meaning you are not a perfect person until
you choose a good partner
and you decide
to have a relationship that is
legal
to be husband and wife.
The reason Allah wants us
to have a family, number 1, sakinah,
to find peace.
Number 2,
to develop love.
It's not easy
to be together as husband and wife if
there is no love,
But there is a saying very popular among
us, love is blind,
And it is so true that I have
my
humble experience
that I have a student before,
both are blind.
And then they got 2 children,
1 boy, 1 girl, who is not blind.
Alhamdulillah.
Then after more than 15 years,
one day the wife came
to see us.
The wife said, I do not know what
happened to my husband.
What did he
see in the other
lady
that I don't have
because he's a blind husband.
Because
he got
a second wife.
And the strange thing, the second wife also
is blind.

So sometimes
what
people used to say love is blind
has some truth in it, you know.
So it's not just how you
how you are, how you're created. It is
the feeling,
how you talk to one another,
you know.
The senses in a person is very important.
Now love and mercy,
the greatest one is mercy.
That's why
rahmah
comes later on.
It's just like we as family,
after some time
our love starts to fade.
In the beginning,
our love is so strong.
As our family grows,
so our feeling
of the feeling of love is shared with
others.
Who are the others? Children. Now children
want your attention, want your love.
And that is why the shepherd was telling
us
about when any children come and play around
in front of the prophet, the prophet will
always
grab them, kiss them, touch their head.
But this kind of feeling
is not common among the Arabs. The Arabs
are very hardcore people,
And when Allah tested our Prophet, sallallahu alaihi
wa sallam,
with his last son Ibrahim,
He had a last son who was still
alive,
before he passed away,
and this last son of him passed away
one day.
It made the mushrike
in Mecca, the enemy of the prophet was
very happy
by saying
our God Al Aqdawal Uzza have cursed and
punished this man.
Muhammad and his descendants,

because

So when you don't have a boy that

your name will not be known
anymore in the future.

Many verses in the Quran

When a person says I have mercy,
then you will see that he is not
a very hard person,

but when a person have no mercy,
then you know.
What the prophet said, whoever don't show mercy
to the creation of Allah
even to the animals,
what about human? Of course human are more
valuable than animal,
than the one in the sky, the heaven
will not show mercy
to you.
So when you have mercy for one another,
Allah Almighty the Creator will show His extra
mercy
to all of us.
And even Allah said to the prophet,
If Allah will not put the mercy into
your heart, O Muhammad,
then you cannot
help other people to understand
Islam.
If you had to the mushrikeen,
to this believer,
they will run away from you.
You must have the mercy,
the patience,
yeah to convey the message
of love,
the message of Islam
to the people.
And not everybody will respond to your call,
but you must have the mercy,
patience,
and keep on praying for them.
That's why as parents, we all do have
some extra mercy to our children
even our children is not being grateful,
yeah, unfaithful,
very
disobedient,
but parents'
heart always
remember and pray for them
especially
the mother
because the mother have one thing that the
father don't have.
Even the father want to have, the father
cannot have.
There is the raheem.
The Rahim is a gift to the woman.
Yeah.
That's why the woman have extra
love and extra patience,
yeah.
So bin woman is a gift from Allah.
Man is a man.
Man must be strong
but at the same time the man should
learn how to have mercy.
Don't just look at the weak point of
somebody,
the wife, the children and you attack them.
Don't do that.
Nobody is perfect.
We have to work together
to have a good ending.
Now that is the gist of what has
been shared to us of the power of
having mercy
like what happened in the time of Umar
the second caliph of our Prophet.
When Islam spread to Rome and Persia, there
are a lot of
people who are new to Islam.
So then some companions
who have been
with the family for more than 30 over
years
as husband and wife,
suddenly
the feeling of love
is no more there.
So he came to Omar and said, Yeah,
Omar, Yeah Amir Menon.
Can you help me
to end my relationship with my wife?
I don't want to make her life difficult.
I don't want to make my life difficult
since
neither she have any feeling, neither I have
any feeling
but we're just tolerate to live as husband
and wife.
So then Omar
looked at this man
and said so
no more love.
Yeah.
But please remember there's another
more important than love that is rahma
mercy.
You have been together
good time, bad time. You have spent everything
together.
Even the love is not strong anymore,
you should develop
the mercy
and move on.
It's not easy for them
to stay so long for say 20, 30
years going through all the hardship together
and to bring up the children together.
But then
please focus on
the mercy.
Al hamdulillah,
this man accept the advice of Omar Khattab
and
move on.
Sometimes
we know Bina,
human,
after sometime
we get also very tired.
Yeah. And
word I love for, I love you,
they'll come out anymore.
Maybe you say I like you. I don't
use love anymore.
Before I love you. I love you. I

money is everything.

day and night. You have no time for
yourself,
no time for your children,
no time for your family.
If that is what you want,
Allah will give it to you.

permission.
This is only especially for the prophets.

