Just
a second, because they will tell me the sound is not clear
smell
anymore. Already my apology for coming late. I just had to do
something really dear to my heart. So Alhamdulillah, Allah made me do
it, not food. Don't worry.
Alhamdulillah, Abraham. So we'll continue with our Surah Al Kahf.
And I'm going to do a little bit of a detour today, and I didn't
want to put it on the just to give you a little bit more excitement,
what did we talk about last week? Which part?
Oh, I'm sorry, before I start, I'm going to say it in the beginning
and at the end. From next week, we will start after marub, because
marub will be about seven, probably 20, so it will be very
short time. So we will pray mahrup, and then we will start,
and then the usual one hours. So from next week, please, and we
will, I'm sure all of you follow the ads, so we will put it there.
Inshallah, thank you. What did we talk about last week,
about the wealth, right? And then we said, you know the two? Yes,
just a second, it's in the car. Can Are you here till after
one hour? Yeah, or or just a second, she can be here,
come to her after an hour.
Okay, that's fine. Okay. Like
we talked about in sort of CAV, just a reminder. And so we all
come back to where we need to be. There is always a story, and at
the end of the story, there's a message to you and me. Remember,
we talked about the people, the the young men of the cave, and we
said, what was the message at the end,
be patient
the right company,
and who's the right company? He defined it
that's those who ask Allah evening, morning and evening for
Allah only, and then the fourth one. Don't look beyond that. Don't
look at the people who are focused on dunya, because you want the
beauty of the dunya, right?
Then he comes to the beauty of the dunya by the other story, which is
the two, the story of the two people, right? Which could be
anyone of us, by the way, not necessarily you have a garden,
could be somebody who has wealth, and the other person less wealth,
not necessarily poor, right? Somebody has and somebody doesn't.
And then what was the message of the story? Is, when Allah gives
you wealth, when Allah gives you wealth, when Allah gives you more
than what other people have, what are you supposed to do?
Okay, so do I leave today and then come back next week? After you
prepare? What is it? What is this, right? Okay, Alhamdulillah, need
to be grateful. And I'm just going to say quickly, because then I'm
going to come to what I want to speak about today. I'm not going
to take you to the next story today, because I want to focus on
a point anyway, to be grateful to Allah. There is three levels. Does
anyone knows that
is saying, Alhamdulillah, that's it.
No. Okay. So what else?
Okay, action, I will take it. Action, doing what?
No, don't tell me, Salah. Salah. Of course, people are grateful,
people ungrateful, they still have to pray. This is three levels.
No,
no, Bismillah. Is it? Bismillah,
is it?
Vic, no, it's nothing to do with act of worship, indirectly
related, okay, obviously you have not heard about that, okay,
Bismillah, let's give it a try. Uh huh.
No,
there's a three things. Okay, so this is a Niyama. This is a
blessing, right? Okay, how I'm gonna be grateful to Allah number
one, which most of us either don't know,
most of us, let's say, don't know. The first thing is, you have to
say this Allah gave me,
and you connect the blessing with the giver of the blessing? You
never say I did it. You never say I raised my children. You never
say I worked very hard. That's why I have this and this. You never
say it is mine.
See how far we are. We don't mean it by the way, because that's how
we grew up. But now, as we are learning, you always have to
change.
Allah gave me. Allah made it happen. Allah with barakah in my
efforts. So number one to you, connect what you have. That's why
he said it to him. Laula, Janata, Kalita, Masha, Allah, why?
He said, Why did you when you enter your garden, your wealth,
your house, your office, your building, you look at your bank
account statement, you don't say, I did it. Why didn't you say Masha
Allah? Where is Masha Allah? Allah willing lakh,
meaning Allah power, Allah ability, made it happen, not to
me. So the first step in being grateful, is you connected with
the giver?
And this is how many of us do that. Don't show me hands. Second
is, what is you say it, which mean your heart feels and say,
Alhamdulillah. We all do it. One of the best cultural things,
natural things, comes from our mouth. How are you doing?
Alhamdulillah. Now the third
which majority fail,
use it in the way that pleases. Allah, I'll give you an example. I
hope I'll see you next week.
