AI: Summary ©
InshaAllah to all the brother and sisters, let
us begin our day with the morning invocation,
the morning prayer that was recommended
by our beloved prophet Muhammad
Surah Muhammad Sallam,
so that we will stay connected to Allah,
rubulalameen,
till the evening.
And the evening we continue another prayer
so that we'll stay connected to Allah till
the next day,
so that day and night
we never disconnect ourselves with Almighty Allah,
the Creator,
the Provider, the All Seeing, the All Knowing.
We will start together, In sha Allah. Bismillahir
Rahmanir Rahim.
Alhamdulillahirabbillahir
Amin.
Allah,
inna
nasaluka,
ilman,
nafi'ah,
minanar.
Wajirna
minanar.
Rabbanah.
Tina.
Fitunya
hasanah.
Min. We always try our ourself,
brothers and sisters,
to remember Allah because Allah said, fazkuruniasqurkum,
whoever remember me,
I will remember him always.
Now the beauty of remembering Allah
is
that when Allah remember us and he developed
the love toward us,
then he will command Angel Gabriel and say
to him, I love so and so. Love
him.
Then Angel Gabriel will command all the angels
and say that Allah and angel Gabriel love
so and so,
so
love so and so.
Then
you will don't you will not have any
problem anymore.
Problems may come,
but you know how to move forward.
You know how to handle problem with peace
and
we will end
as a successful person.
The world today
is so busy with so many things and
we are aware of
how our children is going to face
their future.
It's not easy like us.
It is worse. The worst is to come.
One of the greatest fitna
that the prophet always
involved
reminding his people
is the fitna
of the Dajjal.
But before the real Dajjal appeared,
the prophet had made
his ummah be alert
about the proxy of dajjal.
Proxy of dajjal
is here now.
Only the real dajjal
when the time comes, Allah will release him.
He is there
but he is not
been known by anybody yet until the time
comes when Allah released him.
That's why Allah said first, Corunni,
As Gurukum,
remember
me. I remember all of you.
When we remember along, brother and sister, in
the way that along wants us to remember
him,
then
we will follow-up with something very very meaningful
in our life
That is
we become grateful
and thankful to Almighty Allah.
We never complain anymore
because there's nothing to complain.
We just have to learn
and move forward
and follow Allah's guidance.
And that's why Allah said:
Pas kuruni as go washkuruli
walatakfarun.
Washkurule
walatakfarun.
Immediately after remember me, don't forget me. Be
grateful and be thankful
and don't be ungrateful.
The prayer that we just recited,
taught by
a lost messenger,
and that's why there's one short prayer
that the prophet reminds us to recite every
morning,
every time after our Faruq prayer, each Faruq
prayer, and evening.
Reminding ourselves,
Oh Allah,
help me, Allah, in me.
We all need help,
especially from Allah
Almighty. To do what?
To remember Him. To remember Allah sometimes
is a challenge.
So many things that make our life so
busy.
We can remember
a lot of other things
but to remember Allah
is already a jihad
because of the lifestyle we are in.
Our lifestyle today,
we have been exposed to dunya
from childhood.
We are so attached with this dunya
that we always feel that we can live
without dunya.
Remember,
dunya was created by Allah to serve
us
because we are the khalifa to the law.
We are the best creation in our law.
That's why all other things were created
before humans.
Everything is ready, then humans were created
to manage this dunya.
Not to be the slave of dunya
but to be the slave of Allah.
That's why
the prophet said,
O Allah help me to be grateful to
You
and help me to perform the best form
of Ibadah.
We are doing Ibadah every day alhamdulillah. We
are reciting the Quran every day, hamdulillah. We're
reciting du'a every day, hamdulillah.
But how many of us understand what you
have been reciting?
Do you understand the verses of the Quran
you have been reciting? No.
Do you understand everything that you are reciting
in your prayer? Every day you pray and
recite fatiha. Do you understand what is fatiha?
No.
So there is our problem.
Without understanding,
you cannot,
yeah,
develop
a good relationship
with Allah subhanahu wa'ala.
We pray: May Allah make it easy, that's
why we ask Allah bless our morning, bless
our evening,
bless our living, bless our dying. We want
to be blessed also
by having a good ending.
Enemy of Allah is everywhere.
Anybody who tries
to uphold
They have to prepare
to die as shahi.
Sooner or later,
the enemy will come after us
but there's nothing for us to fear
because we live for the sake of Allah.
We want to die for the sake of
Allah. If you're given the opportunity to die
for the sake of Allah, not to die
for dunya,
not to die for other things. Which one
do we choose?
A true believer
is ready
to choose
what Allah wants him to do.
He's ready,
you know, for the sake of Allah.
Then we said to Allah: Oh Allah protect
us. We need your help
because we do not know who is our
enemy sometimes,
and we trust the wrong people,
yeah.
And what did the Lord say about enemy?
Very very weird, very strange.
He did say,
and also.
What he is saying, your property,
your children that you love so much,
your spouses, your partner that you share everything
together.
Whom
are dull.
They can be your
enemy.
Can you imagine?
The creator, the all knowing is telling us,
yeah, that the people who are so close
to you, the property you accumulate,
you have been counting.
You keep it there, keep here, and keep
everywhere.
You hide here, hide here,
and then no one knows something
until you die and no one knows.
And thus the cleaner will come and do
some cleaning,
alhamdulillah.
If he is an honest cleaner,
he will pass it to the owner,
yeah, to the
yeah, the owner of the house, but if
not, this is his risk.
It's her risk.
To the extent was wajakum aduhulakum,
things that you share
with your spouses.
You're so close
day and night.
You are together
and Allah said they can be your enemy.
Who knows? Allah knows. But you ask Allah
for protection.
Because you humble yourself,
Allah's protection will be there,
but if you're overconfident,
I don't need, I'm okay, I know, I
know everything I know, okay. I'm gonna leave
it to you with what you know. That's
all.
Now a person
who is a believer,
this is the three things that he cannot
forget.
A believer is always ready to serve Allah
and he says, Rabii to billahi rubba. There's
a prayer that we say.
Oh Lord, we are pleased to serve you.
We are pleased
that you are our Lord.
We are not being forced to believe in
Allah,
but it is a gift from Allah. Give
us the hidayah
that we are worshiping the true and the
only one God. Allah.
When a lot of people are worshiping so
many other things.
They are worshiping human beings
God. Human who creates something and draws something
and then they start to worship the thing
that
they draw and the thing that they make.
But we don't do that.
That's why when we make prayer, we make
salawat Allah Musali, aallahu Muhammad wala aali, Muhammad
kamasalayta
a lal Ibrahim.
We are so connected
to our Prophet,
till Prophet Abraham
So
we say at Radeel to be lehi ruba
or be the salami deen. Can you imagine,
brother and sister,
we were blessed with
1
divine
deen,
a way of life,
Islam.
A lot of people are not aware what
is Islam and what is the deen.
They thought Islam is a deen. Yes.
Islam is the name of the deen. What
is the deen? A lot of people are
not aware. We have been learning here, there,
reading this and that but we don't have
the understanding
and that's why the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam
reminds us to pray, Allahumma
faqtihanafideen,
oh Allah.
Grant us the understanding
of the deen.
I would not not go so detailed about
that here today because we have
a topic to go through.
I just want everybody to
think carefully.
When we say,
What is that?
And when we say, we
are so blessed that we become the chosen
nation.
We will choose to be the follower of
the
best prophet Muhammad
And only the teaching of prophet Muhammad sallallahu
managed to unite, raise
tribes
and everybody together we can worship
Allah.
