Assalamu alaikum brothers and sisters.
I hope you're all well inshallah.
Mami, Eita and Jawahar have made a short
video to show our dad's journey over the
past 9 years to 1 million followers.
We are very proud of his journey helping
the youth.
Allahumma Barak.
And it's time to make a change now.
So here's a little glimpse in our dad's
journey.
His hard work, his patience and his passion.
May Allah accept his efforts and allow him
to continue sharing beneficial knowledge.
Ameen.
The story is of how I ended up
here in Shabab and becoming closer to Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala.
Ameen.
Akhi, did we expect to have such a
big turn out?
We did, didn't we Akhi?
We were losing 10 pounds.
Assalamu alaikum brothers and sisters.
Basically, what we're going to do now inshallah,
is we're going to review and we're going
to ask the brothers what do they think
of the outcome.
This is only the first event.
Brothers, I want to film these two brothers
that came out for a very minute.
Brother, two by yourself.
Assalamu alaikum, this is the brother.
Ameen, organize this.
It's so amazing.
We came here, didn't know any of the
brothers, only three brothers.
Within a matter of a minute or two,
Alhamdulillah, people have been learning for ages.
I'm getting quite emotional.
This is what people didn't want to see.
I feel like this is one of the
biggest goals I have ever achieved in my
life.
That I've actually been invited, even from an
ex-prisoner, this is not something easy, you
know.
I've been invited to come to a prison,
to give a talk.
I don't think you understand how that makes
me feel.
Spending 20 months in jail, thinking that everything
is okay.
That I'm never going to come back.
But I've come back, but I've turned that
on its head.
I've come back as a guest.
And the fact that the governments took it
upon themselves to invite me back.
Knowing that I'm an ex-prisoner, it's been
one of the biggest goals I've ever accomplished.
And even when times are tough, he didn't
give up.
The Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said,
The strong believer is better and more beloved
to Allah than the weak believer.
While there is good in both.
He taught us to keep going, to be
strong and to never give up.
No one can return back to Allah.
Your father can return back to Allah at
any moment.
And you have no control over that.
Thank you, man.
We are up right now.
Myself and Mubarik Muhammad have been invited to
a place called Gibraltar.
I'm here in Denmark.
Let's see how loud Denmark can do.
We are here in Hays.
And we're about to praise Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala.
Alhamdulillah, we're here in South Africa, Cape Town.
Takbir!
Takbir!
