AI: Summary ©
So my respected dear brothers and sisters,
it is really very important that before,
you go for the Hajj
to learn clearly what exactly Hajj is
because there's so so many wrong informations in
the world about the Hajj, about actually everything
in this world and that's why people don't
benefit properly.
Muslims, you know, all the time, every year,
millions of people go for Hajj. Some people
repeat. Some people actually go for as something
new.
But when they come back,
they don't feel really any,
a real change has happened in their life.
They don't feel that they have achieved something,
real.
Though, if you look in the Quran and
in the
Hajj actually is given so much importance
that when people go far the Hajj, they
really get something.
You know, and Allah
had made a, you know, obligation of the
Hajj so clearly in the Quran for everybody.
So that's what we need to learn. Many
people have idea
that,
you know,
you have got mind where you have reasoning.
You have got a heart where you love,
and love does not know any reason. That
people think. In the in the love, there's
no reasoning.
Love just when you fall in the love
and, become mad and like a Majinu,
falling in love of Leila. So not thinking
about, you know, don't care about your clothes,
don't care about your eating, drinking.
Too many people think
that what Hajj is because, you know, love
is the real thing.
So, you know, you start your life in
Islam with the reason, with the mind, but,
completion happens with the love. So you you
become in love of Allah Subha Tawla. Don't
care about your clothes. Take off your clothes.
You go for the tawaf.
Go around. You don't know even going like
the house of your beloved.
All those things.
So that what people think that, you know,
Hajj basically is not thinking
just from the heart.
So this actually all wrong ideas.
In this religion, simple matter is there nothing
which is disconnected from reason.
This religion is based on the reason
on the mind. Allah has created given people
the mind. He wants people to think
in every single even the belief
cannot be achieved unless people think.
If you abandon the reason,
then that whatever you do, it will not
be valid.
Without
without the reason, without the mind, nothing is
valid.
If people do this because they have just
love in the heart,
that does not work out. That does not
get any reward. Nothing happened really. Allah only
acceptance where the people have got
clear mind.
When people's mind is there, then people get
something.
To understand properly that whatever you do in
the Hajj, when men
take off the clothes, sewn clothes, and they
put on the clothes which are not sewn
And they go around the house. They stay
in one place here, one place there.
It all connect well connected with the reason.
All well connected with the mind that we
need to understand.
Nothing is disconnected from the mind. You know,
if you have this idea that it then
you don't appreciate,
the religion of Allah Subha'ala.
Allah who gave the mind, and he keeps
saying in the Quran, don't you think? Don't
you understand?
So first thing is to remove from your
heart the idea
that, you know, something great can happen with
a love without thinking. That's not true, really.
Actually, the real love is which is based
on the thinking.
When people fall in love with someone and
they don't think, that's always the problem because
it's just desire.
People fall in love, they get married, then
after that, they're tired of each other and
they get divorced. That will happen. Because that
love was only based
on desire,
which makes you blind. You can't think, you
can't see, you can't understand.
That's what I say. When
the love comes, it makes people deaf and
blind. They can't think.
This type of the love does not exist
in the religion of Allah Subha Nahuwa Ta'ala.
Even in the marriage,
the prophet never asked people to get married
because you fell fell in love with someone.
He always
teaches people certain criterias.
You marry someone
who fulfills all those conditions, who who you
think really could be your future partner, future
companion.
And these are the conditions you look for.
And then after that, you know, you marry.
And then the love will come.
The real love must be based on reason,
on the mind, on the thinking.
If you want to love Allah
then that love must be based on the
real thinking. That who Allah is. Similarly, if
you want to understand the Hajj, you have
to understand every single step in the Hajj
that when you put on the Haram,
when you go for the tawaf,
when you stay in Arafat and Muzdalifa,
what what the reason is? What is something
behind that that we need to understand properly?
Without understanding any of them,
you know, you never can get the real
benefit of the Hajj. And many people don't
think don't get really. For example,
people go from India and Pakistan and Bangladesh
and all these places, and you'll see with
your own eyes.
So when they go to to Mina and
they see the pillars,
you know, Jamarat. Jamarat are the pillar 3
pillars where people stone.
So they think actually the pillars are shaitan
satans,
and then they stone. They are so angry
with the shaitan, they take, out their shoes
and chapels
and sandals,
and they hit it. Nothing happened to shaitan.
Actually, shaitan got more happy that you don't
follow your prophet. Your prophet says stone, and
you you throw your shoes
to shut down and not not harm.
Never thinking really that why we are hitting.
Why what's the purpose to hit these pillars?
And the story they have made up that,
you know, Ibrahim al Islam was taking Ismail
to fast sacrifice,
then shaitan comes to Ibrahim and Ismail and
misdeal them and all those things. You know,
think really.
The prophet said about
when Omar walks in the street,
Shaytan changes his route because Shaytan is scared
of Omar.
Shaytan is scared of Omar, but Shaytan is
scared of Ibrahim's smile.
He keeps making effort.
And Ibrahim actually in the last
age of his life, his ima is complete.
