, take ablution.
And if you want to make it more
easier for you after taking the ablution, you
can pray two rakaat sunnah wudu.
If you want, if you know, you just
take your wudu, then after your feet is
dry, wear socks or stocking.
Why?
Because it helps to keep your feet warm
and also is healthier for the blood flow.
Then tomorrow morning you wake up, you don't
have to wash your feet.
You don't have to wash your feet.
You take your ablution, come to the socks
after you wipe your head, the ear.
With the same wet hand you have, you
wipe on the socks.
On the right one, right hand on the
right feet, left on the left feet.
Go and pray.
One thing you don't wet the floor, especially
sister for you to bend down sometime early
in the morning.
It's so an exercise but sometimes it's difficult.
And for all the brothers, all the male,
please make sure that the toilet that we
use, the washroom, all, we take wudu after
washing your feet.
Normally you wash your feet if you don't
wear socks.
Please dry the place, dry the floor.
If you don't have a mop, prepare a
mop or anything that you are sure that
can help you to keep the washroom dry.
Because you may take wudu first, maybe later
on your mom we're going to take it.
Going in the same place and sometimes we
just wake up and maybe slippery, some accident
will happen.
I've seen this a few times, even one
of my students passed away because of Allah's
decree, of course.
They were together, husband and wife, sleeping.
So husband wake up to go to the
washroom and never come out.
That is why the wife was having some,
yeah, taking some time to overcome that accident.
He was with me, no sickness, nothing.
And then he woke up and went into
the washroom and never come out.
So the wife suddenly said, too long, and
went in, he's gone.
Why?
Because of the slippery, slippery floor.
Imbalance, fall, hit, yeah, something, gone.
Accident happen very easily in the washroom where
there is water.
So please do yourself a favor and also
do others a favor.
Unnecessary, don't lock the toilet.
If it is a private one, you don't
have to lock.
If there's a master bedroom, don't lock.
You just can close if you want, yeah,
but don't lock.
This is just a reminder.
Remember what the Prophet want you to do.
Allah in the Quran in chapter 13, verse
28 said, Allah is telling us, barely
in the remembrance of Allah, do hearts find
rest.
All our heart will have some peace.
And then the Prophet remind us, said, Minimum,
With your name, Allah, I am going to
die.
Why the Prophet use the term, the letter
I'm just sleeping, but sleeping remind us of
death.
You can sleep very fast when everything is
off, off.
Close your eyes, memory off.
Close your ear, your hearing, block, block, block.
Then you can sleep very well.
It's just like unplug yourself.
When thing is being plugged in, many information
coming in.
So, sleeping is the training how to die.
So all of us, we are not qualified
with our sleep yet.
We don't pass the exam of sleeping.
That's why we are awake again.
If you pass the exam of sleeping, you
don't wake up anymore.
It's like you pass your exam on driving,
you don't have to go to driving school
anymore.
Bye bye driving school.
I have passed.
So sleeping is like training how to die.
So if you know that you are going
to die, do you still entertain a lot
of thing, thinking of bad thing?
You don't have time anymore.
I want to die in peace.
So we say, Bismillah, I want to end
my life with your name.
If you will give me life again, I
want my life to be a better one.
Guided.
Bismillahumma amutu wa ahya.
Then you can recite Al-Fatiha.
Then you recite Ayatul Kursi.
Then you recite the last two verses of
Al-Baqara if you memorize.
Add with the three Qul, Qul Huwa Allah,
Qul A'udhu Bi Fanaq, Qul A'udhu
Bi Nas.
And if you still feel that very energetic,
not tired yet, so many surah that you
have memorized when you are young, recall, recite.
You will find peace.
And normally you say when you start to
recite verses of Allah, you get sleepy very
fast.
Because there is another force is going to
help you to sleep.
The battle within us is our Nafsul Ammar
Bissu, the Shaitan.
Can you imagine at that time Shaitan is
going to fight with you.
He help you.
Sleep my boy.
Sleep my friend.
You are good guy.
Don't worry.
Sleep.
He want you to stop reciting the Quran.
That's why people start to read the Quran,
they start to get sleepy.
Suddenly they forget which surah already.
So do that.
Remember Allah.
There's dua the Prophet has taught us from
the Quran itself.
Just do it.
I know sometimes those who want to sleep,
they cannot sleep.
They have to go to see a doctor.
Then the doctor will give them sleeping pill.
I have a brother who was not a
Muslim, working in a nightclub.
Alhamdulillah before he died, he became a Muslim
and we performed the funeral prayer here.
There was a time that I went to
visit him.
He cannot sleep.
And then he took not only one tablet,
sleeping pill.
He took about ten that knocked him down.
Immediately his friend got to call the ambulance
and then sent to the hospital.
I came to know, I went and visited
him.
After a while, Alhamdulillah, maybe one day or
two days, I forgot.
Then he was awake, Alhamdulillah.
Then the doctor do not want him to
leave yet.
Want to monitor his situation.
He is a very tough guy.
I'm not a guinea pig.
I know I'm okay.
So you don't have to stop me.
I want to go.
I want to get out.
So the doctor said, if you really you
don't want to stay on, I said, stay
for 24 hours more.
You don't you have to sign a document.
Anything happen, you don't blame anybody except yourself.
He said, no problem.
He signed the document.
He was okay.
He went up.
This is because he was having sleepless night,
you know, for many nights.
So he just took the pill.
One pill not enough, two not enough, three.
He took ten pill.
We have a better way as a Muslim.
We have Allah.
If those who still feel very energetic after
recite Quran, pray tahajjud.
Pray tahajjud.
Do some exercise.
That's why it's very important for young people
to get tired in the daytime.
So night you can sleep faster.
Make your body get tired.
Go to the gym if you like to
go to the gym, exercise.
Do some running, sweating, stretching, or help the
parent at home what they like you to
do to carry certain thing that is heavy.
You don't let them carry.
They have been carrying all the heavy stuff
and carrying you also.
Now it's time for you to carry something.
Build some muscle.
Don't build fat, build muscle.
Find some kind of lifestyle, healthy lifestyle.
Do something.
I believe if you do that to your
body, your body have right upon you, easy
for you to sleep when you are tired.
Number two, avoid sleeping during the day except
when you have no other choice.
Kailulak.
Sleeping after Zohar, before Asar is also a
Sunnah.
They call Kailulak.
We were taught to do that because the
situation helped us.
When we were student in Medina in Saudi,
you know daytime can be very very hard.
That's why the lifestyle in the Middle East
is a bit different.
A lot of offices, shops were closed after
Zohar and life started after Asar.
That's why the Arabs don't have early dinner.
The earliest is 11.30 p.m. The
earliest.
Each time when I visit my friend and
they want to invite me for dinner, I
say no no no.
Your dinner is our sleeping hour.
We cannot.
You call us dinner.
11.30 is the earliest.
I'll make dinner early for you.
Okay okay.
Early early, 12.30. My friend is sleeping
beside me already.
I'm used to eat a bit, no problem.
But my friend is snoring now.
But that is their lifestyle.
But it's true that Kailula is also a