When you are praying and praying and praying that you get married.
You're praying and praying, praying your son get married,
praying, praying, praying your daughter get married. He
responded, he give you the Nirma, the first thing you do throw out
that wedding, and everything in that wedding is a disobedience to
Allah. Is that gratefulness?
Is it true or false
gives you money. What is the first thing we do?
We say Alhamdulillah. We say, and I'm not talking about this,
Alhamdulillah. I told you, majority of us, almost everybody,
say Alhamdulillah.
But I'm talking about how Allah gives me money. How do I spend it?
SHARE with
others? Yeah, sure, we do. We do.
So whenever Allah gives me a blessing, I am grateful when I use
it the way he pleases Him, not the way I like, or the way the society
tells me, or the way to be equal to everybody else, let alone. And
Inshallah, none of you spend it in a way to boost about it.
To boost about it. You know when you are or not. You audible when
somebody make sure
people know that she has this much, or the children are this or
this or that, then I am not grateful.
And this is what happened to this man.
When you go deeper and just read the story, what did the man do?
Right? Allah didn't say how he got it, but he said, jaalna, we made
meaning. Allah gave him. Okay, fine. Allah gave him what he did.
He did not use it in the disobedience of Allah. There is no
discussion about what did he do in his in his garden, right? Did he
throw a party all haram or he waste? He did none of, none of
that. His main problem was he did not connect the source of the
blessing with the giver, with Al Munim, with the one who owns the
blessings. Now, add to this is the kiber.
Then add to it is the arrogance when he was boasting about what he
had. This boastful not led him to forget the akhira, because he
said, Well, did to El Arabi when I'm going to go back, you know,
like you have a text message from Allah saying you're going to
Jannah.
Minhaba, not only finding this, but I'm going to find even better.
That's typical arrogance. When somebody says I'm going to Jannah,
I say, really, how do how do you know?
Did Allah send you text message, honestly? How do you know, or
somebody is going to jahannam. How do I know? Did I see it? Well,
they don't believe in Allah, yeah. Now, do I know what will happen
tomorrow? Do I know how they will die? Do I know how I will die?
So here you go, when Allah, and this is why, because the and then
Allah ended it by the two problems of this, dunya al malo al Banu,
wealth and children.
That's what we boast boost about. That's what we feel. We think we
are better than others because we have more than the others, or our
children are better. This is you see it, and I want you all when
you sit in a gathering, don't listen to people and judge them.
Listen to yourself
how we speak indirectly, indirectly to boost about our
Nieman.
Why do you have to make sure if your child go to this the elite
university, everybody in that gathering has.
To know why,
or if she your daughter, is getting married to this, whoever
is this. Why do I have to tell people? Why do I have to show my
wealth now you're going to tell me Rabbi kafahagd, yes, because you
have to talk about the blessings of your for Allah. That's the only
verse we know from the Quran.
Then what I want to talk about is reality of this life, because
that's what he ended up the story, what Rubel, hayatid Dunya, what is
this? All? Give them a parable, an example of what is this life. Come
on and then just a rain. Send it down from the sky, about the Lord
mingled with the vegetations of this earth for Asmaa, tedro Horia
just basically became so beautiful, then suddenly winds
comes in and become ashes. This is you and me, by the way.
This is one of the indirect parables Allah tells me about you
and my life.
Any plant you plant, any tree you see, any flower you see because
it's much shorter, this is you and me, small. Knows nothing. You
don't know if it's going to open up. Think of any flower you like,
especially, Alhamdulillah, we live in here. We see a lot of examples
here, right? Small. You're so happy our flower is going to come
up. We don't know if it's going to come up, but it's going to come
up. Came up. Still small, beautiful, still small. Then
becomes very beautiful. This is teenagers and about the 20s, then
becomes bigger and wider. Right now, you are in your 20s and 30s,
and then what starts happening? There's still some beauty left and
some beauty left till it becomes
nothing, and then it dies. That's you and me.
