In
the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the
accursed.
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most
Merciful.
The Other Path May Be More Difficult, The
Other Path May Have More Hardships On Its
Way.
The Other Path May Be Less, Something Which
Is Less Desirable To The Soul Of The
Believer.
But Allah Azzawajal Is In His Infinite Knowledge,
In His Infinite Wisdom.
Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala He Knows That It Is
Ultimately Better For That Person And For The
Muslims In General.
And That Is Something Which We See In
The Battle Of Badr.
So Today We Continue From Verse 41, Which
Is The First Verse Of The 10th Juz
Of The Quran.
And It Is The Statement Of Allah Subhanahu
Wa'Ta'Ala.
Allah Azzawajal Says Know That One-Fifth Of
Your Battle Gains Belongs To Allah And The
Messenger, To Close Relatives And To Orphans, To
The Needy And To The Travelers.
If You Believe In Allah And The Revelation
We Sent Down To Our Servant On The
Day Of The Decision, The Day When The
Two Forces Met In Battle, Indeed Allah Has
Power Over All Things.
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala In This First Verse
Now Speaks About The Issue Of War Beauty.
And This Is Something Which We Said That
The Whole Surah Al-Anfal Refers To The
Spoils Of War.
And Allah Azzawajal Mentioned This At The Very
Beginning Of The Surah.
He Begins With That Question That Was Posed.
They Ask You Concerning The Spoils Of War.
Say That The Affair Of The War Spoils
Belongs To Allah And It Belongs To His
Messenger Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam.
It Is Something Which Is From The Khasa
Is From The Unique, If You Like Attributes
Of This Ummah, The Unique Concessions That Was
Given To This Nation That Allah Azzawajal Allowed
For Us To Take From The Spoils Of
War And To Benefit From Them.
In Previous Nations Before The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi
Wasalam, The Previous Nations Of Prophets Were Not
Allowed To Consume The Spoils Of War.
But What They Would Do Is That They
Would Gather Them Together.
And As Is Mentioned In Some Narrations, If
Allah Azzawajal Had Accepted Their Jihad Then A
Fire Would Come And He Would Consume It.
A Fire Would Come And He Would Consume
It.
And So That Was Their Way Of Dealing
With The Spoils Of War.
As For This Ummah As The Prophet Told
Us Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam That From Those Things
That Allah Azzawajal Gave To Him Allah Azzawajal
Made The Ghanima Which Is The Spoils Of
War Permissible For Us To Benefit From.
However, There Is A Certain Way In Which
It Is Distributed.
And Allah Azzawajal In This Verse Is Showing
To Us That If You Have Spoils Of
War Then A Fifth Of It, 20%
Of It Is Extracted Or Taken Away And
It Has A Specific Way In Which It
Is Distributed.
It Is For Specific Groups Of People They
Are Entitled To That Spoils Of War, That
20%, That One-Fifth Of The Spoils Of
War.
The Majority, The Four-Fifths, The 80%
That Is Remaining That Is Distributed To The
Soldiers, To The People Who Participated In The
Battle.
As The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Himself Would
Do.
So For Example, It Is Mentioned In A
Number Of Narrations That The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi
Wasalam Would Give To The Raj Al-Sahm,
To The Foot Soldier He Would Give Him
One Share Of The War Booty.
And To The Faris, The One Who Is
The Knight On Horseback, The One On Cavalry,
He Would Give To Him Three Shares, Two
For The Horse And One For The Rider.
And So This Was The Way In Which
The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Would Distribute The
War Booty Amongst His Companions.
That Is The 80%, That'S The Four-Fifths
Is Given To The People Who Participated In
The Battle, The Soldiers, The People Who Were
There, The People Who Fought, The People Who
Sacrificed For The Sake Of Allah Azzawajal, It
Is Given To Them In That Way.
However, The First Fifth Which Is What Allah
Azzawajal Is Speaking About Here, That Has A
Specific Way In Which It Is Distributed.
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Says That One-Fifth
Is Further Divided Into Five.
That One-Fifth Is Further Divided Into Five.
So 20%, 20%, 20% Is Further Divided
Into Five Shares.
The First Of Those Shares Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta
'Ala Says فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ That From
That One-Fifth That We'Ve Taken Away
Now And The Four-Fifths Go To The
People Who Are Fighting In The War.