His Islam is complete. Such a great person,
and shaitan had hoped to do something.
So why do we hit the pillars?
Why their jamara? Why their ram is there?
You need to think and understand this thing
that what happening to every single thing that
is in the Hajj actually is very, very
important.
That why you see,
Allah
when he mentions Hajj
and he mentions anything connected to the Hajj,
he never makes it local.
He already makes it universal
universal beyond the time, beyond the people.
Hajj is nothing to do with any nation.
Hajj is not connected to Arabs,
to Muslims,
to any people. Hajj is to all mankind.
Hajj is never connected to anything
which is started in Islam.
All the things that Hajj is connected, it
all existed before Islam. All the things.
There are nothing in the hide that the
Muslims can claim it will be enough to
our religion. Nothing.
You know, how do you do tawaf? Tawaf,
Arabs used to do even before Islam.
You go to MENA. You go to Arafat.
You go to Muzdalifa.
You do all those things. Those existed even
before Islam.
Actually, none of the place is made by
Muslims.
Araf Arafat not made by Muslims.
Musa Al Farah not made by
The house of Allah, the Kaaba, is not
made by us. Nothing is made by us
actually. It's all pre Islamic.
Just think really what is happening.
You know? You can't make it in a
way just for Muslims. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
said in the Quran,
Allah said to Ibrahim,
I'm going to make you
imam,
leader for all mankind, all the people. Did
not say for Arabs?
Did not say for Muslims? What is it?
For all the people.
Then the house that Ibrahim built, we're
not far Muslims of ours.
We make the house a center
for all mankind.
Everybody had to come there. Everybody.
And Allah said about the Hajj.
It obligatory and all mankind.
Did you say all the Muslim mean?
Did you say all the
mankind.
Everything in the Hajj you can see. None
of them are Arab.
None of them are Islamic. All are pre
Islamic
or or actually are international, universal.
Nothing to do with anybody. Actually, everything that
every place that you move, none of them
are made by Arabs.
Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, none are Arabic place. It's
actually all the same way before Arabs. Allah
made them.
The house is building, but even the house
is not built by by Arabs.
House was built by Ibrahim who came from
somewhere else.
In this place, Allah commanded him. Nothing in
Arabic.
Nothing in Islamic. It all pre Islamic,
all disconnected from Arabs. It all universal.
You need to understand. And that's why, actually,
the Quran even
gives importance
for the conquest of Mecca.
Because without the conquest of Mecca, the prophet
could not perform the Hajj, and it is
very important to make the religion universal.
So Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala said in the
Quran,
Oh, Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, we have given
you a clear victory.
Why?
So Allah forgive all your sins.
Does conquering a country makes your sins forgiven?
Do people conquer a country that their sins
are forgiven?
No. Like, how can sins be forgiven? By
conquering country.
What merely? Meaning, you conquer
then you do Hajj. And when you do
Hajj, then a sense will be forgiven.
That's the meaning.
Is it clear?
So Allah is saying that, you know, you
conquest a makah is important because when people
conquer makah, then they do Hajj and then
sins are forgiven. That's why the prophet said
when people go for the Hajj, they come
back as their newborn baby.
And after the prophet did Hajj,
then Allah revealed to him,
You see? That was the completion. The Hajj
word completion of the religion. When the sins
are forgiven, people become very pure and clean.
That was now people are going for the
Hajj. Understand here is you're going for a
journey
after which when you come back, you are
clean as a newborn baby.
Your sins have been removed from you.
Your new life to the Quran
Now people said the prophet had no sins,
and the Quran said, Allah forgive all your
past sins and future sins. What does it
mean?
So actually the thing is whenever Quran makes
an address to the prophet,
it does not always necessarily mean the prophet.
The prophet, it actually means
the message come through him through him. The
Quran
Oh, prophet, when you divorce the women the
prophet never divorced.
The actually, it is being taught to the
people through the prophet.
It is not sins of the prophet.
Meaning really when you conquer the Makathar Mukaramo
o prophet, then your followers' sins will be
forgiven.
You know, that that what we have to
it is actually reminding of that and Allah
will actually make all the favors complete.
So that we need to understand
that all the connections that you see in
the Hajj,
none of them are Arabic
and none of them is Arabic. They are
pure before Islam and they are actually
universal.
That we get. So what actually why these
connections are important?
That Quran has made very clear in another
verse where Allah says,
Oh, prophet Muhammad, then we have revealed it
to you that you must follow the
we reveal to you. Now think really. The
prophets Quran has said to the prophet, you
must follow the millah of Ibrahim. So then
what is the millah of Ibrahim?
Does Quran say what it is?
All the time we keep insisting,
and it's more thing it's more sunnah. They
don't really
understand
the most important text of the Mila. Mila
Ibrahim.
Quran said, you know, Allah you know, we
people are very proud that I'm Hanafi or
Maliki or Shafi'i or Hambali.
Oh, we had got a Mughal empire in
India and this empire and that empire. Allah
did not mention any of them.
Abu Hanifa never name never come in the
Quran.
