Ahadith, it is very
important,
my respect
To brothers,
for us to try and understand why
our elders have advised us to
try and make mutala higher to sahala.
In fact,
there are many, many compilations and many works on Hadith,
but we find that this particular Taris style
vinhna, Yusuf, Sabha Ramadi
has utilized in hayatu Sahaba
is absolutely unique.
In fact, when he first
compiled this Kitab and
he sent a copy, copy of it to the shiuk in Azad University in Mrs.
In Egypt,
they send back a message that in the history of Islam, they haven't
come across Kitab like this.
From the point of view of the awab, the type of chapters that he
has taken, the headings that he has given and thereafter extracted
from the life of Rabbi Salaam and Sahabi ka RAM. If you look at the
other works of Hadith, you'll find Babul in class, Babul sabhar,
Chapter of sincerity, Chapter of Sabal, chapter of this, chapter of
that. The type of chapters that he has taken, the headings that he
has presented in this Kitab and thereafter extracted incidents are
absolutely unique.
And what happens if
we get in the habit
of reading higher to Sahaba on a regular basis, especially those
who walk on the path of Allah,
gradually, over a period of time, you will get a proper
understanding, and you will be able to visualize what the life in
Madina Manohara was in the time of Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi
salam. That period, which is referred to as khayrul kuruni
karamni, the best time, best period of time that they ever was
in this world, was the time of Rasulullah sallam. That.
Is because of the muranyakatha, which Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi
salam brought alive in that time.
Every one of us, we have to try to the best of our ability to bring
alive in our lives,
that which Rasulullah sallallahu Sallam brought alive in the in the
lives of sahavira.
Because this is the currency with which we have to meet Allah on the
Day of Judgment. The way each person will be measured, the way
the value of each person will be determined on that day will be how
close he has brought his life to the life of the sunrise, how much
he has brought those SIFAT and those qualities which Allah A
salaam wanted to bring in the lives of his women being an odd
night of the last 10 nights,
the husu and special Amal
of these nights,
especially the odd nights, Is the Amal of dua to
ask Allah to break from Allah subhanahu
wa in keeping with that, we have taken few incidents which
mahayapla is mentioned, going to incidents of dua that, more rather
than dua itself, the etiquette of dua, which Rasulullah sallallahu
Sallam taught the Sahaba Ikram
in anything we do in this world. Also, if you want to petition
somebody for something, or we want some need of ours fulfilled, and
the person doesn't just blindly go and put his request.
He puts his request in front of somebody in a manner where he can
get the request accepted.
He prepares himself an intelligent person beforehand. Determines,
what does that person expect from me? What does that person like?
What should I present in front of him? And then he presents his
request,
unfortunately,
very
succinctly Asmaa said, khansa puts it. He said, nowadays, if you look
in the lives of Muslims, if you look in the lives of the ummats
Dua,
the very essence, the very life of our duas, have come out.
One of the main reasons is that he says, Come dua coparte. He says,
nowadays we read duas,
and in some instances, I am adding to that article of dua gate.
Some people are singing dua knowledge.
But what is dua? Dua is a plea from the heart.
Dua you are asking Allah dala to fulfill some need of yours. If
somebody is reading or singing. This is not a way in which you
petition someone. This is not a way in which you ask for your
needs to fulfill, to be fulfilled. It says, Ask Kalam dua par te ha
me, Mante. We don't ask from Allah.
The proof
of our Yaqeen and our conviction that Allah is Samir, that Allah
Tala listens masih Khan saham Kalin says that if you want to
know how much Yaqeen you have your heart the May Allah is listening
to them. He says, study and analyze your duas, then you will
know how much yaki you have, the largest. Now these witches
observe, one day, stand in the mysteries and observe the musalis
after Namaskar, how the DUA is made.
Allah Islam. Islam was the wife saying, leave, leave, putting some
petition from the
Balata, the person himself doesn't even know what he said. He
said. Andah, don't anyhow, we just ask, wake up and walk away.
And what very big harm results because of this attitude of ours
towards dua is that whenever we have problems, whenever we have
difficulties, nowadays, the last thing we resort to is we tell to
Allah,
we try every other avenue. First
and Last, we go to Allah.
Person's child gets sick. He says, Go doctor. Don't come right with
the doctor. Go to the specialist. If he's got if he's financially
well off. Look for an overseas specialist. Fly the child to
America, or fly to Britain, or fly you here, or fly there. And after
everything fails, then he says he goes by the mulitsa, make dua
Allah, give my child Shiva.