Side by side, black, white, Arab, non Arab,
everybody
is equal.
Allahu Akbar.
You don't get this is any other religion.
We have the casta,
and we have the kind of level a,
level b. We we are all one level.
Who comes first?
He will be in the 1st SRF.
You don't have SRF 1, VVIP.
SARF 2, VIP.
SARF 3, only Allah knows.
No. Who comes first, there is yourself. Nobody
can move you from where
you stand
until you allow.
I say no problem, you give way
to show you
that Islam is here to protect
every
human
basic right.
The white is talking about right, right, right,
only they are right.
Remember, always remember, only they are right.
You can be born there, you speak their
language,
you can be behave like them, but when
you look at your color, okay,
To them you are not Ori.
You are half human.
Only the white, they are the ori.
Islam don't have that.
White, black, Arab, non Arab,
we are all
equal in the sight of Allah.
Islam
managed,
yeah, to educate every Muslim to honor
every
human being.
That is our right, our value.
And then we ask Allah because we are
here to seek knowledge, brothers and sisters.
What kind of knowledge are we
seeking? We have been listening from a b
c d online,
offline, so many lines.
What do we understand about not? The more
we learn something the more we get confused.
A say this, b say another thing, c
say and now we as a student of
knowledge
who to believe and who to follow.
We don't know.
We are not sure actually.
We just follow the flow
to make things easier.
ACA, I also follow A. Next name I
see B, I follow B. So I'm ABC,
Iyer Bhatu, Champur or Champur.
Everything can mix
and then get confused. The more you learn,
the more you get confused. I don't understand
why this thing happened.
That's why we say to Allah, Allahumma.
Yeah. Oh Allah.
What did we say to Allah? Our knowledge.
We just finished just now making that du'a.
Anybody remember?
Allahumma inan nasaluka
ill manafi.
Oh Allah,
we are asking you to bless earth
with knowledge that might benefit us.
Knowledge that will make us better,
closer to you. And what is that knowledge?
Here see, there see. No, that is not
knowledge.
There is opinion.
What is so special about our prophet,
wamayantikku
* hawa inhuwa
illa
wahan yuha.
There is knowledge.
Prophet Muhammad was so special he would never
utter, say anything about Islam, about Allah,
except what Allah have revealed to him. Wah,
you not nafsul.
Not opinion.
That is our prophet. That's why Allah command
you to follow him because whatever he say
is guided by the revelation.
Wahyu. Not you, not me. We know what
we have been saying all.
Yes, but but but we have so many
but here and but there.
That's why sometimes I called, We are the
Baader Muslims.
You spread here, spread there, you spread everything.
Simple.
We want
knowledge that benefits.
What is knowledge? Pure knowledge is what Allah
said in his book
Quran. Unchanged, unaltered,
uncorrupted
and what the prophet have conveyed to us.
He is the way. He's here to show
you
all the way
and a straight path.
One
way. We have so many ways.
The Muslim is confused already and you'll come
up with so many ways, you make them
double confused
and the best way to stay from confusion,
they say bye bye to the dean.
I have no time to waste
and get confused more.
Leave me alone.
Children,
our children is going to face that
if we are not alert,
if we are not careful,
if we fail to discipline them now when
they are still young,
then we are going to fail them.
When they feel like I'm big now papa,
mama,
I know
what I want.
No, the overconfident
is very very dangerous.
So we keep on asking Allah
to grant us true knowledge.
Here in Al kadim, that is what we
focus.
Anything we share with all our students,
we have evidence this is what Allah said,
this is what the prophet said, not my
opinion.
And this is something I
always
stay away. I don't want
to highlight opinion.
Allah said this. Prophet said, call
us, move on.
Even with the simple one, straightforward where Allah
said, I make this religion easy,
Allah said, wamajaa'ala
alaykumfidiniminharaj.
I never made my religion difficult.
What is religion again the deen?
Don't forget this word. You can do some
homework today.
Then we'll meet again, you see, and then
you share with us.
And what have you understood by the deen?
When Allah
Brother and sister, in one of the most
important prayers,
we know we are very active people, we
know our children are very active children,
alhamdulillah.
But please make sure that
we are active doing things
that please Allah
because
Amaland,
Maqbulan
anything we do, we want it to be
accepted.
We don't waste our time doing things that
is not being accepted by Allah.
And Allah don't accept anything
unless,
that's why in the Quran said
you must have the right iman,
then whatever you do,
sorry, amaamosole.
Every time when Allah say, amaal, amaal, amaal,
he never said,
do do and more and more. No, he
said amal sorry.
Never want in the Quran Allah says aksaru
ama.
Do a lot of this but he want
amal salah.
That means Allah is very selective. He only
accept
deeds
that is been performed,
number 1, for the sake of all law.
No hidden agenda,
purely for law.
Then you stay is the comma,
consistent
because you're living for Allah.
Now even your intention is living for Allah,
the second
condition
to make sure the amal
is solid,
magboulan,
follow the way of prophet Muhammad
because the prophet
said, Whoever made an act of worship, anything,
don't follow the way of my messenger. My
way, the prophet said, will be rejected.
We don't waste our time brother and sister,
do things that do not benefit us.
That's why we say,
Amalan,
makbulan.
And we have to be very
careful to look at our children, our grandchildren,
kuro to aayun,
coolness of our eyes.
I believe those who have grandchildren, when you
look at your grandchildren, how do you feel?
Problem?
You look at your grandchildren,
high blood pressure going up? No. If you're
so happy,
if they run to you,
nanny,
daddy, dada, one, Sha'am. We always open our
arms.
You know. We feel so happy
because they are very innocent,
and we have a lot of experience,
so we must make sure that we always
keep on reminding them,
coaching them,
engage with
them, not scolding them, screaming at them, shouting
at them. Don't do that.
They can shout louder than us.
Always be alert.
That's why we say
but now we have no time to wish
you, oh Allah. You know what is the
best for us in this dunya.
So we are coming back to you. Grant
us the best
in this dunya,
because You know everything.
We don't know.
We may feel this is best but not
the best.
Allah did say, waasa'an tuhabushayinu
waqoorulakum.
Look at what Allah said. There are times
you love these things so much, but the
thing that is dear to you that you
love so much is not good for you.
Thing that you don't like.
What is the thing that our children don't
like?
What kind of food that they don't like?
Anything bitter they don't like.
Anything sweet, chocolate, you just name it. White,
black, dark,
bearable.
Anything sweet,
all the drinks,
yeah, all the soft drinks,
they just enjoy
but you know that is not good.
The bitter thing, the truth
when we grow old,
the thing that we don't like bitter to
us
is the truth.
That's why the prophet
said, Speak the truth.
Say what is right even it is bitter.
Because we are so used with our norms.
So don't stop us from doing this.
Don't say no to the norm.
I will still do it. No no no.
If the norm is not against Islam, carry
on. When the norm is against Islam, it's
time for you to say no.
Enough is enough.
Is that a jihad, brother and sister?
Is it jihad?
It's a jihad.
I just came back from Indonesia
for 3 days,
lecture tour. Morning
and then evening.
Alhamdulillah. Yeah. It was a very fruitful kind
of tour.
And there might have been a lot of
rivets too.
And that was very very good,
Yeah.
Because they like to ask
and they get a lot of information
on how to move on.
But I see
how many not yet Muslims stay around this
mosque?
They say maybe 3 families.
How long they have been here?
Maybe 30 years.
Anybody invite them to Islam?
0.
3
not yet Muslim
stay around.
All Muslim.
They stay around the mosque.
