But what you should do is brothers, the big advice I can give you is go and get into your job straightaway go into work, go outside, go into different environments, with different people go into job getting to job even though you might not be away from getting a job.
Why? Because this is what's going to break you away from that some people people pass away in their family, they go into depression. How did they go into depression is because they stopped there. They start thinking thinking, grieving, crying, whatever. And they started to play all their memories and added stress, stress, stress turns into depression. Some people that have somebody who's in the family, you know what you need to do when something that in themselves something they've got a lot of problems, some woman that's stressful, you know, they're stressed out, again, one common stress that a lot of women are facing and maybe some other aging women are facing I don't know. She's sitting there all her life and her husband comes home. Oh my God. Oh, my God, some guys that can be very horrible. I'm not saying these are Muslims, please. There's only some Muslim some house as well imagine this right? She's so worried about her kids. Now.
She's more worried about the husband and the kids. Right? So she's sticking out but to get the salt right in this right before he comes in Not tonight because I'm going to have it right. So she works, cleans, cooks, whatever for years and years. Most a lot of our mothers, a lot of our mothers

she's at least been able to talk to some other women seen them physically in this country, all they can do is pick up the phone, talk to someone individually, there will be a time when the husband is out, you know, when I catch me making this Cola, so they go through this 20 years, 30 years, and the kids are basically you know, the kids are getting spoiled in the middle dish, because she's so busy cooking, cleaning, whatever. And she says, you know, one day when my kids grow up, then they'll stand up the standard for me, whatever, you know, and then she goes for 1415. And our kids are born this way going that way. In the end, she sits down she thinks was this my life.
And then she goes into stress. And a lot of these women, they go into depression.