Allah. Dala knows what is in the heart
this dua. Navisa said a dua sila ful movement. Dua is a weapon of a
believer.
Dua is that Amal,
it is said, where all the asbab and the means of the world come to
an end. From there the power of dua starts.
Dua is that means or medium, Allah, Dalai.
Winners by which the impossible can be made into possible.
My son, he says, We know. We speak about the victories on the
battlefield of Sahaba ikaam. We speak about brother. We speak
about funny. We speak about Fatima. All the various battles
Sahaba were hopelessly outnumbered. What they achieved
logically was impossible. He says, Why don't you take the trouble of
seeing the night of Sahaba before the battle?
See The night of rasulallah, sallAllahu, Islam before brother,
17th of Ramadan was just now,
what was the night of rasulallah before that battle,
Ali Radi Allahu tahanu says
when Sahaba were tired, it was a long journey. Three people were
sharing one camel. They were exhausted,
and they had such impossible odds against them. Yet, he says I saw
on the night of brother, one person weeping and sobbing and
crying the entire night, crying and crying and crying before Allah
Tala that in Tung link, Harding and isaba Nanto Abad that, oh my
Allah, if tomorrow this small group is destroyed, that who is
there on this earth is going to worship you whole night like this,
he cried. He said, Abu Bakr no couldn't take it anymore. Finally,
at the time of Fajr, he came from behind and he caught hold of
rasulallah Enough, now Allah has heard you.
In other words, he lowered and humbled himself before Allah to
such an extent that those around him
their hearts were filled with fatigue for the manner in which
rasulallah himself.
We all know the incident of time. What did he do when he when he
returned from time after being touted in that way, look at the
DUA that rasulallah Allahumma, IMMI ashku, ilayka, dakhu Wati,
waplatti, wahawani, Alanna, Allah,
I complain to you of the
weakness of my strength, my lack of planning,
my dependence on people, my weakness in front of the people to
whom are you going to hand me over such oppressive people like this,
that have beaten me like this and have reduced me to this situation
and condition? Oh, my Allah, if you are not angry with me, if this
is not as a result of your anger, then I do not mind. I do not it
does not matter to me what hardship or difficulty you put me
through.
And look at the level of in kisari.
Look at the level of helplessness
that is being revealed in these words,
he makes the maximum kurbani
puts his life on the line. Maximum qurbani to introduce these people
to Allah. They malign him. They ridicule him. They treat him worse
than you would treat an animal, the most honored creation of
Allah, and then he turns into our to Allah after having given the
maximum and the first expression, he negates his entire efforts. The
Allah, I have no planning. I am weak. I am nothing. You are
everything. You are happy with me. Allah, then I am not. Doesn't
matter to me what I do.
So this is what Allah, subhanaw taala wants in dua. We have to
learn to humble ourselves. Unfortunately, we know some of us
are very good at humbling ourselves, but we humble ourselves
in front of people. We pretend Masha Allah, very pious person.
Look how humble he is. Gaze is so low he walks with duck hunched
over.
He says, the
real place for tawazu and in kisari is before Allah Humble
yourself before Allah. Tell Allah you are nothing
with sincerity. Has this conviction that it is not my
intelligence, it is not my know how I am doing nothing. Allah is
doing everything.
Karu, what was his downfall?
Such a so much wealth Allah gave him 70 camels just to carry the
keys. What was his downfall? He said in NAMA, UTI duwala, I mean
Hindi, it's my knowledge that got me there.
It's my know how I knew what to do, when to do.
And this is the thing that Allah disliked the most. And the
greatest training to bring this in us is dua, to bring this humility
in us to gain this quality of negating ourselves and affirming
that Allah is everything.
Bureau the Allah narrates the rasulallah. Heard a person saying,
Allah, Ummah, oh, Allah in me as Alok, I ask you,
we.
Ani with this conviction, ashadu, Anna, Allah, that I bear witness
that you, Allah, La Ilaha, Illa, and there is none worthy of
worship besides you and Ahad, you are the one unique. Asmaa. You are
totally and completely independent from your entire nation. Alladi,
ilami, yalid, walam Yula, so
independence. Independent that you do not beget No, no where you
begotten walam yacollahu akhat, and there is nothing that is equal
to you.
When the VISTA is heard this person addressing Allah like this,
he said to that person, lakat, Saal, Allah, Abu Asmaa Adam, you
have addressed Allah, and you have called out to Allah using his Isma
Azam.