They do business with the Muslims.
They listen to the azaan every day.
Nobody bothered to
talk to them about Islam. Can you imagine,
brother and sister, what is happening to this
ummah?
Our prophet
day and night keeps on inviting the mushrikim
in Makkah to Islam.
Even they are not happy it's okay, I'll
pray for their happiness.
But in 23 years, this is 30, 23
years the whole Makkah chain from
Darul Kufr, Darul Shirk
to Darul Tawhid.
Darul Iman.
Not even a single
non believer is in Makanah.
Just 23
years.
Medina changed.
Parif
changed.
Why? Because
the Muslims,
they are not just Muslims by name, by
tradition.
So happened,
Abu Bakr
also was a reward
from Moshe King to
Islam.
Khatejah
was not a believer and also revered.
Omar,
Osman,
Ali. You just name every single one
the caliphore,
they are
rivers
and see what happens. Everyone
feels for their family, everybody
gets involved in dawah.
That's how Islam spreads. We
everybody is Muslim.
For those you have some who are not
yet Muslim,
we even failed to talk to their members
of Islam. Why? Why?
We have the best product
and we do
nothing. Do we have a best product, brother
and sister?
Of course.
You must have known. You don't have you
must not have doubt. I don't know. You
don't know that you are the best product.
You don't know about your own religion.
You should know
and this product is not what we choose.
It's Allah
who choose for you, waradi, tulakumu
Islam, adina.
I choose Islam for you.
And we just accept what Allah has chosen
for us, alhamdulillah.
The all knowing, the all seeing, the creator
choose
something for you will never go wrong. You
just forget. That's why, Omar keep on reminding
us to pray and in our prayer, we
all always recite, idina seraatul
mustaqim,
oh Allah. We want to be in the
straight path,
to be in the right way and Allah
has shown us the way.
He revealed the Quran. He sent the prophet
to show you, show you, show you and
we keep on failing.
Very strange.
Have you memorized some of the Quran, brothers
and sisters?
Have we memorized
not all Quran, some Quran? Have we memorized?
Alhamdulillah,
alfatiha,
we memorized.
To the extent the non believers also now
memorized alfatiha.
Okay. It becomes so popular everywhere al Fatiha.
Everyday al Fatiha.
When you want to open something, al Fatiha.
When somebody dies, al Fatiha.
Now even my people who are not yet
Muslim,
who is a Buddhist, who is a Christian,
they also memorize fatiha.
They're so popular,
but they don't know what is fatiha.
And Hamdulillah never asked us, Hey what is
the meaning of fatiha? Then we got panic.
Fatiha. Fatih, fatiha.
You ask anybody, What is fatiha?
It's al fatiha.
We also don't know how to
explain to them
law.
Now we continue, brothers and sisters, because we
want to make sure that we
appreciate,
value our religion in the right way so
that it's time for us to share with
other people,
yeah. Time to share with other people
to do dawah.
Can you imagine
3 families
surrounded by Muslim
and he don't know anything about Islam.
Islam is about da'wah,
yeah. Don't miss the opportunity
to get involved in
da'wah.
Either you start or they start.
You don't do, they will do.
And surprisingly,
they shared with me
a lot of younger generation
is leaving the religion
because
the the propaganda
of falsehood
they use
money,
money talk.
They buy people over.
Today we'll continue with the
189 page 189,
Don't Be Sad.
Book don't be sad. The ingredients of happiness.
As we age, brother and sister,
one of the prayers that the prophet loved
to recite
after
he was more than 53
years old after Mecca,
after migration.
Towards the ending
of his life,
he loved to recite
Then he said,
Where?
Each time when he makes sujood.
You can
recite correct
correct
correct,
but then
the one that I just shared with all
of you is something that the prophet
loved
to recite.
Whereas as we age,
we know our time is closer,
getting closer to Allah.
We must keep on
glorify him. Subhanahu wa
bihamdik, praise him, be thankful
and ask him for forgiveness
because we have been ungrateful for a long
time.
Time for us
to be grateful,
to be thankful.
A thankful heart
and a tongue that
is moist with the remembrance of Allah
is one of the ingredient
to achieve happiness.
An Arab poet said, thankfulness,
remembrance,
and patience.
In them are blessings
and rewards.
Another ingredient of happiness,
next page, is
the keeping of secrets,
especially one's own secret. Do we have secrets,
brother and sister?
Do you think we have our own secrets?
Do you think we have our own weaknesses?
Do we have? We do have.
It's very important
anything
that you do secretly,
that is not good. The good one you
can share, no problem.
The bad one.
Because it happened in the time of the
prophet.
A woman commits
sin at night, no one knows only she
and the third party
and Allah.
But
the fear in Allah is so great. They
came, she came to the prophet
and admit to the prophet.
I have committed so and so.
The prophet
do not entertain.
Go home.
Go home.
Neither the prophet said, who is the one
who get involved? Who is the second party?
Neither the prophet asked the woman, what is
your name?
No.
That's why the hadith,
the prophet just caught what happened
and the prophet never mentioned the name
because it's your dignity.
You may have
done a lot of wrong thing but you
know because you have some shyness there, you
don't do it openly,
you do it secretly.
So anything you do secret he said, why
must you go and tell me?
He even said, why you tell it to
me now? Why are you telling
me? You've done something no one knows, nobody
come up to you. You are no longer,
you just repent, oh, Lord.
The prophet never entertained
any method that
something very private, the prophet would never go
into it.
So any secret, brother and sister, keep it
because you don't know. Today your friend,
tomorrow they can be your enemy.
Then they are starting to explore. You all
do not know who is this person.
He talked to me. I'm his close friend
once upon a time.
Now, if you are nobody, people don't bother.
Suddenly you become somebody.
Last time you were nobody,
Today wherever you go,
because you are somebody.
You have authority now,
you have money,
then they'll start to blackmail you.
You don't give it to them, I will
expose you.
We don't want that to happen to us
because when they expose us, brother and sister,
our children
will be exposed.
Our grandchildren
will be exposed.
We don't want that to happen.
So anything
that you know is a secret,
keep it.
Among the Arabs there is a famous story
of the Bedouin who was entranced with secret
for
a fee of 20 dinar.
At first he remained true to the deal
and then suddenly in the feet of impatient,
he went and returned the money.
He wanted to unburden himself the load of
the secret.
This is basically because
secrecy requires
is the karma, steadfast,
and also patience and will power.
In the Quran
chapter 12 verse 5, Allah said the meaning:
O my son,
relate not your vision to your brothers.
You remember the history of Yusuf alaihe wa
sallam?
Example.
They are not just any family, the family
of a prophet.
Ya'qub alaihe sallam, the father.
Have how many children?
How many children?
Yaacob have how many children, brothers and sisters?
Do this as homework again next step. We
meet,
share with us.
And so happened when
one of the most handsome sons,
Yusuf Ellison,
had a dream
And he was so happy. He wanted to
share the father,
but I'll hum to them. The father,
just to the father.
Immediately the father said, don't share this
with your siblings
because jealousy is always there.
That's important.
Yeah?
There's also to your brother, you cannot.
A weakness of man which is just one
of his many victories
is that he constantly feel
the urge to reveal the detail of his
personal affair to others.
The sickness is an old one.
In the analog of history, back to the
history,
you find a lot of things
talk about secrets.
The soul loves to spread secrets
and disseminate stories,
and when people are sharing secrets, they will
have a lot of spices added,
you know,
cinnamon
And then the other thing what?
Some sugar.
You just name it, yeah.