Malik Oshafi never mentioned the Quran.
Nothing.
You people want to be proud of following
Abu Hanifa and Malik al Shafi.
And when Allah commands Allah commands your prophet
to follow Ibrahim,
just think.
Then this man must be important.
Allah says,
oh prophet Muhammad, then we reveal to you,
commanded you that you and and it it's
it's Amir. Amir means command. You must follow
Milaaf Ibrahim.
So what is this Mila? Mila basically is
the kind of the religion that Allah has
given to the people is called deen.
Deen has 2 parts, iman and Islam.
Deen is the path of obedience.
And in this deen, you have got 2
things. One thing is to understand your Lord
and to put your trust in him. That's
iman.
Second thing, once you put your trust in
him, then you must surrender to him. Islam.
Submission. Full submission.
And in both of these matters, iman, Islam,
Ibrahim is the example.
Quran is very, very clear that the only
iman that accepted
iman of Ibrahim
and those who follow Ibrahim.
The only Islam that he accepted is the
Islam of Ibrahim and those who follow Ibrahim.
Every prophet, every messenger of Ibrahim, whether Musa
al Islam, or Isa al Islam,
Dawudu Soleiman, Yaqub,
Ismail, Ishaq, Muhammad,
All the prophets must follow in Iman and
Islam, the wife Ibrahim alaihis salam.
But what happens is deal very quickly becomes
a culture.
And when something becomes culture, it becomes a
dead. No life at all. When you make
something hybrid as a culture, nothing like, this
time we go to Hajj, we go for
Hajj, come back, nothing happens. Put on a
haram, do all the like a culture. Dead
thing.
Our Hajj basically like a dead thing. Nothing
there.
So Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala did not want
to make religion dead thing. That why he
made after deen and millah. Millah basically is
like a movement. When you make a deen,
always to be alive active. Millahfirahim.
And that's why he pushed after the haniifa.
Intentionally that milaf Ibrahim needs thinking. Ibrahim
left everything
knowingly,
you know, understandingly
left everything
for Allah. He turned to him. That what
your Hajj is. Hajj in Hajj, you need
to understand really that we have to abandon.
We leave everything. Turn away from everything. All
the things that attract you. All the things
that distract you, leave them and come to
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. That what Ibrahim has
taught
really. He has disconnected the people from their
history,
from their nationality,
from their locality,
from their even time. Hajj has no time.
Hajj is actually beyond time. Allah wants you
to become disconnected from your time,
disconnected from your village, from your town, from
your nationality,
disconnected from all the connections.
No. None of your human none of the
earthly connections are important.
Your father, your all their connections, they are
not important.
Leave all the connection and just get one
connection and that connection for your load. That's
what Hanifa means really. Hanif. Hanif simply means
that the in this word, the people have
got many, many connections.
Hanif means to abandon all the connections,
to turn away from all the connections
and only keep one connection.
That what Hanifid.
That what actually Hajid. Hajid is a reminder
to sacrifice all the connections,
to slaughter all the connections,
to get up from all the connections
and just to make one connection alive and
active in your life. That what that what
Hanif means really. And that what Ibrahim's life,
in the Quran, you know, mentions, you know,
so important
that, you know, all the stories of Ibrahim
that all Hanif,
wherever Abraham has the name comes, it all
the time around Hanif.
Hanif means someone who turns away from everything
to Allah.
Ibrahim's religion never can be without thinking.
That why Mila was needed. Then when Mila
comes, Islam becomes like a movement. All the
time act alive. You think about that.
Ibrahim is born,
you know, in
town or somewhere in Iraq.
All the people around him, they worship idols.
They worship stars,
moon, sun, same the king. Everybody does like
that. He's
more in that family when people make idols,
but a great mind.
Great what great mind actually is? Great mind
is where you understand what your nature said
and then make your reasoning,
you know, in agreement
or in, harmony with the nature. Whenever your
reasoning
becomes in harmony with the nature, you are
great.
You are guided.
For example,
like in we people, I'm Indian.
So when I eat food,
I use your mind. You know, I will
go buy, cook, whatever I do, use my
mind. So whenever I use my mind to
make the food, to get the food, what
do I do really?
Do I find out my nature?
No. I said no. Indian food is very
tasty.
You know, all this kebab,
samosa,
biryani,
or puruma,
then I use my mind to make Indian
food.
Then I'm not great.
I'm not
thinker.
I'm it's I I'm nothing. My mind actually
becomes a culture.
What a great mind great mind is to
think, okay. I need food. Why I need
food?
I need food really because it gives me
energy,
keeps me healthy,
then I can be active. That's what you
must be need. Okay. Then mind was okay.
Then get the food
that
is healthy.
Get the food that gives energy
and eat that amount, which is helpful, not
more than that.
So then I'll say okay. Then I should
eat actually cucumber,
you know, apple, banana,
natural food.
So I'm clever.
That what great great people always use mind
in harmony with their nifitlah.
That why
also mentioned Ibrahim's life.
That what I'm gonna ask, success, Ibrahim. Ibrahim
was born in a society. There's a culture.
