Danny uses indeed are those who in the ignorance have foolishly slain their children and have made unlawful food that Allah has provided to them fabricate fabricating lies against the law, they have indeed gone astray and have not heeded any guidance. here Allah subhanaw taala speaks of the foolishness and grave ignorance of the polytheists who reject them the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and mentioned some of the myths in order to highlight some of them misguidance and warn against them and these five verses now that the author Hamlet Allah has put together
within a single passages put them together in terms of making them to a group for him to make the seer of a group of verses that he will make their serum. The reason why they are mentioned together as alternata Allah has just mentioned is because these five verses show to you the foolishness of the ways of the journey, the Arabs are pre Islam. And the levels of the depths of the sanction of dilemna are buzzworthy Allah one woman said he was quick to sahadi from his statement, he said that if you want to see the foolishness of the Arabs, don't look any further than these five verses. These five verses show you how foolish they were. And they were not a foolish people. Amongst the
more people who are wealthy and intelligence smart and wise, when it came to the issues of the dunya. They were from amongst them people were of extreme intelligence. But that was how shade bond deals with people who turn away from the path of Allah shavon makes fools of even the cleverest person shavon makes a fool of even the most intelligent individual. So a person who in their world may live only things in the most clearest rational terms, when it comes to worship will worship a stone or a rock. And to them will make sense because that is how shape one plays with the minds. And so that is why numbers are the one who is saying here that these verses will show to you that a
large dogen narrates just the foolishness and the level to which they sank in terms of their thinking.
The objection of such foolish people to the truth brought by the messenger sallallahu Sallam does not undermine it at all, for they are not qualified to stand up to the truth. Thus Allah subhanho wa Taala says as an example of that, they allocated to Allah a portion of that which he created of crops and livestock, and they also allocate it to their so called partners apportion when in fact, Allah subhanaw taala is the one who created it for his slaves as provision. Thus they combined to questionable and prohibited matters. In fact, they combined three thinking that they were doing a lot of favor by allocating a portion to him, as they believe that it that this was a Dominion in on
their part donation, this was a donation on their part, allocating a share to the so called partners who never gave them any provision, and the unjust way of sharing out as they did not care about or pay attention to that which they allocated to Allah, even though it ended up being for the so called partners, whilst they did pay attention to and look after that which was allocated to the so called partners, none of that would reach Allah. That is because when they gained something of the crops, fruits and livestock, and that Allah had created for them, they divided it into two parts. One part which they said was for Allah also they claimed, for Allah does not accept anything but that which
is done sincerely for his sake, and he does not accept any good deed from anyone who ascribed partners to him. And another part that they are allocated to the so called partners, namely the idols. If any of that which they had allocated to Allah got mixed with that which they had allocated to others, they would say, Allah has no need of it, and they will not pick put it back. But if any of that which they allocated, which which they had allocated to their gods got mixed with that which they had had allocated to Allah, they would put it back and they would say, they, the false gods are in need of it. So it must be put back with their share, that is from the extreme foolishness and
ignorance therefore, that they understand that a large dogen is self sufficient, doesn't need that provision, and that the idols do but despite knowing the superiority of Allah subhanaw taala over their false idols and gods that they worshipped besides Him, they would still think that they had to give to Allah portion into the idols or portion, and that which was mixed in the last portion will be taken away from Allah subhanaw taala is pushing according to their claim and giving back to the idols. But if it was mixed in the idols portion, despite them understanding that Allah is more is a greater is greater than the idols and so on, they wouldn't give it back to a large soldier. And this
is just one of the ways that allows you to speak to us of the influence. Is there any ruling worse and more unfair than this, for they paid more attention to that which was allocated to the creative being, and took more care of it than that which was done for the sake of Allah. The meaning of this verse may be that which is proven in his report from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, in which he told us that Allah Subhana, Allah says, I am the least in need of a partner, whoever does any deed in which he associates someone else with me, I will reject him and his deed, Muslim and imagine, according to this interpretation, what the verse means is that what they allocated as a
means of drawing closer to the idols is completely devoted to something other than Allah. And Allah has no share in it. And whatever they devoted to Allah also they claimed, none of it reaches him because it is shirk ascription of partners to Allah. In fact, it is also part of that of the share allocated to the so called partners and idols because Allah has no need of it. And he does not accept any deed in which any of his creation is Associate associated with him.
As a result of the foolishness and misguidance of the polytheists, the so called partners, namely the leaders and the devils made it fair seeming to many of them to kill their children by burying them alive, they would kill their male children for fear of poverty, and the female children for fear of shame. This is the statement of even cathedra, Hamlet, Allah and others. And the reason why it's mentioned here is because one of the things that we know very well is that the Arabs had this or some of the Arabs anyway had this had this custom amongst them, that they would bury their daughters alive, they would kill them, because they considered the coming of daughters to be a
matter of shame. And so they would bury them alive in order to save themselves and their family name from that shame. But Allah subhanaw taala tells us that they will also kill their children, there's male sons as well. So it's not just a female exclusive thing, but they would some of them sometimes kill their Mellotron as well. But that would be for a different reason. That is because of their fear of poverty, that they don't think that they can support a child that they don't have enough means to bring up a child, so they will kill that child has one and this is also from not only the ignorance of Allah subhanaw taala. But from the heinous ways that the society would run where they
would consider it acceptable to kill off their children in this way.
Allah of that resulted from the tricks of the devil's who wanted to destroy them, and cause confusion to them in their religion, so that they will do acts that are extremely re
repugnant. The partners kept making it fair seeming to them until their view, these became good things and desirable conduct. If Allah had so willed, He would have prevented them from doing these things and protected their children from being killed by the parents. And they would have we they would not have done it. But his wisdom dictated that they should be left alone to do what they wanted to do, so that they would get carried away. Thus he gave them respect and looked and overlooked what they were doing. Hence, he says, so leave them to their fabrications. That is leave them to their lies and falsehood and do not grieve over them, for they can never harm a law. That is
what happens when a person follows a path other than the path of Allah subhanaw taala knowledge, the Iranian issue in terms of their belief, but then it also filters into their character and to their dealings and into their customs and into their way of living. And so these people who once they turn away from Allah subhanaw taala, it wasn't just the issue of Riba and it the and prayer and so on know, their whole life, then, because they turn away from a loss path is a life that also then becomes full of darkness and misery. And the same is the opposite for the one who tends to online accepts the heat and follows the path of Allah subhanaw taala because then his timing stones, within
their morals, their character, their dealings, their customs, everything that they do, only what is the best and purest of things.
Another example of their foolishness has to do with the livestock which Allah made permissible for them in general, and bestowed it as provision and mercy for them to enjoy and benefit from, but they fabricated and introduce innovations based on their own ideas. They had a special terminology for some types of livestock and crops concerning which they said, these livestock and crops are taboo, that is prohibited, and no one may eat thereof. That is, it is not permissible for anyone to eat them, except those who we want to eat them, or who meet a description that we give based on their own ideas.
All of that was based on their claim or their own claims, for which there was no base basis or proof except their whims and desires and corrupt notions. They also had livestock that was not prohibited in all ways. Rather, it was prohibited to ride, it was prohibited to ride it or carry loads on it, they called it.