And this term is small Azam. You must have heard many times before,
many ahadisava Islam. It is mentioned that there is one Isma
Azam of Allah,
that there are certain names of Allah Tala, which, if a person has
to call Allah using those names, whatever you ask from Allah Tala,
Allahu, and whatever dua you make, definitely will be granted.
MaHA has been Jabal RadiAllahu taala, who says
Navis rajnam, heard a person making dua to Allah Tala,
and he made dua with the words yaad and Jalali wa nikram,
that o the owner of Absolute glory and absolute dignity and honor
and the source of every generosity and every kindness.
When you heard this person addressing Allah like this, he
told this person, your DUA is already accepted. Your dua is
already accepted. You have called Allah in such a way that now
whatever you ask from Allah is already accepted. And
and has been Malika de Lam narrates that once NaVi salaried
and passed by Abu ayash Raid, mean Samit zorati, and he was reading
salah,
and in his salah, he was saying, Oh Allah.
I ask you, I beseech you, the annala Kalman that For You is all
Praise. There is no deity besides you.
Yahan Naan yamanan, these expressions that are found in Joha
and these sipatan absolutes of Allah Tala, denoting his kindness
and his generosity what you have to understand by respective there
is lot of times in translations, we read the translation of it, but
the translation can in no way do justice to the real meaning behind
it. This is just. It has to suffice,
because basically, English or any other language is not sufficient
to do justice, to
express the wealth of meaning that is found in the Arabic language.
For example, this expression Hanan
is
basically the meaning comes from the from the word AR Rahman that
Allah is rashing. Allah is merciful. Hanan means one whose
mercy is of such a level that, before you ask him, he already
knows your need any grants.
Now, there is no English word that will possibly give that meaning.
So normally, if you read the translation kitabia, Hanan almost
merciful, but this is the real meaning of it. One azadh being
whose mercy and kindness towards you is of such a level that before
you can express your need in front of him, he has already ascertained
what your requirements are in his grant. That is what Hanan means.
And likewise, Manan
means the giver, that person whose giving is such
that there is no measure when Allah wants to give, then there is
no limit to what Allah gives. How vast is Allah's treasures
there Islam is come very briefly, at least, where he said that is
the whole humanity has to get together and ask Allah whatever
they want. And he gave everybody whatever they want. 6 billion
people ask, to their hearts content, everyone is given. He
says, You take a pin, poke it in the ocean, lift it up. How much of
water that pin has diminished from the wealth of the ocean? That much
also hasn't gone from Allah SWT.
This world is very, very limited. We can't even imagine Allah's
treasures. So Manan means that being who gives from whose
Treasury there is absolutely no limit. So when he gives also, he
is giving his life.
Yabadi Asmaa Wati WA, the one who brought the heavens and the earth
into existence. Yas and Jalali wa nikhram.
So in the VISTA, when he heard this person making dua to Allah
Tala like this in his salah, Allah dressed him and said, You have you
have
called to Allah using his Isma Azam, which anyone who uses it and
ask them Allah Tala, definitely Allah grants what they ask you.
Aisha, Lal Na Na rates that I heard the Sula Islam
once making dua to Allah, and he said, Allahu, Anahit Taiyi will
mubarakil, ahaba ilay, Allah, Wahida stum tabi, Rahim, Wahida
Stu prij tadi for Raj, he
says I heard NaVi starts in making dua like this. That raw Allah, I
ask you using your name that is pure, that is blessed, that is
most beloved to you, that name which anybody when they ask you
using that name, you definitely respond.
Whenever they put a need in front of you, you grant that need.
Whenever they ask mercy from you using that name, you show your
mercy. Whenever they ask to be removed from a problem using that
name, you remove from them. You remove the problem for them.
Then she says, One day, he said, O Aisha,
Allah Taala has informed me which name of his is such that whatever
dua is made will be answered. So she said, I said, on the way of
Allah, may my parents be sacrificed upon you. Teach me that
name. Teach me what is that? Ismal Azam,
very, very important lesson we learned from this response which
Rasulullah gave to her. He said, Inna Mulayam, bahilaki, Aisha. He
said, Oh, Ayesha, it is not appropriate that I should teach
you that. It is not appropriate that I should teach you that.
So she said,
I moved away a little bit. Aisha jalaha was an extremely
intelligent woman amongst the wives of balisa. She was the most
beloved wife.