But what he did, he disconnected himself from
the culture, the people, and he discovered his
own nature.
When he discovered the nature, his mind became
very, very sharp.
He said to his father, why do you
worship idols? They don't benefit, don't harm, all
those things.
But they don't listen to him.
Then Ibrahim alaihis salam, you know, smashed all
the idols one day.
Not because he enjoys that. No. He just
want to teach them.
They're asking him that who had, you know,
broken all the idols
to his, you know, the big idol he
had done. Everybody knows that the big idol
doesn't do anything. He just want to teach
them
that, you know, how stupid you are because
you don't think. So that's what he want
to remind him.
But they don't get they don't get it
because people culture is so deep in the
mind, people never get anything.
That the other day, when people used to
worship a star, one particular star, one day
in the in the year, they used to
celebrate.
Ibrahim comes.
They're not very happy with Ibrahim anyway because
he's the one who actually
made a mockery of their idols.
Then Ibrahim Ibrahim knows how to,
you know,
draw the, you know, a crowd, you know,
and and bring them bring them together. Ibrahim,
when he saw the star, you know, he
just wanted to people come around him. Ibrahim
says,
This is my lord.
The people, oh, it means actually I just
did not make sense to Ibrahim,
but the star makes sense to him. So
he is still our religion. So people become
happy around Ibrahim.
The star remained in the night and in
the morning disappeared.
To what Ibrahim said,
to Ibrahim actually said a sentence
which Allah loved.
Which actually the most powerful sentence
in the history of mankind.
After
there's no sentence in this universe
which is as powerful as Ibrahim's sentence.
And Allah actually made the Quran around their
centers.
Allah made all the ibadah around their centers.
Allah loved their centers so much.
That centers were lacking from pure thinking.
Nobody taught Ibrahim. He never let any mother
asa in school. He said a sentence and
Allah loved that. Whatever Rahim said,
I don't fall in love
with things which
disappear,
which decline. I don't fall in love with
that.
That actually is great thinking.
You know, people think that Hajj actually is
just falling in love without thinking It's all
useless. It's actually all not misunderstanding.
Even
it all thinking.
Love should be something you think really. Why
should I fall in love with something
which is temporary?
Then after that, you know, you fall in
love with someone, then he dies. What will
happen?
You you are left. You become mad. It
does not benefit you, or you die before.
Don't get anything.
And if you want to love someone, love
someone who lost. Your lust lust.
Those who can't keep themselves,
those who can't remain,
those who are controlled by someone else, I
fall in love with them. No. I don't
fall in love with them. It means a
star has no power. It's shining,
but its light come from somewhere else. It
could not keep itself alive in in the
sky. I don't fall in love with that.
He just
This sentence actually there are no sentence
as powerful in this world as this sentence.
Nothing really. If you look in the Quran,
all the time this center skip come. In
different types, Allah SWADA use, that, you know,
establish the prayer before sunrise, before this time,
and after sun sun declines all the time
all the time around that reflection letter that
he said. Another time they used to celebrate
moon.
They came together. Ibrahim again there, and he
said,
this is my lord. Then again, people become
interested in Ibrahim, but moon also does not
last very long. Moon disappeared. Then again, Ibrahim
said,
I don't love those who disappear.
Another time there is a reverting sun. Ibrahim
comes. This time, they are very angry with
Ibrahim. That Ibrahim only makes mockery. He does
not actually he had nothing to do. He
does not believe like us. So we are
not going to listen to him. But Ibrahim
is more clever than him. This time, Ibrahim
added one more sentence. What he said?
This is my lord, and this is bigger.
Oh, people say, oh,
it means sun is moon and star did
not make sense because they're smaller. But sun
is big. It makes sense to Ibrahim. Now
they are again, around Ibrahim,
and sun also disappears.
So, you know,
to Ibrahim, again
said same thing.
I don't like them. And then he said
very clear something. That what everything
everything not in the Islamically
around the Hajj. You know, Arafat, Muzdalifa,
tawaf,
sai,
sacrifices,
all the prayers
5 times. All are around the sun.
I don't love those who disappear.
I have disconnected myself to all those connections,
and I've turned my face to one who
made them.
Not to the sun, the one who made
the sun. I don't turn to the star
and moon. I turn to the one who
made the star and moon. Hanifa. I left
everything behind.
No single thing in my heart. Hanifa.
And I don't want to make any association
with Allah Subha Ta'ala.
That what actually is a great thing of
Ibrahim alassama. Allah loved that so much that
he made all the prayers around the sun
to save Ibrahim.
Do you ever think really why you pray
zuhr
in such time? Why you pray Asar in
such a time? Why Maghrib that time? Why
Isha that time? Why Fard that time? It's
all because Ibrahim said dissenters.
Ibrahim said,
I don't fall in love with those who
disappear. Allah love their centers, him and all
the ibadah around their centers.
So for the present event before sunrise
and after stars and moon decline
and before sunrise, perfect time. That's what Ibrahim
said. Ibrahim denies
star, denies moon, denies sun, denies everything. So
Allah made perfect time where no sun, no
moon, no star. Perfect time for your prayer.