If you ask us, Are you ready? We
are always not ready,

from me? You want money? I give you
all my money.
Spare me another day,

Allah said in the Quran in Surah Munafiqeen
after Surah Jumah.
Give what Allah have given you,
whatever wealth you have that Allah has given

me some time now?
Give me some extra hour, extra day. For

time?
Because you know you are going to die

you, you cannot bring it with you.
Even your handphone you love so much, do
you think anybody will bury you and your
handphone together
and keep on sending message to you? How
how are you in there?
How do you feel, you know, how is
your darkness?
No. Do you feel any aircon
in 6 feet below?
Even you have a special
extra battery you know to back up, do
you think you can get any cold?
Nobody will bury
your hand for me because the one who
is leaving he's going to make use of
it,
not you anymore.
So because the fear and that is there,
we always feel sad because the fear
is coming in
strongly.
You know.
When the angel pulls your soul,
everything cut off.
Nothing you can do anymore in this life.
Whoever you love the most, they can help
you.
Your time's up.
You know why we ask Allah to delay
our departure?
Because we know
Allah is going to ask us about what
He have given us.
Latus alunna yawma isin anin nayim. Remember the
day will come, Allah is going to ask
you about what he have given you. The
more he give you, the more he will
ask you.
For those who don't have a lot of
luggage or baggage,

another person
will come into his life.
How would you feel if your husband say
whatever diamond I give it to you, you

after your death

you is you fear
other than Allah
more than Allah.
You fear that you will lose this. You
fear that this thing will happen. That thing
will happen. The fear is controlling your feeling.
Now you feel sad.
So if you want to free yourself from
sadness, the first thing you must overcome, brother
and sister,
overcome the fear towards other than Allah.
Fear Allah first.
Always learn how to fear Allah first.
Then you free yourself from a lot of
problems.
Who control the hearts of the people? That's
right. The iron that was shared by the
sheikh.
If you want to unite the heart of
everybody,
the heart of
husband and wife, children,
your friend.
With all the wealth you have,
the love you have
and the power that you have, do you
think you can unite the heart of the
people?
This is what the government is always doing.
They use money to buy
the people over.
Do you think they can do that? They
can.
But you cannot unite the heart of the
human
without the power of Allah.
Allah is the only one who have the
power to unite.
I am the one who unite the heart
of every one of you.
Young, old, poor,
rich. Yeah. White, black. Because of Allah's will,
we can be together, we pray together, we
eat together, we fast together,
we can have family together because of the
power of our, not because of money.
Don't think that money can buy
people's heart. No.
Sometimes you have experience.
You have a guy, very rich. What do
you want? You want Ferrari? I give you
Ferrari.
How do you feel now?
Do you think they can buy your love?
No.
Love is something that Allah put into the
heart.
Only with the power of Allah, I unite
the heart of everybody
not because of money.
Money
will not last long.
You have money, he's close to you. No
money,
bye bye. I have no time now
because
all these are not
from the heart,
not pure,
not sincere.
So please rule number 1,
overcome
the fear towards this death
and put the fear towards Allah first.
I

displeasing Allah. You must have that.
Anything that I want to do, I want

Is this something Allah want me to do?

That's why the prophet said, Radi tubillahi rubba.
Say to Allah, O Allah, I'm pleased with

with
us, He will put the Rahma in the
heart
of our loved ones,
and our loved ones will love us,
like how he shared with us the hadith
from Moaz.
Moaz is one of the companions of the
prophet who he appointed him to

Ta'if,
yeah, to spread the word of Islam,
not to keep Islam to yourself.
You must be ready
to share the word of Islam
to other people. Do Dawah.
So he said to Muhammad, You Muhammad, I
love you so much.
When you love somebody, brother and sisters, there's
nothing wrong to express your feelings.
Don't just keep it to your heart.
Until you are going to die. I love
you darling,
I love you baby,
it's too late.
Say
I love you my son, I love you
my daughter.
Children also say to your daddy, I love
you dad. How many children said to their
dad I love you now?
How many people said to their mom I
love you mommy?
Can you remember?
You can check from today
and we see how many times note it

It's important the expression here. The prophet expressed
this to his companion,
I love you for the sake of all.
And when a person loves somebody,
he will not just
say the word I love you and nothing
else.
And that's the Du'an is there over here.
It's written

so He do not love them by saying
I love you and call us.
Yeah, He left behind a very important
reminder.
He said, Moab,
don't forget to recite this prayer
every time after your daily prayer.
Have you memorized this du'a?
It's a very powerful du'a.