That's you and me. Every single day we see this in our life, but
we don't connect it
now. Allah, what I want to share with you today is What did Allah
says about the dunya in the Quran? This dunya that we fight for, that
we hate each other for, we disobey Allah for. What did he say about
this two verses? What he say? What do I blame dunya? No, it's only
take one is in the cattle, and one is zelka Metal hayatid, dunya,
omal, hayatu Dunya, I'm sorry, wamal, hayatu Dunya, Illa Allah,
and I'm in the cattle. He said, What is this dunya wama, he
negate. What is this? Dunya, the creator of it. He said, Woman had
dunya, Allah ibn wala, this, all world, this, all dunya is but,
but, meaning, whatever is going to come is the reality. And in the
Arabic language, Allah, same thing. La ibun wala, what's lab
play? And what is Lahu
amusement? And they say Lahu everything that distracts you from
reality, and La IB is everything that makes you happy. This is all
life
is all life is. In the sight of Allah, is la ibun walahu.
And Allah in Eunice said the same thing in the mama dunya, the
parable of this dunya, same detail
of rain came down from the sky. Nasual, and I'm now a little bit
more detail. This is what I want you to do. And subhanAllah, there
was one of the teachers who taught me. And he was a man, very few men
taught me. He used to read tarawih by the meanings.
He does not lead tarawih by sequence. Like one day is all
about dunya.
See how much he knows about the Quran. One day is all about
Sayyidina, Musa,
Yeah, amazing. And he amazing reading. And one day is all about
Sayyidina Ibrahim. And one day is all about like Sayyidina Muhammad
is only five, but whatever, even if not his name, like whatever
comes, comes to it. So if you come and this is something I want you
all to start learning, to move from the casual learning to the
little bit deeper learning go by subject. So literally, I did this
for you today. I was like, Okay, what did Allah say about Khayat
dunya in the in the in the Quran? These two words, I just did a
there is a beautiful app called ayah. Literally, the The app is
called ayah. Just write it down. Write Al Hayat dunya comes
everything. And basically, two is parables that Allah gave. One the
one in Kaf and one in Yunus. Same idea, rain comes in, mixed with
vegetation is beautiful. People are very happy. And then something
comes in and done, the one I want to focus on, and then I'll take
you to what the raswali saw to sinam said, You.
Is the ayah of Al Hadid. This ayah they said. This is the explanation
of everything in this life that people love and like. And Allah
starts by saying, and I love the starting of it, and it's actually,
I put the the number, yeah, it's actually Hadid, which is chapter
is 57 and the ayah is 20,
right? When you
want to tell someone some that something very important, what do
you tell them? Know that no, your friend, your teacher, somebody
says no, meaning you better know. Or in another way, how can you not
know? It's so obvious
and it came in plural. So applies to everybody. And dunya, Verily,
this life is the following, and now he gives you way more details,
like, what is it? Ya Allah dunya, same story, la Ibn wala,
play and enjoyment. Come to the next ones, and I want each one of
you literally write it down and say, which one of these is me.
Don't tell me you're not. I'm not going to tell you I'm not. Then
I'm not real, then I am literally fake. And he knows I'm fake,
right? So he said. Larry boonwalla, no, I'm taking it very
serious. I don't even have time to sleep. Okay, fine, this part
doesn't apply to me. La ibun, wala no wa, Zina.
What is Zina?
What is Zina? Beauty? This is what I loved about the Quran. He gives
me reality.
He's not going to say that dunya is ugly, because I'm not seeing it
ugly. Is this where we are living? Is ugly? That's beautiful wherever
you turn. Beauty is around you, the weather, the creation of
Allah, everything, even the streets. I mean, if you lived
outside this city, you will know how beautiful is this. But So
those of you who were born raising you don't know, you get so much
used to Okay, wasina Now comes to reality. What happens between us?
Whatfulness
Between you
and he didn't say, Who's you?
Men and men. Woman, woman, youth, with youth, and I think I shared
this with you last week, nine year old. What do they know about this
life?
Nine year old in the school looks at her and says, Oh, you're poor.
Nine year old and so hurt her that I heard from her three times.
Every time I see her, I hear this story
because her mother drive a van,
really, who taught this nine year old this
and the reason, and by the way, they are not poor, but the reason
they have done because they have children.