That way the prophet loved to pray before
sun rises.
So then you can say, Allahu hab bullafar.
If we don't love people wait for a
sun to rise, then they worship sun. Muslims
actually pray before sunrise
to make clear that we don't love sun.
We don't worship them. Then after the sun
rises, the sun rises and the, you know,
the,
you can see the empire of sun is
all over sun.
People love the sun. Muslims don't worship. What
happens? Then sun declines.
Zawad.
When sun declines,
that Muslims come for zohar prayer. And then
they make clear
We don't love those who decline. Our Lord
never declines.
So time for the Zohri when some declines.
Why? Because we don't love declining things. We
love Allah.
Then after that sun disappears behind the mountains.
That is astral time. Then again, you come
and say
Then sun sets and you
say Then after in the horizon, there is
light for the sun. Light disappears. Isha time
comes. You say.
So Allah actually loved, you know, these centers.
You know, like said about thinking.
You know, if you are in the desert,
evening,
calmness, there's nobody there in the desert. At
all, you are there, you know,
evening, calmness.
And then what happens?
When you are there, calmness of the desert
and the sun disappears.
Can you see anything? It's a
desert. No human being. No light. No lamp.
You are alone.
Calmness everywhere. Darkness everywhere.
In this way, nobody can see anything except
what was Ibrahim.
When sun when sun
disappeared in this in the desert,
darkness everywhere.
In that moment, Ibrahim's eye became sharper. He
could see much more.
What he could he see? He could see
really that sun daughter Michael.
It's not son's empire. It's not son's kingdom.
It's my lord's kingdom.
That that what he becomes a think, you
know,
thinking. That that what you need to learn
really. That what Allahu, Allah has created us
in this world with all the connections.
Father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, children,
you know, your village, town, your house,
market, shops, food, drinking, marriage, love. You know,
hundreds hundreds of connections.
What he wants to do, test you.
Know all these connections,
but don't be connected with them.
Become disconnected with them and connected me with
me. That what the real test really is.
That what Quran said.
You
people prefer this one,
but truth really is that hereafter is better
for you.
This truth is mentioned in the earlier scriptures.
That's what Allah Muhammad said. None of the
connection of this world is good for you.
Whenever human being become connected with anything, it
corrupts their mind and heart. I tell you,
when people love money, it corrupts
them. When people love a land, it corrupts
them. When people love a property, it crushed
their heart. Every connection this world is painful
for you.
And when you die, the you can feel
the pain.
That you spend all your time for this
thing. Now you're leaving them.
Every single connection in this world is painful.
The only connection that is good for you
is connection to Allah Subhana Wa Ta'la.
That why he made all these abadah. So
you can become learn how to become disconnected
for everything.
And the most important I bother to disconnect
to you, the Hajj, because that actually has
got everything very Abraham's aware already striking. He
ramped up not like a small thing. Do
you know when he want to teach people
what he did? He smashed all the idols.
He meant to broke all of them. Now
everybody can think.
When people worshiping
worshiping, you know, a star, he does not
make a small thing. He said.
Ibrahim always brings striking things.
Oh, everything the Hajj is striking.
It strikes the mind really. It makes you
to think again million times think. You know,
that's what Ibrahim alaihi wasalam has done. Ibrahim
alaihi wasalam said, you know, milah. That's what
Allah Allah's command the prophet to follow Milaf
Ibrahim. This Milaf is really based on what?
Disconnection.
Hanifiyyah.
That word Milaf means. Milna means you become
disconnected
from everything
except 1.
This disconnection
and connection
had 2 parts. How many parts?
The 2 parts very clear in disconnection.
Okay. So I I don't need to write.
I just just tell you. What do disconnections
are really? The first thing is,
you know, turning to Allah, worshiping him. That
way,
turn to him. Worship him, you know, with
humility.
Ibadah,
prayer, fasting, zakat,
you know, in the all the high. You
know, do love your lord. That that first
thing really is is come to the connected.
But that's not easy. Why?
Because you do all that, but you also
do something else as well. You are Ramani.
You know, you have marriage. You have lie
all these things. So that connection does not
remain very very strong.
Then every other connection, they become very powerful.
Sometimes you cheat. Sometimes you lie for other
connection. Other connections make you cheat. Other connections
make you lie. So Allah's connection become very,
very weak.
That's the problem.
What is this word really which can make
Allah's connection stronger
and every connection weaker? What is there? What
in this word is that can make Allah's
connection stronger
and every connection weaker. That's what people need
really.
Because every other connection, they are corrupting your
mind and heart.
And all the people, even the olema, even
the pious people, they are corrupt.
When money comes, everybody come corrupt.
People use so many ways to make money.
You know, people like Tavis. People said you
got a jinn to give me money so
I can, you know, can't,
talk to your jinn. Nothing. They're lying. They
don't talk to any jinn, anything like that.
Just make more money. Every time, you know,
an alim, none alim, everybody just want to
make more money, cheating.