And from the Zahira of Ahadith, ahadis that we get from the sila,
the person who narrated the most ahadis was Abu mudala. He narrated
5374
ahadis. They said, second, second. Highest number of ahadis were
narrated by Aisha. So you
see the women also in the time of rasulallah,
they had lot of shock and inclination to acquire the
knowledge of being. And Aisha radiana was, in fact, regarded as
an authority on Sharia, on Fifth, on Islamic jurisprudence. And
many, many messiahs of Deen are expected from narrations of Aisha
Rana.
So she asked, What is Allah, this may Azam that whatever he is
called with, using that name, Allah answers this. ASAM said that
Ayesha, it is not appropriate that I should tell you. So. She moved
away, jealous to saatan. She waited a while to makum. She says,
I stood up
for Kabal to rasa, who then I kissed rasulallah his forehead,
summa cull then I said, Ya rasulallah, please tell me what
name is.
This. From this we can understand how approachable rasulallah,
sallAllahu, sallam, was to his family members. It was not that he
would come into the house. As you know, I am the NAMI of Allah. I am
the benefactor of humanity. So everybody asks lower than me, if
you see the conduct of his wives towards him, he said, he told her
no.
Somebody's wife asked him for something today. He says, No,
we know if she come and ask again, what happens you didn't hear me
the first time. What's wrong with you?
There was no such thing in the home of rasulallah. It was the
embodiment of akhlaq in character.
So any case, she asked him again.
So again rasulallah, sallAllahu, sallam said,
This time he explained to her why, why he was averse to teaching her
that name. He said, In nahulayam babilaki, Ayesha, and one Lima
keep in nahulayam, babilaki, antas Ali viya dunya.
He said, Ayesha, it is not appropriate that I teach you this
name. Why? Because I fear that you will use Allah's Name to ask you
for things of dunya.
In other words, that special name of allah Bhavish. Allah says, Ask,
and I will give you. I fear that you will cheapen that name, not
specifically Ayesha,
that if this thing becomes arm of common knowledge and.
Then the general masters of the Ummah,
they will cheapen this name of allah dala by using it to ask for
faulty things of this dunya.
So he says, This is why I didn't want to teach you this name. So
Aisha says, kalad, fakul, masala, Katyn, ala uma Inya, dukala,
Rahman, wahi, Asmaa, Ekal, hasna, Pula ha Ma, alim, tumha, Malam
Alam.
Then Aisha realize that now rasulallah SAS will not budge. So
she says, I stood up, I made wudu, I made turakat salah, and then I
turned to Allah.
Very great lesson we learnt from this
that Sahaba ikiram Not only this incident, many, many incidents
will see that lot of times, rasulallah, Dev Abu Bakar, Umar
Usman Ali great, great Sahaba, were there an ordinary woman
sometimes will have some need or some requirement, something she
wants, she would not ask rasulallah, but she herself will
make dua.
Even the youngsters of the time of Rasulullah, such an effort to link
their hearts with Allah was made that each person became a person
of dua.
Each person had this conviction that I myself can turn to Allah to
fulfill my need. Now we have this. I must ask that guzu. I must go.
But that person, I must go by this person, I must go for that Taoist.
I must go for this. A lot of this stems from weakness of our own
yakin and stems from our not having the Taal look and the
connections
Allah. Allah made an effort on them that each one had the tall
look with Allah, and each one believed that he could raise his
hand and
ask directly to she asked, I will not teach you
what she does. Wudu, turakat Sara, and turn directly to Allah and she
makes dua. And listen to the man in which she makes dua. She says,
Allah, ummah. Oh, Allah, I call to you. I am calling out to you by
your name, Allah, and I am calling out to you by your name, Rahman,
and I am calling out to you by your name, Badr and Rahim, all
these words refer to Allah's mercy,
and I am calling out to you by all your Asmaa, if Asmaa, all your
beautiful names, those which I know and those which I don't know,
there's 99 Asmaa. If Asmaa,
the 99 Names of Allah, what we refer to are not Allah's names are
much more than that.
Allah's names are much more than that, that 99 is mentioned in
Hadith. But Allah's names are much more than that. Allah's kalimat,
Allah tariff, is an limitless ocean. So she says, I call out to
you with your Asmaa hosna, those which I know and those which I
don't know until thoroughly with the harmony and what she asked
what she doesn't ask for dunya. She asked for Akira. She says, Ya
Allah, I ask you, with your names like this, to forgive me and have
mercy on me.