That's why at night when you sleep normally,
for us we are not used with sleeping
without aircon now.
Without aircon you cannot sleep.
You want to open the window, you dare
not open.
You worried that the thief will jump into
the house.
So you want to, you cannot even open.
All the mosquito will come in.
Alhamdulillah we got fan but most of us
have aircon room, Alhamdulillah.
Then when you have aircon, you are sure
to use blanket.
Number three, read or write until sleep come.
You make your mind a bit tired.
Read or you write.
That's why we just finished our retreat on
journaling.
It so happened that this retreat, I faced
another challenge.
I got some food poisoning.
I cannot sleep the whole night.
And so happened the bed that I'm sleeping,
the side I'm sleeping, the aircon always hit
on my face.
I feel cold.
Alhamdulillah thing get better the next morning.
And also when you are reading brothers and
sisters, anything you want to do, I highly
recommend every student of knowledge, when you're going
to attend any class, you say to Allah,
Allahumma zidni ilman naafiyah.
Oh Allah, increase in me knowledge that benefit
me.
I do not just want to learn anything
but do not benefit me.
I want to learn thing that benefit me.
Knowledge that benefit you.
There is a prayer that we have said
that this morning.
Allahumma inna nas'aluka ilman naafiyah.
Oh Allah, we are seeking and asking you
to increase knowledge that benefit me.
While I'm learning, what is knowledge that benefit
you?
Is the knowledge of Allah, Quran.
The saying of the Prophet is sure to
benefit everyone.
Other than that, don't entertain.
Like dua.
The dua that the Prophet have taught us,
there are so many dua.
We don't even memorize it.
And you go and memorize the wrong dua
created by so-called imam.
Some scholars say, oh this is special, special
dua.
No dua is better than the dua in
the Quran and taught by Prophet Muhammad.
So please, if those who do not know
how to make dua properly, now you have
people in the Instagram arguing about this.
They say you can use who, who, la
ilaha illallah.
The Prophet said the best dhikr is la
ilaha illallah.
Not just illallah, illallah, illallah.
Not only Allah, Allah, Allah.
The name of Allah is still there.
But when you want to make a dhikr,
the Prophet taught us.
Whose dhikr is better than the Prophet?
He said, say it.
Subhanallah, bihamdi, subhanallah, alhamdulillah.