There were other kinds of livestock in which they did not invoke the name of a law, rather than invoke the name of art of the idols, and that which they worshipped instead of Allah. But they attributed these actions to Allah, they were lying when they spoke, these evil words are many of these different types of animals that they forbade and so on. We've already mentioned towards the beginning of sort of an arm, and a larger devil speaks about the harm and they will see Landsat event. Those are the different animals that one because it gives birth to successive females or males, they would make it hard on another one, they wouldn't allow you to write another one can be
used for, for for for any type of work or labor. And so these are the different superstitions and omens that they had in terms of their livestock. He will surely requite them for what they fabricate. That is when they claim that it was permissible to ascribe partners to Allah and that it was prohibited to eat or benefit from livestock in ways that he had permitted. Another of the foolish notions was the idea that what was in the wombs of certain types of livestock, which they specified was prohibited to males but not to females. So they said, what is in the wombs of these animals is reserved exclusively for our males. That is, it is permissible for them and women have no
share in it and is forbidden
To our females, that is our women folk, this applies if the offspring was born alive, but if what was in his womb was still born, they then they had all then they all had a share of it. In other words, it was permissible for both males and females. This is the position of Mujahid Ramallah from amongst the scholars have to see that what is being referred to in terms of the room is the offspring of those animals, that if it was born, then that new offspring that that baby or that lamb or whatever it was, that was born in terms of the different animals, only the males could eat from it and take from it as for the females, then no, and other scholars It is reported, for example, one
of the ratio of even our buzzworthy Allahumma is that is referring to milk, the milk that comes from those animals, and Allah knows best but anyway,
he will surely requite them for what they attribute to Allah Firstly, that is when they describe what Allah had permitted as being prohibited, and they describe what was prohibited as being permissible. Thus they went against the laws of law and attributed that to him. Verily, He is most wise, as he gives them respect and enables them to pursue the misguidance they are following, all knowing nothing is concealed from him. He knows what they do, what they say against him, and what they fabricate. Yet he grants them well being and bestows provision upon them. Then he describes the losses, the loss and foolishness loses, indeed, are those are those who, in their ignorance have
foolish foolish, foolish Lee slain their children. That is, they have lost their religion, their children and their minds and have an after having been blessed with rational thinking, they are now described in terms of foolishness that cause destruction and misguidance. That is, because the way that the Sharia looks at someone in terms of intelligence of foolishness is in is relative to how much of guidance they follow. Someone who follows the path of Allah is dogen, the path of His Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is intelligent, even if in the dunya terms, they're not so educated, they're not considered to be very smart, or very sharp or whatever. Whereas someone who
can be the smartest, most intelligent person with the highest IQ in terms of the dunya if they turn away from the path of Allah, that person is a fool. And that is how the Sharia looks at such people and that is why the prophets on the low where it was sending him when he came to Abuja, and and Abuja and before Islam, his kunia, what he was known as is not a boudjellal, which means the father of ignorance. He was known as
the father of wisdom. That was his actual title. That was what had the people of Porsche used to refer to him as because he was known for his intelligence and his wisdom. He wasn't a stupid man, he was someone extremely intelligent, and well known for that. But when he rejected Islam and the Prophet sallallahu, alayhi wasallam, the prophets and I'm calling Abu Jamal, the father of ignorance, because that intelligence doesn't help him. All of that intelligence or smallness, doesn't help someone if they turn away from the path of Allah subhana wa tada and have made unlawful food that was that Allah has provided to them, that is what he had given as mercy to them, and
granted as provision for them. They rejected the blessing of the Lord, but they did not stop there. Rather, they described it as an unlawful when it was of the utmost permissibility all of that is fabricating lies against a law that is, it comes under the heading of lies told by every stubborn disbeliever they had indeed gone astray and had not heeded any guidance and have not heeded any guidance. That is they have gone far astray and they have not been guided in any of their affairs. Well ruler, the Schengen team or OSHA to Europe Rama Boucher to one knock on I was on Moulton even okolo who was a tuna one room man was a tuna nanomotors Shami whoa la Mota shabby, Hulu mufa Mary
Eva MANOVA to how Kahuna Omaha saw the one or two salifu in hoonah bull moose living, it is he who produces gardens to realized and unrealized and Davis crevassed and unreleased trellised and unsure list and date palms and all manner of crops and olives and pomegranates similar in some ways, yet dissimilar and others eat of the fruit when they bear fruit and give what is due on the day of harvest, but do not be extravagant for Allah does not love those who are extravagant. Having mentioned what the policy is did with much of the crops and livestock that Allah had made permissible for them. Allah Subhana Allah then describes the blessing that he had bestowed upon them
and the obligations with regard to crops and livestock. It is he who produces gardens that contain various types of trees and plants realized and unrealized 30 structuralists have one child
An unsure list that is in some of those gardens. There are trellis trellis is trellises on which the plant grows, and it helps it rise up from the ground. In other gardens, there are no trellises. And the plant grows on its stem or trunk or spreads along the ground. That is to unfairly stress like trees, there have been many multiple branches and from them come different types of fruits like for example, a green tree or a deep palm tree. That's what trellis is. And then tradition is what goes on the ground. So like certain types of vegetation and certain types of, of things like strawberries, and whatever it goes close to the ground and doesn't really have a trunk or doesn't go
up into the interest with many branches. That's the difference between the two.
This highlights the many benefits of those gardens, and tells us that Allah Subhana Allah taught man how to make chalices and grow things. And he produces date palms, and all manner of crops that is all in one place, and are all irrigated by the same water that Allah causes some of them to excel and others in taste. Allah singled out for mentioned the date, palm and all manner of crops because of their many benefits. And because they are the staple food for most people, amongst the Arabs, for most people amongst the herbes de poms, obviously out from their staple foods, especially during the time of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam. But not only is there a difference in the terms of
in terms of the different plants, that allows us to grow in the different fruits and vegetables, but even within a single family, there are differences. So there are multiple different types of dates. As we know, in the month of Ramadan, you go to a shop, you'll see all sorts of manners and types of dates, and this, those are probably just a selection, what you see in this country as to what you would get in the Middle East in places where this is what they grow, and this is what they do. And likewise amongst other apples and oranges and all sorts of fruits, not only are the differences in terms of the variety of fruits, but within a single family of fruit. There is also a difference in
terms of the different types of fruits that you get with the different types of flavors and tastes.
A lot also produces olives, and pomegranates are similar in trees, yet dissimilar, and their fruits and taste. It is as if it is saying for what purpose did Allah create these gardens and what they produce that is one position among scholars that have seen similar and dissimilar, because it is said that the two trees of the olives and our pomegranates look very similar, but they are yet dissimilar, because obviously the olive in terms of its taste and look and smell is completely different to a pomegranate.
Then he tells us that he produces produces produced them for people's benefit. Thus he says, eat of their fruit, that is the fruit of the date palms and crops when they bear fruit and give what is due on the day of harvest. That is give what is due of those crops. This refers to the care of those crops for which Sharia sets a minimum threshold and the sub Allah instructed them to give it on the day of harvest, because the harvest of crops is equivalent to the one year deadline that applies to other kinds of wealth, that is the time when the poor would expect it. And at that time, it is easy for the growers to give it thus the one who gives it will be known and will stand out from the one
who does not give it this verse the shows therefore shows that one of the types of wealth upon which the cat is wired up with an obligation is what is called produce. So what you give what you grow in terms of produce, there is a cat upon it. And it is the current is given to the port just like the other types of soccer. But it's an it also has an inside it also has a minimum threshold that you have to reach us as money doesn't gold and silver and so on. And it also has a whole a annual cycle. But its cycle is not like the annual cycle of wealth because your wealth your money is once a year in terms of the lunar calendar, but when it comes to crops refers to the time of harvest. So once a
year when that is harvested, that is what is being referred to,
but do not be extravagant. This prohibition on extravagance applies to food with regard to eating more than is normal. The one who owns the crops should not eat it in such a way that that impacts is occur. It also refers to giving Zakat on the crops the owner should not give more than is required of him and thus harmful and thus harm himself, his family or his creditors. All of that comes under the heading of extravagance which Allah is prohibited and which he does not love. rather he hates it and he disapproves of it. This verse in the case that it is obligatory to give us a cat on fruits and that there is no requirement to wait for one every year to pass rather it becomes do when it is
harvested in the fields. And when the and when collected from the date palms. The car is not repeated in this case, even if the harvest remains with a person for many years. So So long as it is not intended for trade because Allah has only come
Under the car be paid on it at the time of harvest. But if the crop is affected by blight before that, without any negligent negligence on the part of the owner, then he is not liable for it. It is also permissible to eat from the date pumps and crops before giving the car on them. And whatever is eaten is not to be counted for the purpose of the car, rather than the car is to be given on what remains after that. The Prophet sallallaahu Allison used to send someone to estimate the people's harvest and he would instruct him to leave 1/3 or 1/4 of it for the owner. Depending on how much had already been eaten by the owners or others

Were you present when Allah ordained such a thing for you? Who does greater evil than he who fabricates lies against a law in order to misguide people without knowledge? Verily, Allah does not guide the evildoers.
Among the livestock he creates for you some that carry loads and others that are too young or too small to do. So, that is, some you use to carry loads and ride and others are not fit to carry loads or be ridden because they are too small, such as infant animals and the like with regard to carrying loads and being ridden livestock are divided into these two categories.
But with regard to eating them, or other benefits, they may all be eaten and put to you to other uses. Hence Allah says, eat of that which Allah has provided for you and do not follow the footsteps of the shape on that is his ways and deeds which includes prohibiting some of that which Allah has granted to you as provision for he is to you and an avowed enemy and he only enjoins you to do that which will harm you and lead to your eternal doom. These are the livestocks livestock with which Allah has blessed his slaves and he has made all of them permissible and wholesome. And he has explained them as follows. Eight in four pairs, a pair of sheep, male and female and a pair of
goats. Likewise,
this makes for all of which are included in that which Allah has permitted with no differential different differentiate D free
differentiation between them is the author of metabolism when a large student says a pair of sheep and a pair of goats meaning the male sheep and the female sheep, the male goat and the female goat that is for and that is because there is no distinction between the meaning that Assange is permissible that he can only eat the male and not the female or the female, not the male as some of the Arabs had issues concerning some of these issues because these are verses that are large does not mentioning the ruling after we've spoken about over las panatela has mentioned the foolishness and ignorance of the Arabs in the way that they would look at these issues. The larger thing this
isn't the rules that he sent down, they fabricated this from themselves. Allah subhanaw taala made them all *
to say to these people who go to extremes and prohibit some things and others or they prohibit some of them, too.