That problem really. Any connection of this world,
it makes mind,
you know, corrupt.
You need to become disconnected. What makes a
disconnection?
That what this religion really is.
Learn really how to control yourself.
Means everything that harms you,
be detached from it.
Everything
that is good for you, be
firm. Ever that your Lord forbids you, be
away from it. That was sabra is 3
parts.
One part is what?
Difficult things, but, you know, I got it.
They are helpful for me. You know, something
which actually sin. No. I'm not going to
do it.
And something good for me, I'm going to
do it. That's Sabra.
You know, your heart does not want. Your
mind does not want. Your desire does not
want, but you do it. You don't want
to be fasting in the month of Ramadan.
No. My lord wants me. I'll fast.
Sabr Sabr is the most important. The religion
actually based on that. That's why when Allah
started the Hajj,
verse said in the Quran, what he said.
Install the sabr.
Sabr. Then
Sabr is the most important thing. If people
don't have sabr, they can't even have shukr.
How do people do shukr
when they have sabr? I come to your
house,
and I'm expecting
nice food and all those things. But what
you did, you gave me water.
If I don't have sour water, so I
went to a so and so house. Only
water. No food, you know, no halava, no
mithai, nothing.
Just water.
Can I do sugar? No. I'm not. But
if I have a saver, what I'll say?
No. This person actually gave me water. He
gave me something.
So I disconnect myself from everything else. I
only focus on what I got. I will
thank.
That Allah wants to teach you people.
Always look what Allah gives you.
Thank him. Don't worry about what he's taken
away from you. Don't worry about what he
does not give. Do sabr.
Be firm. Don't
worry.
That's a very important thing that you want
to teach. When you get that maqam, that
position,
then you become nearer to. Then Allah loves
you.
When everything else does not bother you,
you know, if you don't get money, does
not worry you, then Allah loves you. That
he he
said
when people do sab Allah is next to
them.
They can't be defeated. Allah next to them.
He's just with with them all the time.
That what you need to learn. That access
sabr is the most important thing
for the mill of Ibrahim. That why Arabs
had been raised in a land
which is land of Sabr.
Nothing grows.
Nobody can fight. Roman Empire and the Persian
Empire, they wanted to rule all over the
world, but nobody has got any ambition to
rule Arab land because nothing was there.
Nobody has got any interest to rule Arab
land because nothing was there.
Arab people are made really for the sovereign
land like that. That's why when Arab people
get money, they become more corrupted.
Because naturally they are not fit for fit
for money. They are not fit for the
luxury life. They are only fit for the
sabr.
That's why Allah made them.
That way Allah made the imam.
That what really to people all over the
world, they don't have land. They don't have.
They don't have that land really which land
of the Sabr. They don't have. But Allah
want to have mercy upon them. So what
he did, he made obligatory on all those
people.
They
come to that land and learn the saber.
Learn the saber. That why you come for
the Hajj. Hajj basically is a good training
for the sabr.
That people come here and they learn how
to do sabr.
You know, Nothing grows there. Difficulty, there are
problems, there are all those things, but you
don't complain. You are happy that my lord
is with me. You know, if everything goes,
I don't care what I carry that if
my lord is with me, that what worries
me. To understand properly that, you know, did
you when you go for a Hajj really,
you're going to get your load. And once
you get VIM, don't care if you get
anything else or not.
You know, if I'm looking for somewhere
for 10p20p
and somebody comes to me and said to
me, I'm going to give you £1,000,000,
so I'm never going to be worried about
10p. Nothing.
If you get Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, why
are you going to get worried for anything
else?
That what actually this Hajj is really. Hajj
is that you make you
to get Allah,
then you don't worry about anything else.
Then you become pure. You become clean.
That what actually is best like that. That
what Hajj is the final thing to Allah
commanded Ibrahim to to come a place
where nobody
lives. Not at a place. None none at
a place. He got his wife and a
small child, Ismail,
brought them to a Makkah.
In Makkah, nobody lived. There was no water,
no tree, no birds. Nothing is there.
You know, to over mountains, it's the city
of Allah, basically, as Allah has made naturally.
No human interference.
There was no house, no building.
And when Ibrahim came there, he left there
his wife
and son, Ismail, a small baby,
left.
Allah wants the whole family to be trained
on the sabr. So when Ibrahim
left,
his wife Hajar came to him and said,
why why how are you leaving us? Me
and child alone in this place where nobody's
there? No water, no food, nothing.
Ibrahim did not answer. Why?
Not because Ibrahim does not answer. He has
answer, but he wants his wife to find
out the answer by herself.
Ibrahim's family should be on his level.
They should understand the same thing. She asked
him again,
why are you leaving us in a place
with nothing? No water, no human being, nothing?
You live like that?
Iran did not answer.
Then 3rd time his wife said, Are you
leaving because it's Allah's command?
Ibrahim said yes. You see? Then she said,
If Allah has commanded, Allah will not let
us down. Why Ibrahim did this? He wanted
his family to be on the same level.
You know, don't worry about food. Don't worry
about anything.