companions of the Prophet or the four great

Abu Hanifa, Malik, Shafi, Hanbali, taught any of
their students to shortcut and try to say,

This is different level.
Shaitan come and whisper to you, you know,
la ilaha illallah.
That is kindergarten.
Everybody recite from children.
And when you are getting to the next
level, the la ilaha illallah start to change.
How can I show you that?
I like to, when this subject about dhikr,
inshallah, you just spend some time with me.
Because this issue start to pop up again
lately.
The Arabic one, normally,
oh, bismillah.
Okay.
Nobody have any dispute that the Prophet have
said all the great scholars, great imam said
after the dhikr, la ilaha illallah.
The best dhikr is la ilaha illallah.
That is what the Prophet said.
No dispute from anybody.
Every scholar, every imam agreed upon.
So later on, then you have people who
say, outsmart our Prophet.
They say, this is for kindergarten.
Long one, a complete one.
So they say, we cancel this.
Also, we cancel.
La ilaha, no point for you to recite
that.
Because la ilaha means you are denying.
You have been denying.
So why must you keep on saying denying,
denying?
You have denied.
What you have to do is isbad.
This one, illallah.
This is isbad.
This is nafi.
This is how people try to explain.
This one, no need.
In the beginning, you say, la ilaha illallah,
la ilaha.
After you know that you have been denying,
you don't accept other than Allah anymore.
So you don't waste your time.
Go and say, la ilaha.
Cut short.
Illallah.
Illallah isbad.
Accept Allah, accept Allah, accept Allah.
Correct.
Literally is correct.
And then later on, you say, this also
not necessary anymore.
You're moving to the next level.
Maybe they say this first level is S.
Yeah.
First level, S.
Second level is called T.
T, I use the term.
Third level, you say H.
Fourth level, then you say M.
S, T, H, M.
La ilaha illallah.
This is shariah.
Surface.
Kindergarten.
When you deny this, you go to tariqa,
another level.
And then you take off this, you become
haqiqat.
This another level.
From tariqat to haqiqat.
Yeah.
When you come to haqiqat, there will be
some confusion already.
Tariqat means the way.
The best way is the way of Prophet
Muhammad.
That's all.
Now, then they go to ma'rifat.
When come to ma'rifat, you and me
get confused.
He will ask you, where are you now?
You say, I'm here.
Where?
Where?
Here.
Here, where?
Show me, where are you?
I'm here, I'm standing.
But where?
Here, la.
I'm here.
I'm here.
That is not you.
That is your chest.
This is me.
This is your cheek.
Not you.
What is the name?
My name is Hussain.
Hussain is a name, not you.
And then they come up with a word.
Whoever knows himself, he knows Allah.
Whoever knows Allah, he disappears.
He does not exist anymore.
Can you imagine?
If you say you don't know Allah, that
means you don't know yourself.
You must know yourself first.

Do you really exist?
Then you start to try to confuse you,

That's why they say, no more this word.
Illallah, now accept only the word that they