From That One-Fifth Again, We Divided Into
Five, Into Five Shares.
One-Fifth Of Those Shares Goes To Allah
And His Messenger Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ
خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ It Belongs To Allah And It
Belongs To His Messenger.
Now What Does That Mean That It Belongs
To Allah And His Messenger?
Clearly Allah Azzawajal Has No Need For The
Spoils Of War.
Clearly The Messenger Of Allah Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam
Has No Need For The Spoils Of War.
What It Refers To Is According To The
Scholars That Is Spent For The Benefit Of
The Muslims.
فِي مَصَالِحِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ What Is Beneficial For The
Muslims, The Needs Of The Muslims According To
The Leader Of The Muslims.
He Spends It In Accordance To What He
Thinks Is Important To What He Thinks Is
Needed For The Muslims.
So Essentially That One Fifth That Is Belongs
To Allah And His Messenger Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam
Goes Back To The Muslims.
But It Doesn'T Go To Individuals.
It'S Not Something Which People Will Personally Benefit
From In That Way Like The Way That
You Would Give To People The Shares Of
The Spoils Of War.
It'S Wealth For Them And Their Family That
They Benefit From.
Rather It'S Used To Help The Muslims In
General.
There Are Certain Needs That All Of The
Muslim Community Needs Just As For Example Today
Governments Have To Spend Public Spending On Certain
Things That Everyone Benefits From.
It Is Something Which All People Require And
So They Spend In That Way.
Then Likewise This Share That Belongs To Allah
And His Messenger Goes Back To The Needs
Of The Muslims.
So Essentially It Is For The Muslims Even
Though It Is Called The Share Of Allah
And His Messenger Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Allah And
His Messenger Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Are Not In
Need Of That Spoil Of War.
So That'S The First Fifth.
The Second Fifth Allah Azzawajal Then Says It
Goes To The Close Relatives.
Who Are The Close Relatives?
Which Close Relatives?
Whose Close Relatives?
Meaning The Close Relatives Of The Prophet Salallahu
Alayhi Wasalam And The Close Relatives Of The
Prophet Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Are The People Who
Are From The Two Tribes Of Banu Hashim
And Banu Muttalib.
Banu Hashim And Banu Muttalib And That Is
Because The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Equated Between
These Two Clans That Are From The Subsidiaries
Of Quraysh.
Quraysh As We Know Is The Overall Major
Tribe.
The Tribe Is Made Of Many Small Clans
And Families.
Each One Of Them Is Given A Name.
The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Came From Banu
Hashim And His Cousins Were Banu Muttalib And
He Had Other Cousins As Well.
But Because Of The Way That Banu Muttalib
Supported Banu Hashim Especially At The Beginning Of
Islam And During The Times Of Persecution.
The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam Equated Between These
Two Families Of Quraysh Or These Two Families
Of His Or Cousins Of His.
Banu Hashim Is From Himself.
Banu Muttalib Are Cousins Of His And He
Made Them One.
And So Therefore They Are Considered To Be
The Qaraba.
The Close Relatives Of The Prophet Salallahu Alayhi
Wasalam These People It Is Permissible And It
Is Allowed And They Get That One-Fifth
Of To The Five Shares That We Now
Have.
One-Fifth We Said Goes To Allah And
His Messenger Meaning It Goes Back To The
Muslims And Their General Needs.
One-Fifth Of The Second Fifth Now Goes
Back To The Relatives Of The Prophet Salallahu
Alayhi Wasalam From Banu Hashim And Banu Muttalib.
And The Scholars Have Some Discussion As To
Whether That'S For All Of Them.
Does It Mean It'S Only For The Poor?
Is It For The Males Or Is It
For The Females Or For Everyone?
So There Are Some Discussion Points That The
Scholars Have Concerning That.
But Some Of The Scholars Were The Position
That Because Allah Azzawajal Didn'T Define.
Didn'T Say That It'S Only For The Poor,
Only For The Males, Only For This.
That It Is Therefore Aam.
It Is General For All Of Them.
All Of Them Have A Right To It.
The Third Fifth, The Third Share Allah Azzawajal
Says Wal Yatama, It Goes To The Orphans
And The Orphans As We'Ve I Think
Mentioned Before In This Tafseer In Islamic Fiqh
Or Islamic Law Is Any Child Who'S Lost
Their Father.