Females but not to males, proving to them that there is no difference between what they permit and what they prohibit, has he forbidden of sheeps and goats, the two males, for you Do not say that rather you reject the idea or the two females for you Do not say that either you do not prohibit the male only or the females only have either type. So, what remains is the idea that if the womb contains both a male and a female or it is not clear what it contains, then do you prohibit that wish the wombs of the two females may contain that is the female sheep or the female goat without differentiating differentiating between male or female, but you do not say this either. So, you do
not say any of these three options, which lists all the possible categories, then what do you say? Tell them on the basis of knowledge, if you are speaking the truth in your claim, It is well known that they could not say anything acceptable on a rational basis, except one of these three things, but they did not say any of them. Rather, they said that some livestock, which they decided about themselves was prohibited to fake to females, but not males, or it was prohibited at certain times, and other such notions that will undoubtedly based on deep ignorance, and can only be produced through deviant thinking and corrupt ideas. Allah had not sent down any authority for what they
said, and they had no proof or evidence for it. Then Allah say something similar containing camels and cattle, having highlighted the falseness and corrupt nature of what they said. He then said to them something the consequences of which could not be escaped, except by following the laws of law, where you present with Allah, when Allah ordained such a thing for you, that is, you have only one claim left and you have no ways of proving it, which is for you to say, Allah ordained this for us, and he revealed it to us as he revealed His messengers. Indeed, he revealed to us something contrary to what the message messengers claimed, and what was mentioned in the books that was sent down. That
is a fabrication as anyone would realize. Hence, Allah says, Who does greater evil than he who fabricates lies against a law in order to misguide people without knowledge, that is, in addition to his lies, and fabrications against Allah, his aim is to mislead the slaves of Allah from the path of Allah with no clear proof or evidence and no rational or textual evidence. Verily, Allah does not guide the evil do as those who have no aim but to do wrong and commit injustice and to invent fabrications against a law.

And we forbade to them the fat of cattle and sheep, except that which adheres to their backs or entrails, or its or is attached to their bones. Thus we required them for their willful disobedience. Verily, We state the truth. When a law criticized the polytheist for what the prohibited of permissible things and and attributed that to Allah and declared the words to be false, he instructed his messenger sallallahu it was sent him to explain to the people what Allah has prohibited to them, so that they might know that everything else is permissible. Whoever
suggests that any of that with any of that is prohibited by Allah is lying and fabricating, because a prohibition can only come from a law on the lips of His Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and Allah said to His Messenger, some of them He will send them say
I did not find in, in that which has revealed to me anything to be forbidden forbidden for people to eat. That is, regardless of whether the prohibition applies to using it for for other purposes or not, unless it be the meat of animals found dead. This refers to animals that died without being slaughtered in the prescribed manner. That is not permissible. As Allah Subhana Allah says elsewhere, forbidden to you for food are the meat of animals found dead blood, the flesh of swine, blood poured forth, this refers to blood that comes out of the animal at the time of slaughter, for it is blood that would be harmful if it if it was retained in the body. When the blood is expelled
from the body, the harm that may result from eating the meat is removed. What this phrase implies is that the blood that remains in the flesh and veins after slaughter is permissible and pure, or the flesh of swine, for that is an abomination. That is these three things are an abomination, which means that they are unclean in pure and harmful, Allah has prohibited them out of kindness towards you, and so that you will keep a distance from filth or that which is profane, over which a name other than that of Allah has been invoked at the time of slaughter, such as the idols of false gods worshipped by the polytheists. This comes under the heading of profanity, which refers to
disobedience towards a law. But if one is forced by necessity, that is, despite the fact that these are prohibited things if a person is forced by necessity, or need to eat any of these things, because he has nothing else and fears that he may die without willful disobedience, no transcript, no transgressing, do limits, that is without wanting to eat it. If without wanting to eat, if it was not a matter of necessity, or eating more than he needs to. Then your Lord is oft forgiving, Most Merciful, that is, Allah has pardon everyone who finds himself in this situation. The scholars, may Allah have mercy on them. though there are other prohibited things that are not mentioned here, such as wild caribou, carnivorous animals, birds of prey that have talents and so on, was also mythology essentially saying is that a lot of soldiers in this verse says, say to the prophets of Salaam I don't find anything that is haram except so from that which was revealed to me the prophets are saying nothing is haram except for and then he only mentions three or four things. The Korean meat, the fresh of pigs, the blood and what is invoked other than the last name is invoked upon. But then there are a number of other verses in the Quran like the ones that we took at the beginning of sorbitol, Mahi
that and a number of a hadith that also make other types of animals Haram. So the one that strangled and the one that is gouged and the one that is order those are also Haram. So this is another issue of difference of opinion that is going to be mentioned here by the author. I'ma tie that concerning this verse, because this versus reset is a makan versus an earlier verse. But then there are other verses that mentioned more than just the three or four or five things that are mentioned in this verse and I quite as in addition to that, the Sunnah, as the automaton is mentioned, such as what he's mentioning here, which is in the Hadith in Sahih, Muslim of what the Allah one rumor that the
prophet SAW Selim made Haram, anything which is a carnivore in terms of animals, you can eat a lion, you can eat a tiger, you can eat a hyena, all of those are haram or birds of prey that have talents, because they also are predatory birds, such as Falcons, and eagles and hawks and those types of birds. So this is what the automata we're not going to mention the difference of opinion amongst the scholars of Tafseer. Some of the scholars stated that this verse was reviewed before the prohibition on other things that are not mentioned here. So there is no contradiction between the list mentioned here and the prohibited prohibition that was revealed subsequently, because at the time there was
nothing, nothing revealed to prohibit what came afterwards. Other scholars said that this verse includes everything that is prohibited. Some of it is mentioned explicitly, and other things may be inferred from the context and the general reason for prohibition. The reason given for the prohibition on the meat of animals found dead blood and the flesh of swine, or at least the latter is for that is an abomination. This is a general description that applies to everything that is prohibited for all brevity. Things are abominable, and unclean, they are filthy and off putting things that Allah has forbidden to his slaves, so as to protect and honor them and to keep them away
from directly handling filthy and unclean things. The details of that which is an abomination and prohibited to be found in the sooner which explains the Quran and its goals. If Allah subhanaw taala has not prohibited any food, except what is mentioned here. And the prohibition has no source except the laws of law. This indicates that the policies were prohibited that which Allah had provided to them with advocating lies against the law and attributing attributed attributing to him
Something that he did not say. So essentially these are the two positions that we have done amongst the scholars with FC. Those who said that this versus the mckeeva. So it's earlier and at that time, it is true. This is what the prophets animals told this is all that is haram. But then later on Allah subhanaw taala, would mention more. And so it's almost as if there is a further clarification and explanation or according to some scholars, this verse is then abrogated by other verses, which will mention this and more will go to the bureau Hamlet, Allah says that this is the position of the majority of the scholars, the second position, which is reported, and some of the companions like
even the ambassador, and even our model, the allawah argument is the position of pneumatic or human load IRA, is that the verse isn't abrogated, or doesn't need more clarification, the clarification that comes later on is because all of those extra categories, come back to these categories here, they have the same marine life you like the same reasoning applies. And so when a large surgeon says, As the author mentions, it is an abomination. Everything else which follows comes back to that same reason. So it's exactly the same thing that a larger deal is mentioned here. Because Allah subhanaw taala dimension to the Prophet said, the reason for which those animals and those those
types of foods are prohibited. And remember, show can dismiss the second view. And he said, the position of the first is stronger. But I think and Allah knows best is that there's not really a major difference in terms of what the scholars are trying to say. Because the positional Manik and others is that there is an enigma. And they're what they're trying to do is take the general basis of the Sharia in terms of text, and that you don't say that something is abrogated man, it's possible to reconcile between them. But either way, there is no difference. It is an issue of Iijima that everything that allows to do let's meet her on the problem is Mohammed is haram. Whether it's
mentioned this vessel elsewhere, the question here really is one of how do we understand this verse, in light of the other verses? Is it something that has a clarification? Is it something that is abrogated? Or is it something which actually mentions them in a very indirect way in terms of the reasoning, and then that reasoning is, is clarified later on in other verses, and Allah knows best. The verse also points to a strong possibility. Allah mentioned swine pigs in this verse, in which the context is one of criticizing and refuting the views of the polytheist mentioned above, having to do with provision of that which Allah has made permissible and mentioning their arguments
concerning that on the basis of their with their own whims and desires, which had to do only with livestock animals, and camels, cattle, sheep, and goats, none of which are prohibited except that which is mentioned in this verse, namely those found dead, and those over which a name other than that of a law is invoked at the time of slaughter, all others are permissible. The thing that that reasoning that we have now that a larger deal is given to us in a regular, and that's the reason why it is mentioned here. The reasoning behind the prohibition of the animals is the reason why those scholars such as my medic, and others said, This verse still applies. He says, The only problem with
that reasoning now or that particular argument is that Allah mentioned swine and pigs. And the whole context of everything that we're speaking about is livestock animals and the Arabs general no pigs, pigs is not something which is common to the food of the Arabs, they yesterday from camels only from cows and pigs, and but swine and pigs is something which was known amongst the Arabs. So the addition of the swine, why is that here, and this is what is going to explain now. Perhaps the reason why swine or pigs are mentioned here, according to this idea is that some ignorant readers may include them with livestock animals, assuming them to be akin to sheep, as the ignorant among
the Christians and others of that ilk do so they raise them as they raise other livestock, and they regard them as permissible, not differentiate, no different, not different.