If what you are saying is so unique,
so true, then the Prophet should have taught
us.
Are you saying that your zikr is better
than the zikr of Prophet Muhammad?
The Prophet have taught us how to do
zikr.
And he said, after the zikr, la ilaha
illallah, he said, you can say, Subhanallah.
Kalimatani khafifatan bil-lisan, faqilatan bil-mizan.
There are two words, very light on your
tongue, very heavy in the scale of Allah.
Subhanallahul Azim.
Subhanallahul Hamd.
The Prophet make it clear.
When he show you, he said this and
that.
He show you how to recite.
But now you have a new one coming
to show you another way.
He said, we normal people, you do not,
because you are kindergarten, so you cannot.
You are not that level.
So they said, you are the shariah people.
We are moving to the second level, tariqa.
That's why you have all the tariqat, this
tariqat, that tariqat.
The Malay translate tariqat.
They try to control you, because you know
have nothing.
They know that you have nothing solid.
So they control your mind.
That's why you have all this nonsense going
on.
You have all the free labor forces.
You call people to work for you without
giving them their right.
You make them feel good.
You serve us.
Everything you have, give it to me.
You know, everything belong to you, belong to
us.
All the top level enjoy all the bounties
when we will have to go through all
the hardship.
This is not new.
It happened from the 70s, 80s, something happened.
Alhamdulillah.
But then they change their name, change their
look, change their strategy, and transform themselves.
So this is what is happening to all
of us.
So we do want to entertain all this.
If you follow Quran and Sunnah, all is
there.
Oh, but they said, no, no, you are
shariat, we are tariqat.
When you have tariqat, you are the haqiqat
and ma'arifat.
Then they say, do you see Allah?
How can we see Allah?
Then you are blind.
You don't want to be blind.
Where is Allah?
Can you see me?
Can you see me?
Of course I can see.
Where is me?
Where is me?
Show me, where is me?
He play with all these words suddenly.
You are so intelligent before.
You are doctor, engineer, accountant.
Suddenly you got into this area, you become
so ignorant, so stupid.
They make you stupid first, that you know
nothing.
Then they control you with terms, words that
you don't even know.
This is something that I just want to
show you, what happens if you remember Allah,
not following the way of Allah and the
way of Prophet Muhammad.
So it's very important, brothers and sisters, for
us who have been very busy with the
world today, busy with a lot of things,
please just be humble.

sleep.
Alhamdulillah.
So everybody, their body reaction is not the
same.
Some, when they drink coffee, they say, I
cannot sleep anymore.
I'm going to suffer tonight.
Then don't drink coffee.
You know that if you have that problem,
stay awake.
Some still, they can sleep well.
This do not change their body reaction.
The body know how to react.
Always remember, brothers and sisters, there's one thing
even reminded by all the great scholars.
When Allah said, hikmah in the Quran, wisdom.
When wisdom is very, very unique.
That's why the last khutbah of the prophet,
the way he talked to the people, and
he want his people to go out and
share the beautiful message of Islam, the beautiful
message of peace.
Now he say, ayuhannas.
He call everybody, remind every of his ummah,
when you meet people, honor them as your
fellow family.
Old people, you don't say, oh munafiq, oh
kafir, oh shaitan.
You know that shaitan is there.
You don't have to tell.
You don't have to campaign for him anymore.
You say, old people.
Then how the prophet relate, make us feel
for one another.
Remember there's only one creator, one God, the
true God who create all of us.
People can say so many God, that's up
to them.
You as a Muslim must remember wherever you
go, there's only one Allah.
Now even they ask AI, AI also say
only one.
Then the prophet continue.
All of you came from one papa.
So when you know that you all came
from one family, we are like a family.
We are no stranger.
All of us are children from Adam.
So we are from one big family.
Whether you are white, black, you are the
Arab, non-Arab, we all are from one
God, from one.
So we are one family.
That's why when we have any kind of
photo session, we always introduce this one.
Yeah, one.
We have to remind everybody to acknowledge the
one.
Whether you, even shaitan who have caused a
lot of division among us, but shaitan know
the one true God.
He know who is the true God.
So we have to acknowledge this.
So you don't talk to people and judge
them, curse them.