So Even If Their Mother Is Alive Which
Is Slightly Different To The If You Had
The Western Interpretation Of The Western Definition Of
Orphan, An Orphan Normally In Western Definition Is
Someone Who Has Neither Father Nor Mother.
They Consider To Be An Orphan But In
The Islamic Law Someone Who'S Lost Their Father
Child Was Lost Their Father And They'Re
Below The Age Of Puberty.
Those People Will Be Considered Or Children Will
Be Considered To Be Orphans.
Even If Their Mothers Were Still Living.
They Have A Right For This Because Of
Their Need And Usually Because Of Their Poverty
And Because They'Ve Lost The Person Who
Would Usually Provide For Them And Sustain Them.
Then The Sharia Looks After Their Rights And
We Know In Numerous Hadith And Verses Of
The Quran The Rights Of The Orphan That
Allah Has Given To Them.
So That'S The Third Fifth.
The Fourth Fifth Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Then
Says And To The General Poor.
So Those People Whether They'Re Old Or
Young Whether They'Re Male Or Female The
Poor And The Needy From Amongst The Muslims
Those People Who Require Help Financially And Someone
They Have A Share Also From The Spoils
Of War And Finally The Fifth Share Or
The Last Share Of Those Fifths Goes To
As Allah Azzawajal Mentions Wabni Sabeel, The Traveler
And What Refers What Is Being Referred To
Here By The Traveler, Ibn Sabeel Is A
Specific Type Of Traveler.
Not Just Anyone That Goes On A Journey,
Not Just Anyone That'S Traveling.
It'S A Person Who Is Traveling And On
Their Path Or Their Journey They Run Out
Of Money.
They Lose Their Wealth, They Finished Their Wealth
And They Have Nothing Left Now That Will
Allow Them To Reach Their Destination Or To
Go Back Home.
Nor Do They Have Any Means Of Being
Able To Attain That Money.
So In Our Time Today, You Know, Usually
Even If Someone Lost Their Money Or Ran
Out Of Money, Then It Will Be Very
Easy For Them To Go To The Local
Bank To Go To A Cash Point To
Get Some Type Of Electronic Money Transfer Made
To Them And They Have Reserves At Home
That They Can Tap Into But In The
Olden Days, Even If Someone Had Money Back
Home, But They'Re Like Hundreds Of Miles
Away.
They Have No Way To Be Able To
Reach Or To Attain That.
That Person Is Therefore Called Ibn Sabeel, Ibn
Sabeel And They Also Have A Right To
This Spoils Of War.
These Are The Five Categories That Allah Azzawajal
Specifies In Terms Of The People Who Are
Given A Share Of The Spoils Of War
And Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Shows Here The
Beauty Of Our Religion, The Beauty Of Islam
Because These Even In A Time Of Spoils
Of War.
So When The Muslims Win And Are Victorious
And They Have A Great Deal Of Wealth
That Comes To Them, Allah Azzawajal Always In
The Sharia, There Is Always A Provision That
Is Given To Those That Were Unable To
Fight Because Of Their Poverty, To Those Who
Are Unfortunate Because Of Their Circumstances.
The Sharia Always Looks Out For Those Types
Of People Whether That Be In The Form
Of Zakah, Whether That Be As We Said
Now In The Form Of The Spoils Of
War.
However, It'S Done.
There Is Always Zakah Al-Fitr, All Of
These Things Are Inherent And Built Into The
Sharia To Look After These Communities And Segments
Of The Ummah And The Segments Of Society
And That Is From The Beauty Of Our
Religion From The Rahmah Of Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta
'Ala.
So Allah Azzawajal After Specifying These Five Groups.
He Then Says In Kuntum Amantum Billah, If
You Believe In Allah Wa Ma Anzalna Ala
Abdina That Which Will Reveal To Our Seven,
Meaning That Allah Azzawajal Makes It A Condition
Of The Iman Because Wealth When Wealth Comes
In As We Know It Is Something Which
The Heart And The Soul Covets.