Zena, beauty, what?
And each one of you, myself, number one, and each everybody on
online, what do you boost about? And boastfulness has to be with
other people, whether virtual or reality. What do you boost about
each one according to
again, their life, their level, their interest.
And this is one of the reasons we get angry and upset with people,
why she has more than I do, why her husband is this and mine is
not, why her children, why she's married, I'm not why she has
children. I am not
so watafa, Quran beynakum,
and even people at different levels. I mean, not, it's not only
the wealthy does that. I'm telling you children, you know. Oh, I What
did you score? Oh, I scored that.
This is all boastfulness. And then what's a cathole
collection? More
More money, more wealth and more children.
And then Allah gives the same parable, same thing. It's always
about rain, but this time he called it, meaning this is one of
the names of rain in the Quran RIT, meaning something comes to
save us, command about to those. Who are ungrateful, they will love
what they see. But then will change
same the same thing as somebody. Then it will change, becomes
yellow, then it becomes Asher immediately. This is why the
beauty of this verse.
Is because he gives you the parable of the akhira. I'll ask a
question literally. Raise your hand if this is you. How many of
you and me think of Al akhirah every single day,
every single day?
I'm not saying you think ill. Think of Al akhirah. Where is my
place? Which part of Jannah I will be, who's going to be my neighbor?
How does Jannah looks like? What is going to happen today? Of any
of these Yani, not necessarily something bad, but it just the
akhira is in my mind. Why? Because Allah, panta, Allah, when he put a
dunya him, especially in this one, he gave exactly wafil akhirati now
gives you two roads. There is one road in this dunya, collect more,
compete with each other. Boost. In the akhira, you have two choices.
There's a fork, and he said it here, or at ya had Abu shadinu,
omakhiratun, mean Allah, He worried one. In the akhira, you
have two options, severe punishment. Again, not my word.
I'm translating the verse wabakira to mean Allah, another beauty,
forgiveness from Allah, Allah, adab. He didn't say from him,
SubhanAllah. He said the adabun Shadi, severe punishment where
it's coming from. That's not the issue, but mafia to mean Allah.
Therefore,
then he summarize everything and why we are not thinking of akhira,
why we boost with each other. Why do we focus on dunya omel hayat,
dunya Ila mataa,
and this life is but a place of deception.
Place of deception. If I think every single day,
just for five minutes about this and where am I going in my life,
where am I in this journey? I'm going to be completely different.
Doesn't mean I look down at people. I'm just my focus will be
different than the others.
And this is why I love this in the middle of Suratul Kahf. And that's
why Allah keep reminding me every Friday read it, remember this is
what is the dunya. Now look at what raswale Salatu was said about
it Subhanallah, and you get this is amazing.
Couple of he said,
he asked one of the Sahaba, and that sahab Is of the Haqq
musufian, look at this one. It's little bit depressing. I'm sorry
if you're going to feel bad at the end of the but sometimes we need
to remember. And he said, Yaba Haq, Mata
ba Haq is a person is a companion said, What do you eat? And he
says, ya Rasool, Allah, Allahu, alaban, meat and milk. Okay? What
is wrong with that? And he said to my mother,
what is going to end up to
when I and you eat whatever we like, right?
And he said,
look at the other Buddha. Raswali sat was they don't use foul words.
He said, You know what it's going to end up with. He said that in
Allah, barabba ma Yaman, Beni, Adam, kama, Talib dunya,
he said to him, Allah gave the parable to the son of Adam,
daughter of Adam, what comes out from the human being is like the
dunya.
Is like the dunya. Subhanallah, I love this hadith when I was doing
because it's very practical. If I and you, please forgive me, every
single day we eat. We all eat. We have to eat. If I every time I
eat, let's say once a day I eat. And I think of this hadith, let's
alone I go to the bathroom, and we have to go to the bathroom because
it's much healthier to my body and yours. And then I think of it this
way, will I be crying because somebody else took what I'm
supposed to get.
Will I be having anxiety and all these things?
And this is what all the dunya is all about, and this is the words
of who Allah taught him about. It. Look at the next one.