We are family from Adam and Eve.
We are brothers in humanity.
But when come to the level of believer,
non-believer, of course there will be another
level of discussion.
But from the beginning, we don't treat everybody
like you are my enemy, you are stranger.
We all came from one God, one father.
Always understand this universal value.
This is the lost wisdom that when you
find it, take it back.
Use it.
Make everybody feel close to you.
And that's why that one of the prophet
is so effective because he don't look down
upon other people.
He always find way to connect with them
and make them feel like we are a
family.
Only you are lost now.
You don't know who is the true God.
What is the true religion?
You don't know.
You have turned astray.
You get confused.
And that's why in the early generation, they
call zaman jahiliya.
And zaman jahiliya, a lot of people, no
atheist.
There is no free thinker, no atheist, no
communist now.
All believe in God.
But those who don't know the true God
start to create more gods.
That's why you call mushrikin, mecca.
Mecca surrounded around Kaaba, you get 360 idols.
360 idols.
Each idol represent one tribe.
They all believe in gods because believing in
gods give them business.
Anything that turn astray, one thing is difficult
for you to go against them because money
involved.
Anything you think people like to do this
to, why?
Because there's money involved.
You have to buy this, you have to
buy that.
You have to have a special uniform.
It's money involved.
You have kunduri this, kunduri that.
It's catering, money.
All the good caterers here, good majlis, more
majlis.
First day, third day, seventh day, ten days,
hundred days, kunduri arwah.
You see, after somebody die, you have to
think of having food.
There was a scholar, not in Malaysia, when
people invite him for this kunduri.
So he went.
So when people start to eat, he don't
eat.
Then the people said, why you don't eat?
Because this kunduri, kunduri arwah, meaning the kunduri
is prepared for the disease.
How can the one who's living eat?
It's not for me.
We should have sent it to the grave.
That's why the Chinese always send food to
the grave.
That's why the Chinese, when they go to
the temple, they don't just go empty-handed.
At least they buy some joystick, they buy
some fruit.
Normally they buy orange.
They also buy some chicken, some veggie, flour,
and then they will put in front whatever
god they believe in there, or the person
who died, they put there.
And after 10, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, they
use two kind of, before wood, now you
can use coin.
Every coin, you have the two sides of
the coin.
So they will move this direction and then
they throw the coin.
So if one flower, one they say, the
two sides, one kepala, one bunga, three times.

If you said you believe in him, you're
serving him, but do you think he don't
know that this is plastic?

eating or not.
I know that other people is eating.
But we Muslim are not going to get
involved in this kind of thing.
So always remember anything you want to consume,
or you want to offer something, offer to
those who are living.
Those who die cannot eat, cannot drink anymore.
So that scholar will say, you cannot eat
arowa.
I'm not arowa, I'm still living, so I
can't eat.
So they know that this is from another
group.
Yeah, because normally the general public would like
to eat.
No, is that wrong?
If people want to send it to you,
you can eat.
But you don't want to encourage, burden the
deceased family that they have to come up
with this kind of fees, and they have
to spend extra money.
They don't have to do that at all.
Islamically, the prophet show if somebody pass away,
the neighbor should bring food to them.
Don't let them go through all this hardship
again.
They got a funeral to look at, and
then they have to take care of your
food, and prepare food for you.
What is this?
Just an example.
Islam is a very practical religion, and whatever
Allah and the prophet said, you just follow.
Whatever there's no saying from Allah, and also
the prophet never done it, you just don't
follow.
Don't worry about what people will say about
you.
You cannot please everybody.
The more you want to please human, you
think that human will be happy with you?
No.
They will control you, and that's why you
see human are worshipping human today.
When all these people want to self-claim,
I am from this generation, that if they
come to you, everybody give money.
Is everything come back to dollar and cent?
To you, they said, you don't keep a
lot, but your money can pass it to
me.
So they will live happily like a king,
where all of you work like a slave.
That is not the way of Islam.
May Allah protect all of us, brother and
sister, and don't keep on sleeping.
When you don't learn about Islam, you can
consider you are sleeping too.
Time for you to wake up.
How to wake up?
That's why the first revelation, read.
Read the book of Allah, the Quran, then
wake up and share the knowledge.
Don't make people look stupid.
Make them aware about what is the truth,
what is right, and what is wrong.
That is our mission.
For the young generation, please, there's a lot
for you to do.
You have a lot of friends.
They may need your help, but how can
you help them if you don't equip yourself
with the right knowledge?
You have to be strong so that you
can help your fellow friends, relatives, so you
become more beneficial.
You are not just there to be there.
No, you are there to help one another.

divine law that will save us from a
lot of problems.