It Is Something Which Greed Is Built Into
That You Want More And More As The
Prophet Told Us Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam That If
The Child Of Adam Was To Be Given
A Value Of Gold They Wouldn'T Be Satisfied
Until They Had A Second And If They
Had Two, They Wouldn'T Be Satisfied Until They
Had A Third And That Is The Nature
Of Humans.
The Nature Of Humans Is That They Want
More And That They Want More And So
Allah Azzawajal Says That It Is From Your
Iman, The Way That You Believe In Allah,
Your Iman In Allah Azzawajal That You Are
Willing And Happy To Give Up Some Of
The Spoils Of War To Those People That
Allah Azzawajal Has Given Them A Right Or
A Portion Of It.
In Kuntum Amantum Billahi Wama Anzalna Ala Abdeena
If You Believe In Allah The Revelation We
Sent Down To Our Servant Yawmal Furqan, Yawmal
Taqal Jam'aan On The Day Of Decision
The Day Of Decision Meaning The Day Of
Badr.
It Is One Of The Names Of The
Day Of Badr Or The Battle Of Badr
That It Is The Day Of Furqan And
Furqan In The Arabic Language Means A Decision
Or A Criterion Something Which Distinguishes Between Two
Things And The Day Of Badr Distinguished Between
The Muslims And The Non-Muslims.
He Made It Very Clear Which Side People
Were On And He Made It Very Clear
Also That The The Muslims Were A Force
To Be Reckoned With That.
They'Re Not Just A Group Of Ragtag
People Poor Weak Slaves And So On And
That Could Easily Be That Could Easily Be
Overcome And So Allah Azzawajal Made The Clear
The Truth Clear On That Day And He
Made Falsehood Clear On That Day Subhanahu Wa'Ta
'Ala, Yawmal Taqal Jam'aan On The Day
That The Two Forces Met In Battle And
That Is Because Allah Azzawajal Brought Together The
Muslim Army As We Know And The Qurayshi
Army On That Day And They Met In
Battle So That Allah Azzawajal Could Make It
A Day That Is Decisive A Day That
Is Clear In Terms Of The Believers And
The Disbelievers, Wallahu Ala Kulli Shay'in Qadeer
And Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Has Power Over
All Things.
Allah Azzawajal Says In Verse 42 Remember
When You Were On The Near Side Of
The Valley And They Were On The Far
Side And The Caravan Was Below You.
If You Had Made An Appointment To Fight
You Would Have Failed To Keep It So
That Allah Might Bring About Something Already Ordained
So That Those Who Were To Die Might
Die After Seeing A Clear Proof And So
That Those Who Were To Live Might Live
After Seeing A Clear Proof And Allah Is
All Hearing All Seeing Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
Allah Azzawajal Is Showing Us Here His Amazing
Plan And How Allah Azzawajal Decreed On That
Day And We Mentioned Before The Background To
The Battle Of Badr And How The Prophet
Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam Set Out With One Intention
But Allah Azzawajal Intended Something Else, How The
Believers Wanted Something But Allah Wanted Something Else
For Them And That Is What Allah Azzawajal
Is Saying Here.
That Is Amazing Planning Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Is
The One Who Decreed This To Happen.
Had You Yourself Sat Down And Planned It
And Said We'Re Going To Meet At
Such And Such A Place At Such And
Such A Time And Such And Such A
Day, Odds Are You Would Not Been Able
To Make It In That Way, But Allah
Azzawajal Decreed It Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala That It
Would Come To Fall In That Particular Way.
If Antum Bil Udwati Al-Dunya, You Were
On The Near Side Of The Valley Meaning
The Side Of The Desert That Was Closer
To Medina, Wahum Bil Udwati Al-Quswa And
The Other Army Is On The Opposite Side,
Right?
They'Re Like Far Away From You.
They'Re On The Other Side Of The
Desert Of The Valley Warrakbu Asfala Minkum And
The Caravan That You'Re Trying To Attack
That The Muslims Initially Set Out To Take
For Is Below You, Meaning That They Took
A Different Path And They Escaped You.
And Had You Tried To Make An Appointment
Amongst Yourself So That You Could Meet There,
It Wouldn'T Have Taken Place.
But Allah Azzawajal Decreed It.
But It Was Something Which Allah Decreed And
Ordained So That It Would Be Something That
Would Come To Pass.
So The Muslims Set Out.
They Want To Attack The Caravan.