No different, no different is
no different differentiating between them and an AR and an arm livestock. So this list of prohibited prohibited things is aimed at protecting this oma from such impure things with regard to that which was prohibited to the People of the Book. Some of these things are good and permissible, but they are they were prohibited to them by way of punishment has Allah says to the Jews, we forbade every animal with undivided hoof such as camels and the like. The one the last panel that I mentioned about certain foods that were made haram for the Jewish people, Islam because there's certainly those animals were impure, or they were haram or there was an abomination in terms of eating them or
devouring them No, this was as a punishment and the test for those peoples a lot of surgeon made certain things Hanim for them, like for example the issue of the Sabbath, and fishing on the Sabbath and so on. The issue is that this is a ruling for them, not that the food that they were trying to eat, which was the fish that they were trying to fish and so on is haram by itself. So these are from the tests of Allah subhana wa Tada. also prohibited to them were certain parts of cattle and sheep, and we've debated them the fat of cattle and sheep. Not all of the fat was prohibited. Rather it was the fat of the buttocks, hence, permissible
Fat was excluded from that, except that which adheres to their backs or end trails, which is the fact that is mixed with them or is attached to their bones. Thus, that is by means of these prepetition prohibitions. Again for the Jews, we required them for their willful disobedience, that is, the wrongdoing and transgression against the rest of law, and the rights of slaves. Hence, a law forbade these things to them as a punishment to them. Verily we state the truth in all that we say, do and rule who is truer than a lie in speech and who could be better in judgment than Allah for people who are certain in faith? Or in the bunker foghorn Rob welcome Laura, Matthew crrt radova su,

Those who ascribe partners to a law will say, If Allah had so willed, We will not have ascribed partners to him, and neither would our forefathers, and we would not have introduced any taboos. In like manner did those who came before them rejects their prophets, until they tasted our punishment, say, do you have any set of knowledge, if so, presented to us, you follow nothing but conjecture, and you do nothing but lie on vanilla Giotto, Neha, Verner who

If he had so willed, He could have guided you all, here last days at the polytheist will present arguments to justify the ascription of partners to Allah and the prohibition of that which Allah are permitted, on the grounds of it being the Divine Will and decree, they will take the will of Allah which encompasses all things good and bad, as an argument toward of any blame from themselves. And they indeed say what Allah said they would say, as he tells us elsewhere, those who ascribe partners to Allah say, If Allah had so willed, We would have not have worshipped any anything besides Him. Sort of an ad. Here, Allah
Subhana Allah tells us that the disbelieving nations kept using the argument as this justification for rejecting the call of the messengers. And they took it as an excuse, but that did not benefit them in any way at all. They persisted in these in this attitude until Allah destroyed them and made them taste the punishment. This is from the greatest arrogance and ignorance of Allah subhanho wa Taala. The arrogance that they think that if the only reason that they're performing shill is because Allah will do it for them, that if the fella hadn't wanted for them, then he wouldn't have made them commit sure, if Allah wanted for them, though he would have guided them for 30 or towards
the end, meaning that they think that they are deserving, that Allah subhanaw taala would give them what is best in all accounts that they think that is something which is guaranteed for them that will not only did what he thinks is good for them. And so that is from the arrogance that how can we be misguided when Allah allows us to do it, if it wasn't good for us, then Allah wouldn't allow us to do it. And that is them completely misunderstanding the whole purpose of this dunya that it is the abode of test and the people are tested with good and with evil and so on. And so this is from the arrogance that they had, and one of the claims that they would make towards their prophets and
messengers. If it had been a valid argument, it would have averted the punishment from them. And Allah would not have set the punishment upon them because he only sends his punishment upon those who deserve it.
Thus it is known that this is an invalid and flawed argument. And it is specious and unconvincing on a number of accounts, the most significant of which are as follows. A law states that if this argument had been valid, the punishment would not have been important would not have befallen them. An argument should be based on knowledge and proof, it is based on their speculation and conjecture, there is no substitute for certain truth, then it is invalid. Hence, Allah says, say, do you have any certain knowledge, if so presented to us? If they did not have any if they did have any knowledge at a time when they were avowed enemies of the prophets of Allah and send them they would
have produced it, because they did not produce it. It is known that they had no knowledge. You follow nothing but conjecture, and you do nothing but lie. The one who bases his argument on speculation and conjecture is following falsehood and is a loser. So how about if you base it on transgression, stubbornness, evil and corruption? Allah alone has the ultimate proof which leaves no excuses for anyone, on which the prophets and messengers, the divinely revealed books, the prophetic reports, sound reasoning, upright human nature and righteous attitudes are all agreed. Thus it is known that they are everything that is contrary to this definitive evidence is false, because
whatever is contrary to the truth can only be fostered.
Allah subhanaw taala has given each person ability and willpower by means of which he is able to do what he is obliged to do. Allah does not enjoined upon anyone that which is he is unable to do and he does not prohibit to anyone that which is he is unable to give up. Therefore, using the argument of the Divine Will and decree is nothing but pure wrongdoing and stubbornness. Allah Subhana Allah does not compel people to do anything. rather he has made their actions the matter of their own choice. If they want, they may do it. And if they want, they may refrain. This is something that is well known and well established. And no one denies it except one who stubbornly rejects tangible and
visible evidence. Everyone differentiates between voluntary and involuntary movements. However, all of that comes under, come under and is subject to the will of Allah. Also the problem with many Muslims today where they ascribe issues when it comes to halal and haram and issues of religion, they use the decree of Allah and his father and his Baba as an excuse. But when it comes to their own choices, what they would prefer to do in their life, then they don't use the the decree of online is well as an excuse. You say someone Why don't you pray to Allah doesn't work for me to pray, or Allah has decreed everything anyway, I'm going to *, I'm going to *, even when two
gentlemen agenda is all done and dusted. We don't have the same mindset. When it comes to earning money, buying a house, getting married, eating food, you don't say, oh, if I'm going to get married, or get married and set a home, if allows me to be a millionaire, or have money, I love money and sit at home, and don't do anything. Why? Because it doesn't make any sense logically just doesn't make any sense. And so no rational sensible person uses that as an excuse, if that's what it is in terms of dunya than what about when it comes to Allah subhanaw taala and his rights in the worship of a large religion. And so this is why it is one of those false arguments that even if a person thinks
about it, from their own point of view, forget about every other explanation, even in terms of the way that they will live their own life, it makes no sense to them, no human can live and exist using the type of rationale.
Those who use the concept of the Divine Will and decree as justification for the sins are contradicting themselves, for they cannot be consistent in argument. Rather, if someone mistreated them by beating them, taking their wealth and the like, then then gives the argument that this happened by they will in decree of a law, they will not accept this argument, and they will become very angry with him. So how strange is it? How strange it is, when they use this argument to justify the disobedience towards a law, and they're doing that which incurs His wrath, but they do not accept for anyone to use his argument for doing anything that upsets upsets them. That's because
using this as a decree leads to facade and corruption upon the earth, everyone who oppresses everyone does even yourself logically did. And so when you have that mindset, then then nothing becomes halal or haram anymore. No laws make any sense anymore because each person has just been forced to do what they're doing. And that is the position of those people that are called the jabariya. That Allah forces every person to do what they do. And the opposite of them, as we mentioned before, and just as bad are those who are the those who believe that Allah doesn't know anything that will happen, has no decree, the position of Allah sooner, which is the balance, the
middle position, is that Allah knows everything and has decreed everything. But Allah has given everyone free choice. The fact that Allah knows the choice that they're going to make, doesn't mean that Allah forced them to make that choice. And that distinction is important to remember. They do not use the argument of the Divine Will and decree to express belief in these concepts, for they know that this is not a valid argument. Rather, the intention is to ward off the truth, for they think of the truth in terms of defending themselves against it. So they try to avert it by means of whatever argument
crosses their minds, even if they think it is wrong.