The connection between this topic
and that of this book is that whoever
spread his secret
will inevitably
fear regret, sadness
and misery.
At the end, we suffer.
We will feel sad. Why he do this?
I trust him.
Put your trust in Allah.
Put your trust in Allah.
But you can sometimes
if you need help,
you know that you can't
solve the problem by yourself. You don't experience
that, you're going to seek
knowledge
from the right people.
That will also help you to keep your
secret good,
and the person
who you trust,
he must be sure that he has the
amana.
If he will betray you,
do you know what is going to happen
to us who like to betray and expose
the secret of the
the people who trust you?
You have
bring disgrace upon him or her in this
dunya and he can't do much.
You just get upset, he will not talk
to you anymore, call us, he disconnect but
you think you have done a great job,
you are so happy to see him
down getting
this been humiliated by people.
In the day of judgment remember
all your good deeds, the prophet did say,
You know who is in bankruptcy
in the day of judgement.
So the companions are those who don't have
money.
Those who don't have well, property, here's a
bankruptcy.
He
said no.
A bankruptcy is a person who prays 5
times a day, pass in Ramadan,
man could give zakat, do all the pillar
of Islam,
and give tzedakah here, tzedakah there, so many
good deeds,
but he keep on gossiping and he break
the trust from the people that
trust him.
In the day of judgment,
all your good deeds,
the reward is going to be transferred
to that guy.
If you suffer here,
you will suffer there.
All your good deeds, caller, to the extent
that you don't have enough good deeds to
pay the debt.
He's gone through all the suffering, the disgrace,
humiliation here,
but you wait. Your time will come,
And what will happen
after your deeds,
all the reward that's given to you is
being transferred to so and so for what
you have done to them?
Not enough to pay
all
their bad deeds.
The one who
shares with you his his bad deeds will
be transferred to you.
Double loss.
What you have accumulated is gone
and then what they have committed as sin,
what kind of sin is going to be
transferred.
There is
an exchange,
yeah,
chamber over there.
In this world you also have an exchange
for doing business.
I was informed yesterday by a friend of
mine:
Now
the stock market is very very
bad, is collapsing.
Is it true?
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's just an example.
People may investigate, invest their thought to get
more
return.
Now
is collapsing.
Normally it is the best time to buy
again.
I mean it's
down.
Business
is
up and down.
Make sure
whatever we do,
focus on the 3 I.
I, the first I,
your intention
must purely for Allah.
The second eye,
invest
and keep on investing for
your Iman. How to strengthen your Iman,
Yeah, how to get involved in something
that pleases Allah. He will strengthen your iman,
and that's why
in Al Qadim we always
look for activities,
come up with activities plan
because iman cannot
be increased without action.
You must do.
You must work like how the companions' iman
is so strong and keeps on growing
stronger and stronger because the environment helped them.
They had to do dawah
and the people come after them, oppress them,
yeah. The people chase them away.
They make migration and they come back.
I remember Surat al Fath
You know, when the ayah
was revealed to to our prophet, what did
the prophet say?
He said,
no yet,
Noiyeet.
He said, Noiyeet.
Ileye
nafsi.
The prophet said:
My death
is being
my death is being informed
by Allah.
And it's true.
After
Fatul Makkah,
the prophet
passed away.
So what is important, brothers and sisters, we
must get ourselves prepared. What have I done
since the day I became a Muslim until
today?
At the end we would like to share
with you what we are doing from time
to time.
We have a billboard coming up.
You know, on the highway,
yeah, to alert the people who are passing
by
to remind them
about Allah
in a different manner.
By they come in contact with us,
then we can guide them better.
This idea sometimes may look in this book
we share with our Jama'at
a few weeks ago, I think 2 weeks
ago maybe,
or maybe last week. What was I forget?
There was a revert who went to Mecca.
Not now,
many many years ago
and when he came home, he was
a German brother.
He saw the billboard.
You don't know Yokohama
tire.
People want to sell Yokohama
tire.
By the way the billboard says you don't
know,
yeah,
what is Yokohama
tire. So everybody wants to know
what is so special about Yokohama Tyre. So
Yokohama Tyre became very famous.
People start to change most of their tires
to Yokohama
tires.
Just
that simple word,
create
the interest.
So he had the idea when he looked
at this billboard.
He paid for the billboard and he put
another
word.
You don't know
what is Islam.
So create the interest.
What is Islam? What is Islam? What is
Islam?
Contact us.
Then they start to contact.
Of course, you cannot
display everything on the billboard.
Just create some interest,
you know, for all the people who are
driving in the area. Oh,
what is this? What is this?
We hope.
We open their mind,
their heart to want to know.
And our team here is ready.
We'll train our team
to welcome
them
and to help them to understand.
And that's why every Saturday we have classes
known as New Muslim
Community Class.
It's a very very important
activity for born Muslims.
Whatever you learn, if you are guided by
the Quran Sunnah, you cannot keep it to
yourself. You must share. You must become the
body to help the new
reverts.
What is the point? You keep already learning
learning but you don't even share the knowledge
with the
with your friend or with your not yet
Muslim.
If they
start to change, you get all the rewards.
What did the prophet
say? Oh, I I'm not an Ustaz,
I'm not an Alima,
I'm not a learned person. Did the prophet
say you must be a PA,
a BA holder, you must be an MA,
a PhD, only you can do that one?
Any of the prophets went to any institution,
high institution,
0 institution.
Any of the great scholars, Abu Hanifa, the
companion, Abu Bakr, Omar, Osman, Ali
went to any high school?
Do you remember?
Anybody read about their history?
Oh, he is a degree holder,
diploma holder.
No diploma, no degree, but they are great
people.
All the PhD holders today have to make
a thesis about them to get a PhD.
We are saying,
they
learn from great scholars
who believe in Allah and the sunnah or
the prophet.
So that's what
the prophet
said.
The prophet, very simple,
convey from me
whatever
I have
passed down the knowledge to you.
If you don't know, I didn't met you,
the prophet never see it, but the Hadith
is being compiled.
How many of us open the book of
the saying of the prophet?
How many of us memorize the saying of
the prophet?
Convey even 1 ayah, even 1 ayah conveys?
I shared with you a very simple thing.
Have you memorized alhamdulillahi
rabbilalamin?
Have you memorized that?
Have you shared this one ayah with our
not yet Muslim friend?
Why?
Share with them. Brother, please.
You know why we always say alhamdulillahirubillah.
We are praising, we are thanking almighty Allah.
Do you know who is Allah?
Because alhamdulillah,
all places belong to Him, and who is
him? Who is Allah?
He is rabul anamim.
He is the creator of all things, the
one true God.
He is not the God of the Arab,
the God of the Malay, the God of
the Pakistani or the Turkish. No. He is
rabul
alamin. Just one ayah.
Open the mind of your,
I thought there is only your God.
I thought Allah is
your God not
our God. No. He created you. He created
me
because I
learned, so I believe in him. You do
not know. That's why you don't believe in
him. Example. Just an example.
Very important.
Yeah.
Even that we fear.
We cannot
say, Allah is
my God. No, no, our God.
Now everywhere when people have problems, they have
1
omg they use. What is omg?
Oh my god.
There is
what we believe. The God that we are
calling is Allah,
whether you like it or not, but he
is the real God,
the true God.
It's not a letter or uzzah, it's not
a cross, it's not a other kind of
image. He is Allah, the creator.
We should must start to talk to them.
They don't know.
Sometimes we get confused. We dare not say
to them why we thought that it would
be an offense.
What offense? You're telling them the truth.
The prophet keep on reminding his people,
oh people, oh my people, say.
