Fariq Naik – Jannatul Mawa in the Quran

The fifth name from among the names of

Jannah that I mentioned in the Glorious Qur

'an, it is Jannah-ul-Ma'uwa.

And regarding Jannah-ul-Ma'uwa as I

mentioned in the Glorious Qur'an, no less

than two different places, Allah SWT says in

the Glorious Qur'an, Surah Al-Naziat, Chapter

79, Verses 14 and 41.

وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَافَ بَقَابَ رَبِّهِ وَنَهَى النَّفْسَ عَنِ

الْهَوَى As for the one who fears the

standing before his Lord, and he prevents himself

from the desires, فَإِنَّهُ جَنَّدَهِيَ لَقْوَى Then, Paradise

will be his abode.

The believers, those who believe in Allah SWT,

those who stay away from their desires, from

their whims, for them, Allah SWT has promised

Paradise.

And not only this, these are the believers

who will enter higher ranks in Jannah.

Allah SWT says in the Glorious Qur'an,

Surah Al-Naziat, Chapter 53, Verses 15, Regarding

Jannah-ul-Ma'uwa, عِندَهَا جَنَّةُ الْمَقْوَى That,

in this verse of the Glorious Qur'an,

Allah SWT has used the word Jannah-ul

-Ma'uwa, which refers to the abode of

Paradise.
