Dunia Shuaib – Amazing is the affair of the believer

We know that the Prophet ﷺ smiled a

lot, but he didn't laugh a lot.

His laughter was more rare.

So when he just started laughing, the companions

were what?

Curious.

Why is he laughing ﷺ?

And so he laughed and then he said,

عَجَبًا لِأَمْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ Wondrous, amazing is the affair

of the believer.

For there is good for him in every

matter.

And this is not the case except for

the believer.

And then he continued ﷺ and he said,

If something makes him happy, something good happens

to him or her, then they're grateful and

they thank Allah and thus there is goodness

for him or her in it.

And if he or she experiences something that

harms them, then they show patience and thus

there is good for him or her in

that harm.