What worry if I lie with you, everything
with you.
You know, it reminds me in a good
story.
You know, in in this, there have been
many parts. One of the big big one
was, Ghaznawi
empire, Mohammed Ghaznawi.
He's the one who conquer India, 17 campaigns
in India and all those things. Biggest story.
He was the richest man of the world
in this time. He has got a slave
whose name was Ayaz.
He loved him very much.
So all his ministers and commanders, they said,
we are the one who conquer the world.
We are the one who run run the
empire.
And the king actually loves this slave who
does nothing.
So they're very upset that the king does
not think anything. To very pick up too
much, then
Mahmoud wanted to teach him.
So one day in the court,
in royal court, when Ayaz was there, all
the ministers are there, commanders are there,
And Mahmoud said
that, you know, I'm very happy with all
of you because you are the one who
made the empire, conquer the country,
got the money. I'm very happy, and I
want to reward you.
A reward is that go to the treasury.
Whatever you get, it is yours. Just put
your hand, it is yours. Whatever you put
your hand, it is yours.
Then everybody ran after the treasury. Somebody put
in their hand on gold or silver.
You know, some people on the diamond.
So many precious thing. Everybody took something.
Ayad was standing next to Mahmud, and he
put his hand on the on head of
Mahmoud.
When everybody came,
Mahmoud said to her, why are you standing
here?
You could have gone and put your hand
somewhere. You got it and now you're standing
here.
I asked, I put my hand on the
king.
If king becomes mine, then everything is mine.
So then people realize why Mahmudullah salazar.
This is the clever thing. That what Allah
Allah said really. Ibrahim never established an empire.
He never made a kingdom.
Never. Never. Suramar had a kingdom. Ibrahim never
had a kingdom.
Ibrahim
did not establish Roman Empire,
Origen Empire, Omar Jahang Empire, Gaza nothing.
Why Allah loves Ibrahim so much?
Because this is what Ibrahim got. Ibrahim put
his hand on Allah.
Later Allah said in the Quran,
Allah made Ibrahim Khalil. Khalil means a friend
one friend. That you don't have many friends
else. Allah made Ibrahim a friend. See,
it's
the
Quran.
Dear Allah, next to the mark haleel.
We people love when somebody conquers a country.
We people love emperors. We love people who
make manumets. People love shajahan because he met
Taj Mahal.
Does Allah love shaja?
Because he met Taj Mahal? No. Allah loves
Ibrahim. Why? Because Ibrahim put his hand on
Allah.
He left everything. He abandoned everything for the
sake of Allah. That what Allah loves. That
what you need to learn really.
That what Allah wants to teach you that,
you know, it's not only Ibrahim, it's all
the people.
That why said to Ibrahim, build this house,
and I get all the barakah to those
people who will send to you.
Make announcement for the hajj. And then when
people come come for the Hajj, then I'm
going to give them what I give you.
Some part of my love will be with
them as well as much as they are
sincere.
The love that I gave to Ibrahim, I
will give to all the people who come
for the Hajj.
But,
the truth really, it only happened to the
people who cover the right purpose.
Right thinking. They understand Ibrahim's voice.
They know really that Ibrahim made Adhan, and
we're going to,
to listen to that call. That is why
Quran said
another story
That Ibrahim said to Allah, oh my lord.
Oh my lord. Lord, show me how do
you make dead alive?
This was actually a long time has been
in my mind, really. I was thinking
I never asked a question like that. I
know Allah makes a dead alive anyway. So
I never asked. I said to my teacher,
I know anyway. Ibrahim is such a great
man. Why are we asking this question?
But this question is not about, you know,
Allah makes a dead alive. He knows Ibrahim
knows.
So, Ibrahe said, oh, my lord. How do
you make Ibrahe's question is, what do you
do that dead become alive?
I know that you make dead alive, but
I just want to learn what do you
do.
This was Ibrahim's question.
That what Allah does, that dead people become
alive.
So Allah want to make people clear that
Ibrahim is my khalil. So don't have misunderstanding
that he does not know. He knows. So
Allah said to Ibrahim, don't
you believe? Ibrahim said, no. I I know.
But I want to when I learn how
do you do, I my heart become more
content.
Allah said to them, okay then, while you
do, get 4 birds.
And people say go, they go ahead and
took the birds and make them in pieces,
and then he Allah made them alive. So
that how he knows how
dead become alive. No. Iglan does not mean
anything. We know that Allah does. What Allah
said to Ibrahim? Not to cut the bird.
What he said? Get the 4 birds. Make
them to become familiar with your voice.
Recognize your voice.
Like, you know, the people who raise the
bars, they make the bars recognize their voice.
Once the bars recognize your voice,
then place all these 4 birds in 4
different directions. In the east, in the west,
in the north, in the south, and the
mountains.
And then
you call them. When you call them,
they will come to you running. Why they
come running?
Why they come to run?
Because they know your voice.
They have learned this. That how people become
alive. Because when I said to them, their
judgment,
be alive, whom?
Be all the source know me. Source when
the source hear my voice, they come running
to me. That how make I alive.