Whether
your iman
towards that aya, la ilaha illa Allah,
yet strong or not, there is a second
matter. 1st,
acknowledge there's only one true God.
Can you imagine I show you another example
before we
have a Q and A, brother and sister?
Do you have friends who are same age
like you,
who are not yet Muslim?
So
if they are not been well, do you
pay them a visit?
Your friend,
if they are sick, do you pay them
a visit?
Have you tried to call them to Islam?
No.
Have you
personally
prayed to Allah? Oh Allah open their heart.
Give them guidance. I don't know what to
do. I don't know how to talk to
them. I don't have knowledge. I have no
confidence, but they're my good friend. They've been
very helpful.
Oh, Allah open their hearts, give them hidayah.
Have we made a prayer for them?
Can you imagine, brother and sister,
how bad we are?
We don't even make a prayer a du'a.
They don't have to know.
That's why when I talk to the not
yet Muslim, I don't use not Muslim,
non Muslim, I said not yet Muslim.
When I was in Indonesia, not yet, yeah.
Why I said not yet Muslim? Because they
are not yet Muslim.
Normally people say non Muslim, non Muslim.
I say not yet Muslim.
Now they create,
yeah, some interest in their mind. Why I
use not yet Muslim? Because
one day you'll be a Muslim.
No no no no I I I I'm
okay you know.
No no no it's okay but I'll keep
on praying for you. Oh don't don't pray
for me. I said
you don't have to worry, it's free. My
prayer is free.
I don't ask you for any payment.
Free also the other one.
Why?
Because of the fear.
Because they don't understand.
But please remember,
you don't go and ask the not yet
Muslim to pray for you.
It is very, very wrong.
That means you are encouraging them to call,
to commit shirk on your behalf.
Yeah. You cannot do that.
But you can say, I will pray for
you.
Sometimes we get so confused.
Please pray for me.
We get very confused. I think we don't
know what has happened to this ummah.
When Islam is so straightforward,
we pray for the people
who don't have guidance,
people who are guided.
We pray may Allah strengthen their iman.
Any one of us here have memorized the
saying of the prophet?
Any one of us?
They should.
Now follow me to recite these three times.
Recite again.
Memorize this, okay?
And share with
your loved ones
because the prophet said
the meaning of La Barara don't do, don't
say anything
that will cause harm to yourself.
Don't do or say anything that causes harm
to other people.
Don't do that. We have no time to
do this.
Save yourself
and save your family.
Check on them.
Do they memorize the beauty for saving the
prophet? Do they act upon it?
When they have friends,
do they convey the message? If they can't
bring their friends to us,
let us do the job.
By you bringing them, we will follow-up and
you will get the reward.
Simple as that yeah. It's not difficult
and we have, Insha'Allah,
we can display now the
to show you what we are doing from
time to time. We just finished our fun
run
and for those who have been helping us
to
complete the our fun runs
program last few weeks I think.
We managed to gather
4,000
people,
young and old, to participate
in the fun run
but in a very different spirit,
you know, to make people understand
Islam is not just praying, fasting, zikir, recite
Quran,
but Islam is a very active religion.
It's about our final run. Make them
value Islam in the right manner.
This is the second
project
he's on
that we still
are working very hard
towards it.
And this brother
is our Jama'a who is in charge also
taking care
of
new Muslim community.
Yeah.
This is what we are doing
in a billboard
so that any passerby will
we hope they will open their eyes,
make them
feel that it's important for them to get
to know us,
and they will come inshallah.
So you you will be exposed to it
sometime.
Yeah.
And this is to show the new Muslim
community
activities.
That anything we do is for everybody,
not only for the born Muslim.
Islam is I shall love all mankind, everybody,
yeah. So anybody
who is participating, may Allah reward them
for helping us,
supporting us
to do all our activities to reach out
to the people.
And last week we had 2 people who
made shahada here. That's how when we started
to do a lot of activities, people come,
people want to know, especially New Muslim
Saturday class.
We hope all of you who have been
learning will also spend time.
We know we and
sometimes everybody is busy
and normally
we are
always here to serve the people who want
to know about Islam.
Weekday everybody is working
so we spend our weekend
over here.
Not too long.
3
maximum 4 hours
if you are able to be around from
the morning,
from
10 or maybe 9:30
until the whole time.
This is a place
where a lot of people who are not
yet Muslim feel comfortable to come because we
are not here to judge them, we are
not here to teach them anything that is
to do with tradition,
purely what Allah said, what the prophet said.
Sure to help us, sure to benefit anybody
who participate in our noble project for the
sake of Allah.
Yeah. So if anybody
have any question now, we open for the
Q and A session.
Anything?
What they call these
movements to educate,
we are well informed that Rasoolullah, alaihis salam,
has once stated that in the
Padang Marcha, one is not going to proceed
to another level until we answer the 4
important elements, which is the first how we
spend our youth. I mean, how we spend
our age,
where do we get our income from, which
is halal or haram, and where do we
spend our income. And the last one being
the knowledge that we,
deliver. So I'm interested since we're mentioning about
knowledge today. So this part, the last question
about the knowledge.
So, what is the scope? Is it talking
about dawah in general?
It can be even within family members, Or
we are talking about dawah in a macro,
environment, like the tablik.
You know tablik, which is
doing, now.
So when we talk about the last element,
what are we as an individual?
To what level is, we is mandatory
upon us to complete the
element. Thank you. No.
The brother is asking about 4 things sure
to be questioned by Allah in the day
of judgment.
After Allah
resurrect us
in the day of qiyamah,
the prophet said nobody's feet will move from
where they stand
until 4 questions will be asked.
Number 1, about your
livelihood when you are young. Allah gives you
all the time.
What do you do with the time when
you are young?
We know. We will feel
because when we are young,
we always do a lot of things that
displease Allah
because environment are not helping us.
The second will come
about your wealth. Come to the well,
Allah asks you twice.
How do you earn your living?
If you get money,
is your money
halal?
Is halal kind of income?
If halal,
then Allah asks you, okay, how do you
spend your money?
Oh, I spend a lot. I buy this.
I buy that. I buy so many things.
I keep on changing car every 3 years.
Wow. Alhamdulillah.
I travel here, travel I travel so many
places. Alhamdulillah.
Is that only what you do with your
money?
You didn't spend for the sake of Allah.
You didn't
contribute
for the dua Islamiyah.
Okay. That means we are going to feel
I give you all this is not for
you to spend for your dunya.
I want you to spend for your alkeera.
That's why Allah says, yawm yalayanfa umaalunwala
banu, remember the day will come all your
property,
all your children will not bring benefit to
you except.
Except those who return back to Allah not
only with their heart.
Everything Allah gave them they gave back to
Allah.
There's a is a very, very important
activity,
but now the brother say, how about knowledge?
Yes.
When it come to knowledge, Allah will ask
you, what do you do with your knowledge?
You know.
Do you act upon your knowledge?
Do you convey the more the knowledge?
Tablik
is another group, but most of the Tablighi,
I was with the Tabrik
since 1968.
When I first became a Muslim, I was
exposed to Tabrik. At that time,
the Malays
is just a handful.
Most of the Tabligh are the Pakistani and
the Indian
at that time,
in the sixties.
The Malay you can count.
The Malay said this is not our style,
any
Indian star.
And then all people who joined public suddenly
they wear.
No? From normal dress now they're exposed to
kurta.
You know what is kurta?
Alhamdulillah.
Fashion, everybody know, alhamdulillah.
But then I realized tablets are more focusing
inward.