That is, say to those who prohibit that which Allah has made permissible and they attribute that ruling to Allah. Bring your witnesses who can testify that Allah has indeed prohibited this. If these words are set to them, they have two options. Either they will not bring anyone to testify to that effect. Thus
their claim is demonstrated to be false and not based on any testimony or proof. Or if they do bring someone to testify to that effect for them. No one could testify to that acts effect except a sinful fabricator, whose testimony is not acceptable, for this is not a matter concerning which people of good character may be found to testify. Hence Allah subhanaw taala says forbidding His Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and his followers to give such testimony, then, if they testify, do not testify with them. Do not follow the desires of those who reject our revelations, and those who do not believe in the Hereafter, and they ascribe equals to their Lord, that is, they regard regard
others such as the idols as equal to him, as they disbelieved in the last day and did not affirmed oneness of Allah. Their whims and desires were in accordance with their beliefs, which leaned towards ascribing partners to a law and rejecting the truth. Hence, it was more appropriate with regard to someone with such inclinations for a lot of forbid the best of his creation to follow such a man or justify with such people. Thus it is known that that prohibits that thus it is known that there prohibition of that which Allah has made permissible stemmed from those misguided whims and desires.

Come, I will recite to you what your Lord has made binding on you. The rulings that are binding upon everyone and which include what is prohibited in terms of food, drink words and actions. And these three verses that we have here it is said that I'm developing Mr. rhodiola. Wang said that if you want to know the legacy that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam left behind for his oma, or if you like the will that he left behind for his oma, then read these three verses, these three verses of surah anon,
that you should not ascribe any partner to him, that is neither few nor many. The real nature of ascribing partners to Allah is that a created being is worshipped as a law is to be worshipped, or is venerated, as a light is to be venerated, or as described in terms of any attribute that is unique to Allah in terms of lordship or divinity. If a person refrains from ascribing partners to ally in any way, then he becomes a monotheist. One whom affirms the oneness of Allah, sincere towards him in all his affairs. It is a laws right over his slaves, that they should worship Him alone, and not associate anything with him. Then he lists the most important portent rights after
his own, that you should show kindness to parents, by speaking respectfully and kindly and doing good deeds. Showing kindness includes any word or deed that benefits one's parents and makes them happy. And if and if the individual shows kindness to his parents, then there is no disobedience towards them, that you should not kill your children, male or female, because of poverty. That is because you are worried about how to provide for them, as happened during the Germania, when hot, heartless, hard heartedness and injustice prevailed. If they are prohibited to kill their own children in this situation, then killing their children for no reason or killing the children of
others is even more, in fact, emphatically prohibited for we will provide for you and for them, that is, we have guaranteed the provision of all you are not the ones who provide for your children or even yourselves, so there is no need to worry about them. That you should not approach shameful deeds. This refers to major sins that are regarded as obscene or repugnant or repugnant, whether openly or secret, this refers to actions that are visible and those that have to do with thoughts and intentions, the prohibition on approaching shameful deeds is more effective than a prohibition on merely doing them because it includes a prohibition on their on the precursors and the means that
lead to them in surgery, the Allah subhanaw taala says, Well, takanobu don't approach them, don't come near them from Allah don't say don't commit them. Because committing them is you already starting to do the action don't approach the means don't even come close towards it, Don't even start on that path towards it. And so that is why for example, before Xena, you have a number of things that are not allowed, because they are all precursors that would lead to the act of Xena unlike was retrieved by the process and I'm cursed the one right and the one who was a witness because all of them are precursors to the actual taking of that loan that is Riba or that
transaction that has rebar in it. And so that is what largely says and don't even approach them. That is from
from a citizen from being someone who understands that this action of mine may lead to something which is actually Haram, even if the step number one or two in itself is permissible, but it is something which leads to that that is called water when you leave something which is permissible, out of fear that it will lead you to something which is impermissible.
The prohibition on approaching shameful deeds are one that you should not kill for that is permitted. forbidden by Allah. This refers to killing any Muslim male or female, young or old, righteous or evildoer or killing a non Muslim who is protected by covenant with the Muslims, except in the courts of justice, such as the previously married adulterer, case of murder, or one who really who leaves his religion and splits from the main body of Muslims. Thus, he instructs you and enjoys what is mentioned above, so that you may understand his instructions, then pay attention to them and adhere to them. This verse indicates that the individuals compliance with the commands of
Allah will be commensurate with his with his level of understanding, do not touch the orphans poverty property by consuming it or replacing it with your wealth in an unfair manner or take it for no reason, before he that is the orphan comes of age that is reaches maturity and knows how to handle it. When he reaches maturity, he may be given his wealth at the point and he may dispose of it as he sees fit, except to improve it that is except in the event that you are trying to improve their wealth, so that they may benefit from it. This indicates that it is not permissible to test the orphans, orphans property or dispose of it in a manner that is detrimental to the orphan or in a
manner that although it is not
admitted to him is not his is not in his best interests either. This indicates that the orphan before he comes of age is not allowed to dispose of his wealth, and that his guardian may dispose of his wealth in the manner that is best. And this ruling comes to an end when the orphan comes of age, giving full measure and weight with equity, that is on the basis of fairness and honesty. If you strive hard in that, then we do not place on any soul a burden greater than it can bear that is as much as it is able to bear and not too much. So if anyone strives hard to be honest, in terms of measure, and weight, then falls short without really realizing and without being negligent than a
lot is often pardoning of forgiving will measure whether is being referred to here is the return measure of buying and selling when people who still weigh their products before the Solomon zone because people would often as a larger mentions about the people of shorty Valley center, they would fiddle with their measuring skills, and they would give people less than what they paid for a chocolate more than what they're actually getting, and so on. And that is easy to do, and sometimes alluring to do. And anything which is similar to that where people in their transactions are not very honest, or someone says and they say that this car doesn't have any problems and they know
there's like 10 different faults with it. And these all different types of fiddling with skills and and and deceiving people in terms of their transactions.
The scholars have also quoted this and similar verses as evidence that law does not burden any one with more than he can bear. And that if a person feels a law with regard to his commands, and does whatever he can, then there is no blame on him for from for anything beyond that. And when you and when you speak in the event of judging between people and putting an end to the disputes, or you can you comment on the views or the situations, then be fair in what you say, by paying attention to being truthful, both regarding those whom you'd like and those whom you dislike, and by being fair and not conceding that which needs to be disclosed for being biased against someone because you
dislike him or some of his views constitutes wrongdoing which is prohibited. In fact, when a scholar discusses the views of the innovator, what is what he is required to do is give credit where it is due and to explain what is what is and to explain what there is of truth or falsehood in their statements and to take into consideration how close to or far from the truth that is. The focal hedgers jurists have stated that the court the judge must be fair and equitable towards the chose both
disputants in the way he speaks to them and looks at them. The whole science the science of Poddar and how to judge between people have people come and sit before you had the speak the tension that you give to them the way that you look towards them and so on another system thing which is has been stipulated in the books of fact, because it is extremely important in the issue of being just towards people will come to you with their disputes and fulfill the covenant of a law that includes the covenant which he has made with his slaves, according to which they must fulfill his rights, as well as the covenants that people make with one another. All covenants must be fulfilled, and it is
proved permitted to break any covenant or fail to fulfill his fulfill its property. Thus, that is the ruling mentioned above, he instructs you so that you may pay heed to what he has explained to you of rulings, and so that you may carry out his instructions properly and learn the wisdom behind them and the rulings concerning them. Having explained many of the major rulings and important laws, a lot of them refers to them, and to that which is more comprehensive and general than them, as he says, they're really this is my path leading straight that is these and similar rulings which Allah has explained in his book and made clear to his slaves are the path of a law that leads to him and
to paradise. It is a moderate, easy and straightforward path, follow it in order to attain success and prosperity and to fulfill your hopes and do not follow other paths. That is paths that are contrary to this path less they cause you to deviate from his path that is lead you astray and cause you to deviate right or left. For if you go astray from the straight path, there is nothing else else but paths that lead to help. Thus he instructs you so that you may protect yourselves from misguidance. If you do what Allah has explained to you, by learning it and acting upon it, and you will be you'll be among the pious and successful slaves of Allah. This path The path is described in
the singular and as being his because there is only one path that leads to him. And Allah is the one who helps those who follow it to adhere to it. And from what is mentioned in that regard is the famous hadith of Abdullah bin Mr. Ravi Allah one clicked in the center of unnecessary and others
than that, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam draw drew a straight line in the ground and then he drew lines to the right and left with a straight line. And he said the straight line is the path of Allah the path that takes you to Allah subhanaw taala it is the straight path and these other paths to the right and the left each one of them as the devil that is calling to it, enticing you inviting you to it and each one of those paths to the right and the left take you away from the path of Allah subhanho data and then the prophets of Salaam recited this verse one the hava sera themes the payment for Octavia oh this is my straight path of law says so follow it, what are the 30 or so

