			and keep it intact with purity with perfection while hamdulillah and Allah Allah Azza through Islam
has helped us to make sure that our intellect be protected, our body must be protected. And
therefore this Juma chutzpah is on this particular topic of how we can keep our heart, our mind and
our body sound. To begin with our heart my brothers and sisters, our heart become sounds with the
Taqwa of Allah subhanho wa taala. With the piety, we gain purity and peace in our hearts, and
SubhanAllah. When ever we want to ensure that we want to have a sound heart gain Taqwa of Allah,
why? Because the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he said, A Dukkha Hoonah Dukkha Hoonah Taqwa

here. What is stuck, what is piety and piety brings peace, serenity, and soundness to the heart. So
we need to ensure that we keep our heart sound and it has to be sound, free from envy, free from