We are going to the house to visit
the Muslim and remind them to come to
the mosque. There's a bayan, there's a taskeira,
you
know, and then they try to encourage them
to join them to travel. So you go
3 Khourouche,
3 days in 1 month
and go 40 days, 1 year, 4 months
in your lifetime. Maybe you start
with good intention but focusing
inward, not reaching outward.
But things are changing alhamdulillah,
but when it comes to knowledge, the first
thing Allah will ask you, do you act
upon what you learn?
If you know Islam is true and Allah
wants you to convey the message,
have you conveyed the message to other people,
all of us will be asked.
And that's why in the Quran Allah even
Indeed we have appointed you, the Ummat of
Prophet Muhammad,
as witnesses
for everybody.
And in the day of judgment the prophet
will bear witness upon us. He has conveyed
the message. Have you conveyed the message to
other people?
No. You have betrayed the message.
You are very selfish. You think everything only
for you.
It's for you, for your family and for
everybody that you know.
When you see them your friend not yet
Muslim,
share with them. You can even come to
us, give some lift take some leaflet, pass
it to them, let them read.
If you want to know more, bring them
to us.
You want Quran, Mandarin we have. You want
Quran, Japanese we have. You want Quran, English
we have.
Beyond Quran Malay we have, some other language
we do have to, but I forget the
language.
Yeah.
We are here to serve for the sake
of the Lord.
Of course, we will be asked about the
knowledge too.
At least you act upon the knowledge
and
to do that one. That one means
sharing Islam
to not yet Muslim.
You call that Dawah.
Like here today, everyone is here a Muslim,
I'm not doing Dawah to you.
I'm just reminding you
This kind of activities we don't call dawah,
we call islahia,
we are rectifying ourselves,
we are reminding ourselves,
adhinu nasihan,
yeah, isin nasihan.
It's that limb,
it's knowledge
but that one I mean that what I
share with all of you a bit you
remember
after this you go home, you meet some
of your close friends, don't go to anybody
who you don't know.
When you go they run away.
That will become
a problem for them. Just
start with people who you know.
Share with them
and alhamdulillah, you know,
after class wherever,
like to try to visit our cafe here,
the Sahir 561, just
outside.
Yeah.
You can bring them and they can try
to have coffee here too. We're having coffee
then we'll do our work that work.
And we call this little cafe
561.
We want them to ask us, so what
is 561?
It's a new brand?
The worst thing sometimes the most
even the most seem don't know.
This is our brand.
561,
to remind everybody the basic foundation of Islam.
5 pillar of Islam, 6 article of faith,
1 pillar of action.
That is why 561.
Oh. Yeah. Sometimes we know why 561 maybe
there's another product,
another brand.
561 mean we are here to serve you.
When we have the opportunity,
we'll tell you 5 pillar, 6 particular faith,
and one pillar of EXHAN.
Anybody know what is EXHAN?
Anyone who are here with us, I mean
the newcomer, do you know,
what is esan?
Essaan means to do everything like Allah is
watching you or you are
seeing him. So do everything for him as
if he's present with you all the time,
seeing and watching you.
Go ahead.
Answer. Yes. When the angel asked the prophet
what is ihsan,
the prophet responded
Worship Allah as though you are seeing Him.
It's like you are seeing the king of
all king in front of you. How do
you feel?
It's enigma.
There's nothing more sweet.
Yeah. There's nothing
greater
enigma than seeing Allah in the day of
judgement. When we go to Jannah, the prophet
said, Allah will appear for Jannah to pharaoh.
That was everyday he will appear that everyone
can see him in Jannah to pharaohs everyday.
In other class,
maybe not every day.
Whoever want to see Allah every day, make
sure you go to Jannatum Firdaus, ala'la.
And you have all the delight, everything you
want.
You just ask Allah, Allah give you. You
like
gems or this jewelry, gold, diamond, you just
name it blue diamond, gray diamond, white diamond,
red diamond, there are every diamond you have.
Here, you only see white diamond, some of
them.
Black, we don't know whether they color it
black or something.
Over there,
Allah said anything you want, you'll just us.
You want Duran Musang King, you have more
than the King, Emperor Musang, everything
also have as long as you go to
Jammu.
But when Allah appear,
all the delights you don't feel
it anymore.
Yeah. The blessing of Rasim Allah,
everything stops.
Yeah. Allahu Akbar. But then the prophet said,
when you worship Allah, you must imagine
that you are seeing Allah in You can't.
In return, remember
he is watching you.
Sometimes we feel so sad when people were
praying.
Somebody the young people beside you, when they
are praying,
they are just
I don't know what happened to their body.
Itchy here, itchy there, they scratch here, they
move here. I don't know. Before praying they
they seem to be normal, you know.
When the Allah walk
up, they start to move. What is happening?
Do you know that Allah is in front
of you? He's looking at you? Is this
how you behave
towards Allah?
And for those who are not committed when
you pray,
do your mind
is in your prayer? Do you remember everything
you recite
or your mind is going around now? Suddenly
you go to the mall, suddenly you went
so far away,
you know, sometimes you remember somebody in Africa
or maybe in in in in in in
Japan, you you start to float.
Don't you know Allah is
all knowing?
You are thinking of someone else.
Your body is facing me, but your mind
is thinking of other people. Okay.
There is no exon anymore.
To make it simple,
exan means sincerity,
be sincere.
When you are sincere, it's like a father
and mother. We are father and mother. Are
you very sincere with your children?
Are we very sincere to our children? Do
we keep on giving what our children want?
Normally, we give. We make sure every day
they have food.
Yeah.
We never leave our children hungry. We can
go hungry, not our children.
We send them to hospital, we are not
well. We buy medicine for them. We send
them to school.
When they have problem, they call us.
Mother especially
will be there always.
Did we ask them to pay back our
services?
Do we send them a bill anytime when
they are they are a doctor now, engineer?
Hey, my son.
You're a doctor now. You remember,
you know, how much I spent for you?
We don't even remember how much we spend
on them. We have spent 1,000,000 and 1,000,000
of ringgit dollars to our children.
Not even one day we ask them pay
back.
I give you discount 90%.
Just pay 10%.
We don't do that. Very sincere. They hurt
you day and night,
we keep on forgiving them because we are
very sincere.
But do our children have the same feeling
to us?
That's why they say a parent can take
care of 10 children.
Ten children will keep on passing the ball.
They thought that their parents is like a
ball, they keep on passing. You take over,
took 1, 1 week already. You know?
That's why we have to work very hard
to make sure we stay healthy,
don't burden them.
Yeah.
That was sincerity is very anything you do
out of sincerity, eksan,
you get all the reward from Allah.
Be sincere.
When you seek knowledge, sincerity,
that will not make you arrogant.
Oh, I know now, I'm going to judge
people, I'm going to condemn here No no
no. The more you learn, the more humble
you
become. That's how sincerity is.
We're not corrupt.
Anything you are sincere, brother and sister, you
have the peace of mind and you have
peace of your heart. You can sleep very
well.
Because there's nothing for you to think you
are done for the sake of Allah, Now
it's night night is for you to rest.
Just rest.
But what bother you and become sleepless?
You are recording so many things.
Why why why? Why? Don't do that. Yeah.
So in our Sahe 561,
we have freshly brewed coffee, of course, cookies,
pastries and pie.
Just be a little bit, a small one.
Yeah.
Any other question from
any question online?
No? None from the online. Any other question
from the please.
Bismillah Alaydaim.
My question is,
we know there is color. So
can Dua change the color of a person
that what is destined for us by Allah?