She says, rasulallah. When
he heard me saying this, he smiled, and he said to me, in
Nahu, lafin Asmaa, in Lapid, Biha, Aisha, what you asked me about,
which is Allah, Ismay Azam by which, if he is asked, he will
answer Aisha in this dua that you made. Now, that is my Azam is
contained
in this dua that you made. Now, this is my Azam of Allah is
contained
you.
One more incident in
this incident, a very, very important etiquette of Goa is
learnt
for Tala. Bin obeda dilaw narrates that once rasulallah sitting,
someone entered the masjid red salah.
And thereafter this person started making dua.
What dua he made? Allah, forgive me and have mercy on
him. So immediately, davisa, when he heard this dua. I told him, om
Sally, you are hasty.
You are being hasty.
When you make salah, sit
praise Allah in a manner Allah is worthy of being praised.
Then recite Salawat and do it upon me. And then make dua.
So very, very important etiquette of dua Vina,
an intelligent beggar
when he wants to beg. Also, if you observe a beggar, one is a beggar
who just stretch his hand out. The other is a beggar who will first
praise you.
You most of the time. He's not even sincere in his face. He's got
an ideal behind him. He wants to achieve something. His eyes on
your pocket. So what he do? He prays you learning. You like this,
you like that. And then there, after that, after that, he'll say,
help me out now, see for the man, or something like that. Now one is
a person just walks up to you, hey, give me.
You'll get upset with such a person. What's wrong with you? Who
you think I'm working for? You should ask you. Another person
comes praises you, makes you feel nice, and then says, now give me.
Walila Hilma. There are no comparisons or compare. There are
no parables with Allah.
But it is logical that if you want to turn to Allah, first and
foremost, you should praise Allah. So this is what as teaching this
sahabi, he says, Praise Allah. Then recite guru and Asmaa.
Thereafter we go out.
Then another person came in.
He made salah,
then he praised Allah dala, and he decided to rule the Nabhi salaam,
Nabi salaam immediately addressed this person and said, ay musalhi.
O person who has made Salah and has made dua like this, has
praised Allah and recited the Rudra masala. Ask now whatever you
ask Allah will grant
us if nadiallahu talami says
that if any one of you intends to make dua to ask from Allah, Tala,
let him first begin with praising Allah.
Thereafter, let him decide guru da rasalam,
and thereafter he should put whatever need he has before Allah.
It is more likely that way, that he will be successful in his plea
and in his be seeking Allah. Very,
very very important, my respected brothers,
from these various incidents,
we learn
that we should employ in dua the etiquette or the manner that was
shown to us by Rasulullah sallallahu. Salah.
First and foremost, we should praise Allah.
And part of the praise of Allah dala is to raise Allah and lower
ourselves
humility, humbling ourselves before Allah,
placing thereafter guru, Sharia law, Salah, Ali, Salam. And we
should learn in our duas to talk to Allah.
Allah will never, ever get tired of listening to you. You will get
tired of asking,
like the poet says, la das al Anna Bani Ada mahaja jatuh
for salilah al Adi,
he said that do not, do not place your needs before Insan.
For Salina al Nadi bahu lafu,
ask from Allah, because the Door of Allah never, ever closes.
For Allah, who you have love in tarahu, wabani, adamah, Allah is
such that when you stop asking him, Allah becomes angry with you.
And Insan is such that the more you ask him, the more angry he
becomes.
They say, if you want to,
if you want to see less of a person. If you want a person to
become very scarce in your life, ask your person, Allah,
then you can be rest assured, you won't see that person again.
We have to get into the habit of learning to turn to Allah.
Ask from Allah.
I'll just say, if you want shoelace to ask from Allah
whatever you want.
In fact, this work of doubt and tabil used to say, the whole
essence of tabri is what Swami Allah to learn to ask from Allah.
Lot of times, when I go in Dash,
they go to somebody's house. Sometimes we serve them with food.
And there's a small child the habit of asking the child that by
this food, where it came from,
who gave you this food?
99 out of one time, the child will say, my father or my mother. Cook
for mother,
because this muzakara is not there amongst us, that everything is
from Allah.
We have to try. You
know, on one occasion, one person came to rasulallah, and he said,
want to be of Allah. I want to be the most honored of men. I want to
be the most honored person in the whole of society.
What did he.
Tell him today what we are saying, become wealthy, make a name for
yourself. Become somebody you will be honored.
What did Rasulullah SAS say to you? He said, la tashkum in
hambrika, she Anil al Qi, takul Akram and NAS.
He said, Do not reveal any difficulty of yours to any
creation of Allah. Never, ever reveal your problem to anyone. Ask
only from Allah. There will be no one more honor than you
today. The richest person today is the richest person is the most
dependent person for everything he turns to someone.