They Don'T Know That Abu Sufyan Has Heard
Or Sent Out Scouts And Realized That They
'Re Coming.
They Don'T Know That Abu Sufyan Has Not
Told The Quraysh O Quraysh People Are Coming
To Attack Your Wealth, Come And Save It.
The Quraysh Are Setting Out.
They Don'T Know That Abu Sufyan Has Taken
A Different Path And He'S Taken A Path
That Gives Him Safety Back To Mecca.
They Don'T Know That Despite This That The
Quraysh Are Still Coming Out And The Muslims
Are Also Coming And Then They Realize What'S
Taking Place And They Meet In This Place
That Is Called Badr And That Is Where
The Battle Takes Place.
Allah Azzawajal Says That That Type Of Planning
Wouldn'T Have Taken Place Had You Sat Down.
But Allah Decreed It So That It Would
Take Place In This Way, Why?
So That Those That Died On That Day,
Meaning They Chose Kufr, They Chose Disbelief.
They Died On That Day.
They Would Do So Upon Clarity.
They Would Know What Is The Truth.
They Would Have Done So And Died Upon
That Disbelief After Hearing The Message Of Allah
And Hearing The Words Of The Prophet Salallahu
Alaihe Wasalam.
So They Would Have No Excuse Before Their
Lord On Yawm Al-Qiyamah And That Those
Who Live And Survive From Amongst The Believers
Would See The Signs Of Allah And They
Would See The Signs That Would Increase Them
In Iman And They Would See The Way
That Allah Azzawajal Gives His Divine Aid And
Help And Protection To The Believers So That
They Would Have A Level Of Serenity And
Tranquility In Their Hearts To Know That They
Were Upon The Truth And To Know That
Allah Azzawajal Was On Their Side Helping Them
And Aiding Them Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Wa Inna
Allaha Lassami'un Alim And Indeed Allah Is
All Hearing And He Is All Seeing Subhanahu
Wa'Ta'Ala.
Allah Azzawajal Then Says In Verse 43 Speaking
Continuing To Speak About His Many Favors Upon
The Believers Because The Believers As We Said
Was Small In Number And It Was The
First Major Battle That They Would Be Fighting
And So Allah Azzawajal Helped Them In Numerous
Ways And Aided Them From His Divine Aid
Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
From Them Is What Allah Azzawajal Mentions In
Verse 43 Remember
When Allah Made You See Them In Your
Sleep As Few If He Had Shown Them
To You As Many You Would Certainly Have
Lost Heart And Argued About It.
But Allah Saved You.
He Knows The Secrets Of The Heart.
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Says That The Prophet
Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam Saw In His Dream The
Number Of The Disbelievers That Would Come To
Attack Them And They Were Made To Seem
Few To Him In His Dream.
Even Though That We Know In Reality They
Approximately Were Triple The Size Of The Army
Of The Muslims But In His Dream He
Saw Them As Being Few.
So The Prophet Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam Gave This
Bishara He Gave This Glad Tidings, This Good
News To His Companions.
Allah Showed Me A Dream.
The Enemies Are Coming And They'Re Few
In Number Meaning We Can Take Them.
They'Re Not So Overwhelming In Numbers That
They'Re Going To Overrun Us.
But That Is Something Which We Inshallah Ta
'Ala We Can Fight Them And We Can
Take Them And That Was One Of The
Ways That Allah Azzawajal Made Their Hearts Firm,
Gave Them A Level Of Tummeineen And Tranquility
And Peace In Their Hearts And That Is
What Allah Azzawajal Says Had You Seen Them
As Being Many In Number?
Had You Seen Them In Their True Reality?
Then You Would Certainly Have Lost Heart.
And You Would Have Started Having Debates Amongst
Yourselves People Saying They'Re Too Many, People
Saying You May Be Too Hard, People Saying
That The Numbers Are Too Great Because That
Is Human Nature Also, Human Nature Is To
Look At Those Things Despite A Person'S Iman
And Despite Other Things.
It Is Also Human Nature To Have That
Fear Of Meeting Something Or Facing Something Where
The Odds Are Against You.
And So It Would Have Made Those People
Lose Heart, Would Have Made Some Of Them
Argue With One Another.