I have come across a few places
where the wudu facility is not there, especially
probably in offices or homes, where people do
their wudu first washing in the sink, and
then wash their feet in the bathroom by
the toilet.
Is this acceptable?
Yeah, many
places sometimes they don't have wudu area, a
proper washing area.
Yeah, so what to do?
You have in the toilet, can you use
the water from the toilet to wash your
feet?
Yes, you can do that because the only
thing you have to recite bismillah is in
the beginning.
When you start to wash your hands, you
say bismillah.
After that, you don't have to say bismillah,
just the action of washing the feet.
You can do that, no problem at all,
because there is still water.
Sometimes I imagine that, say, somebody has used
the toilet and there might be a drop
or two of urine that falls.
Yeah, so somebody else uses that space and
I don't feel that it's clean.
That is why we muslims must be very
careful.
Using public toilet, number one, is good to
have some napkins, not napkins, some tissues, to
clean the seat first.
But sometimes if you look at the floor,
it is wet.
People sometimes they don't sit down properly, so
they don't care about that.
But we as muslims, we must make sure
the place that we want to sit must
be clean, dry, all dry.
You wipe and then you show that it's
dry, then you sit.
Now, on the floor, if it's wet, you
worry they have urine.
But there's also one thing that we can
do.
That is why the prophet wants us to
wear clothes or socks.
If from home you have voodoo, your feet
is dry, you wear a socks or stocking.
Then when you go to renew your voodoo
anywhere, you don't have to wash the feet
anymore.
You take, you wash everything like normal in
the sink, come to the feet, you're wet,
and then you wipe on the socks.
You can play with your socks.
Yeah, just one time, the prophet showed us.
And the prophet even forbid the companion who
have voodoo and wear a cloth or sock
to take off the cloth.
You see, don't take it off.
You just wet and then you wipe once.
The same goes to the left, you wipe
once.
Only once and not from the bottom, from
the top, just wipe over.
So practical, convenient.
We don't know why we are not following
the way of our prophet.
And then there'll be a lot of disturbance,
this worry, clean or not.
You don't have to even wet the floor
at all.
So always train ourselves before you want to
go out shopping or anything.
Have your voodoo, when your feet is dry,
you wear your socks.

Yeah, of course that one, you have to
be careful.
If you still have worry, then you have
to clean the floor.
Make sure the floor now is clean.
You have done your part, important, you have
done your part.
Clean the floor.
I know sometimes it's like male.
Female actually is safer for the female one.
The male toilet, a lot of male, they
don't sit while doing business.
They go for the fast track one.
And then they create a lot of problem.
We encounter that.
So that's why when I want to use
any public toilet, if that is for the
wheelchair, I will go to the wheelchair.
Because we want to relax, we want to
take off sometime.
When you want to sit, you want to
sit properly.
And for you to do that, if you
are not careful, if you want to take
off your trousers, then if it's too long,
the bottom one is going to touch the
floor.
That is not clean.
So you must organize yourself properly.
If you need to do that, then you
have to fold your trousers to a level
that you are confident that it will not
touch the floor.
So you must plan.
All this is up to how you plan
your movement.
Very important.
That's why the prophet said, one of the
sins that cause us to be punished in
the grave for the male is because when
they go for the call of nature, they
fail to clean themselves properly.
You see, you stand, you cannot clean properly.
Because after that, you have to clean your
private part with water.
How are you going to clean?
And it will sprinkle to the trousers.
Now the trousers are not clean anymore.
So for the woman, normally it's easier because
they will sit.
And some people who are not used to
sitting, they will squat on the seat.
And that's why you have problems.
They just cannot.
In certain countries, you see, wow, these people
are so old, but they have strong knees.
No, they can just squat all the way.
If we go squatting, we cannot come out
anymore.
Because we never train ourselves to stretch the
knee in that manner.
So all this we must plan, of course.
Plan properly.