So what good is that? Well,
honor and dignity is denied to be independent of everyone.
We have to learn to take from Allah and give to the makhlouk.
Don't look towards the makhlouk.
Once one person was making dua, lowering himself, humbling
himself.
Musa Ali Salam, when passed saw this person,
he turned to Allah. He was kalimula. He should speak to
Allah.
So he said, Ya, Allah,
this man has humbled himself to such an extent before you that if
he came like this to me, and he humbled himself like this before
me, I would definitely have given you what he is
asking for Musa or Musa?
This man is asking from me, but he has some goats and sheep, and his
heart is in his sheep.
His conviction is that his sustenance is coming through the
sheep,
telling him to move the gaze of his heart away from the sheep and
I will give him whatever you want.
Musa Islam goes back to that person. He says, Turn to Allah
with conviction on Allah that Allah will give you.
Turn your gaze away from what you have.
Then this person may DUA and what need he had. Allah gave
Zakariya Salaman, NaVi of Allah. He walks in the room of Maryam.
What he sees?
He sees fruit out of season. So he asked her, ya Mariam, Anna, Laki,
hada, oh, Maryam, where did this come from? She says, in surprise,
hear me. Nandila,
what a question you ask him in Allah. Allah gives Rosie to whom
he wants without any salt.
When he hears this, an elderly person, over 80 years of age,
whose wife is barren, when he sees fruits out of season by Maryam and
she tells him, Allah gives whom he wants where he wants without ISAB
Zakaria gets him over 80 years of age, a wife is there and there,
and then he turns to Allah and says, Allah, give me a child
where, scientifically, biologically, logically, what is
asking for is absolutely impossible.
Allah accepts his dua, and not only gives him a son, gives him
another NaVi.
Dua is
words cannot explain the Nux and the harm we are causing ourselves
today by not developing this quality of dua, every need we
have, we look everywhere else.
Ask the next person, ask them to help me out. See they say, as long
as you don't stretch your hand out to somebody, as long as you don't
ask from somebody, you're on equal terms with him. The day you
stretch your hand out to him, he has become superior to you. You
have become inferior to you. He looked down at
you. If you want is this an honor? Make this aha. They'll only ask of
Allah, and
he has the conviction. Have the conviction that Allah is granting.
Allah is accepting.
One very pious person was traveling once he came to one well
water was very deep. So what did he took his turban out, tied his
sock to him, Lord, suspended him to the wells, still not reaching
the water.
Eventually
he gives up, moves to one side. Little while later, one deer
animal comes,
looks into the well.
Water is very low. The deer looks up. The moment the deer looks up,
the level of the water rises until it comes to the mouth of the well
the animal drinks the spice, muster himself, drinks.
And then, as he is walking away in his heart, he's thinking, I am a
Wolly of Allah. I am a friend of Allah. I am an avid worshiper that
is an animal. For an animal, the water came up for me. Nothing
happened.
The voice called out from the unseen that the animal looked to
us. You look towards your turban and your and your sock.
When the problem was in front of you, you tried to solve it with
your turban and your socks. That animal looked towards us so we
fulfill the need of the enemy
swarm in Allah, whatever my need is, you.
When your hands are raised like this, when your hands are raised
like this, know and understand between your feet, your lips and
your fingers, there is noone else besides Allah.
Learn to talk to Allah. Surah Nur in the Quran, three pages. What do
I mean? The whole Sura nu is, is because of the DUA he made. What
dua he made? Rav Bela Abu,
know the DUA is right in the end,
what is the what is before that the whole thing is the dua. The
whole Sura, no, is his dua? Kala, ragbi in need. Ragbi says, oh,
Allah, Oh, my Rab, Rab bana, like how he saying dua? And he starts,
I call my people day and night. They refuse to listen to me. I
told them this. They did this. They did that. He gives his hold.
He pours his heart out, all his pain, all his look. He talks to
his Allah. And after having presented his entire case to
Allah, then he makes Rabbi Ya Allah.
Now I have lost hope in them. If you are not now, if you going to
leave them, even those that I have with me are going to go towards
Kufa May Allah removes them from the surface of the
earth. Etiquette of dua is being taught to the whole Ummah that in
your DUA, learn to talk to Allah. Place your duck, place your pain
before Allah, what your inner cry is placed before Allah already
knows. But Allah wants you to have tall look with him. Allah wants to
hear you.
Allah wants you to present yourself in front of him.