Ya, Allah, this really is going to make you dumb, but it's okay. So
he entered the house of Sayyida, Fatima, right? Araswale to as
bayata. Fatima fell aliha. He came to the house of Fatima, but he
didn't enter.
And then she didn't ask again, etiquette with the raswada.
Sayyidina Ali came and she said, that's what happened. He came and
he didn't enter.
So Sayyidina Ali went and he said, what happened? Why didn't you
enter? I mean, Sayyida, Fatima is part of him. He loves her. And he
said, I saw.
Saw on her door a curtain that is full of beauty,
and I did not want to enter, because this is dunya, and I have
nothing to do with dunya.
Literally, when I was reading this hadith, I looked around in my
house. I was like, Allah, forgive me.
A curtain.
This is the house of the daughter of raswadam, who is, say, the
Tunisia Jannah,
the master of the woman of Jannah is of Fatima. And he said about
her, she's part of me. And they used to call her bin to abiha, but
I'm sorry, ummu abiha, because she so much looked like him. So they
said this, she is the mother of her father, meaning she looks like
him. And then he said, I just saw this sitter on moishiya.
You know, if you go to the like old places, or you see pictures,
they don't, then have doors. They literally put a curtain. So it's
like for privacy, and the curtain was little bit beautified, you
know, like it has some things on it. He looked and says, Oh, this
is dunya.
Now. Now you know why Allah said in the middle of the world metal
Al Hayat, dunya, I need a reminder, because dunya, as we
say, will take me look at the next one, right? Araswara Tom said the
following.
And this one is actually in Al buchari. He said, A he Abu lahim
in Mali, any one of you the money of the person who will inherit him
more beloved to him, that's his own money. And they said, All you
are Asmaa, who a rasulallahu ahabula, Nobody of us, but what he
owns, his own wealth is more beloved than what his children has
he said,
tahina malahu Maka dam wa Mali, waritihi, ma,
I'll translate, because that's a very eloquent Arabic. He said,
Your real wealth
is what you put forth for what's coming toward you. Not your 401, K
in dunya,
it's your 401, K in akhira
and wama akhara. What he is going to leave is the money for his in
the people who will inherit him. And this is more beloved to you
than what you are going to see in the in the akhira, because we all
work on the money for us here, meaning when you come for
fundraising, right,
in reality, how much percentage of your money you give Sayyidina Abu
Bakr gave everything you know. The famous story when he and Sayyidina
Omar came in the razor of taboo, and raswada Sam was collecting
funds, and Sayyidina Omar was so happy, because he came in with
half of his wealth, and
then he found Sayyidina Mubarak gave everything.
And he said the meaning of I will never be able to catch up. Was
Sayyidina. Was Sayyidina Abu Bakr for us when I will become 70, when
I will and how do I know I'm going to be 70,
and how much money you have in your 401 k, and then you get these
people who analyze things for I start laughing, because, how do I
know what is going to happen to me? Look at the next one, Allahu
Akbar,
and he said, this is another Hadith and Muslim. He said, yakulu
ABD, the son of Adam. Dora of Adam says, Mali, Mali, my money, my
wealth, my computer, my jewelry, my my
and your abdomali Mali in namala, home in malihi salat,
what he really owns from his wealth is three things. Are you
ready for these three things is not what you have in your closet,
is not what you have in your bank account. For sure, is not your
jewelry. He said, Malu, who Ma, akala, fa, what you eat and went
out of your body that you owns, that
were for akna, falaba, olabisa, for abula, what you dress and then
you use it till it becomes old. That's yours. And woma, APA, akna,
what he gave in reality he kept. And then he said, Woman, sua
dalik, for who was holiness,
everything else, that person will leave, and we will leave it to the
people behind him. I always remember the story when I speak
about dunya. This is before I moved here. I was looking for a
house to buy, and the agent said, This is really nice house. There
was a woman living here, very clean, you know, the usuals. I
want to see the house, true. It's beautiful. What?
What stayed in my mind.
So he said, This is the bedroom. So I go to the bedroom. And of
course, when you go to the bedroom, what do you see? You look
for the closet. Why? How big is the closet? So you go to the
closet, walk in closet, big one.