And as a guidance, that is to guide them to that which was good and to inform them of that was was of what was evil with regard to both fundamental and minor issues, and the mercy so that, so but so that by means of it, they might attain happiness, mercy, and a great deal of goodness, so that by means of our sending down to them the book and clear proofs, they might believe in the meeting with their Lord, for it included definitive evidence of the resurrection and recompense for deeds which required them to believe in the meeting of meeting with
the Lord and to prepare for it. And this namely the holy hold on and wise reminder is a blessed book that we have set down. That is, it contains much good and abundant knowledge, and all other branches of knowledge are taken from it and all blessings are derived from it. There is nothing good but the Quran calls to it and encourages it. It mentions wisdom and interests that encourage one to pursue good and there was nothing evil but if forbids it and ones against it and mentions reasons that put one off doing such things and the bad consequences there have. So follow it and comply with his commands and prohibitions and base your understanding of the religion both fundamental and minor
issues on it and fear Allah
Lest you go against his command, and so that if you follow it the whole earn, you may attain mercy. For the greatest means of attaining Allah's mercy is following this book, learning it and acting upon it less you should say, the scripture was sent down to two groups, the Jews and Christians before us, and we were unaware of their teachings, that is, we have sent down this blessing book to you so that you will have no excuse. And less you should say the book was only sent down to two groups who came before us, namely the Jews and Christians. And we were unaware of their teachings, that is less you say, no book came down to us. And of the books that were revealed to the two
earlier groups, we have no knowledge, therefore, we sat down a book to you, and no other book that came down from heaven is more comprehensive or clearer than it
or less, you should say, if the scripture had been sent down to us, we would have been better guided than they, that is, either you would give the excuse that no guide has reached you in the first place. Or you will give the excuse that you the what you had of guidance was incomplete and imperfect. By the means of this book, you have received the basics of guidance and more to the point of perfect guidance. Hence, Allah says, Now that has come to you a clear sign from your Lord, which includes everything that can highlight and explain the truth in a perfect manner, a guidance away from ever and a mercy that is a blessing for you in your spiritual and worldly affairs. This
requires you to comply with its rulings and to believe in its stories and implies that the one who did who does not pay attention to it and rejects it is the worst of wrongdoers. Hence Allah says, Who does greater evil than he who rejects Allah's revelations and turns away from them, that is he shuns them, and turns away from them. We will requite those who turn away from our revelations with the worst kind of punishment. That is the punishment that causes pain and distress for their turning away themselves and turning others away from it. This will be required for the bad deeds, and your Lord is never unjust to his slaves sort of foresee let this verse indicates that the knowledge of
the Quran is the noblest and most blessings of knowledge, but by means of which one attains guidance to the strict path, which is perfect guidance with, with which there is no need for their speculations, and the ideas of the philosophers or any other branches of knowledge of the earlier and later generations. It is well known that the earliest earliest scriptures was not revealed the earliest scripture was not revealed to any except the two groups, namely the Jews and Christians. They are the people of the book unless otherwise specified. No other book is included with them. Neither the Morgans nor anyone else know what the group is included with them. Neither the agents or
the fire worshippers, the Medusa or anyone else. So when we generally see the people of the book that is referred to only the Jews and the Christians, there are some rulings in which the Jews are mentioned alongside them, not because they are from them, they are mentioned alongside them. So generally when you hear the term in the Quran, the sooner that people have the book that people have the scriptures refers to the scriptures of the Torah, and the Injeel and therefore the Jews and the Christians. These passage, this passage highlights how the people of the jania pre Islamic period were before the Quran. Well, before the Quran was revealed. They were completely ignorant and had no
knowledge of what the people of the book had, who had some knowledge and they were unaware of their teachings. And young llorona and dia who moolman

Or for your Lord to come? Or for some of the signs of a law to come? On the day when some of the signs of your Lord come? No good will do no good will it do a soul to believe then? If it did not believe before or earn some good through its faith? Say, wait then we two are waiting. here Allah Subhana Allah says, are these people who are persisting in their wrongdoing and stubbornness, waiting for the precursors of punishment and the precursors of the hereafter? are they waiting for the angels to
come and take their souls? For if they reach that point, neither faith nor righteous deeds will benefit them? Or are they waiting for your Lord to come and judge are people requiring the doers of good and the doers of evil
Or are they waiting for some of the signs of your Lord to come, which will signal the approach of the hour, on the day when some of the signs of your Lord come, extraordinary signs from which it will be known that the hour is at hand and that the resurrection is nigh? No good will it do to a soul to believe then, if it did not believe before, and some good through its faith, that is, when some of the signs of a law appear, it will not benefit the disparity of belief, or the believer who is falling short to mend his waist after that, the only thing that will benefit him is the faith that he had before that, and the good deeds for which he hoped for reward that he did before these
signs came. The wisdom behind this is obvious, the wisdom behind that is obvious. Faith is only of benefit, if it is faith in the unseen and is and is voluntary on the part of the individual. Once the signs appear, then it becomes a matter of that which is seen and faith will no longer be of benefit because it is more akin to faith. When one has no other choice, like the faith of one who is drowning or burning to death and the like. Those who when they see death, they give up what they are doing. They give up what they were doing. This is like what this is like what Allah subhanaw taala says elsewhere. But when they saw our punishment, they said, We believe in Allah alone, and we
reject that which we used to associate with him. But they're believing after they had seen our punishment could have meant it benefit them at all. Such has always been the way of a law in dealing with the slaves sort of the hoffa.
Many say Hadees from the Prophet sallallahu Sallam indicate that what that what is mentioned by some of the signs of a law here is the rising of the sun from the from its setting, from the place of setting when the people see that they will believe but their faith will be of no benefit. And at that time, the gate of repentance will be closed forever when Allah subhanaw taala associated there are two times when a person's Eman won't benefit them. Either. They can't accept faith, they can't become a Muslim at that time. What if they already believe as Muslims and they can't increase in goodness or make Toba from the sins that they committed? Those two times number one is when the hour
is established, or the coming of your Lord and that can either be Yeoman pm in terms of the major Yeoman piano, or the mini minor Yeoman pm of each and every single one of us which is death. And that is mentioned explicitly in a number of a Hadith of the Prophet SAW Selim, that a person who when the soul is leaving the body, then there is no time for them to accept this damage increase in leads or to make Toba because the end is now false, they know that they're going to die. That type of event is a benefit because now they've seen the reality and as the author says, rangitata the word faith as ally mentioned at the very beginning of Surah Al Baqarah is a livina you may not have
been hyped to believe in an element of the unseen and the fact that now will be seen takes away then the issue of Eman so that's the first time the time of death which is what will apply to the vast majority of people or the actual Yokoyama itself for those people that are living at a time and secondly is when the hour is established or when the when we see some of the signs of Allah subhanaw taala so the first time sorry, is when the soul is leaving the body the second time is when your multi ama is established or the major sign of your will pm as is mentioned a number of a Hadith of the Prophet cinemas author mentions here Rahim Allah tala Yama, de Babu, it Robic, the day that you
will see some of the signs of your Lord. According to many of the scholars that sign is specifically referring to the sun rising from the west. Because that is according to many of the scholars the final sign or one of the final signs is risk rises from the west, and then your monthly ama is established. So when that is seen, that is the sign that a large soldier is referring to an alarm and knows best. And this is a warning to those who rejected the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wasallam, who were expecting calamities and disaster to befall the Prophet sallallahu Sallam and his followers. Allah says, say, Wait, then we too are waiting. And you will come to know which of us is
more deserving of protection and safety. This verse of as proof for the view of Allah sunova jamara, who affirmed the actions of Allah Subhana Allah, such as his rising above the throne in a manner that befits His Majesty descending and coming without likening it to or thinking of it in terms of human attributes, because there are a number of sects and groups amongst the Muslims that denied these attributes for Allah, that Allah doesn't come that Allah doesn't ascend that Allah doesn't descend, that he doesn't have these choices and they only affirm to Allah, those things which are part of him meaning like his knowledge and insight and his hearing price for anything else in which
you can and you can't you may you may not then the Bose the quality area, that alarms origin isn't always in that state, but sometimes you send sometimes he descends, sometimes he comes in sometimes he doesn't. Those ones, the rejected and they they deny it, but as we can see from the west
of the Quran. In a number of verses where john Rob bukovel Malika softens offer you Lord will come and the angels row upon row and in a number of verses in the Quran, and the Hadith of the Prophet and that they are also attributes that we affirm for Allah without, as otter says likening them to any human attribute. There was a great deal of evidence to this effect and the Quran and Sunnah. It is also it also indicates that one of the portents of the hour will be the rising of the sun from its place of setting and that Allah Subhana Allah is most wise by his decree. Faith is only a benefit if it is by choice and not under compulsion. As mentioned above, who also we also learn from
this verse, that men that man may attain good by means of his faith, acts of obedience, righteousness and piety are only only of benefit and can only develop if the individual has faith if his heart is devoid of faith, that none of these deeds will be of any benefit to him.