So is it all written as we say,
but is there a possibility
of that
changing by our duas?
Just to make sure I understand your question,
we as a Muslim cannot be a believer
if you don't believe in Kadar and Kadar
because Kadar and Kadar is the last
article of faith.
And Kadar a Kadar is a very tricky,
yeah, article of faith.
Among Muslim everywhere you see
today
they don't have problem in believing Allah. Muslims
all believe in Allah, they're same.
Only some get confused.
They want to believe in Allah but not
the way Allah want them to believe in
their way or follow their sheikh
and follow some imam here and there, you
can't.
Nobody can believe in Allah without
following the way that Allah want us to
believe in him. Simple as that.
People ask me, where is Allah?
Where is he? Allah say he is above
his throne.
How is his throne? What is above? Only
Allah knows. Finish.
Don't get confused. Today, even then people are
confused.
To say Allah is up or down or
right or left, front or back, He's nowhere,
but he's everywhere.
1st you say he's nowhere and then you
say he's everywhere.
People get confused.
You ask the Chinese all day, they never
got confused.
You ask the Chinese, where is God?
They believe there's one big one. The rest
one is small small, mini mini.
The big one up there
is in the heaven.
They also know,
but we are confused today.
Now come to believe in the angel, believe
in the books, we have no problem. Come
to kadar and kadar problem.
Muqtazila
came in,
Kawares came in,
and also you have Jabariya, Kadariya.
This area is a very tricky area.
Now we believe
everything that is going to happen to us
is being ordained
by Allah.
The only thing
we don't know because it's unseen.
No one knows.
Allah said,
life, death I have confirmed,
you would die
at this age
Confirm.
If there's 70,000
before, 50,000 before we are created
is ordained.
When you are going to die, where you
are going to die, Allah has
fixed for you.
Not even a second will be delayed or
ahead on time. Our death on time.
The death of the prophet
is their choice, different.
All prophets, the angel of death will not
pull their soul without their permission.
That's why you remember the history of Moses
gave a punch to the angel of death
and pulled his eye out,
was upset
when angel of death came to him, he
said, time's up, Moses,
he was so angry he could give him
a punch.
He can see the angel of death,
he dare to punch, we cannot do that.
The angel of death had to seek his
permission. Are you ready?
He cannot just come and pull because all
prophet
Allah ordained on them. When they want to
die,
angels of death have to come and seek
their permission. If they say yes, they pull
up.
There is only special for prophet.
Other than prophet like you and me, he
will never ask.
Whether you are ready or not,
he is already.
Time come, he just come and pull our
soul, out we go.
We don't know. The only thing that we
don't know, and that's the thing that the
prophet and even Allah do your level best,
make prayer.
People said if you strengthen Sirat Rahim,
you do Shadaqa,
may Allah prolong your
life.
Now in reality,
you must have the understanding that what we
said earlier,
Allah has ordained
and he will never change. But things that
can happen,
he will
have extra blessing for our good deeds.
That the day is the same, but because
the blessing is there I give you one
simple example of a blessing,
you will live for
60 years, then you're going back to Allah.
But how do you feel if you do
all the good things, you take care of
your health, your 60 years,
you
are healthy.
You are happy. How do you feel?
So meaningful,
the 60 years.
Healthy
and also you are
happy, you are connected to our work. You
sleep well,
you don't have depression,
you don't have,
anxiety,
you know how to move on.
Then people who live for 100 years, problem.
They live long, but
problem, very hard to sleep.
No. People eat this, eat that, they just
eat
very little thing because they got sickness here,
sickness there,
restricted their food restrict. How do you feel?
100 years but suffering,
60 years, you enjoy life. Which one is
better?
60 years have more value
and that is the blessing.
So you don't worry about other things that
mean Allah, when he want to bless you,
you remember the the prophet said
the time is going to change.
There will come a time,
a day is like a
year. 1st a day is like a week,
then a day is like a month, like
a year because
it's very hard
to end that day.
So many things
to think, so busy,
that at that time,
60 or 70 years ago, time is
Masha'Allah.
Now today is so fast.
Suddenly 2024
now.
The value, the blessing is no more there.
Before one day you can do so many
things.
You can have supper, you have tea, high
p, low p.
Today's Sunday call us night early.
Yeah. There's no more parka, no more blessed.
So of course we have to do a
lot of good deeds
and pray for the best,
but then when Allah
bless you, he prolongs,
and then you have happy
environment,
you can sleep well, healthy.
That is what we want.
People say, oh, who knows?
Who knows that your your prayer is accepted,
that your life is going to be prolonged?
No one know. It's just your feeling.
I'm so healthy and hamdulillah. I saw my
friends sick, but I'm not sick, alhamdulillah. Even
I'm sick I'm still moving compared with other
people they cannot move at all, example.
Yeah?
So that is how you believe in Kadar
and Kadar.
Just do what you have to do and
have faith in Allah.
Now your case is good.
Any other question? Last question from the sister
Pandan. Pastor Mike to the sister.
Okay. Thank you.
Yeah, Sher,
there has been a lot of confusion too.
Differing views, you know, about du'a. Okay.
Are we allowed well, solat, you know, in
in solat,
are we allowed to do our in
in
in in our own language, in in in
Malayalam?
Yeah?
Or do we do just in the heart
or can we verbalize the dua in Bahasa
while we do sola? While we perform sola.
While you are performing the sola. Sola. Yeah.
Some people say, no, you can't. You must
say it in Arabic.
But there are some people who say yes,
you can do it in your own language.
Verbalize
while you are performing your song. Nam, Nam.
So, yeah, watch the right one. Correct. Thank
you. A very good practical
question.
Can some people may say that when you
are praying, worshiping Allah in your namaz or
your sola,
you can even recite in any language.
Some people come up with this idea, especially
you are making dua
and you don't memorize the Dua in Arabic,
you can make Dua in your own language.
This is what people say.
That's why I say don't entertain what people
say.
What scholars say, just leave it like
this is what they say.
Allah
Almighty, who loves us so much,
only in Islam
which he said that today I have perfected
my religion for you.
Nobody can make any changes anymore. It's been
perfected,
and he decided
to declare that
through this prayer
that start with Allahu
Akbar
and end with assalamu alaikum,
this kind of prayer,
because du'a can be general.
Now we are King Ming du'a, we can
recite in any language, correct?
But any prayer
that starts with Allahu
Akbar, salaam alaikum, you end, must be in
Arabic.
Suddenly you hear some aza,
Allah
is great.
Allah
is great.
Wow.
I think a lot of people go to
that mosque.
Not because they want to pray. They only
see who called it Azaan. Stop.
The same goal, you see, all these are
law fixed.
One language
unite everybody.
Wherever you go, you can pray behind anyone.
They recite the same
language.
Not like the
people, the Christian or the Jew, everything is
changing their language. You go to Taiwan,
the Christian don't,
yeah,
don't recite Hebrew, Aramaic, they all reside in
Taiwanese language.
And if you go
to Japan, they speak in Japanese. You go
to to the
other country, they speak English. That's why I
talk to them.
Is Jesus do Jesus speak English?
Is Jesus an English man?
No.
No. He's a Jew. He's a Jew.
He doesn't speak other language.
Oh, you know, I can communicate with him
better than the language I understand, but you
know, he don't understand.
I just want to make them such a
thing.
Only in Islam,
Allah make it clear
one way,
like you pray, fajar turakan.
Every bit turakan.
Nobody can change, fix.
Alfatihah,
tahiyat, fix, nobody can change.
No.
So Islamically you only
communicate with Allah
in one language, verbally.
