Whoever is not well mannered
in his relationship with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala,
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala will patch him up,
will deal with him under the earth.
So my brothers and my sisters,
we spoke about in the previous episode
how one needs to have that bravery to
speak out.
Those who we defend
unjustly,
unfairly,
they will run away from us.
As Allah mentioned,
The day when one will run away from
his brother
and also his father and his mother.
Every man for himself,
So don't sell your hereafter,
for a moment of sweetness for them saying,
oh, thank you for defending me and being
there.
That brings me on now to another point.
How
do we address
certain situations
when people are being oppressive?
It's important, my brothers and masters, that we
adorn ourselves with this wonderful
excellent characteristic, this trait of being soft and
gentle.
When you see someone doing wrong,
and of course,
sometimes the Prophet
did use harshness with certain people,
but the majority of
how he dealt with situations, well with softness
and gentle gentleness.
It is him who said,
Allah is Rafiq
And he loves gentleness
gifts an individual because of his softness
that which he doesn't give when one is
rough and harsh.
We're living in a time, my brothers and
my sisters, where we have to expect
the people around us
to fall into so many serious major sins.
Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam told us this
From the signs of the hour is that
becomes reduced.
And ignorance becomes so widespread and prevalent.
And zina becomes apparent,
and people will be killing one another.
It's something that again becomes so widespread.
But how are you going to deal with
a relative,
who has maybe fallen into a zina?
Let's look at the Quran for guidance.
Remember my brothers and my sisters, you are
not going to find anyone who is worse
than Firaun.
The man who claimed
I am your Lord the Most High.
Pharaoh,
he claimed this.
And
on top of this my brothers and my
sisters,
when Allah
sent Musa and his brother Harun
to Firaun,
what was the advice, the instructions that Allah
gave to
Musa
and his brother.
When you go to him, speak to him
in a gentle way
so that he may take heed.
And he might
start fearing Allah
So my brothers and my sisters, softness,
being gentle
is so much needed, especially in this day
and age.
When the Fawahj, the filth and the evil
has become
so widespread,
even though you have to be brave and
you have to have firm resolve
when you see evil taking place around you.
And it's not right for a person to
use this hadith of
Part of one being a good Muslim is
to leave off that which doesn't concern him.
That doesn't apply here,
that really doesn't apply here. The moment somebody
was back bitten,
was slandered in front of you, it became
part of your business.
Because the messenger, what did he say?
We can't change it with his tongue,
and so on and so forth.
But
softness,
being gentle,
is something that is required, and you see
that this really brings a person's heart close
and Allah knows best.
For Daylib Niyab,
the great Tabia, he said,
and by Allah,
It is not lawful for you to oppress
a pig
It is not lawful for you to oppress
and bring harm to a pig. Be'rii haqin
without right.
If this is a pig, my brothers and
sisters, an animal, How about a human being?
And, yes, my brother is a must, even
if the guy is a kafir.