I mean, see different usages, in mithuna were homeless, the moon, whoever comes on the day of his erection with a good deed will be repaid tenfold. But whoever comes with an evil deed will be recompensed only with the lack thereof, and no one will be wronged. Here allow warns those who differ concerning their religion. Those who divided and split into factions, each of them taking a share and calling themselves by a name that is of no benefit with regard to religious commitment, such as Jews, Christians and mages. Something similar may be said concerning those who call themselves by names that do not help to protect to protect their faith, such as those who take
something of Islamic teachings and make that the core of their religious commitment, abandoning other matters that are of equal or greater importance, as the as is the case with various sects and followers of innovation, and misguidance, who divided the oma.
This verse indicates that Islam calls for unity and harmony, and it forbids division and dissent amongst his followers. With regard to all matters, both fundamental and minor. Allah enjoined him the Prophet sallallahu Sallam to disavow those who divide the religion. As he says, oh, he says, You own hammers, have nothing earnings, and whatever the name of the process that comes, whether they write it or they don't write it, you say, some Allah, well, he was selling, because it was the methodology of some of the scholars even in some of the books of Hadith, and so on, because the name of the professor will come so often that they wouldn't write it down because it was just too
difficult to strike by hand. Now, unlike today, where everything is digital, and easy to copy and paste, and it takes a lot of time and effort, and so they will sometimes miss this out, because there is understood that the one who reads it will say, because it's just from the basic ethics of the Muslim. And so that's why often in these books, especially the earlier books, when you don't see something written some because they don't they don't think they should be said or that no, it's because simply it was just too much of a process to do every time because sometimes, in one Hadith, you have a 567 times the name of the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam, from the etiquettes of the
Muslim is that they always see it. And so because something is written, doesn't necessarily mean it's not read. And that's the general rule in the books of Islam in the books of Tafseer. And Howdy, that's why you study these books with teachers, because they tell you these other articles that they've inherited from their teachers who took them from their teachers, or whether it's written or not. And so from those articles, is when the name of the Prophet is mentioned Salalah while he was selling you sees on a low while he was sending him and that is why some of the people used to say that from the greatest of scholars, or the ones that have the most virtue of the scholars of Hadith,
because no one says salaallah alayhi wa sallam more than them because they're reading Hadith and that will they will come multiple times in a single iteration at times or at least once in most narrations. And the Prophet told us a little while he was tell him that only the miserly the stingy doesn't say so the longer you sell them, because the one who says it once, Allah will send us a lot upon them 10 times and who does the need, the salata Allah upon them once they're on 10 times, let alone many many more times when you hear the name of our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam

The case rests with Allah, for they will return to Him and He will requite them for their deeds. In the end, he will inform them of what they used to do. Then he describes the nature of the title, whoever comes on the Day of Judgment, whoever comes on the day of his erection with a good deed. This includes both words and deeds outward or inward having to do with the rights of a law or the rights of his creation, will be paid will be repaid tenfold. This is the minimum degree of reward. But whoever comes with an evil deed will be recompense only with the lack thereof.

apparent, this is the religion of the prophet and messenger of the prophets and messengers, especially the leader of the monotheists and the and the father of the prophets, who was sent after his death, namely the close friend of the Most Merciful, Ibrahim and he said, he is the he is the monotheists, whose path stands out from all crooked paths, and all other deviant religions, such as those of the Jews, Christians, and polytheists.
This is in general terms, then Allah Singh was out for mention the noble acts of worship, as he says, say, Verily, my prayer, my sacrifice. This is because of the virtue of those two acts of worship, and what they imply of loving Allah, devoting worship sincerely to Him alone and drawing closer to him in one's heart, and by means of one's words and actions. sacrifice, meaning giving up what one loves of wealth or property for that which is directed to one, namely, Allah subhanaw taala. If a person is sincere in his prayer and sacrifice, he will inevitably be sincere towards a law in all his deeds. That's because these two actions prayer and sacrifice the stand or they denote
order the acts of worship, prayer, as in the physical prayer and sacrifice which is the slaughter of meat, because in prayer, it is submission to Allah subhanaw taala and every act of worship requires devotion and
admission to a large origin and standing with attention for sure. And attentiveness all of that is what is required in each and every single one of those acts of worship but it is most seen and most visible in the act of Sora. When someone stands before Allah subhanho wa Taala that as well as origin, praises those who stand with Osho and levena. Humphrey salata him, Kashi, rwn, those who stand with her shown in the prayer and sacrifice because it denotes giving up that which you love, from your money and your wealth. And in the olden days, remember people would hand real these animals, these are their animals, this is the wealth of the property and the sacrificing for the
sake of Allah subhana wa Tada. And unlike today, where we go and we buy, I will meet and I will meet is important, people used to have the animals that they have in their home. And if they're going to sacrifice an animal, you can't just go to a butcher and say, give me a leg, give me a kilo of a shoulder, you know, people just have to buy the whole animal. And they would have to keep the animal they will have to feed it and they will have to pay for it. And so when it comes for example, like in read aloud, how when they're sacrificing or slaughtering, when they're going and making a hunch, and they're sacrificing or slaughtering, it is an investment that they're making, their family is
benefiting from that meat, or the milk from the animal or whatever it may be, to sacrifice was there for an expression of wealth. So it is important to understand what it means in its true sense when you say the word sacrifice or not just to think that it's you go down to your local butchers and get a pound of meat, we're talking about the actual act of sacrifice, which we still do, which is delay sooner. And hamdulillah many Muslims practice on the day of renewal. But remember that this is for people who, for example, maybe they only have five or six animals that they own, to give one for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala which many Muslims still do across the world in other countries, where
people still have in villages and others other places where they still have this process of keeping animals and and rearing them and helping them to grow and then they're ready because of their of the appropriation or age of now to be slaughtered. So it is an expression of slaughtering for the sake of a larger sacrificing for Allah that which you love. And so that is why Allah subhana wa Tada, according to some scholars mentioned, these two acts of worship, and Allah knows best. My living in my dying, that is, wherever I do in my life, whatever I do in my life, and whatever Allah decrees should happen to me, and what he decrees for me at the time of my death, all of that is for Allah,
the Lord of the worlds, no partner has he, in worship, just as he has no partner and sovereignty and control. This sincerity towards Allah is not something that I have made upon up by myself rather, thus I am commanded, it is enjoined upon me and I have no choice but to comply. And I am the first of those who submit to Allah in Islam of this oma, say, should I seek a lord other than Allah among his creation? Would that be right? Or would it be appropriate for me to take someone other than him as a lord and submit my affairs to them to him, when Allah is the Lord of all things, all creatures are subject to His Lordship, and must submit to His commands. Therefore, I and others have no choice
but to take a lot as our Lord and be content with him and not be attached to any of those who are subject his control, and are helpless in themselves. This is following my encouragement and warning, which takes the form of mentioning the recompense no soul and evil, but it is, but it is to its own detriment. That is, whatever a person does good or evil, the consequences there have reached him. This is like the verse in which Allah says, Whoever does righteous these, it is, it is to his own benefit. And whoever does evil these, it is, to his own detriment sort of foresee let no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another. Rather, each one will carry his own burden. If anyone causes
someone else to be misguided and to incur a burden of sin, then he will also bear a burden of sin for what he has caused, without that detracting from the burden of the one who will actually the from the one who actually did it, then to your Lord, you will all return on the day of his erection, then he will inform you about the matters concerning which you differed of good and evil, he will require you for that abundantly. And it is he who has made you successes of others on the earth, that is, he has caused caused you to succeed one and another generation after generation and to succeed other people on earth. He has subject he has subjugate, subjugated to you all that is on
earth, and has tested it tested you to see what you will do, to see what you will do
and has caused some of you to excel, others and worldly advantages in terms of strength, well being provision, physical appearance and character, so that he may test you by means of that which he has, he has bestowed upon you.
You as your deeds very, very your Lord, the Lord is swift in punishment for those who disobey Him and reject his revelations, yet he is indeed of forgiving, most merciful to those who believe in Him and do righteous deeds and repent from that which could incur doom.