In your heart will follow the language that
you understand.
Even you recite
the meaning go according to what we
understand in our own language. Correct.
But to say
that you can recite a
dua, dua,
al Fatiha is the dua.
We have come to Idina Seraat Mosaqim,
do we say, oh Allah, guide us to
the straight path? No. We say Idina Seraat
Mosaqim. The meaning
can be in any language.
In your heart, nothing to recite,
not verbally. Anything to recite,
the prophet speaks in one language.
Again Sister, what you just said is so
true.
There are people, some people say okay.
That's why I say here we don't entertain
opinion
or the saying of anybody except what Allah
said in his book and what the Prophet
had taught us call us.
Okay?
Yeah. Don't end the day. Don't get headache.
Sometimes it makes us confused,
and then sometimes we make duas. Agriving
the prophet said
the closest between we and Allah when we
are in the state of sujood.
So make du'a.
Make a lot of the Aqsa r'u'a.
So there are du'as that the Prophet has
taught us in Arabic, but you don't memorize,
but don't recite Quran in this
when you are making rakkuk or sujud the
prophet forbid.
No recitation of Quran in the state when
you are in rakkuk, bowing or sujud, except
tasbih
and you glorify Allah.
So when you only make du'a, you still
can do
through your heart in any language you want,
but don't recite
verses of the Quran.
People say, but it's in du'a,
but the prophecy don't recite Quran.
There's so many other du'a outside
from the Quran you can ask.
Yeah. Oh Allah, protect me, my family, forgive
me.
Yeah. Oh Allah, strengthen my iman. Oh Allah.
In any language but in your heart,
after reciting subhanur bi la'ala
3 times.
Yeah. But when you follow the imam, you
don't prolong.
When you follow imam, when the imam
takbir and sit for tahiyyah, you must come
up already.
You don't take your sweet time.
No.
Adapt.
You are clear, sis.
Once again, brother and sister,
anybody said opinion,
some say this,
just listen. Don't entertain.
Back to the original source, Quran and Nasrana,
you'll find peace.
Okay.
Last question.
Any last question from the
sisters?
Is there any last question from the sisters'
side,
From the brother?
Or we have all these activities coming up?
Yeah, anybody who like to participate, please go
into the website.
You'll get our bulletin, and then you can
just register that. We'll keep informing you about
all
our ongoing activities that can help us, you
know, help our children if they also participate,
insha'Allah.
Yeah.
Now,
father, brother, pass brother Bas behind you.
Yeah.
Alhamdulillah.
Assalamualaikum.
Sometimes when, you want to make a decision,
like,
either you want to go with what your
heart says, you know, and sometimes that is
not good for you or Allah has planned
something else.
So how to proceed, like, how to decide,
you know,
to go with the way Allah has
planned for you or something?
Okay. How to proceed and how to make
dua for that? Okay.
When you come to dua, it's very general.
What Allah always wants us to do, Allah
said he will never change the condition of
any one of us until we make changes.
We want to change.
He have all the power.
If he want, he say, kun, faya, kun,
be any color. But he
said, I will not change the condition of
any one of you until you want to
make some changes.
As a Muslim who believe in Allah, before
you want to do anything, Allah want to
make sure that you do your homework.
Whatever Allah want you to do, you just
follow.
And when he said follow my prophet, you
follow.
You don't come up with your opinion, my
way. No.
Allah said, atti Allahu attiur Rasool.
That's why he say, I show you the
way. Follow my way. Don't follow the other
way. You just follow.
Now,
prayer,
all the 5 prayers, all the articulate
faith, all the 5 pillars of Islam, you
just follow, now you have extra things that
you want to ask from Allah.
Say, a job.
You don't know which job,
yeah, that you want to,
yeah,
commit in
after you've done your homework.
Or will you want more? Maybe when you
see a job, but this job offer
higher salary.
Here, lower,
but higher you have to travel, leave your
family.
The one that is normal,
you are with your family.
So now you have to value. Do I
just want more money
but no time for my family,
or I want money when you're saying that
I have
the family with me.
Which one is more valuable?
If a person who believe in Allah, that
is what he want. He want something for
himself and the family is always there. Both.
Now, after you have done your homework,
then you make solute istiqaara
for the Muslim.
Ask Allah now
to help you.
If you don't want, okay, no problem.
But if you think that you need because
you're confused,
now
you want to get married, example.
So many men waiting for you. How do
you feel?
You only can marry 1 man.
How do you feel?
A bit confused.
So happened that all these men are good
men.
If you have a good man, bad man,
ugly man, it's easy to choose.
But all are
good men.
No. All handsome looking like Yusuf alaihis salam.
How do you feel?
More confused.
So you may not know the truth, but
the prophet give you sign.
When you get married, you look at the
person first. You must feel good, of course.
Number 1.
Does Joel go and imply and say, you
choose for me. Choose.
Look at your partner
because you're gonna see him day and night.
No.
Secondly,
the prophet said check their family background. Sometimes
he is good but the family only Allah
knows.
When the family come in it become like
dacha already.
No. Plus plus already.
They are rich, okay.
The last one, look at their character.
Are they believers
or they are non believers? But they have
everything. Look nice,
money,
family, good, but no iman.
Even they are Muslims, look at their character.
There are a lot of Muslims, but there
are Muslims who don't practice,
who like to lie, who do all this
nonsense, bad bye, you know, cursing all the
4 letter words so common,
not good character.
So the prophet said, look for a believer
with good character.
Then you must do that homework already.
And when this
person qualified with that, then that should be
your choice.
So there are many things to do actually.
It's good when you do your homework,
you still get confused,
you go to a scholar,
maybe you overlook certain things, the scholar will
know how to help you to value everything
and then he will
teach you solopate Istikara.
After that, just do.
Insha'Allah.
You're clear with my answer. Insha'Allah. Yeah?
Any last question?
Nothing,
today, alhamdulillah. Is it raining outside?
Alhamdulillah.
When it rains, what do we say?
Allahumma.
Problems
to us, rain that benefit us.
Yeah? May Allah accept,
and we also inshallah.
I hope all of us who are here
also don't forget
to pray,
you know,
for some of our children and
one of our family who is here with
us today.
Pray for their children, Mohammed Amzari,
Asma'ul
Khosna,
yeah,
Mohammed and Amzari, I think. Yeah. Mohammed and
Amzari, 3 children.
May Allah
make them righteous children,
guide them,
and make their friend
that is very close to them,
they are the righteous friend,
good friend,
and may Allah
protect
our children
and make them
close to Allah Almighty
and always protect their identity
as a Muslim.
And may Allah
protect them from all the fitan
that may come within them
and that may come also
from their environment.
For the children of
our fellow brothers and sisters who are here,
yeah, who is from Sarawak, may Allah protect
all of you
and give you righteous children who have patience,
righteous children who have also
carnitine
is the karma
and who always
speak the truth, nothing but the truth,
and who always choose good friend to be
their close friend.
And may Allah
give them good help.
May Allah
give them the right knowledge,
the Quran
and the deep understanding of the words of
the Lord
and the saying of our prophet, salam alayhi
wa sallam.
And may allah protect
their well-being
physically,
mentally,
and spiritually.
Show mercy to them.
Oh Allah,
show mercy whoever show mercy to them
and to all our children.
Oh Allah,
protect them from all the fittings,
the challenges that they are going to face.
And, Allah,
make them healthy physically,
mentally, and spiritually.
Oh, Lord,
accept our prayer.
And to you we worship,
to you we ask for help.
Help us help our children, our grandchildren
wherever they are.