Sheikh said about asking protection from Allah.
But what is the ruling on taking optional
insurance?
Like nowadays, people talk a lot about medical
insurance or travel insurance.
I know the conventional one, of course, we
cannot take because it's Riba based.
But how about with the Takaful?
Other than the life insurance, most of the
scholars say it's okay.
Of course, this kind of thing don't happen
in time of the Prophet.
Don't happen in the first, second, third generation.
Because the community is very Islamic.
The community will help one another.
Anybody who's been affected by something, they need
help.
The community, the Baitul Mal, and all these
things will come in and make sure that
you have your right.
You don't have to worry.
So that's why you don't have a lot
of this policy, that policy, you don't have.
Because the human is being educated in the
Islamic way that we are ready to help
one another.
And education, health, basic needs of everybody is
not something you can commercialize.
No.
Anything very basic, don't commercialize.
Today, everything is commercialized.
The system has failed.
So what should we do?
If you have something extra, they come up
with this policy, health insurance, medical insurance, educational
insurance, travel insurance, that one, most of the
scholars say, it's okay.
You can do that.
Because it protects you from a lot of
uninvited problems.
Can you imagine if you travel overseas and
you are not well?
The government hospital cannot take you because you
are not local.
And then you've got to go to the
private.
The private is going to tell you many,
many things.
Unnecessary, they say, oh, I've got the MRI.
Why you go MRI?
Are you having food poisoning and you want
to scan here, scan for what?
Because the more you get involved, the more
they can trust you.
Just an example here.
Lately, I also experienced this when I was
in Dubai for the Darfur course.
Suddenly, the last night, I was going to
have dinner with all the hosts.
Then I got another attack of a tiger.
I cannot open my eyes anymore.
Immediately, they sent me to the hospital, a
private one, because we are not local.
And they start to say, okay, we check
this, check this.
I told them, in this tiger, I know
I have this before.
I just need a proper, I need rehydration.
So they put me on drip.
After three to four hours, I was quite
okay, alhamdulillah.
They were talking, I've got to go for
this scanning, this scanning.
So then we know, I asked them for
the bill, they didn't pass it to me.
I know it's going to cost sometimes, unnecessary.
So I was advised also, in the future,
if you want to travel, it's good to
take travel insurance.
It's okay.
All this other than life insurance.
You do put a price for your life.
Medical, educational, all this is recommended nowadays.

a non-Muslim country, some scholars believe that
a non-halal beef and chicken is permissible
to eat, to be eaten.
But some scholars believe that any non-halal
meats cannot be eaten.

the letter and you don't eat any non
-halal beef or chicken, and you want to
go for fish or potatoes, but it's fried
in the same batter or oil or pan,
would that then make the potato or fish
haram to eat?

A very practical question for those who travel.
I've been traveling around the globe.
I have no problem with food so far,
Alhamdulillah.
Now, it's very important when you say some
scholars.
We know that some scholars have a very
general idea about the food prepared by the
people of the book.
They say in the West, they consider any
Western, they are people of the book.
They say because they are Christians, so Christians
are people of the book.
That is the general opinion for people who
don't really understand who is the people of
the book.
If you understand, then you know.
I always discuss this with some scholars too.
I say, we agree because the Quran said
that anything slaughtered by the people of the
book and their woman is halal for the
believers.
Food to consume, woman to be married.
You can marry any woman from the people
of the book without them becoming a Muslim.
In the Quran, it says that.
That's why you can see a lot of
these Middle East people who go there and
then do a lot of nonsense there.
But then, we must understand what Allah said
about the people of the book, not the
way you understand, not the way the scholars
understand.
What Allah said about the people of the
book and what the Prophet said about the
people of the book.
Can you consider any Christian to become the
people of the book?
If you say yes, then even the Christians
here, if they slaughter anything, we can eat
because they are people of the book.
The Indian Christians, Chinese Christians, the Malay Christians,
especially in Malaysia, you have a lot of
Malaysians in the nation, speak the same language.
Everything, MashaAllah, Assalamualaikum, Inshallah, but they are non
-Muslims.
So, when you go back and look into
what Allah said, that the people of the
book, Moses, Jesus, was only sent to the
Lordship of Israel.
Only if they belong to the Israelite race,
they have the right to claim, I am
the people of the book.
Because the book was sent to them.
Moses was sent only to his people.
Jesus was sent to Bani Israel, not the
Samaritans or the Gentiles.
The non-Israel cannot be the follower of
Jesus and the followers of Moses.
Then our Prophet said, there are five miracles
that Allah granted me that never granted to
anyone else.
To the early Prophet, and one of the
things I was sent to every nation and
tribe, to everyone.
When the early Prophet was sent to their
own people, I was sent for people, for
everybody.
So, that's why you cannot.
It's true, right, what you said, you don't
take the meat, not pig, because out of
the picture, chicken, but if they are cooking
in the same frying pan, they are not
separate, then you can't.
You just survive with other means.
I do survive, Alhamdulillah.
I will encourage people who like to travel
a lot.
We are worried that we are traveling, we're
waiting for the restaurant, take some time for
you to reach there.
Boiled egg, you have boiled egg, ketchup, you
can buy from here.
Simple, you know.
You survive, because I survive, you know.
And the ubi kayu, you can, all this
can last, lasting.
You can just prepare.
Simple, and egg is very practical, and also
it helps.
Fishes, if I buy, even I cook, I
just buy the normal rice, and I cook
by myself.
Even bread, especially in Japan or certain countries,
not all bread you can eat.
They use a lot, so you must be
very careful.
But now, because the halal market has been
introduced, and
people are coming to this halal market, they
know if they do halal food, they can
serve everybody.
So the halal business has reached here, trillions.
So we have to prepare for ourselves, Inshallah.
Organize yourself.
The best thing that I said, you know,
kalao bread pun ada, maggi mee pun ada.
It's not healthy for what, but you can,
last time when I travel, boil egg, boil
a potato.
You know, and when you have some kicap
soja, ngam, alhamdulillah.
Sedap, you know, very interesting, and you have
kabu, you have energy, protein, alhamdulillah.
Yeah, don't worry if you survive, Inshallah.
For the sake of Allah, alhamdulillah.
Yeah, we don't want to compromise things that
are not helping our iman.