And they had, they still has her clothes. Half of it still in the
tug. So
it, half of it's still in the tag.
And the woman died.
That's what he was saying. Levi, say, if you, if you have put it on
your body, okay, you used it. And if you ate, you used it. And if
you gave stays with you, everything else you are leaving
and leaving it.
Amara kabla, Kabara ho kabla Yala, the wise person. Shirahi, the
person who flourish and build and furnish the grave, not the homes
before he enters.
Wa araba LA, Aruba, oh,
first man, Taraka, duniya, leave this dunya before dunya will leave
him. What does it mean? Leave the dunya. I don't want you to
misunderstand me. Leave Dunya doesn't mean you're going to leave
everything. You're not going to be successful. You're not going to be
studying you. No, no, no, no, no, no, because that he would don't
have have said or swallow. And then wa
Allah mean and mumbay, the strong believer, is way more beloved to
Allah and better than the weak one. And what is the qur is money
and and power. So that doesn't mean we should not be in
positions. We have a power, we have influence. But where is the
trick?
The DUA he did, Ali Salatu was dunya fear Edina wala said, dunya
fear kolubina Ya Allah, make Give, give me. Give me this dunya. Give
me this dunya. He said it, but keep it in my hand. But don't put
this dunya in my heart.
And is the dunya in our hearts?
It's too quiet today.
Is yes or no, what is how do you know
why you're saying this? What's the proof?
And what's the proof? No, no, I don't care. Dunya is not in my
hand or Alhamdulillah, tell me. Teach me. How is that?
What happens when you lose something,
when you lose something, and I'm not talking about human being, I'm
talking about material things. What happens?
What do you what happens when you lose this, this, this jewelry that
your grandmother gave to your mother and he gave it to you? What
happens? Get upset, only
sad and upset, and Allah knows if somebody was the the cause, don't
don't talk what you're gonna say. That means it's in my heart. I
feel sad. I'm human emotions, especially if it has a sentimental
meaning. But I look and I said, the people who gave it to me.
Where are they?
Then I am is not in my heart. I felt sad. Please forgive me, mom,
subhanAllah, I don't know how I lost it, but Allah gave in. Allah
take
then the dunya is not in my heart. But when the dunya is in my heart
is when everything about dunya upset me,
when, when I get so upset with my child, and this is for all
parents, here and there,
when my child comes back and the report card or whatever, the exam
result was not a plus. What happens in the house
and when the child doesn't get up for Fajr, what happens in the
house?
You're not answering me, because you know the answer.
And I will end up with this hadith, because I don't want to
take too long from you, and this is basically what he said.
Actually, it's two of them, but this one I will do, and then
inshallah will do. The other one, rasulallah slept. And this is
Abdullah Omar. He came in and he saw him sleeping, Allah hassah,
mat right, and the mat left,
lines on his back. And says, Out of ADAP, he said, Ya Rasulullah.
Rasulallah, yani, can we get you a mattress? Can we get you a
mattress? He didn't say, Yani, could we get you a mattress? You
know what he said?
Anybody knows? Mali, Walid dunya,
what I have to do with this?
Life. Mattress in us. Mattress. It is not feather bed. It is not
forever bad. Maddie, you want to dunya. And then he says, I know
dunya. Cabri said, karakara to mataraka, my relationship with
this life. This is the Hyrule Basha. This is the best of the
creation, the relationship me. And this dunya is literally somebody
who is a traveling and then he took a break, took a break under a
tree, and then left the tree and moved on. The tree is the dunya.
The tree is the dunya. And the last Hadith, and this is
Subhanallah,
he said, this is actually they, the Sahaba, were walking with him.
He went, entered, and there is a reason the place he he said, this
muq. He entered into a mall,
subhanAllah, I don't know our attachments to malls, and by the
way, it's the most hated place to Allah. You know this? Hali Abu
baladilahi, masajidu ha wa Abu ladiya, Illallah Swaha, the most
beloved part of this land life is actually the masjid, and the most
disliked or hated place of this earth to Allah is malls. And let's
go to the mall. I always tell people, what are we going to do in
the mall? You need something to buy now. What can I do? Or just
let's walk in the mall? So he entered the mall
with his companions. And then he said, right, marabhela, Minal Ali,
it is a part of from Mecca, when Nasu kanifahi, and there was
people on his side, right? And then he passed by a dead lamb. But
the dead lamb has a very short years, so it's defected deformed.