And 100%
Walla, whatever dua you make is being answered.
If Allah doesn't give it to you now, some calamity that was coming
to you, Allah will remove,
if Allah doesn't do that, something better than that. This
wasn't good for you. Allah gives you something better. And if all
that doesn't take place, then Allah keeps it for you as a
provision in the Hereafter. And if he said that on the Day of
Judgment, when you will see for all your dua that you thought went
unanswered, this is what we have kept for you, the person who say,
Allah, I wished in a word, you didn't answer one
dua. Ramizan said, your DUA is accepted until you don't reach the
point that you say, my dua is not accepted. Till that point, the
doors of Allah must be open.
Dua. You
know this, when it comes to dua, you don't ask whether dua is
further. Oduwa is
sunnatwa is Ibadan. Dua ibada, the very essence of Ibadan is dua.
Dua is the essence of Ibadan. And nowadays, if we look in the whole
day, how much time we spend in dua,
two minutes, three minutes, five minutes, 10 minutes,
how much time we spend in Goa, really,
if we analyze properly, dua leave the month of Ramadan, maybe extra
we do in Ramadan, but in our normal daily lives, how much does
dua feature in our lives?
How really convinced Are we that allies listen to us
two three minutes, sometimes, that imams are poor. Imam long dua, get
upset. What's wrong with him? He's got no job to go to.
Dua,
this weapon,
this bridge, this vasila, that this ummat was given, has come out
of our lives.
So on these Mubarak nights, my respected brothers, while we are
in the environment of the masjid, let us make ourselves Adi of dua.
Start bringing in our lives. Alisa Abu said, There is no one more
fortunate. There is no one more fortunate than that person who is
given the wealth of dua a person who is what you call a dua wala, a
person who spends time in Duaa, our ajiba pajali.
Just last month or so, we went to visit mahiruspikasa when he wasn't
well.
She was telling us to say, when he was 17 years of age, that's the
time we used to go with ajiba. He said it was only him and ajibai
that time. Nobody was never, ever heard about the Jamaat that was
even listening. He says, I observe every night, every night, from
about half past one till half past three. Happas, 423, hours every
night. Without fail, you were the only two people in the masjid.
Nobody even knew about the Jama at that time, he says this person,
two three hours every night was crying.
So that when that type of crying took place, that type of asking to
place, Allah brought so much into
existence was a person who used to look after who used to.
Used to patrol the jungles around his ahmaudine. One night, he goes
in the jungles. He hears one person in the dead of night crying
and crying and crying. Goes to investigate. He sees the same
imamsa from the masjid say, what you doing here? Crying like this?
So he says, Allah dia What must I tell you? The Deen of my beloved
SallAllahu, Islam is dying. The Deen of my beloved salah. Islam is
dying. If I say to you, do something about it, you say, I
have to patrol the jungles. If I say to the businessmen of jahili,
do something about it, they say, look after the business. Who is
there to cry? To the dean of minor souls and lives, it is said, 10
years, 10 years, night in, night out of crying. Then Allah Tala
opened upon him this effort.
We see the results of things we don't understand. The DUA that
took place before that, the crying before Allah that took place
before that, the lowering of lowering of themselves before
Allah that took place before that.
Our elders are saying, calm, both come here. They say, the people
who do the work are plenty, the people that cry are too few.
Allah doesn't need numbers. Allah wants people who cry.
These, this, this, these tears that will be shed. The first
benefit that one drop of tear that comes out. Namisa says, Jahannam
is haram.
Jahannam is haram.
So we have to lower ourselves. Abubakar Dinah wishes say, when
you make dua cry. And if you can't cry, make like you cry.
Baki and omota bakhmian cry. And if you can't cry, make like you
cry.
Show Allah, your in kisari. Show Allah, your helplessness. Show
Allah, that you have some need. Our elders are saying we should be
spending one hour a day in dua. If you tell somebody something like
one hour, what you talking about, how I'm going to spend one hour,
they say, if you look in the world today, 6 billion human beings, if
5 billion die now going to jahannam forever from the
remaining 1 billion, not even 5% are fulfilling the first order of
Allah that rasala Allah's deen is dying.
People are becoming muratas on a daily basis. And still, the
ummativ Islam doesn't say, what should I be crying about, or what,
or what dua should I be making?
Hafiz, Patel Saab, love you. In long life, I met one of his
Cardin. He says, every night, every night for two hours minimum.
I notice this man, his hand is raised in dua, and he takes the
name of each and every person that he knows, asking Allah to accept.