And When People Argue And Then The Hearts
Are Disunited And Then There Are People Who
Aren'T On The Same Page And There'S Disunity
That Occurs Then That Causes People To Lose
Even More Heart Because You Don'T Fear Now
They Are All Together United Going For The
Same Cause.
And That Is What Allah Azzawajal Says But
Rather He Saved You From His Gentleness, From
His Mercy, From His Blessings Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala
Is That He Made It Easy For You.
So When The People Came On The Day
Of Badr In Their Minds, The Companions Were
Thinking That This Is Something Which Is Doable.
If They'Re Going To Come And Face
Us And Fight Us, They Want To Destroy
Us.
We'Re With The Prophet Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam
And We'Re More Than Happy To Face
Them If That Is What They Want.
Innahu Alimun Bithat Al-Sudur, Allah Knows What
The People Hide In Their Hearts.
Allah Knows People'S Emotions.
Allah Knows The Secrets Of Their Hearts.
Allah Knows The Way That The People Think
Within Their Hearts.
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Then Says In The
Final Verse That We'Ll Take In Today'S
Episode In Verse 44.
When You Met He Showed Them To You
As Few And He Made You Few In
Their Eyes So That He Might Bring About
What Has Been Ordained, Everything Goes Back To
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
Allah Azzawajal Says That From The Ways In
Which Allah Azzawajal Aided And Helped The Believers
On That Day Of Badr Is That When
You Met Them, He Showed Them To You
As Few.
You Saw Them Before You Arrayed The Army
And You Saw Them As Being Few Just
As The Prophet Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam Told You
In His Dream That They'Re Going To
Be Few Now That They'Re There And
They'Re In Reality In Their True Full
Numbers But To Your Eyes Allah Azzawajal Made
Them Seem Few To You.
So That Gives The Muslims Confidence And Inspires
Them It Motivates Them.
It Gives Them A Level Of Strength.
And He Made You Few In Their Eyes
Even Though The Muslims Were Few In Number
As We Know They Were 300 Odd On
That Day In The Eyes Of The Quraysh
They Seemed Even Less.
Now Allah Azzawajal Didn'T Make Them Seem More
A Big Number So That They Would Become
Afraid And They Might Want To Retreat And
So On.
No, Allah Azzawajal Made The Muslims Seem Even
Fewer Than What Their Reality Was.
Why?
So That They Would Be Going Willing To
Go And Fight Because Allah Azzawajal Wanted To
Make This A Day Of Decisiveness.
If The Quraysh Had Come And Seen An
Army That They Thought In Their Eyes Was
Made To Seem To Them To Be Double
Their Number, Triple Their Number.
They Would Have Gone Back.
They Would Have Refused.
They Would Have Made An Excuse And Found
A Way Out.
Allah Azzawajal Didn'T Want This To Be Something
Where There Was No Decision, No Clarity.
But Allah Wanted It To Be A Day
Of Decisiveness As Criterion Of A Day Of
Furqan As We Mentioned Before And So Allah
Azzawajal Makes Both Sides Think That The Other
Is Few.
لِيَقْضِيَ اللَّهُ أَمْرًا كَانَ مَفْعُولًا So That Allah
Could Bring About The Plan That He Had
Ordained And That Is The Victory Of The
Muslims And The Defeat Of The Disbelievers Of
Quraysh And That A Number Of Their Leaders
Would Be Killed On That Day From The
Leaders Of Quraysh And That The People Not
Only In Mecca, The Quraysh But The Wider
Arabian Peninsula Would Know That The Muslims Are
A Force To Be Reckoned With And That
They Are People To Be Taken Seriously And
That Those Days Of Oppression And Torture That
The Muslims Had To Suffer Are Long Gone.
They'Re Finished And Now Allah Azzawajal Is
Helping Them And Indeed You Will Return And
Your Affairs Will Return Back To Allah Subhanahu
Wa'Ta'Ala And With That Inshallah Ta'Ala
We Come To The End Of Today'S Episode
And In The Following Episode.
We Will Continue With These Verses In Which
Allah Azzawajal Continues To Mention The Lessons From
The Day Of Badr Barakallahu Fikum Wa Salaallahu
Alaihe Nabiyuna Muhammad Wa Alaa Alihi Wa Sahbihi
Ajma'een, Wassalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu Bismillahir Rahmanir
Raheem