That what made Ibrahim to realize really. That
what that what azaan is really.
That when I will give azaan,
all the source will recognize my voice, and
they will come running from everywhere. To Allah
said,
announce for the Hajj.
Call for the people, brother. The source will
know you.
The source will recognize your voice, and they
will come from all direction.
And the thin
camels because camels when they run fast, you
know, they've got thin thin kimals
walking.
From every distance, they'll come to you.
That how I do. That how I make
dead alive.
So when you come for the Hajj really,
you're listening the voice of Ibrahim.
Ibrahim is a voice in your heart. You
respond. That's why you say.
Why you say?
You want to say to Ibrahim that you
call me, oh, Allah. You call me. I'm
here.
And Ibrahim called only once a and you
said means
twice.
Means I'm here. I'm here. Then you're gonna
say I'm here. I'm here. You all the
time keep saying
This actually what, you know, this you come
there. Disconnect the farm. Leave your houses.
Leave the trees.
Leave the your farms. Leave your factories.
Leave your business.
Leave your job. Leave your wife. Leave your
children, husband,
everything.
All connection that you have got in this
world, leave all that. Even leave your son
closed. For the women, something different, leave all
that. Just come to me. I am with
you. Don't worry. I will look after you.
Come here. And then after that when people
come there, then Allah
had made where to purify the people, to
make them clean. How? So that you come
there, but you can't come like that.
So what Allah had made, Allah had made
the Masjid, al Masjid Haram.
Then around the Masjid, there is a land
called, actually,
land of haram where none Muslims cannot go
without
nobody can go to haram Islam. That haram.
Muslim alifah is haram.
Then beyond the haram land, there's a cool
place called hill. Hill means where people don't
need to be haram.
That is like Arafat and all this place
of *. And beyond the hill, there's an
area from where if you come to haram,
you need to put on haram.
You can't come to haram land. First, special
is what? Arafat.
You come to Arafat
in a hill. We,
you know, purify
until you become, you know, qualify basically eligible,
qualified
to come to the Haram.
So once you spend all your day cleaning
yourself,
repenting
in *, it's not haram. Arafat not haram.
Then after that,
when sunset, Allah forgets your sin. Then he
said, now you can come to haram. Then
you come Musalifa. Musalifa is the first line
in the haram. Then you come to haram.
Now you accept it. Then after this, still
you make more effort, more repentance, more dua,
then you sacrifice in mina. You do this
and that. Then after, he allows you to
come to do tawaf. Tawaf is the last
thing that you do. Tell me with that,
I'll tell you inshallah after the break. So
understand properly that Hajj is basically
real pillar of Mila Fibrham.
And and this Mila Fibrham
is based
on
to break all the connections
and establish only one connection, Allah. And that
only can come when you have sabra.
Because sabra basically means that, oh, my lord,
if I get you, I don't worry. I'm
not not care about anything else. I just
want you. That was sober is. If you
are within me, then I don't worry about
anything else. That why the prophet sallallahu alaihi
wa sallam when he went Taif
and the people of Taif, they had, you
know, so much difficulty for him and, you
know, his bleeding and all those thing. The
prophet made dua. And in that dua, he
says, oh,
if you are upset with me,
then I will make every effort until you
become pleased with me. But if you are
happy, I don't care.
Only thing I forget, are you happy with
me or not? If you are pleased with
me, then I don't care what people think
about me. I don't care about that. That
what you need to then you, seriously, Allah
will help you. Many, many women complain about
their husbands. Husband complain about the women and
all these people complain because you are connect
you believe in the connections.
What you think, you know, if a lie
is with me, I don't care about anything.
Then you see. Then actually you love that,
That your husband makes a problem for you.
So that's good. Because he makes a problem
for me and Allah gives a reward to
me. Allah gives giving me. I do sobr.
Do you give a are you happy with
your husband? You know, he's a good husband?
That he makes all power for you and
Allah gets reward to you? Whenever your husband
becomes upset to you, who is next to
you? Allah. Tell me who is better? Husband
or Allah?
Allah is better. Whenever you have problem, Allah
is next to you. That he wants to
teach you really. That Muslims never can be
losers.
They always are people who get something.
So this simple matter is Hajj
is Milaf Ibrahim.
Hajj is the training of the Sabr.
Hajj is to make him realize
that none of the connections in this world
are important.
The only connection important is Allah's connection.
To train yourself to become disconnected from everything
and get one connection. If you got that
connection, then don't worry about any connection.
Then I love you like I like Ibrahim.
People who get their connection, they are more
beloved to me than all the kings, all
the ministers,
all the people the power, all the richest
people in the world. The people who get
my connection, they're more beloved to me than
anybody else. Even poorest Muslim
can be better than the percent of America
and all these empires.
Poorest Muslim, if you get the connection right.
What a luck gives you, you have no
idea really through the Hajj. You get to
Hajj,
you become the best person on the face
of that.
Richer than the richest.
Better than all the best people. You become
so lucky, and it only needs to understand
this thing properly.