So we have to get into this habit of learning to talk to Allah,
whether it's our Dini problem, Vinaya problem, every problem. The
more we will develop this quality of dua, the closer we will go to
Allah, subhanho wa taala.
So these nights are given to us for that
to get ourselves accepted
by Allah SWT Alhamdulillah,

Ya Allah, we cannot possibly do justice to praising you, Ya Allah,
Ya Allah, Allah, every cell in our bodies, every atom in this
universe, belongs to you. Ya Allah,
Ya Allah. We are from head to toe, full with impurities.
Ya Allah, Ya Allah, Allah, everything that we have. You have
blessed us with these eyes which we see. You have given us, these
ears which we hear, what you have given us these hands which we
grasp, what you have given us these feet, which we walk with.
You have given us Ya Allah, Ya Allah, the right of these bounties
upon us was that we should have repaid you with gratitude. We
should have repaid you with the obedience. Ya Allah, Ya Allah,
converts to that instead of repaying you with obedience, we
have repaid you with disobedience.
Instead of showing gratitude to you, we have showed the height of
ingratitude. Ya Allah. You did not give us these eyes to look at the
daughters of others.
You did not give us these ears to listen to music, to listen to
haram. You did not give us these hands to oppress others. You did
not give us these feet so that we use them to walk towards the
places of your disobedience. Ya Allah, you ordered us. We
disobeyed you.
You commanded us. Your command fell on.
Ya
Allah, a embarrasses us.
It embarrasses us to mention before you the extent to which we
have disobeyed you still, Ya Allah, to a very large extent you
have made satari. You have concealed our
YALI, the people around us are to come to know, to come to know what
skeletons we have in our cupboards, they would not even
want to sit next to us.
Ya Allah,
Ya Allah, You gave us this blessed month of Ramadan. You gave us
these Mubarak nights. Ya Allah, Ya Allah. Ali Rahul said that if you
wanted to punish you would not have given us the month of
Ya Allah.
You gave us this month to to ask for your forgiveness. Ya Allah, Ya
Allah, this majma has come as a delegation to throw itself on your
doorstep. There is no else we can turn to there is no one else we
can turn to Ya Allah. Ya Allah is the child. Sometimes the mother
gets angry, she chases the child away. Sometimes she physically
pushes the child outside the door. The child is sobbing and crying.
The child grabs hold of the door and waits and waits and waits.
Eventually, the mother's heart softens, she opens the door, and
then she cuddles the child to Abuja,
oh my Kareem Allah,
Oh my Rahim Allah,
Oh my Hana Allah, Oh my manana Allah, Oh my day Allah, Oh my
Oh, my Wah, Oh, my.
Razak Allah, Oh my Allah,
Oh my Allah,
You love us more than our mothers, Ya Allah, Ya Allah, You love us
more than our mothers, Ya Allah, Ya Allah, the Battle of this world
is turned against us. Ya Allah, Ya Allah, own have turned against us
also. Ya Allah, Ya Allah, bad
and against

also our years with with music
come out of our lives. Your zikr has come out of
our lives. Is no wonder that the oceans are rising up in tsunamis
against us. It is no wonder that the earth is opening us and
swallowing us. Us.
They saw the Quran coming down. They saw wahi coming down. They
saw the pure and Mubarak and vitamin
shamelessness.
All we have seen is nakedness. All we have seen is your commands
being broken
each time we try to take one step towards you, we are going 20
steps.
This dirty environment is like a steel wall in front of us.
We don't know which way
to turn you. Awareness is come out of our
life, even our Salah is becoming empty shell. There
is no Amal here. There is no almond Where are
we going to bring an Abubakar club? Where are we going to bring
Omar and Osman? Where are we going to bring Ali from? Where are we
going to bring Fatima from the Allah? Where are we going to bring
Aisha and Kadisha?
Where are we going to bring it?
Is only as broken one. It is only as weak ones. Ya Allah, there is
in one such law. So we can present in front of you, Ya Allah, Ya
Allah, we are the weak section of the Ummah, but Your Habib, holy
Sahaba, I wish I could meet my brothers. I wish I could see my
brothers, your Sahaba said,
his. Sahaba said, are we not your brother?
He said, No,

and without seeing me, they would have brought him out of me.
We have not seen him.
We have not seen the pure environment. We
you
through
large are being presented to him every Monday and Thursday, what
took and what pain we must be causing to eat. Mubarak saw him
tell that to his lodge on