people who fear Allah.

go there, if they say halal, I say,

get this meat?
Different from Malaysia.
You know there's a video going on, how
they slaughter the cow, some group, who is
not from the government department, not slaughterhouse that
is being recognized by the authority.
You know how they do it?
Have you seen in the video, any one
of you?
Just a young boy, younger than you.
They give him, it's like the gun, you
know, and then the cow is there.
His duty is to put that on the
top of the head of the cow, and
bang, gone.
This is not slaughtering.
Slaughtering, you have to slaughter.
They use that kind of gun.
And astaghfirullah, sometimes you don't know, the one
who is doing, a young guy, smoking, you
don't know even he said bismillah or not.
Last time I used to go to Pudu,
I was staying in India.
I used to go a lot of market
to look for things, then some the Chinese
market, but because they want to give supply
halal chicken, they employ muslim to slaughter.
But what kind of muslim do they employ?
All the drug addict, cheap, and then while
they're slaughtering the chicken, they also look like
chicken.
You know, their eyes like chicken.
I don't think they know what they are
doing.
They just hold the chicken and then what
they recite, only Allah knows.
I said, you can't let this thing happen.
You cannot employ people like that.
Oh, muslim, muslim.
Because I think this thing stands for the
fact that they say that when you slaughter,
there is cruelty.
Like the Sikhs, for example, you feel that,
you know, they are not, apparently, they are
not allowed to eat any food that is
slaughtered by the muslims.
Because if it's slaughtered by the muslims, when
you cut the jugular vein, the blood come
out, that is cruelty to them.
To them, they say it's cruelty.
To us, no.
This animal will be very, very pleased because
they are here to serve Allah.
And the ones who are going to eat
are people who worship Allah.
To them, it's a blessing for this animal.
People don't understand there's a cruelty, they can
do anything, but anything they do is not
cruel.
Anything muslim do, they say cruel.
I mean, this is their way of sabotaging
the truth.
We don't entertain what they want to say.
We know when you cut and then you
see, when we have problem, when we have
sickness or diseases, how do the hospital can
help us and confirm what kind of problem
we have through our blood test.
A lot of diseases, anything, will have something
to do with the blood.
So they want to check.
From the blood, they can get a lot
of information.
Acid, hybrid, sugar, everything from the blood.
That's why when you slaughter the animal and
the blood flow like normal, this is the
sign that that animal is healthy.
Sign of the healthy.
You don't each time when you slaughter chicken,
you send the chicken to the vet hospital
or animal hospital and please check my chicken
okay or not.
The cow got COVID or not.
The cow got flu or not.
Now you have the flu, chicken and so
on.
You don't do that.
By slaughtering and the blood flow normally is
a sign they are okay.
Allah make it easy for us.
So these are good things for the young
generation to understand because we travel a lot
and we have friends who are not careful
and they just based on some opinion, okay,
okay.
It's not okay.
You only say it's okay if you ask
them who slaughter.
That's why the Jew, the kosher meat, they
are very careful.
They don't eat any meat slaughtered by other
than themselves, the Jew.
So the Jew are very particular about food
but not the Christian.
The Christian they bulldoze.
The Jew don't eat pig.
A true Christian will not eat pork because
it's in the Bible that the flesh of
the swine is unclean for you but they
bulldoze everything already.
So may Allah protect us by doing that
to all the young brothers and the sisters.
Allah will protect your deen.
Your deen is more valuable than just the
meat.
And good once in a while you try
to practice vegetarian.
It's not bad.
It balance your diet a bit.
Alhamdulillah.

So may Allah help us and may Allah
protect us and don't forget be more productive
whatever we're doing.
