Abu Taymiyyah – Laughing at Jesus & then crying over Muhammad Doublestandards

Sometimes you find brothers and sisters,

and it's quite sad as well. And I

see it to be a form of double

standards.

You know, when someone draws the prophet Sallallahu

Alaihi Wasallam,

when someone draws the prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam,

you find that it becomes a very big

commotion. Everyone gets angry from the Muslims.

We all see the same approach now when

it comes to the rest of the prophets.

I've even seen people,

Muslims and non Muslims,

people that might believe in Moses,

standing in front of

a statue

that is meant to be or portrayed, Basa

alaihis salatu wasalam.

There's one on Saint Saviour's Road, you find

out when you go past I think it's

Saint Saint Louis or where, you know, Maryland

and Scott. East Park Road.

East Park Road. No. East Park Road.

Same same as on the other side, isn't

it? Yeah. On East Park Road, there's a

I think there's a statue there of,

that which is meant to be

that the Christians they symbolize.

I've seen people stand there and they're laughing.

They're standing in front of what is meant

to be Isa alaihis salatu wasalam according to

the Christians.

And people are laughing, making jokes,

having a laugh in regards to that which

they find in front of them.

Which I seem to be in reality at

Abu Salat is whether you're Muslim

or a person that follows any of the

messengers

or any of the prophets

when it comes to the messenger salallahu alaihi

wa sallam on the prophets,

may Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala be pleased with

all of them, and we send our salutations

upon them all is

that we need to have the same mindset

and believe in every single one of them,

and hold the exact same respect.

Because Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says,

We do not

differentiate between them.

It wasn't a respect Muhammad salallahu alaihi wa

sallam,

the same respect we have towards the Prophet

salallahu alaihi wa sallam, the final messenger.

We shouldn't

water the matter down when it comes to

any other prophet and messenger.

And likewise, when it comes to belief,

the first messenger

to walk upon the face of the earth.

Can someone answer that please?

Who was the first messenger to walk upon

the face of the

earth?

Adam alaihis salatu wasalam was the 1st prophet,

but the first messenger.

Nuhalai Salaam.

There's a difference between the Prophet and a

Messenger not every

Prophet is a Messenger but every Messenger is

a Prophet. Nam, a messenger

is someone that came with the message.

Nam, so Adam alaihis salatu wasalam was a

prophet but Nuh alaihis salatu wasalam was sent

to a people where he called them

to worship

nothing or none other than Allah Subhanahu wa

ta'ala and to sing a lot of Allah

Subhanahu wa ta'ala in his worship.

So Nuh alaihis salatu wa salam is people.

There's something truly amazing that I found in

the Quran,

and

kadabad

qumunu hinil Musaleen.

The people of Nuh,

they rejected

all of the messengers.

Wait a minute here. We just basically mentioned

that Nuh alaihis salaam

was the first messenger.

How can the people reject old messengers when

the only one that was sent to them

was Nuhalis Sallam?

So what Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is trying

to teach us here?

That if we reject 1 messenger

or 1 prophet,

it is as if we rejected all messengers

and all prophets in totality.

It's not sufficient

for a person to come now and he

said I believe in Muhammad salallahu alaihi wa

sallam.

We believe that he was a mercy upon

mankind

that he was the khatam and Nabiyeen as

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala mentions to us.

Never was Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Was telling of

any of your fathers, but he was the

final messenger and the seed of the prophets.

For someone to come now or be a

Muslim,

to just believe in Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam

or deny and deny. Isa alaihi salatu wasallam

or Moses, Musa or any of the other

messengers, this person would eventually

leave the foldable Islam.

And this is how we see this matter.

This is how we see this matter that

it is not sufficient for one to just

come and believe in 1 messenger

because otherwise a person will fall into the

same thing that the people of Noosh will

said to them, you have not denied all

of the messengers.

So that's something that we, as Muslims, we

need to believe in and the kind of

approach to take when it comes to now

certain or all of the prophets.

May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

be pleased with all of them.