He looked at them and says,
ayukum, your Hebrew and nahadala will be Durham. Which one of you
who's telling to the Companions, which one of you wants to have
this lamp wonder, let's say $10
anybody? Of
course, he's giving them the biggest example. And they said, Ya
Rasool, Allah man Abu wamanas not obey. He said, We don't want this.
What are we going to do with it? And then he said, and they say,
Well, why look kind of hayan. Well, he had a fee. If it was
alive, we will not take it, because all this very short is
that means it's defected. What about now, when he is dead?
And he said, Wallahi, let dunya ahahi, minhada Ali. He said, By
Allah, this all dunya worth way less in the sight of Allah than
thee what you now see the worth of this lamb,
and see where are we? Subhanallah, we always read in Yani. Need these
reminders, all of us, all of us, young and old, you know, we have
we don't have, but this huge attachment to this life, and I see
it in the youth even more. But I always wonder, where does the
youth learn this from? You
going to tell me from the internet. It's all from the
internet,
right? There has to be something in where they grew up. Again, I'm
not saying you, but I'm saying in general, we really, really need to
start waking up as I, as I say to myself, wake up. Where are you
going? Where is your destination, where we will end up, and what
house I am, where I am going to live in, Jannah, Dana Point,
or the places that we don't want to call the name.
And why do I want to be in the most expensive places here? But I
don't want to be in the most expensive place in Jannah. You
work very hard in dunya. Yes, we do,
but we also have to work hard for the and by the way, they don't
come together.
You have the dunya, but it's not in your heart, and focus on the
akhira. Allah will give it. But if you want this dunya, everything
the way that everybody else, akhira is not going to be as easy.
I'm not going to say no, because who am I? So I just wanted you to
leave today, because that's the middle, and then I want all of you
to see next week, what is coming next in Alkaff.
And I'm going to say, why is that,
and what comes next in Alkaff, just the idea,
I'm sorry, I'm just here. Anybody? Please raise your hand. No, no.
I'm sorry. No,
you really no sort of calf, right? Yeah, really, okay. Alhamdulillah,
the story of Shay upon with Adam.
Did you ever ask yourself, why?
Why in the middle?
Why not in the beginning? Why mentioned in a Catholic it's not
mentioned in others. I leave you with this to go home and think
about it. But nothing in the Quran, neither a word nor a
sentence, let alone a chapter or a story, just put there with no
reason. But what we need to do is we need to think of why not
questioning Allah, but what are you teaching? And may Allah make
us of those who listen to the word of admonition and follow the best
of it. May Allah dunya, fear
Allah make this dunya in our hands. Everybody. I would love to
see the the youth here on the floor in 10 or 15 years, everyone
is very successful, powerful, impactful, let's especially women,
but their focus is on the akhira Ya Rabbi, amin jazakam, di ashwan,
katira again next week Inshallah, we will be starting after maghrub.
So we will probably, we will pray mahrub here. If anybody wants to
join us, you're more than welcome. And then we will do the class, so
we'll have little bit more time, especially for question answers.
Also, if any of you are the this first time, or you do you were not
there last week, and you want to see the Jannah Institute center,
it's next door. I'll be more than happy to show you, or actually,
Sara, if I'm still praying, can take you. Is just next door.
JazakAllah, all the ladies, the woman class is absolutely sold
out. Don't come and talk to me. I cannot, because I have no space.
So Inshallah, this tells me there is a lot of interest in this
community. Wali Alhamdulillah, will do you more and more. And
there's couple of really exciting news I have for you, but not
today, just to make keep you a little bit more excited, then we
will, we will tell you. So just keep us in your DUA. Don't forget
us in your DUA. And may Allah make it for his sake and accept from
all of us. Jazakallahu, salamani Kumar,