Asking Allah, Allahumma'aini.

When you ask Allah for something, brother and

you must learn how to be humble. You
don't even you give you give me laqam,

but they are not committed with their du'a.

a good iman? Now you're learning about strengthening

will you do after that with the knowledge
that you have?
1st, you must be sure that you stay

And what is there for you to fear?
Are you fear to invest in something where
there's a guarantee from the authority
your profit is 10 time
in 1 month
to 700 times.
How do you feel about that investment?
Do you think you will invest

secured
by the authority whoever invests now in 1
month time, your investment
will bring benefit 10 times more to 700
times. How do you feel brother and sister?

of his love.
That's why Allah said, waman aksanaqawlamin
manda'a in law. Whose speech, whose word is
better beloved by Allah than people who use
his tongue to call other people to Islam,

I was in Penang last few days when
I was having my breakfast.
Then you have this family came and sit
just in front of the place where I
was sitting. So it happened the son is
there, the father is going to take their
breakfast, the mother was sitting beside the son.
What the son does is he just opened
the iPad
and he don't bother to talk to anybody,
he don't bother about his breakfast.
I was looking or staring
at the boy.
The mothers knew that I was staring at
him.
I don't know whether they knew me or
not but later on towards the end they
came to me and gave salaam. Assalamu alaikum
will start then I know they know me.
But I was a bit shocked because after
some time when the husband came back taking
the breakfast,
the son don't even want to eat.
The son just enjoyed with the iPad.
Then the mother and the son,
they start to change seat
not to face me anymore.
So the husband came and sit over there.
So I said maybe I've done something that
made them very uncomfortable.
So I just kept on praying here. I'm
learning, I'm trying to look at the children
today.
They are so small. How old? 4 years
old.
What is happening to us? Because we are
the one who gives them all together.
You should know how to discipline your children
when come to eating time. Don't give them
this.
No.
You thought that that's how you can make
them have peace.
Discipline them when they are young, when you
are able.
Then when after they have finished and they
came to me, give salaam, can we take
a selfie? Okay, I said, alhamdulillah.
Then I start to talk to him to
them again, you know. I was looking at
our son, very interesting, you know, looking at
the character of the children today you know.
They just don't bother
you know
just stick addicted to all these things when
they are so young. Can you imagine who
spoiled them?

We have all the
the money to buy all the animals. We

food.

people who are not well?
Pray for them.
Can you visit the non believers?
Can you visit your friend who are non
believers,
who are not yet Muslim? Yes.
Show mercy to them. Show that you care
for them.
But the best thing when you see them,
remind them.

don't cheat. It's an act of worship
because Allah wanted

act of worship. Every single thing that you
do in this life guided by the Islamic
principle is an act of worship brother and

When you are driving,
you remember Allah
before you start the drive.
Do you know that where you're driving is
an act of worship?
When you want to enter the washroom,
you enter your left feet and say, Allahumma'imiyaaws
become Yaqfsi Waqaba' is an act of worship.
Everything you do, you remember Allah
is an act of worship.
So may Allah help all of his brothers

may all of us have a good ending.
Remember these words that Allah is talking about
when the time comes,
no one will be delayed
on time.
You just have to get yourself ready
before it's too late.

intention.

insurance that is forbidden
by the Muslim scholars
based on the ayah of the Quran and

have trust in Allah
is life insurance.

You believe that you do what you can,

and remind your children to be ready for
the worst.
But for medical,

Fear of
old age,

us take good care of yourself,

what you can,

balanced food, alhamdulillah,
have a good sleep,
good environment,
good mindset,
anything positive positive, then you see life become
positive.

course, being human we are worried if something
happened to me, who is there to take
care of me,
then you have to plan. No problem.
The plan that you can do like medical
insurance,
educational
insurance, no problem.

choice to the conventional
insurance and the Islamic one, you go for
