Salam alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil alameen wa Salatu was Salam ala rasulillah Karim, Allah He was happy he married my brothers and sisters Welcome to rise in Ramadan program in session number two and that is reflection on selective supplications or do as in Islam. Allah subhanho wa Taala has blessed us with this powerful tool to connect with him anytime whenever we want. It is we who have to take an effort or take an initiative and get connected with the last handle to Allah with these powerful two hours. We are trying to reflect and learn these beautiful two hours from the Quran and the Sunnah. In order that we may we may connect with the loss of Hannah
who are tired and the most powerful way taught by Allah and His Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. In today's session we shall learn another beautiful draft from pseudo Ali Imran surah number three and this is how it goes.
Allah subhanho wa Taala he taught us to ask him our Lord, forgive us our sins. Forgive us our sins and our excesses that we have committed in our affairs. And, Lord, keep us firm footed and grant us victory over the disbelieving folk. Now, this is something which is really needed for all of us. No person can be assured that the good actions he is doing present Lee will be done continually.
And that is reason we should express regret on the deficiency or the shortcomings of our present actions and make it a habit to make dua for steadfastness, for firmness in regard to our future actions in the above dua. Firstly, forgiveness is being sought for previously committed since this is an indication to the fact that whatever difficulties problems befalls a person, beat in the form of defeat from the enemies or any other problem is in reality, the consequence of our own sins, the remedy for which is seeking the repentance and forgiveness from Allah subhanho wa Taala. And this ayah teaches us that what whenever any claim a calamity befalls a person, then together with
utilizing physical means, one should also make dua and ask for repentance as most of the calamities that befall a person are due to one's actions. In this new art, there are few key pointers that we have to you know, note that number one, we should keep asking forgiveness of our sins. We should keep asking the forgiveness from Allah for our sins. And as Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam told us that he used to ask Allah for forgiveness 7200 times so whose past present and future sins were forgiven? Imagine how many sin how many times we should ask forgiveness from Allah. So from now on, make a habit of asking the forgiveness from Allah at least 100 times a day. Number two, we are
asking a lot to excuse us for the, for the sins that we have committed in the past. In the past, if we look at and reflect and introspect, we have done so many wrong things for which we are asking Allah to, you know, forgive us. And we are asking the third most important thing and that is firmness in our faith. firmness is really important and steadfastness is a key for us to continually do good until we die because ending is important and to have a good end is a blessing indeed. We may start something good but the end we are not sure. So we asking a lot to give us a good ending steadfastness right? firm footed, you know, way. And we are asking a lot to give us victory over the
people that is believing people. Right? So these are the combination of so many do as we ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to help us all and help us all
To reflect, learn and live by these two hours was Salam alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