Without coming to the seventh chapter of the Quran, which is sort of too loud, often it is a murky chapter as the author Hamlet Allah mentions, and surah to the Aleph is a murky chapter according to the majority of scholars of Tafseer such as an automobile Bella unibrow Theo Rahim, Allah and others. However, there are narration that some of its verses are medini. So for example, Martin Rahim, Allah from the causative seal, said that verses 163 to 170 are verses that are maddening. And so because of those exceptions, you will find that sometimes the scholars either don't say what the surah is, that is macchio. Matheny, or they say that it is it is makiko. It's a Medina verses but
generally speaking, as we've said before, if the vast majority of a surah is Mackey would still be classified as being a mucky surah consists of 206 verses in total. And this is the sort of signal to me or him, Allah, Allah mentioned, speaks about the importance of sticking to the principles of Islam in terms of holding on to the revelation, and the message that was bought by the various prophets and messengers that Allah sent to the nations. And obviously for us, the message that our Prophet bought was sort of LaGuardia was selling, and to be aware of shift in all of its ways, and even to having Latina mansions that are larger mansions, the two different types of the primary
types of shock that the fascinations fall into. Number one is the shift that we're familiar with worshipping gods and idols and others besides a large soldier, but number two is making Halawa. Allah made haram and making haram on ulimate hallowed essentially legislating in the religion where people have no right to rule to legislate because there is a large soldier alone, who legislates subhanho wa Taala, the Surah Surah. Raff is also considered to be one of the earliest sources that was revealed in terms of the stories of the prophets. So when we look at the cording to some what some of the scholars mentioned, like Tsar Kashi and Pharaohs Abadi before him and and others when
they speak about the order in which the surah is revealed, because the Quran, as we know, is not compiled in terms of its order chronologically, the way that it was revealed it has a different order, prefer to look at the chronological order of revelation than the first surah in which there is a mention of the stories of prophets, not just names, retro stories in Surah. Saad surah sod, the sort of Swords speaks about a number of profits in a very brief way speaks about three man and the award and the Uberti he was put in a brief way, the profits that we are one known in terms of the profits that are called the profits of the nations that rebelled against them that they had major
issues that are large, those are often repeated as soon as multiple times in the Quran, the likes of Noah and hood and solid, and your aim a lot, and moosari, Masato, salaam, these are the prophets that were sent to nations and the nations were destroyed because of the way that they rejected them. And their stories are repeated numerous times to add the command in this surah in Surah. Hood in salt a shout out to Safa. Many sources of the Quran, Allah repeats the names of these prophets and their stories in various ways, because these prophets, their stories are extremely important as it relates to this issue of following the message and Doha as opposed to shilka rejecting the message
of the prophets and messengers of Allah. Allah Salatu was Salam in that regard. Surah colorref is the first sort of the Quran in terms of his chronological revelation that will mention them and also even in terms of the order that we have now we've covered seven swords, this is the seventh Surah Now, this is the first time that we will mention in the surah the stories of these prophets in detail and so therefore it is said that surah sod was revealed before our draft meaning that they will one after the other so Assad came first then our office next both of them speak about the stories of the prophets but the stories of the prophets in terms of the prophets of the nations and
then rejection and so on the the sort of rough that it is said the first discuss them and the last panel Tara knows best.

That is a great book that contains all the people all that people need all divine injunctions, and all aims and goals of Sharia in a precise and detailed manner. So do not let your heart be troubled by it. That is, do not let there be any exam anxiety, doubt or confusion in your heart. So that you may warn the people there by and admonish and remind them thus proof will be established against the stubborn and remind the believers as Allah Subhana Allah says elsewhere, but continue to exhort them, for exhortation benefits, the believers sort of sort of the ball yet. Thus, they will remember the straight path and righteous deeds, but both outward and inward and be alert to that which prevents a person from following that path from the greatest benefits and virtues of the book of Allah subhanho wa Taala that just as it is a a message and a call to the people of disbelief, and it is a book that speaks about the truth and goes to the head. It is also a reminder for the
believers, and that is a lot so Joel often says this in the Quran was the cure for ineffectively cry and the losses were the Kiffin of the crop. 10 feral meaning we mined For verily reminding prophets, the believers it benefits them, it helps them because we are human becomes weak. And one of the greatest ways to increase your Eman to strengthen your Eman to come closer to a large origin is to read the Koran and to reflect over the Quran and to understand the book of Allah subhanho wa Taala the Quran and so that is something which requires from you and me regular reading and regular study and regular reminding each other and ourselves of what alarms Virgil has mentioned in terms of the
lessons contained in this book. Then Allah addresses people in general and draws their attention to the book, follow all mankind, that which has been sent down to you from your Lord, that is the book that was sent down for your sake, for it is from your Lord, who wants to perfect you. So he has sent down to you this book which if you follow it will perfect you and complete his favor upon you and you will be guided to the best and most sublime of deeds and attitudes and do not follow any close associates besides Him. That is do not take them as friends and follow their whims and desires and forsake following the truth because of them. Little is it that you pay heed. If you paid heed and

To the message brought to them by their messengers, lest those who are addressed here do likewise, how many a city did we destroy for the sins, our punishment, that is, our severe penalty came upon them suddenly by night or Whilst this rested at midday. That is a time when they were heedless and unaware, and it never crossed their minds that they may they might perish, perish, and so on largely the same that the punishment of Allah came upon a number of the nations and the cities of the past, when they were at a time when they were unaware that they were sleeping, they were resting, that their minds will elsewhere that they were arrested when really thinking about the issues of the

You know, in the time of the day Lula, which is the midday siesta, when the Arabs often used to nap and people in hotter climates, even till now rest during that part of the day, because of the intensity of the heat of the sun. Those are to date times of the day. And the night when people are just resting and the punishment of a loss of habitat can come during that time.
When the punishment came to them, they could not Ward it off, and their false gods in which they had placed the hopes could not help them. They did not deny what they did not deny what they used to do of wrongdoing and sin. The only cry when our punishment came upon them was we were indeed wrongdoers. This is the this is like the verses in which Allah subhanaw taala says, How many cities that were given were given to wrongdoing have we utterly destroyed and raised up other people in the instead, when they sensed our punishment approaching, they began to flee from it. It was said to them, Do not flee. Go back to your comforts and your dwellings, so that you may so that you may be
sought out to give help and advice to others. They said watch us, we will indeed wrongdoers, and that cry of theirs did not cease until we mowed them down and left them lifeless, so to MBR. We will certainly question those to whom the messengers were sent, that is which are questioned the nations to whom Allah sent the messengers as to their response to the messengers on the day where an on that day Allah will call to them saying, what was your response to the messengers, social causes? And we will certainly question the messengers themselves, about the conveying of the Lord's message and the response of their nations, then verily, we will recount to them that is to all people telling them
of their deeds, on the basis of knowledge for Allah knows all that they do, for we were never absent at any time whatsoever. This is like the verse in which Allah Subhana Allah says, Allah has kept account of it, whilst they have forgotten it, so to majorda then Allah mentions the recompense for deeds. While it was no young woman EV Neil Howe, Paul firmen, sabula miroir de novo for older,
ego hormonal move kneehole. The weighing of deeds on that day will be true, and just those whose deeds, those whose good deeds weigh heavy in balance in the balance will be the successful ones, or men of fat mawashi no hufa
you can live in a coffee room, for whom Bhima kanombe Tina yagni moon, and those whose because deeds weigh lightly in the balance are the ones who will lose their own souls, because they wrongfully rejected our revelations. That is the wing of deeds on the Day of Resurrection will be done with justice and fairness. And there will be no injustice or unfairness at all. Those whose good deeds weigh heavy in the balance and outweigh their bad deeds will be the successful ones. That is those who will be saved from that which they fear and will attain that that was the hopeful, they are the ones who will attain the greatest goal and attend an eternal happiness. And those whose good decent
weighed lightly in the balance and are outweighed by the bad deeds are the ones who will lose their own souls, because they will miss out on eternal bliss and be subjected to the painful punishment, because they wrongfully rejected our revelations. So they did not comply with them as they were required to do. What is it that is weighed because Allah subhanaw taala speaks about the skills here and the weighing of people. And those skills that are heavy in those skills that are light, what is it that is weighed here and this is, there are a number of narrations that we find from the sooner the proper settlement that is why you have a number of statements of the scholars concerning what is
weighed here. From that which is weighed, is people people will be weighed on the day of judgment because the Prophet told us on a law to sell him that a person will be bought that all that he did in this life was eat and drink meaning that the way a great deal, but on the skills of Allah they will not be
hold to the wing of a mosquito. Because a lot has origin isn't looking how much people weigh in terms of their physical mass, but rather it is their taqwa and their deeds and so on. The other thing that is weighed on human being ama is people's records of deeds. Because the Prophet told us and Allah while he was selling the Hadith of the man, who has 99 scrolls of evil deeds, each one when there is open as far as the eye can see. And then on the other side, there will be a card upon which you will say, Allah which will be heavier so the scrolls of deeds are also weighed. And the third thing that is weighed are actions themselves, because the Prophet told us on a low while he
was selling kelim attorney heavy baton in our man, two statements are extremely beloved to Allah, light upon the tongue, heavy upon the skills he said Subhana Allah will be Hamdi, Subhana Allah Allah Allah. So you have all three so largely way all three for each each person or a combination of any of them or maybe for some people listen some people that on a large social knows best but all of them are weighed because we have texts that prove and establish that each one of these things, people's actions themselves and their records of needs are weighed on a lot animals best.
